1938	12-12-2022	Odia	ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେଲେ ସୁଖବିନ୍ଦର ସିଂ ସୁଖୁ । ତାଙ୍କ ସହ ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ମୁକେଶ ଅଗ୍ନିହୋତ୍ରୀ । କଟକ ସାଂସଦ ଭର୍ତ୍ତୃହରି ମହତାବ ଲୋକମତ ମିଡିଆ ଗ୍ରୁପ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦାଜନକ ‘ଲାଇଫଟାଇମ୍‌ ଆଚିଭମେଣ୍ଟ୍ ଆୱାର୍ଡ, ଲୋକସଭା-୨୦୨୨ ପାଇଁ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଆଦିବାସୀ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ସଂପତ୍ତି ଅଧିକାରରୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ରଖୁଥିବା ହିନ୍ଦୁ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାର ଆଇନ (ଏଚ୍‌ଏସ୍‌ଏ) -୧୯୫୬ର ଧାରା ୨(୨) କୁ ସଂଶୋଧନ କରିବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। ୨୦୨୧ରେ ବିଜେପି ଯେତେବେଳେ ଭୂପେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପଟେଲଙ୍କୁ ଗୁଜରାଟର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଘୋଷଣା କଲା ସେ ସମୟରେ ଏହା ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଦେଇଥିଲା। ଭୂପେନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ବରେ ୨୦୨୨ ଗୁଜରାଟ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଫଳାଫଳ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ବିସ୍ମିତ କରିଦେଇଛି। ଦେଶରେ ଦୈନିକ କୋଭିଡ୍‌-୧୯ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ୨୦୦ ତଳେ ଥିବା ବ‌େଳେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ପୁଣି କିଛି ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇ ୪ ହଜାର ତଳକୁ ଚାଲି ଆସିଥିବା କଥା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ସୂଚନାରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ନାଗପୁର ମେଟ୍ରୋ ରେଳ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ‘ଫେଜ୍‌ ୧’ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କରିବା ସହିତ ମେଟ୍ରୋରେ ବସି ଫ୍ରିଡମ୍‌ ପାର୍କରୁ ଖପ୍ରି ଯିବା ଲାଗି ଟିକେଟ ଖରିଦ କରିଥିଲେ।ଫ୍ରିଡମ୍‌ ପାର୍କରୁ ଖପ୍ରି ଯାତ୍ରା ବେଳେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମେଟ୍ରୋରେ ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଓ ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବାର୍ତ୍ତାଳାପ କରିଥିଳେ। ସ୍କ୍ରାପରୁ କୋଟି କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆୟ କରିଛି ରେଲଓ୍ବେ। ଉତ୍ତର ପଶ୍ଚିମ ରେଲଓ୍ବେ ସ୍କ୍ରାପ ବିକ୍ରି କରି ୧୪୦କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଆୟ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିଛି। ଦେଶର ୯୫ କୋଟି ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ଭୋଟରଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ପାଖାପାଖି ୫୬ କୋଟି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଭୋଟର ପରିଚୟ ପତ୍ର ସହ ଆଧାର ଲିଙ୍କ୍‌ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବିବାହ ବିଚ୍ଛେଦ ଆଇନରେ ଆପୋସ ବୁଝାମଣାରେ ଛାଡ଼ପତ୍ର ଆବେଦନ କରିବା ଲାଗି ବର୍ଷେ କିମ୍ବା ତଦୂର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ସମୟ ସ୍ବାମୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଲଗା ରହିବା ଅସାମ୍ବିଧାନିକ ସର୍ତ୍ତ ବୋଲି କେରଳ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଜି-୭ ଦେଶ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସହଯୋଗୀମାନଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରୁଷିଆ ତୈଳ ଉପରେ ଲଗାଯାଇଥିବା କଟକଣାକୁ ଭାରତ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରିଛି। ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ମାତ୍ର ଥରେ ସରୋଗେସି ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏନେଇ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମାର୍ଗଦଶିକା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଚଳିତ ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷରେ ସାମିଲ ହେବନି କୌଣସି ନୂଆ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ । ଏନେଇ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସ୍କୁଲ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସମୀର ରଞ୍ଜନ ଦାଶ । ସେହିପରି ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବର୍ଷକୁ ଦୁଇଥର ଅଭିଭାବକ ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ବୈଠକ ବସୁଥିଲା । ଏବେ ବର୍ଷକୁ ଚାରିଥର ବସିବ ବୋଲି ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ କଳାକାରଙ୍କ ଏକ୍‌ ଟିମ୍‌ (ରାପର, ନୃତ୍ୟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ, ଫଟୋଗ୍ରାଫର ଏବଂ ଅଭିନେତା)ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ଯିବେ। ଜାପାନୀ ଅରବପତି ୟାସୁକା ମିଜାଭାଙ୍କ ‘ଡିୟରମୁନ୍‌’ ଅଭିଯାନରେ ଏମାନେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।ଜାପାନୀ ଅରବପତିଙ୍କ ‘ଡିୟରମୁନ୍‌’ ଅଭିଯାନ; ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ଯିବେ ୮ କଳାକାର, ଟିମ୍‌ରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅଭିନେତା ଦେବ ଯୋଶୀ ସାମିଲ ଆୟୁଷମାନ ଭାରତ ହେଲଥ୍‍ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ-ଆଭା ଆଇଡି ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ କରିବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରିଛି। ସେହିପରି ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୦ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଶୀର୍ଷ ସ୍ଥାନ ହାସଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କୋରାପୁଟ କଫି ଦେଶବିଦେଶର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କର ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଆକର୍ଷଣ କରିବାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି। କୋରାପୁଟ କଫିର ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟତାକୁ ସୁଦୂରବିସ୍ତାରୀ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରୁଛି ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି ଉନ୍ନୟନ ସମବାୟ ନିଗମ। ଜିଆଇ ମାନ୍ୟତା ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ସାମିଲ ହେବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ କୋରାପୁଟ କଫିର ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ରତା ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ଦସ୍ତାବିଜ୍‍କୁ ଏକାଠି କରାଯାଉଛି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ନଗର ନିଗମ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ୍‌ଙ୍କ ‘ଆମ୍‌ ଆଦ୍‌ମୀ ପାର୍ଟି’ଠାରୁ ଦଳ ହାରିଯିବା ପରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ‘ବିଜେପି’ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଆଦେଶ ଗୁପ୍ତା ଆଜି ତାଙ୍କ ପଦବୀରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସିବିଡିଟି ଜୁନ ୩୦ତାରିଖ ପରଠାରୁ ପ୍ୟାନ ସହ ଆଧାର ଲିଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୧୦୦୦ଟଙ୍କା ଫାଇନ କରିଛି । ଲେଟ ଫାଇନ ନଦେଲେ କେହି ଆଧାର ଲିଙ୍କ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ । ତେବେ ୨୦୨୩ ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷର ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୩୧ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆପଣ ଫାଇନ ଦେଇ ଲିଙ୍କ କରିପାରିବେ । କୃଷି ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ ପରିଷଦର ସହାୟକ ଶାଖା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଛେଳି ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନର ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ପୁଷ୍ପେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶର୍ମା କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଜୁଲାଇ୬ ରେ ‘ଲାପାରୋସ୍କୋପିକ୍’ କୌଶଳ ସହିତ ଛେଳି ପ୍ରଜନନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଛେଳିଟି ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୨ ରେ ଏକ ଛେଳି ଛୁଆକୁ ଜନ୍ମ ଦେଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ ସଫଳତାର ସହିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଏଠାରେ ଫରାହ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ମଖଦମ୍ ଗ୍ରାମରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ । ୟୁପି, ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀପୁର ଖେରୀର ମହମ୍ମଦ କୋଟୱାଲୀ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଜଣେ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଜେଣ୍ଡର ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ନିଯୁକ୍ତିର ଏକ ସପ୍ତାହ ପରେ ସ୍କୁଲରୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହା ପରେ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଜେଣ୍ଡର ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଜାତୀୟ ମହିଳା ଆୟୋଗଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରସ୍ଥ ହେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଆମେରିକାର ନ୍ୟୁ ଜର୍ସିର ପ୍ୟାଟ୍ରିକ ଜିବ୍ଲିନ , ଜଣେ ୫୮ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଜଣେ ବୃଦ୍ଧ କେବଳ ସିଙ୍ଗଲ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରି ୪ କୋଟି ଠକି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ସେ ଡେଟିଂ ସାଇଟ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡ଼ିଆ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ ଜରିଆରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସହ ବନ୍ଧୁତା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରୁଥିଲେ । ଏପରି ଭାବେ ସେ ୧୫୫ ଜଣ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ଧୋକ୍କା ଦେବାରେ ସକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ସେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ମିଛ କହିବା ସହ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାୟାଜାଲରେ ଫସାଇ ତା’ପରେ ଲୁଟୁଥିଲେ	524	Y

1940	11-12-2022	Odia	ଗୁଜରାଟ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପଦର ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଥିବା ଭୂପେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପଟେଲ୍ ବିଜେପି ବିଧାୟକମାନଙ୍କ ବୈଠକରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ସୁଖବିନ୍ଦର ସିଂ ସୁଖୁ ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶର ୧୫ ତମ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେବେ । ତେବେ ତାଙ୍କ ସହ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରେସ୍‌ରେ ଥିବା ମୁକେଶ ଅଗ୍ନିହୋତ୍ରୀ ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ଶିମଲା ବିଧାନସଭା କମ୍ପ୍ଲେକ୍ସରେ ବସିଥିବା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ବିଧାୟକ ଦଳ ବୈଠକରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି। ମୁସଲମାନ ଝିଅମାନେ କାହିଁକି ୧୫ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ବିବାହ କରିବେ? ଏସଂପର୍କରେ କାରଣ ଦର୍ଶାଇବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ନୋଟିସ୍‌ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ। ବିମାନରୁ ବାହାରିବା ପରେ ନିଜ ରକ୍ତାକ୍ତ ମୁହଁର ସେଲ୍‌ଫି ଉଠାଇଥିବା ଜଣେ ଲଢୁଆ ବିମାନ ପାଇଲଟଙ୍କୁ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭୋଲୋଦିମିର୍‌ ଜେଲେନ୍‌ସ୍କି ‘ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ର ବୀର’ ଭାବେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରିଥିବା କଥା ‘ନ୍ୟୁଜ୍‌ଉଇକ୍‌’ ରିପୋର୍ଟ କରିଛି। ଗୁଜରାଟ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ବିଜେପି ଏହାର ୪୫ ବିଧାୟକଙ୍କୁ ଟିକେଟ୍‌ ନଦେଇ ୪୫ ଜଣ ନୂଆ ମୁହଁଙ୍କୁ ଟିକେଟ ଦେଇଥିଲା। ଉକ୍ତ ୪୫ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୪୩ ଜଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୀତିନ ଗଡ଼କରୀ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ଏକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଏକାଧିକ ପତ୍ନୀ ରଖିବା ଏବଂ ଏପରିକି ୪ ଜଣ ପତ୍ନୀ ରଖୁଥିବା ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାରେ ରହୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅ ସ୍ଵାଭାବିକ। ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ ଆଇନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟରେ ଗତ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷରେ ୧୧୦୪୯ ମାମଲା ପଡ଼ି ରହିଛି। ୨୫ଟି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ୮.୭୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ସିଭିଲ ଏବଂ ୩.୭୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଅପରାଧିକ ମାମଲା ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ପଡ଼ି ରହିଛି। କତାରଠାରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ବିଶ୍ବକପ ଫୁଟବଲରେ ଏକ ଦୁର୍ଭାଗ୍ୟଜନକ ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଛି । ରିପୋର୍ଟିଂ କରୁଥିବାବେଳେ ଆମେରିକୀୟ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଟ୍ ଓ୍ବାଲ୍ ହଠତ୍ ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଭାରତ-ବାଂଲାଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଖେଳାଯାଉଥିବା ୩ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଦିନିକିଆ ସିରିଜ୍‌ର ଶେଷ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଟିମ୍‌ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ବୃହତ ବିଜୟ ହାସଲ କରିଛି। ୩ ଟିକିଆ ସିରିଜର ଦୁଇଟି ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ପରାଜିତ ହୋଇ ସିରିଜ ହାରି ସାରିଥିବା ଭାରତ ଏହି ବିଜୟ ହାସଲ କରିବା ସହ ସମ୍ମାନର ଶେଷ ସିରିଜ ଶେଷ କରିଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ଏକମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନନ୍ଦନକାନନ ରୋପୱେକୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ କରିବାକୁ ସେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ରୋପୱେରେ ଦୈନିକ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩ ହଜାର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକ ଯିବା ଆସିବାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଉଛି । ଏହା ଦ୍ଵାରା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକ ମାନେ ବଟାନିକାଲ ଓ ଜୁଲୋଜିକାଲ ଉଦ୍ୟାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଭାବେ ଯିବା ଆସିବା କରିପାରିବେ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଦେଶରେ ବୈଦ୍ୟୁତିକ ବା ଇଲେକ୍‌ଟ୍ରିକ୍‌ ଯାନ(ଇଭି) ବ୍ୟବହାରକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ସାହିତ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି ଦେଶରେ ବିକ୍ରି ହେଉଥିବା ମୋଟ ଗାଡିର ୧.୭% ହେଉଛି ଇଲେକ୍‌ଟ୍ରିକ୍‌ ଯାନ। ୨୦୩୦ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଦେଶର ଅଟୋ ଶିଳ୍ପରେ ଇଲେକ୍‌ଟ୍ରିକ୍‌ ଯାନର ଅଂଶ ୩୦%ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାକୁ ସରକାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଅନୁସାରେ ଯେକୌଣସି ବିଷୟରେ ଅନର୍ସ ରଖି ସ୍ନାତକ ହାସଲ କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ‘ଫୋର୍‌-ଇୟର୍‌ ଅଣ୍ଡର୍‌ଗ୍ରାଜୁଏଟ୍‌ ପ୍ରୋଗ୍ରାମସ୍‌’ (ଏଫ୍‌ୱାଇୟୁପି) କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ । ଏ ନେଇ ‘ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟି ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଟ୍‌ସ୍‌ କମିସନ୍‌’ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୋମବାର ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ଭାବରେ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇପାରେ। ୪ ବର୍ଷର ସ୍ନାତକ ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ନିୟମ ଏବଂ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନୀତି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଶିକ୍ଷାର ସଂସ୍କାର ପାଇଁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଅଣାଯାଉଛି । ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ କର୍କଟ ସୃଷ୍ଟିକାରୀ ନୂଆ ପ୍ରୋଟିନ୍‍ ‘ଜିପିଆର-୧୪୧’ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ପ୍ରୋଟିନ୍‍ ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ସ୍ତନ କର୍କଟ ରୋଗରେ ଦେଖାଯାଇ ଥାଏ। ତେବେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କେବେ ଏହି ପ୍ରୋଟିନ୍‍କୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରାଯାଇ ନଥିଲା। କର୍କଟ ନିରାକରଣ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ମିଳିଛି ଆଉ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ସଫଳତା। ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ବେତୁଲରେ ବୋରୱେଲରେ ଫସିଥିବା ତନ୍ମୟ ମୃତ। ୫ ଦିନ ତଳେ ଖେଳୁଥିବାବେଳେ ତନ୍ମୟ ବୋରୱେଲରେ ଖସି ପଡ଼ିଥିଲା। ଶିଶୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଥିବା ଯୌନ ଅପରାଧକୁ ନେଇ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଡି. ଓ୍ବାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ ଶନିବାର ଦିନ ଏକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଏହା ଏକ ଲୁକ୍କାୟିତ ସମସ୍ୟା। ରୁଷିଆର ଆକ୍ରମଣ ପରେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ରେ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ୁଥିବା ବହୁ ଛାତ୍ରୀଛାତ୍ର ସ୍ଵଦେଶକୁ ଫେରିଆସିଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏବେ ବି ସେଠାରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧,୧୦୦ ଜଣ ଭାରତୀୟ ଛାତ୍ରୀଛାତ୍ର ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଜିମେଲ ସର୍ଭିସେସ୍ ଡାଉନ୍ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲକ୍ଷ ୟୁଜର୍ସ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଗତ ଏକ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଧରି ଜିମେଲ ସେବା ଡାଉନ୍ ରହିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି । ଭାରତରେ ବି ଜିମେଲ ସେବା ଡାଉନ୍ ରହିଥିବା ଦେଖାଯାଇଛି । ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଉଜ୍ଜୟିନୀରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ସମୟରେ ଶୀତଲ, ଅନ୍ତିମା ଏବଂ ଗିରିଜା ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟି ବିମାନରେ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା ରହିଛି। ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କ ସହ ବିମାନରେ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବା ପରେ ଶୀତଲ, ଅନ୍ତିମା ଏବଂ ଗିରିଜାଙ୍କ ମୁହଁରେ ଥିବା ଖୁସି ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଥିଲା। କହିଛନ୍ତି, ‘ଆମେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରରେ ବସିଛୁ ଏବଂ ତାହା ମଧ୍ୟ ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କ ସହ। ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ତାଙ୍କ ରାୟରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଯଦି ଜଣେ ବିବାହିତା ମହିଳା ସ୍ୱାମୀଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଅନ୍ୟ ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ସହ ନିଜ ସହମତିରେ ଯୌନ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ରଖନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ଉକ୍ତ ମହିଳା ପରେ ସେହି ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ବଳାତ୍କାର ମାମଲା ଦାୟର କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ । ବଲିଉଡ ଅଭିନେତା ଅଜୟ ଦବେଙ୍କ ଅଭିନୀତ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଦୃଶ୍ୟମ୍-୨ ରିଲଜ ପରଠାରୁ ହିଁ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାରେ ରହିଛି । ସମସ୍ତ ଫିଲ୍ମକୁ ଫଛରେ ପକାଇ ଦେଇଛି ଏବଂ ଏଥିସହିତ ୨୦୦ କୋଟି କ୍ଲବରେ ସାମିଲ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ।	526	Y
