8.ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୬୮୦ଟି ନୂଆ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍‌ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ନେଇ ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଏମ୍‌ଏସ୍‌ଏମ୍‌ଇ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଗୋକୁଳାନନ୍ଦ ମଲ୍ଲିକ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

9.ଆହ୍ଲାବାଦ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଜଣେ ନାବାଳିକାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ହୋଇଥିବା ଯୌନ ନିର୍ଯାତନାକୁ କେବଳ ‘ଅପରାଧର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି’ ବୋଲି ଦର୍ଶାଇଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ନାବାଳିକାଙ୍କ ବକ୍ଷୋଜ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରିବା, ପୋଷାକ ଟାଣିବା ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଜାମାର ନାଡ଼ା ଛିଣ୍ଡାଇବା କେବଳ ଏକ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଏହା ଏକ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ  ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମ ଉଦ୍ୟମ। ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ରାୟକୁ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଅଦାଲତ  ‘ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସମ୍ବେଦନହୀନ’ ବୋଲି ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି।
