1. ସୋମବାର ଠାରୁ ସଂସଦର ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଅଧିବେଶନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ୫ଦିନ ଧରି ଚାଲିବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ଅଧିବେଶନକୁ ନେଇ ଅନେକ ଆଶା ଆଶଙ୍କା ଲାଗି ରହିଛି। ଏହି ଅଧବେଶନ କାଳରେ ୪ଟି ବିଧେୟକ ଆଗତ କରାଯିବା ଲାଗି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

2. ନିପା ଭାଇରସର ବାଂଲାଦେଶୀ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ନିଃଶ୍ୱାସପ୍ରଶ୍ୱାସଜନିତ ସମସ୍ୟା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରେ ଏବଂ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ପ୍ରତି ୧୦ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୯ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରିଥାଏ ବୋଲି ଦେଶର ମହାମାରୀ ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞ ଡ ରମଣ ଗଙ୍ଗାଖେଡକର ଶନିବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି।

3. ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ମୁସୁରୀ ସ୍ଥିତ ‘ଦି ରିଙ୍କ୍‌’ ହୋଟେଲରେ ରବିବାର ଭୟାବହ ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡ ଘଟିଛି। ଭୋର୍‌ ୪ଟା ସମୟରେ ହୋଟେଲରେ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଥିଲା। ଏହି ସମୟରେ ହୋଟେଲ ମାଲିକ ଭିତରେ ଶୋଇଥିଲେ।

5. ପିଏମ ବିଶ୍ୱକର୍ମା ଯୋଜନାର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କଲେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ । ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଲାଗି ୧୩ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ। ବିଶ୍ୱକର୍ମା ଯୋଜନାର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ ବେଳେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ବୃତିଧାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ କଲେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ: ପୁରୀର ଟାହିଆ କାରିଗର ବସନ୍ତ କୁମାର ରଣାଙ୍କୁ କଲେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ।

6. ବିଶ୍ବକର୍ମା ପୂଜା ଦିନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ପିଏମ୍‌ ବିଶ୍ବକର୍ମା ସ୍କିମ୍ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ସ୍କିମ୍‌ରେ ଦେଶର ୧୮ ପ୍ରକାର ‌ କୌଳିକ ବୃତ୍ତିର କାରିଗରମାନଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ବହୁ ସୁବିଧା ରହିଛି। ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଧକମୁକ୍ତ ଋଣଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଟୁଲ୍‌କିଟ୍‌ କିଣିବାକୁ ଭାଉଚର, ମୌଳିକ ଓ ଉନ୍ନତ ତାଲିମ, ଡିଜିଟାଲ କାରବାରରେ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଭଳି ସୁବିଧା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ଏହି ସ୍କିମ୍‌ରେ ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ୧୩,୦୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଅଟକଳ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ସ୍କିମ୍ ଦ୍ବାରା ଦେଶର ୩୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ପରିବାର ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ।

7. ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଚିଟଫଣ୍ଡ ଦୁର୍ନୀତି ନେଇ ଦାଖଲ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜନସ୍ବାର୍ଥ ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ବିଚାରପତି ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟକାନ୍ତ ଓ ବିଚାରପତି ଦୀପଙ୍କର ଗୁପ୍ତାଙ୍କ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠରେ ହେବ।

8. ଇଷ୍ଟର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମିଡିଆ ପ୍ରାଇଭେଟ୍ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍ ତଥା ସମ୍ବାଦର ପୂର୍ବତନ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗକ୍ରମେ କ୍ରାଇମବ୍ରାଞ୍ଚର ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ଅପରାଧ ଶାଖା ଆଜି ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ କରିଛି। ସମ୍ବାଦର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ସୌମ୍ୟରଞ୍ଜନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଏବଂ ମାନବ ସମ୍ବଳ ବିଭାଗର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତୀ କରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଦଣ୍ଡବିଧି ଆଇନର ୫୦୬, ୪୬୭, ୪୬୮, ୪୭୧, ୪୨୦ ଏବଂ ୧୨୦ (ଖ) ଧାରାରେ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ ହୋଇଛି । କ୍ରାଇମବ୍ରାଞ୍ଚ ଇଓଡବ୍ଲୁ ଏବେ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଡାକି ଜେରା କରିବ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି।

9. ୧୮ ରୁ ୨୦ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏଁ ୩ ଦିନ ଧରି ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବ। ଏନେଇ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସତର୍କ କରାଯାଇଛି।

10. ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ରେଳବାଇ ଏକ ମୂଷା ଧରିବା ପାଇଁ ୪୧ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିଛି ଏବଂ ସେହିଭଳି ୩ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୧୬୮ଟି  ମୂଷା ଧରିବା ପାଇ ୬୯ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିଛି।

11. ସବୁ ପାନ ଚାଷୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଯୋଜନାର ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଫଳଭିତ୍ତିକ ଯୋଜନାରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରାଯାଇ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ।  ଅତି କମ୍‌ରେ ୨୦୦ ବର୍ଗମିଟର ପରିଧିର ପାନ ବରଜ ଥିବା ଚାଷୀ ମାନେ ସହାୟତା ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବିବେଚିତ ହେବେ । କୃଷି ଓ କୃଷକ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣ ବିଭାଗ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ନିୟମାବଳୀ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବ ।

12. ବିବାର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମଦିନ ଅବସରରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ରାମ ମନୋହର ଲୋହିଆ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଜେଣ୍ଡର ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଆଉଟ ପେସେଣ୍ଟ ଡିପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ (ଓପିଡି) ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ରବିବାର ଆରଏମଏଲ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ରକ୍ତଦାନ ଶିବିର ମଧ୍ୟ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
