2060	12-10-2022	Odia	ଦେଶର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ତଥା ୫୦ତମ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ହେବେ ଡିଓ୍ଵାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ। ତାଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ସୁପାରିଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ୟୁୟୁ ଲଳିତ। ତାଙ୍କର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୮ରେ ସରୁଛି। ଭାରତ ଓ ଚୀନ୍‌ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସିଧା ଫ୍ଲାଇଟ୍ ଆଗାମୀ କିଛି ମାସ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସମ୍ଭବ ଲାଗୁ ନାହିଁ। ବେଜିଂର ଜିରୋ କୋଭିଡ ପଲିସି ଯୋଗୁ କଡା ଫ୍ଲାଇଟ୍ କଟକଣା ଦୁଇ ଦେଶଙ୍କ ସିଧା ବିମାନ ସେବାରେ ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି। ତେବେ ଚୀନ୍‌ ଏବେ ଭିସା ନୀତି କୋହଳ କରିଛି। ସୈଫଇରେ ଯାଦବ ପରିବାରର କୋଠିରୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୦୦ ମିଟର ଦୂର ମେଲା ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡରେ ମୁଲାୟମଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତିମ ସଂସ୍କାର କରାଯାଇଛି। ପୁଅ ତଥା ୟୁପିର ପୂର୍ବତନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଖିଳେଶ ଯାଦବ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମୁଖାଗ୍ନି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦା ସହ ତ୍ରିରଙ୍ଗାରେ ଘୋଡାଯାଇ ତାଙ୍କ ପାର୍ଥିବ ଶରୀର ଅଣା ଯାଇଥିଲା। ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକରେଙ୍କ ପାର୍ଟି ପରେ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏକନାଥ ସିନ୍ଦେଙ୍କ ପାର୍ଟିକୁ ମିଳିଲା ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ଚିହ୍ନ। ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏକନାଥ ସିନ୍ଦେଙ୍କ ନୂତନ ପାର୍ଟି ‘ବାଲାସାହେବବଞ୍ଚି ଶିବସେନା’କୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ଦୁଇଟି ତଲଓ୍ଵାର ଏବଂ ଗୋଟିଏ ଢାଲ ଥିବା ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ଚିହ୍ନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଗତକାଲି ଆୟୋଗ ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକରେଙ୍କ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ମଶାଲ ଚିହ୍ନ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ଓ ଋଷିଆ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜାରି ସଂଘର୍ଷକୁ ୭ ମାସ ପୁରିଛି। ଏହି ୭ ମାସରେ ଋଷୀୟ ସେନା ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ଅନେକ ବଡ଼ ସହରକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସସ୍ତୁପରେ ପରିଣତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଯୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉଭୟ ଦେଶର ଲକ୍ଷାଧିକ ସୈନିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହେଲାଣି। ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଫ୍ଲୋରିଡାର ସର୍ଜନ ଜେନେରାଲ ଡକ୍ଟର ଜୋସେଫ ଏ ଲଦାପୋ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ‘ ଆମେ COVID-19 mRNA ଟିକା ଉପରେ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ଳେଷଣର ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛୁ ଯାହା ଜନସାଧାରଣ ସଚେତନ ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ଏହି ବିଶ୍ଳେଷଣରେ ପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହୃଦ୍‌ରୋଗର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହେବାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ଦେଖାଯାଇଛି । ପାକିସ୍ତାନକୁ ଘାରିଛି ମ୍ୟାଲେରିଆ ଚିନ୍ତା \| ଆଉ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଭାରତରୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୬୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ମଶାରୀ କିଣିବ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ \| ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଦିନ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଭାରତରୁ ୬୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ମଶାରୀ କିଣିବାକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛି। ଦେଶରେ ବନ୍ୟା ଯୋଗୁଁ ମ୍ୟାଲେରିଆ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରାଯାଉଛି \| କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀ ଆସିବା ଦ୍ବାରା ବିଶ୍ବରେ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିବ ବୋଲି ଭବିଷ୍ୟବାଣୀ କରିଥିବା ମହନ୍ତ କରଶନଦାସ ୨୦୨୩-୨୪କୁ ନେଇ ବିଶ୍ବବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ସତର୍କ କରାଇଛନ୍ତି।ଏବେ ସେ ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ରେ ‘ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ’ ହେବ ବୋଲି ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ଏକ ଉପାୟ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ପାକିସ୍ତାନରେ ହିନ୍ଦୁମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ହେଉଥିବା ଅତ୍ୟାଚାର ବନ୍ଦ ହେବାର ନାମ ନେଉନାହିଁ। ଏବେ ସିନ୍ଧ ପ୍ରଦେଶର ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦ ସହରରୁ ଏଭଳି ଏକ ତାଜା ମାମଲା ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ଏହି ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଜଣେ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ଝିଅକୁ ଜବରଦସ୍ତ ଅପହରଣ କରିନେଇଥିବାର ଝିଅର ବାପା-ମା ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଜାତିସଂଘର ସାଧାରଣ ପରିଷଦ୍‌ରେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ର ୪ଟି ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଉପରେ ମସ୍କୋର ବେଆଇନ ବିଜୟକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଗତ ଚିଠା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବନା ଉପରେ ଗୁପ୍ତ ଭୋଟ୍‌ କରିବା ଲାଗି ମସ୍କୋ କରିଥିବା ଯୋଜନାକୁ ସୋମବାର ଦିନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାନ କରି ଭାରତ ଶତାଧିକ ଦେଶ ସହ ମୁକ୍ତ ଭୋଟ୍‌ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ମତ ଦେଇଛି। ଆମେରିକାର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଯେଉଁଆଡ଼େ ଯାଆନ୍ତି ତାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ନିଆଯାଉଥିବା ଫୁଟ୍‌ବଲ୍‌ ବା ‘ଆଣବିକ ଫୁଟ୍‌ବଲ୍‌’ ଭାବେ ଜଣାଶୁଣା ଗୋଟାଏ ‘ଆଟାଚି’ରୁ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ପ୍ରଳୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇପାରେ। ଭାରତୀୟ ଟଙ୍କା ତୁଳନାରେ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଡଲାର ଆହୁରି ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି। ଡଲାରଟିଏ କିଣିବା ଲାଗି ୮୨ ଟଙ୍କା ୩୪ ପଇସା ଗଣିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ୁଛି। ତୈଳ କଂପାନି, ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଓ ଆମଦାନିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଡଲାର ଚାହିଦା ବଢ଼ିବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ତାହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବଢ଼ିଛି। ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଡଲାର ତୁଳନାରେ ବିଶ୍ବର ବହୁ ଦେଶର ବିନିମୟ ମୁଦ୍ରା ଦୁର୍ବଳ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି। ଦୁର୍ବଳ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ସବଳ ରଖିବା ଲାଗି ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ନିଜ ଗଚ୍ଛିତ ବୈଦେଶିକ ମୁଦ୍ରା ଭଣ୍ଡାରରୁ ଡଲାର ବାହାର କରି ବିକ୍ରି କରୁଛି। ଏସିସି ଓ ଅମ୍ବୁଜା ସିମେଣ୍ଟ୍‌କୁ କିଣିବା ପରେ ବିଶ୍ବର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ବଡ଼ ଧନୀ ତଥା ଆଦାନି ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌ର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଗୌତମ ଆଦାନି ଆଉ ଏକ ସିମେଣ୍ଟ୍‌ କଂପାନି କିଣିବା ଉପରେ ନଜର ପକାଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଶିଶୁ ଅଧିକାର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଆୟୋଗ ( ଓଏସସିପିସିଆର)ର ନୂଆ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ଭାବେ ମନ୍ଦାକିନୀ କରଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାବତୀ ପ୍ରଧାନ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଶିଶୁ ଅଧିକାର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଆୟୋଗର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ଥିଲେ। ଭାରତ ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୃତୀୟ ତଥା ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ଦିନିକିଆ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଭାରତ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକାକୁ ୭ ୱିକେଟରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି ସିରିଜ୍‍ ଜିତିଛି। ପ୍ରଥମେ ଟସ୍‍ ଜିତି ଭାରତ ଫିଲ୍ଡିଂ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଥିଲା। ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ ୬୮ତମ ଜାତୀୟ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ପୁରସ୍କାର ବିଜେତାଙ୍କୁ ଏଠାରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଉତ୍ସବରେ ପୁରସ୍କୃତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଉତ୍ସବରେ ବଲିଉଡର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଭିନେତ୍ରୀ ଆଶା ପାରେଖଙ୍କୁ ଦାଦା ସାହେବ ଫାଲକେ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କର ସର୍ବାଙ୍ଗୀଣ ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରର ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି । ବିଶେଷକରି ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜିର ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି କୃଷକଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଛି । ଭାରତକୁ ମିଳିଛି ସ୍ୱିସ୍ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଜମାକାରୀଙ୍କ ୪ର୍ଥ ସେଟ୍‌ ତାଲିକା। ବାର୍ଷିକ ସ୍ୱୟଂଚାଳିତ ସୂଚନା ବିନିମୟ (ଏଇଓଆଇ) ଅଧୀନରେ ସ୍ୱିଜରଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ ୧୦୧ ଟି ଦେଶ ସହିତ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଜମାକାରୀଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟର ବିବରଣୀ ସେୟାର କରିଛି। ତେବେ ମିଳିଥିବା ଜମାକାରୀ ତାଲିକାରେ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟ ବା ଏନ୍‌ଆର୍‌ଆଇ। ମହୀଶୂରର ୩୧ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ମଦନକୁମାର ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ବ୍ରେନ୍‌ ଡେଡ୍‌ ହୋଇଥିବା ମଦନଙ୍କ ଅଙ୍ଗଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପରିବାର ଲୋକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଥିଲେ। ମଦନଙ୍କ ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ, ୨ କିଡ୍‌ନୀ, ପାନ୍‌କ୍ରିୟାଜ, ଲିଭର୍‌ ଏବଂ କର୍ନିଆ ଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହା ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁକୁ ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ, ମହୀଶୂରସ୍ଥିତ ଆପୋଲୋର ବିଜିଏସ୍‌ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ଯକୃତ, ଗୋଟିଏ କିଡ୍‌ନୀ ଏବଂ ପାନ୍‌କ୍ରିୟାଜ, ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁର ବିଜିଏସ୍‌ ଗ୍ଲୋବାଲକୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ କିଡ୍‌ନୀ ଏବଂ କର୍ନିଆକୁ ମହୀଶୂରର କେୟାର ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ପଠା ଯାଇଥିଲା।	570	Y
