- ବିଚାରପତିମାନେ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବା (କଲେଜିୟମ୍) ଭଳି ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍କୋର୍ଟ ଦ୍ବାରା ସୃଷ୍ଟ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷର ପୁରୁଣା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଆସୁଥିବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଅଧିକ ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରଦାୟୀ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେଥିରେ ସରକାରୀ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍ ଡିୱାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି।
