1818	15-02-2023	Odia	1.ଶିଶୁ ମୃତ୍ୟୁହାର ହ୍ରାସ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୩୯- ପଏଣ୍ଟ ହ୍ରାସ ହାସଲ କରି ଉଦାହରଣ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି। ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ-ଟିକାକରଣ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ୯୦.୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସାଫଲ୍ୟ ହାସଲ ସହ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରିଛି । ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶରେ ବାୟୁ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବା ( ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବାୟୁ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବା )ଯୋଗାଣ ଦିଗରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରଥମ ରାଜ୍ୟ । 2.ହିନ୍ଦୀ ସିନେମାରେ ନିଜ ଅଭିନୟ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଦର୍ଶକଙ୍କୁ ବାନ୍ଧି ରଖିଥିବା ଅଭିନେତା ଜାଭେଦ ଖାନ୍ନ୍‌ ଆମରୋହିଙ୍କର ପରଲୋକ ଘଟିଛି। ୭୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ, ଜାଭେଦ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ସକାଳେ ଶେଷ ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି। 3.ହିନ୍ଦୁସ୍ତାନ ଏରୋନେଟିକ୍ସ ଲିମିଟେଡ(ଏଚଏଏଲ) ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁର ଏରୋ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ୨୦୨୩ ରେ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ‘ହିନ୍ଦୁସ୍ତାନ ଲିଡ ଇନ ଫାଇଟର୍‌ ଟ୍ରେନର (ଏଚଏଲଏଫଟି) -୪୨’ ରୁ ବଜରଙ୍ଗବାଲୀଙ୍କ ଚିତ୍ର ହଟାଇ ଦେଇଛି। 4.ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଲୋକ ଦଳ(ଆରଏଲଡି) ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଜୟନ୍ତ ଚୌଧୁରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ୨୦୨୪ ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଭାଜପା ସହ ମେଣ୍ଟ ହେବାର କୌଣସି ସମ୍ଭାବନା ନାହିଁ। 5.ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ପଟିଆଲା ହାଉସ କୋର୍ଟ ଅବଦୁର ରହମାନଙ୍କୁ ୨୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଜରିମାନା ସହିତ ୭ ବର୍ଷ ୫ ମାସ ଜେଲଦଣ୍ଡାଦେଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି। 6.କାନପୁର ଦେହାଟର ମୈଥା ତହସିଲର ମଦୌଲି ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ଚାହଲା ଗ୍ରାମରେ ଏକ ଅଭାବନୀୟ ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଛି। ଜମିରୁ ଅନଧିକାର ପ୍ରବେଶ ହଟାଇବାକୁ ଯାଇଥିବା ପୋଲିସ ଓ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ସାମ୍ନାରେ ଝୁମ୍ପୁଡି ଭିତରେ ମା’-ଝିଅ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ଦଗ୍ଧ ହୋଇଯାଇଛନ୍ତି। 7.ଟେଲିଭିଜନ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧରେ ସୂଚନା ଏବଂ ପ୍ରସାରଣ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏଣିକି ଲୋକମାନେ ସେଟ-ଟପ ବକ୍ସ କିମ୍ବା ଫ୍ରି ଡିଶ୍‌ରେ ୨୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲକୁ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ସମର୍ଥ ହେବେ। 8.ଭାରତର ଖୁଚୁରା ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ଫୀତି ଗତ ଜାନୁୟାରୀରେ ୬.୫୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି, ଯାହାକି ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ (ଆର୍‌ବିଆଇ)ର ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସୀମାଠାରୁ ଯଥେଷ୍ଟ ଅଧିକ। 9.ହିଣ୍ଡେନ୍‌ବର୍ଗ-ଆଦାନୀ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌ ବିବାଦ ପରେ ନିୟାମକ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା କମିଟି ଗଠନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ସୋମବାର ରାଜି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। 10.କାଲିଫର୍ଣ୍ଣିଆର ସୈନ ଜୋସର ଏକ ପାର୍କରୁ ଚୋରି ହୋଇଥିବା ଛତ୍ରପତି ଶିବାଜୀ ମହାରାଜଙ୍କ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିମୂର୍ତ୍ତି କବାଡ଼ି ଖାନାରେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି 11.ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବିବିସି ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟାରୀକୁ ବ୍ରିଟେନରେ ବିରୋଧ ଚାଲିଛି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ବ୍ରିଟିଶ ସାଂସଦ ବବ ବ୍ଲାକମ୍ୟାନ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟାରୀକୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି। 12.ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡରେ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଝଡ଼ ଗାବ୍ରିଏଲର ତାଣ୍ଡବ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ଝଡ ଯୋଗୁ ଅଧିକ ବିନାଶ ହେବାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ରହିଛି। ଏହି କାରଣରୁ ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ସରକାର ଏକ ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। 13.ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୦୦ ବର୍ଷ ତଳେ ସିଙ୍ଗାପୁରରେ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ର୍ନିମିତ ଦେଶର ସର୍ବ ପୁରାତନ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ମନ୍ଦିରର ପୁନରୁଦ୍ଧାର ସମାରୋହରେ ୨୦୦୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଭକ୍ତ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। 14.ବ୍ରିଟିସ ବ୍ରଡକାଷ୍ଟିଂ କର୍ପୋରେସନ (ବିବିସି)ର ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଓ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଆୟକର ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଟିକସ ସର୍ଭେ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି । ଏହା ସହିତ ଆୟକର ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ବିବିସି କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଫୋନ ଫେରାଇଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । 15.ଆମ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ’ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୪୭ଟି ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ରୂପାନ୍ତରୀକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯିବ। ଏଥି ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ୭୫୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟୟ ଅଟକଳ କରିଛନ୍ତି। 16.କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ମହାମାରୀ ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରତି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆଇ.ସି.ୟୁ. ସୁବିଧା ସହ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ୍‌ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସର୍ବପ୍ରଥମ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଥିଲା। ଯେତେବେଳେ ଦେଶର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମେଡିକାଲ୍‌ ଅକ୍ସିଜେନ୍‌ ଅଭାବ ସହ ଲଢ଼ìଥିଲା ସେହି ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସମୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦେଶର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ୩୦୦ ଟନ୍‌ ଜୀବନ ରକ୍ଷାକାରୀ ଅକ୍ସିଜେନ୍‌ ପଠାଇଥିଲା। 17.ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ‘ମୋ ସରକାର’ ଏବଂ ୫-‘ଟି’ ନୀତି ଆଦି ପ୍ରୟୋଗ ଫଳରେ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ତରଦାୟିତ୍ୱତା ଏବଂ ରୋଗୀମାନଙ୍କ ସ;ୁଷ୍ଟିରେ ବିଶେଷ ଉନ୍ନତ୍ତି ସାଧନ ହୋଇଛି। ରୋଗ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ନିଜ-ପକେଟରୁ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚକୁ ଶୂନ (୦) କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମାଗଣା ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରଚଳନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରଥମ ରାଜ୍ୟ। 18.ବିଶ୍ୱ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିରେ ଭାରତ ପୁଣିଥରେ ୫ମ ସ୍ଥାନ ଦଖଲ କରିଛି। ଭାରତ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସକୁ ହଟାଇ ଆଗକୁ ବଢିଛି। ବ୍ଲୁମବର୍ଗ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଭାରତର ବଜାର ପୁଞ୍ଜି ୩.୧୫ ଟ୍ରିଲିୟନ ଡଲାରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ତଳକୁ ଖସି ଥିବା ବେଳେ ବ୍ରିଟେନ ପୂର୍ବପରି ସପ୍ତମ ସ୍ଥାନ ବଜାୟ ରଖିଛି। 19.ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ଫୀତି ନୂତନ ରେକର୍ଡ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରି ୧୯୭୫ ପରଠାରୁ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ତରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଦୁଗ୍ଧ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଲିଟର ପିଛା ୨୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପାର ହୋଇଛି। ସେଠାରେ କିଛି ଦୋକାନୀ କ୍ଷୀର ଲିଟର ପିଛା ୨୧୦ ଟଙ୍କାରେ ବିକ୍ରି କରୁଛନ୍ତି। 20.ମହିଳା ଆଇପିଏଲ୍‌ର ପ୍ରଥମ ସଂସ୍କରଣ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୪ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭହୋଇ ୨୬ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲିବ। ଥିରେ ୫ଟି ଦଳ ଭାଗନେବେ। ମୁମ୍ବଇର ଡି.ୱାଇ. ପାଟିଲ ଓ ବ୍ରାବୋର୍ଣ୍ଣରେ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟର ମୋଟ ୨୨ଟି ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ ଖେଳାଯିବ।	470	Y

1820	14-02-2023	Odia	1. ପାର୍ଲାମେଣ୍ଟ ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶନର ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ସୋମବାର ଶେଷ ହେବା ସହ ଉଭୟ ଲୋକ ସଭା ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଭାକୁ ମାସେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୁଲତବୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୩ରୁ ଅଧିବେଶନର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। 2. ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡର ଧାନବାଦରେ ଭାଜପା ବିଧାୟକ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଜିତ ମହତୋଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ବିବେକ ବିଷ ପିଇ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରବିବାର ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ରାତିରେ ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଛି। 3. ଜମ୍ମୁ-କଶ୍ମୀରରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ନୂତନ ସୀମା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ରାସ୍ତା ସଫା ହୋଇଛି। ଜମ୍ମୁ-କଶ୍ମୀରରେ ପରସିମନକୁ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ କରୁଥିବା ଆବେଦନକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ ଖାରଜ କରାଯାଇଛି। 4. ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ରାଜେଶ ବିନ୍ଦଲ ଏବଂ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କୁମାର ସୋମବାର ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟର ବିଚାରପତି ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଡି.ଓ୍ବାଇ. ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ ଉଭୟ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ ଶପଥ ପାଠ କରାଇଥିଲେ 5. ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି ରାଜସ୍ଥାନର ଦଉସାଠାରେ ଦେଶର ଦୀର୍ଘତମ ରାଜପଥ ୧,୪୦୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ-ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ୍‌ ଓ୍ବେର ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟକୁ ରବିବାର ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ-ଦଉସା-ଲାଲ୍‌ସଟ୍‌ ୨୪୬ କିଲୋମିଟର ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ୍‌ ଓ୍ବେ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟିତ 6. ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମେୟର ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ନେଇ ବିଜେପିକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରୁ ଲାଗିଛି ବଡ଼ ଝଟକା । ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ମେୟର ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ମନୋନୀତ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଭୋଟ୍ ଦେଇ ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସମ୍ବିଧାନରେ ଏହା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ରହିଛି ‌‌। ଆପ୍ ମେୟର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଶେଲୀ ଓବେରୟଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନ ଉପରେ ଏପରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ । ଏହା ସହିତ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧୬ରେ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମେୟର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ରୋକ୍ ଲଗାଯାଇଛି। 7. ୱାର୍ଲଡ ତାମିଲ ଫେଡେରେସନ୍ ସଭାପତି ପାଝା ନେଦୁମାରନ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଆମ ତାମିଲ ଜାତୀୟ ନେତା ପ୍ରଭାକରନ୍ ଜୀବିତ ଏବଂ ସେ ଭଲ ଅଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇ ମୁଁ ଖୁସି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଖୁବ୍ ଶୀଘ୍ର, ଯେତେବେଳେ ସମୟ ଠିକ୍ ହେବ, ସେତେବେଳେ ପ୍ରଭାକରନ୍ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିବେ। 8.ଦେବାଳିଆ ହେବାକୁ ବସିଥିବା ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଯୁଦ୍ଧାଭ୍ୟାସ ଆୟୋଜନ କରିଛି। କରାଚି ସ୍ଥିତ ନୌସେନା ଡକ୍‌ୟାର୍ଡରେ ଶନିବାରଠାରୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧାଭ୍ୟାସ ‘ଅମନ-୨୦୨୩’ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ନିଜର ସମ୍ମାନ ହରାଇଛି। ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଅପମାନିତ ହୋଇଛି ପାକିସ୍ତାନ । ଏହି ସମରାଭ୍ୟାସରେ କେବଳ ୭ ଦେଶ ନିଜ ଯୁଦ୍ଧଜାହାଜ ଏବଂ ବୁଡ଼ାଜାହାଜ ସହ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। 9. ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ସରକାର କଠୋର ଆଇନ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି। ସରକାର ନକଲ ବିରୋଧୀ ଆଇନର ଅଧ୍ୟାଦେଶ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଲେଫ୍ଟନାଣ୍ଟ ଜେନେରାଲ ଗୁରମିତ ସିଂହ (ସୋନି) ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ‘ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ କମ୍ପିଟେଟିଭ ଏକ୍ଜାମ ଅଧ୍ୟାଦେଶ-୨୦୨୩’କୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କୌଣସି ପ୍ରିଣ୍ଟିଂ ପ୍ରେସ, କୋଚିଂ ଇନ୍‌ଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍‌ କିମ୍ବା ପରିଚାଳନା କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଘଟ ମାମଲାରେ ଦୋଷୀ ସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହେଲେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆଜୀବନ ଜେଲ୍‌ଦଣ୍ଡ ହେବ। ୧୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜରିମାନା ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। 10.ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ରୋଡ୍-ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର ରେଳ ଲାଇନ କାମ ଅଧିକ ତ୍ବରାନ୍ବିତ ହେବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଦଶପଲ୍ଲା ଏବଂ ପୁରୁଣାକଟକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ୬୮ କିଲୋମିଟର ରେଳ ଲାଇନ ଜମିକୁ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଛି । ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର, ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣପୁର, ଫୁଲବାଣୀ, ବୌଦ୍ଧ, ନୟାଗଡ଼ ଏବଂ ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲାକୁ ସଂଯୋଗ କରିବ। ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଏବଂ ଉପକୂଳ ଓଡିଶା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆଉ ଏକ ରେଳ ସଂଯୋଗ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ। 11.ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟର ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୈଠକ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ୧୫ଟି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମିଳିଛି କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ମୋହର। 12.ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଜଳଯୋଗାଣ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେବ ଟ୍ରିଟମେଣ୍ଟ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟ । ୧୩୦ ମିଲିୟନ ଲିଟର କ୍ଷମତାବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଜଳ ବିଶୋଧନ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟ ଲାଗି ଟେଣ୍ଡରକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଛି । 13.ତୃତୀୟଲିଙ୍ଗୀ ସନ୍ତାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ପରିବାର ପେନସନ। ଏକମାତ୍ର ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ଅବିବାହିତ ଝିଅ ଭାବେ ବିବେଚିତ ହୋଇ ପରିବାର ପେନସନ ପାଇବାକୁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବିବେଚିତ ହେବେ। 14.ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ୧୦୦ ସିଟ୍ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ୨୩୭ଟି ହଷ୍ଟେଲ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଛି। 15.ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗରେ ଛୁଟି ବା ଟ୍ରେନିଂରେ ଯିବା ପରେ ଖାଲି ପଡୁଥିବା ପଦବୀ ପୂରଣ ଲାଗି ଲିଭ ଆଣ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ରିଜର୍ଭ ପୋଷ୍ଟ ତିଆରି ହୋଇଛି। 16 ସମ୍ବଲପୁରରେ ତ୍ରିଲୋଚନ ନେତ୍ରାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ୫ଏକର ଅନୁମୋଦିତ କରିଛି କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ। ସେହିପରି ଜଟଣୀରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ଭିଲେ ପାର୍ଲେ କେଲାବାଣୀ ମଣ୍ଡଲ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଜମି ଯୋଗାଇବେ। 17. ଡ୍ରିମସ୍ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ୨୦୨୨ ବିଲରେ ସଂଶୋଧନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ବି ମିଳିଛି ଅନୁମୋଦନ ।କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ବୈଠକ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ବସିଥିବା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରିଷଦ ବୈଠକରେ ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ର ବାର୍ଷିକ ବଜେଟକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଛି । 18. ନିବେଶକମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ବାର୍ଥର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଲାଗି ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଭୁତି ଓ ବିନିମୟ ବୋର୍ଡ (ସେବି) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୪୪ଟି ମ୍ୟୁଚୁଆଲ୍ ଫଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ସଂସ୍ଥାର ଫୋରେନ୍‌ସିକ୍‌ ଅଡିଟ୍ କରାଯିବ।	514	Y
