2330	10-05-2022	Odia	ଶ୍ରୀକ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଜାରି ରହିବ ପରିକ୍ରମା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ । ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କାମ ଉପରେ ରହିତାଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଆବେଦନର ଶୁଣାଣି କରି ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ କାମ ଜାରି ରଖିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାସହ ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବନ୍ଦ ପାଇଁ ପିଟିସନର କରିଥିବା ଆବେଦନକୁ ଖାରଜ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଏସଆଇ ସହ ମିଶି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଐତିହ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଚାଲୁ ରଖିବାକୁ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ସୁନାପୁର ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ଅପରାହ୍ନରେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଥିଲା ଜୀବନ-ମୃତ୍ୟୁର ଏ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଦୃଶ୍ୟ । ଏୟାରଲିଫ୍ଟ ଦ୍ବାରା ସମୁଦ୍ରରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ହେଲେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀ । ଅସାନୀର ଭୟଙ୍କର ରୂପ ଭିତରେ ସୁନାପୁରର ଗଭୀର ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ଫସିଯାଇଥିଲେ ୧୧ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀ । ବିଶାଖାପଟ୍ଟନମରୁ ମାଛମାରି ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଚିକିଟି ଫେରିବା ବେଳେ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଲହରୀ କାରଣରୁ କୂଳକୁ ଫେରିପାରିନଥିଲେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀ । ସୂଚନା ମୁତାବକ ସକାଳ ୯ଟାରୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ଫସିରିଥିଲେ । ବ୍ରଜରାଜନଗର ଉପ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ବିଜେଡି ଅଳକା ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ କରିଛି । ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ‘ବଡ଼ ବିଜୟ ପାଇଁ ସବୁ ନେତା ଏକ ହୋଇ ଲଢ଼ିବେ’ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଝାରସୁଗୁଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ବିଜେଡି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷକ ସୁବାସ ସିଂ । ବ୍ୟାପକ ଫୋର୍ସ ମୁତୟନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ପାଇଁ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ନଗର ନିଗମର ବୁଲଡୋଜର ସାହିନବାଗରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା । ତେବେ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ଅଭିଯାନକୁ ତୀବ୍ର ବିରୋଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକେ । ସୋମବାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରିଛି । ପଳାତକ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗଷ୍ଟର ଦାଉଦ ଇବ୍ରାହିମର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସହଯୋଗୀଙ୍କ ଆଡ୍ଡା ଉପରେ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରିଛି । ମହାଜନୀ କାରବାରରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତି ନେଇ ଚଢ଼ାଉ ହୋଇଛି । ନାଗପଡା, ଗୋରେଗାଓଁ, ବୋରିଭାଲୀ, ସାଣ୍ଟାକ୍ରୁଜ୍, ମୁମ୍ୱାଇ, ଭିଣ୍ଡି ବଜାର ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଏହି ଚଢାଉ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଘରୁ ଅଫିସ୍, ଅଫିସରୁ ଘର ଜାବତୀୟ କାମ ଟେନସନରେ ଚାକିରିଆ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଠିକରେ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ନେବାକୁ ବି ସମୟ ପାଉନାହାନ୍ତି । ଏଣିକି ଅଫିସ୍ କାମ କରିବା ବେଳେ ଶୋଇ ହେବ । ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଲାଗୁଥିଲେ ବି କଥାଟା ସତ । ଅଫିସ ସମୟରେ ଏବେ ଶୋଇ ହେବ । ଏମିତି ଏକ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି ଭାରତର ଏକ ଷ୍ଟାଟଅପ୍ କମ୍ପାନୀ । ୭୦ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ବାପା ହେବେ ଋଷ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଳାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନ୍ । ତାଙ୍କ ୩୮ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଗାର୍ଲଫ୍ରେଣ୍ଡ ଅଲିନା କାବେଭା ପୁଣି ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାରେ ଦେଖାଦେଇଥିବା ଆର୍ଥିକ ସଂକଟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପଦରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମହିନ୍ଦା ରାଜପାକ୍ଷେ । ରାସ୍ତାରେ ପଡିଥିବା ଋଷର ଏକ କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟ ବୋମାକୁ ଘରକୁ ନେଇ ଆସିଲା ୧୨ ବର୍ଷର ୟୁକ୍ରେନୀ ବାଳକ । ହେଲେ ସେ ଜାଣି ନଥିଲା ଖେଳନା ଭାବି ଘରକୁ ନେଇ ଆସିଥିବା ଏହି ଜିନିଷଟି ତା’ ପାଇଁ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ଆଣିଥିଲା ମୃତ୍ୟୁ । ଘରେ ବୋମାଟି ଫାଟି ପିଲାଟିର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି । ୮୪ ଲକ୍ଷରେ ନିଲାମ ହେଲା ଯୁକ୍ରେନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱେଟର । ଋଷ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏବେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାକୁ ଆସିଛି ଜେଲେନସ୍କିଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱେଟର । ମେଣ୍ଢାଲୋମରେ ତିଆରି ୟୁକ୍ରେନୀୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭୋଲୋଦିମିର୍‌ ଜେଲେନ୍‌ସ୍କିଙ୍କର ଗୋଟାଏ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଖାକି ସ୍ବେଟର୍‌କୁ ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡ୍‌ରେ ନିଲାମ ହୋଇଛି । ଭାରତରେ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ପୋଲିସ ହାଜତରେ ୬ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟୁଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଲୋକସଭାରେ ଜାତୀୟ ମାନବାଧିକାର ଆୟୋଗ(ଏନଏଚଆରସି)ର ତଥ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏନଏଚଆରସିର ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବିଚାର ବିଭାଗୀୟ ହାଜତରେ ୨୧୫୨ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିବା ବେଳେ ପୋଲିସ ହେପାଜତରେ ୧୫୫ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ଏହାର ଅର୍ଥ ହେପାଜତରେ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ୬ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ରିଟେଲର କର୍ମଚାରୀ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୭୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବଢ଼ି ୩ ଲକ୍ଷ ୬୧ ହଜାର ହୋଇଛି ।ରିଟେଲ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବସାୟକୁ ମିଶାଇ ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଜ୍ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୧୦ ହଜାର ନୂଆ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇଛି । ସୋମବାର ସକାଳୁ ଡଲାରର ତୁଳନାରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ରୁପୀର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ୭୭.୫୨ ଟଙ୍କା ହୋଇଛି। ଯାହା ସର୍ବକାଳୀନ ରେକର୍ଡ। ଇକ୍ୟୁଟି ଇନ୍‌ଭେଷ୍ଟରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହାର ଚାପ ସହିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିପାରେ। ତା ସହିତ ସୁନା ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଉପରେ ବି ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବ ପଡ଼ିପାରେ। ସୁନା ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇପାରେ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଦେଶରେ ଡିଜିଟାଲ ଜନ ଗଣନା ହେବାଦ୍ୱାରା ୧୦୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସଠୀକ ତଥ୍ୟ ମିଳିବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି “ଆଗାମୀ ଜନନଗଣନା ଇଲୋକ୍ଟ୍ରୋନିକ ମୋଡ଼ରେ ହେବ । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ଆଗାମୀ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦେଶରେ ବିକାସର ଆଧାରରେ ଯୋଜାନା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାହେବ”। ଆଜାଦି କା ଅମୃତ ମହୋତ୍ସବ (ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାର ୭୫ତମ ବାର୍ଷିକ)ର ଭାବନା ଓ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣରୁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର ଧାରା ୧୨୪-ଏ(ଦେଶଦ୍ରୋହ) ଆଇନର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ପୁଣି ଯାଞ୍ଚ ଓ ପୁନର୍ବିଚାର ଲାଗି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଥିବା ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଣୁ ଯେଉଁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆଇନର ଯାଞ୍ଚ ନ ହୋଇଛି ସେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦେଶଦ୍ରୋହ ମାମଲା ନ ହଟାଇବାକୁ ସରକାର ଶୀର୍ଷ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟଙ୍କୁ ନିବେଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଲନ୍ ମସ୍କ ଟ୍ବିଟ୍ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ‘ଯଦି ମୁଁ ରହସ୍ୟମୟ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ମରିଯାଏ ! ’ ତାଙ୍କର ଏହି ଟ୍ବିଟ୍ ପରେ ତାଙ୍କ ମା’ ରିପ୍ଲାଏ ଦେଇ ଲେଖିଥିଲେ, ‘ଏମିତି ଥଟ୍ଟା ଭଲ ନୁହେଁ ।’ ଏଲନ୍ ମସ୍କ ପୁଣି ଲେଖିଥିଲେ, ‘କ୍ଷମା କର ! ମୁଁ ଜୀବିତ ରହିବାକୁ ପୁରା ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିବି ।’ ସ୍ବରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଏବଂ ସମବାୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ଅମିତ ଶାହା ସୋମବାର ଦିନ ୧୦୭ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ସଶସ୍ତ୍ର ପୁଲିସ୍ ବଳ (ସିଏପିଏଫ୍‌) କ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟିନ୍‌ ଗୁଡିକରେ ଖଦି ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଗୁଡିକର ବିକ୍ରି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଠାରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା, ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନ ସୋମବାର ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଭାରତୀୟ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଆୟୋଗ (ଏଚଇସିଆଇ) ଗଠନ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ତିନିଟି ସାମାଜିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷା (ଜନ ସୁରକ୍ଷା) ଯୋଜନାକୁ ୭ ବର୍ଷ ପୂରିଛି। ଏହି ସବୁ ଯୋଜନା ହେଲା, ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜୀବନ ଜ୍ୟୋତି ବୀମା ଯୋଜନା (ପିଏମ୍‌ଜେଜେବିୱାଇ), ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଯୋଜନା (ପିଏମ୍‌ଏସ୍‌ବିୱାଇ) ଏବଂ ଅଟଳ ପେନସନ ଯୋଜନା (ଏପିୱାଇ)। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ ୨୦୨୪ ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ମହାମେଣ୍ଟ ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ହେବା ସମ୍ଭାବନାକୁ ଅସ୍ବୀକାର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ତାଙ୍କର ମେଣ୍ଟ ବା ସମ୍ପର୍କ କେବଳ ୧୩୦ କୋଟି ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ସହ ।	549	Y
