2782	23-09-2021	Odia	ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ପରେ ଏନେଇ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ଜାତୀୟ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ (NDMA) । କୋଭିଡରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣ କରିଥିବା ପରିବାରର ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ୫୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏଁ ଅନୁକମ୍ପାମୂଳକ ସହାୟତା ଦିଆଯିବ । ଏହି ସହାୟତା ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପାଣ୍ଠିରୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ । ଦରକାରୀ କାଗଜପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲ କରିବାର ୩୦ ଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଏହି ୫୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିବ ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଆଧାର ଡାଟାବେସରୁ ବ୍ୟାପକ ତଥ୍ୟ ଲିକ୍ । ଚୀନ ହ୍ୟାକରମାନେ ଭାରତର ଆଧାର ଡାଟାବେସକୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରିଥିବା ନେଇ ଚାଞ୍ଚଲ୍ୟକର ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଡିଫେନ୍ସ ଏକାଡେମୀ ବା ଏନଡିଏ ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେବାକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ । ଏନଡିଏରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ସୁଯୋଗ ଦେବା ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖିବା ଲାଗି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କରିଥିବା ଆବେଦନକୁ ଖାରଜ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଅଦାଲତ । ଆମେରିକାର ଏକ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ ପ୍ରୋସେସିଂ କମ୍ପାନୀ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ବେତନ ପ୍ରାୟ ୬ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବାର୍ଷିକ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା କରିଥଲା । ଗ୍ରାଭିଟି ପେମେଣ୍ଟସ୍ ନାମକ ଏକ କମ୍ପାନୀର ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଉପରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମତ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସିଇଓ ଡେନ ପ୍ରିସ୍ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଦରମା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ନୀତି ତାଙ୍କର ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି । ବିଶେଷ କଥା ହେଉଛି ସମସ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ଦରମା ୫୧ ଲକ୍ଷ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସିଇଓ ଡେନ ପ୍ରିସଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଦରମା ୭ କୋଟି ହ୍ରାସ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିଥିଲା । ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ପରେ ଅନେକ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରିସଙ୍କୁ ହିରୋ ବୋଲି କହିଥିଲେ । ତେବେ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଦେବାଳିଆ ହୋଇଯିବ ବୋଲି କିଛି ଲୋକ ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ସବୁଠୁ କଠୋର ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ଇତିହାସରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ଜଣେ ହନ୍ଦୁ ଝିଅ । ୨୭ ବର୍ଷିଅ ଡକ୍ଟର ସନା ରାମଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୁଲୱାନି ସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ୍ ସୁପିରିୟର ସର୍ଭିସେସ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ କୃତକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ମେରେ କୃତକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ସୋମବାର ତାଙ୍କ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ପତ୍ରରେ ମୋହର ଲାଗିଛି । ପାକିସ୍ତାନରେ ସିଏସ୍ଏସ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷାକୁ ସବୁଠୁ କଠିନ କୁହାଯାଏ । ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଜରିଆରେ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ସେବାରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ମିଳିଥାଏ । ଏହାକୁ ଆପଣ ଭାରତରେ ହେଉଥିବା ସିଭିଲ୍ ସର୍ଭିସେସ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ବୋଲି କହିପାରନ୍ତି । କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଖୋଲିବ ଖୋଖୋ ଏକାଡେମୀ। ଏଥିସହ ବହୁମୁଖି ଇନଡୋର ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯିବ । ଇନଡୋର ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ସିନ୍ଥେଟିକ ମ୍ୟାଟର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିବ। ଖୋ ଖୋ ଅଲମ୍ପିକ ଗେମ୍ ହୋଇ ନଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କେବଳ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବା ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ଖେଳ ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଦେଶର ନିଜସ୍ୱ ଖେଳକୁ ଗାଁ ଗାଁ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ସଚିବ । ଏଣିକି ତ୍ରିସ୍ତରୀୟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଭୋଟ୍ ଗଣତି ଆଉ ମତଦାନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ହେବନି। ସାରା ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବ୍ଲକ ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନରେ ହିଁ ହେବ ଭୋଟ୍ ଗଣତି। ମିଆଁମାର ଉପକୂଳରେ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ରିଲିଫ କମିଶନରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି । ୨୫ରୁ ୨୭ତାରିଖ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଉପକୂଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଲଘୁଚାପ ବର୍ଷା ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା । କୋଭିଡରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ୫୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏଁ ଅନୁକମ୍ପାମୂଳକ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରାଯିବ । ସବୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସରକାର ଏହି ସହଯୋଗ କରିବେ । ଦରକାରୀ କାଗଜପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲ କରିବାର ୩୦ ଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଏହି ୫୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିବ ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଣିକି ଜଣେ ଡାକ୍ତର ଥିବା ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାରେ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ଅନୁପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଫାର୍ମାସିଷ୍ଟମାନେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସେବା ଯୋଗାଇପାରିବେ। ଏ ନେଇ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ହେଲା ଜାରି । ମହନ୍ତ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗିରିଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଗଲା ଭୂ-ସମାଧି । ବାଘମ୍ବରୀ ମଠରେ ମନ୍ତ୍ର ଉଚ୍ଚାରଣ ସହ ଦିଆଗଲା ସମାଧି । ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ବୋର୍ଡର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ପଢ଼ିବାକୁ ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିବ। ଯେଉଁ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଯୁକ୍ତ୨ ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ନାମଲେଖା ବେଳେ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ମେଧା ତାଲିକାରେ ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିବ। କଟକ ବଡ଼ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାର ପୁରୁଣା କୋଠାର ହେବ ସ୍ଥିତି ଯାଞ୍ଚ। କଟକ ବଡ଼ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାକୁ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତରୀୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଏଭଳି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି । ୮୨୭ କୋଟିର ନୂଆଁଖାଇ ଭେଟି ଦେଲେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ୫୯୭ କୋଟିର ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଓ ୨୩୦କୋଟିର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କଲେ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ । ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ହରିଶଙ୍କର ପୀଠର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ହେଲା ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର । ସେପଟେ ‘ରାଜେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ’କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ କରାଯିବ । ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ ବର୍ଷ ଲାଗି ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସୂଚକାଙ୍କରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହେଲା ଚତୁର୍ଥ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଉନ୍ନିତ। ଆଜିଠାରୁ ପୁରୀରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟହ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରର ଦ୍ୱାର ଭୋର୍‌ ସାଢେ ୪ଟାରେ ଖୋଲିବାକୁ ପ୍ରଶାସନର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି । ଜାତିସଂଘ ସାଧାରଣ ପରିଷଦ ବୈଠକରେ ତୁର୍କୀକୁ ଦୃଢ ଜବାବ ଦେଇଛି ଭାରତ । ତୁର୍କୀ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରିସେପ ତାୟିବ୍ ଏର୍ଡୋଗାନ କଶ୍ମୀର ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ ଉଠାଇବାର କିଛି ଘଣ୍ଟା ପରେ ଭାରତ ସାଇପ୍ରସ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ ଉଠାଇ ତୁର୍କୀକୁ ଘେରିଲା । ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଲା ବିଶ୍ୱର ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଆୟକାରୀ ଫୁଟବଲର । ମେସିଙ୍କୁ ପଛରେ ପକାଇଛନ୍ତି କ୍ରିଷ୍ଟିଆନୋ ରୋନାଲ୍ଡୋ । ୨୦୨୦ରେ ମେସି ଏହି ତାଲିକାରେ ସବ୍ରାଗ୍ରେ ରହିଥିଲେ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଏସକେୱାଇକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଛନ୍ତି ନରସିଂହ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ହାତକୁ ନେଇଥିବା ଯୋଜନା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ଭାରତ ଠାରୁ ଭଲ । ଏଥିରେ ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କୁ ୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଓ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ୧୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବୀମା ମିଳିବ । ଏହା ସ୍ୱାଗତ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ବିଧାୟକ ନରସିଂହ ମିଶ୍ର। ବଦଳିବ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍କୁଲ ସ୍କୁଲଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଚେହେରା। ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ କ୍ଲାସରୁମ୍, ଇ-କଣ୍ଟେଣ୍ଟ, ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଲାଇବ୍ରେରୀ ଆଦି ଆଧୁନିକ ଶୈକ୍ଷିକ ଉପକରଣ ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍କୁଲର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ିବେ । ଏଥିଲାଗି ସମଗ୍ର ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୩ ହଜାର ୯୪୬ଟି ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି। ସେହିପରି ‘ଓମବାଡ୍‌ସି’ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଅଧୀନରେ ଯାଜପୁର, କେନ୍ଦୁଝର, ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଓ ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରୁ ୬୬୭ଟି ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍କୁଲ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି ।	573	Y

2786	21-09-2021	Odia	ଦିନିକିଆ ଟିକାକରଣରେ ରେକର୍ଡ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଦିନକରେ ଦିଆଗଲା ୪ଲକ୍ଷ ୧୬ହଜାର ୪୫୪ ଡୋଜ୍ ଭ୍ୟାକସିନ୍। ଯାହାକି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଟିକାକରଣରେ ସର୍ବକାଳୀନ ରେକର୍ଡ। ଏନେଇ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ଟୁଇଟ୍ କରି ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ବିଜୁ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କାର୍ଡ ଢାଞ୍ଚାରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବାଣ୍ଟିବ ଡିଜିଟାଲ ହେଲ୍ଥ କାର୍ଡ଼ । ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ଭାରତ ଯୋଜନାରେ ଥିବା ତ୍ରୁଟିକୁ ନୂଆ କାର୍ଡ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସୁଧାରିବା ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରୟାସ କରୁଛି । ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପାଇଲଟ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି । ତେବେ ବିଏସକେଓ୍ବାଇ କାର୍ଡ ଭଳି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରୁଥିବା କାର୍ଡରେ ଏତେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସୁବିଧା ନାହିଁ । ଅଖିଳ ଭାରତୀୟ ଆଖଡ଼ା ପରିଷଦ ସଭାପତି ମହନ୍ତ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗିରି ମହାରାଜଙ୍କ ସନ୍ଦେହଜନକ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରୟାଗରାଜ ସ୍ଥିତ ବାସଭବନରୁ ତାଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହ ଆଜି ମିଳିଛି। ପଦ୍ମଶ୍ରୀ ସୁଦର୍ଶନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଲଳିତ କଳା ଏକାଡେମୀର ସଭାପତି ରୂପେ ପୁନଃମନୋନୀତ । ୫-୧୧ବର୍ଷୀୟ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନିରାପଦ ଫାଇଜର ଟିକା। ୧୨ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ବୟସ୍କଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଟିକା ବାହାର କରିସାରିଥିବା ଫାଇଜର ୫-୧୧ବର୍ଷୀୟ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଟିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରିଥିଲା। ଆସନ୍ତା ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷାରେ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟରିଂ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ । ଏନେଇ ଏ.ଆଇ.ସି.ଟି.ଇ. ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଗତକାଲି ରାତିସାରା ମୂଷଳଧାରାରେ ବର୍ଷା ହେବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଜଳାର୍ଣ୍ଣବ ହୋଇଛି। ଆଜି ସକାଳେ ନେତାଜୀ ସୁଭାଷ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ବୋଷ ଅନ୍ତଃରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ବିମାନ ବନ୍ଦରରେ ଆଣ୍ଠୁଏ ପାଣି ଜମି ରହିବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ ବାଧାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ପୁଣି ପଡୋଶୀ ତଥା ସହଯୋଗୀ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତ ଆସନ୍ତା ୩ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କୋଭିଡ ଟିକା ପଠାଇବ \| ପଡୋଶୀ ଦେଶକୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦେଇ ଭାରତ ଟିକା ରପ୍ତାନି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବ ବୋଲି ସୋମବାର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମନସୁଖ ମାଣ୍ଡଭିଆ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଦୁଇ ଜାପାନୀ ଜାଆଁଳା ଭଉଣୀଙ୍କୁ ଗିନିଜ୍‌ ବୁକ୍‌ ଅଫ୍‌ ଓ୍ବାର୍ଲଡ ରେକର୍ଡରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ମିଳିଛି। ବିଶ୍ବର ବୟୋଜ୍ୟୋଷ୍ଠ ଜୀବିତ ଜାଆଁଳା ଭଉଣୀ ଭାବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସମ୍ମାନ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବୟସ ୧୦୭ ବର୍ଷ ଏବଂ ୩୩୦ ଦିନ। ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା ବୁଦ୍ଧ ଦିବସ ଅବସରରେ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହି ଦିନକୁ ଜାପାନର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଦିବସ ରୂପେ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଏ। ପଞ୍ଜିକୃତ ଶ୍ରମିକମାନେ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ଜୀବନ ବୀମା ଏବଂ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଅକ୍ଷମତା ବୀମା ପାଇପାରିବେ ବୋଲି ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା । ପଂଜାବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେବା ପରେ ଚରଣଜୀତ ସିଂହ ଚନ୍ନୀ ନିଜର ଆକ୍ସନ ଦେଖାଯାଇଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗରୁ ବିଭାଗୀୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟ, ବିଭାଗୀୟ କମିଶନର, ଡେପୁଟି କମିଶନର ଏବଂ ଏସଡିଏମଙ୍କୁ ପର୍ସନାଲ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ଚିଠିରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ, ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ସକାଳ ୯ ଟାରେ ନିଜ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ଅଫିସ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହିବେ । ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୫ ତାରିଖରୁ ପୂର୍ବ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଓ ଏହାର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ଏକ ଘର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏହା ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ଗତି କରି ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ୪୮ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଉପକୂଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ। ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୨୬ ତାରିଖରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହୋଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରସ୍ଥିତ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍ ଦଳ ପରେ ଏବେ ପାକିସ୍ତାନକୁ ଜୋରଦାର ଝଟକା ଦେଲା ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡ । ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡ ଆଣ୍ଡ ଓ୍ଵେଲ୍ସ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍ ବୋର୍ଡ(ଇସିବି) ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ପରି ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଗସ୍ତ ବାତିଲ୍ କରିଛି । ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ପହିଲାରୁ କଲେଜରେ ବାୟୋମେଟ୍ରିକ ଆଟେଣ୍ଡାନ୍ସ, ସରକାର ଦେଲେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ । ଏଣିକି ଏଟିଭିଏମ୍‌ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ କାର୍ଡ ଉପଯୋଗ କରୁଥିବା ରେଳ ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ରିଚାର୍ଜ ପାଇଁ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ବୁକିଂ କାଉଣ୍ଟର ଯିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ ନାହିଁ । ଦେଶରେ ସେରୋଟାଇପ୍‍-୨ ଡେଙ୍ଗୁ ବ୍ୟାପିବାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ନେଇ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସମେତ ୧୧ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ସତର୍କ ରହିବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ । ଦକ୍ଷିଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ରେଳପଥ ପରିସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗୁଣ୍ଟୁର-ଗୁଣ୍ଟକଲ୍ ରେଲୱେ ସେକ୍ସନ୍‌ର ଦୋହରୀକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୨୬ ଓ ୨୭ରେ ଉଭୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରୁ ଛାଡ଼ିବାକୁ ଥିବା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର-ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁ-ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତି ବିଶେଷ ଟ୍ରେନ(୦୮୪୬୩/୦୮୪୬୪) ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ମାର୍ଗରେ ଚଳାଚଳ କରିବ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବୋର୍ଡ଼ – ସି.ବି.ଏସ୍‍.ଇ. ଦଶମ ଓ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ପ୍ରଥମ ସେମିଷ୍ଟାର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆସନ୍ତା ନଭେମ୍ବରରେ ହେବା ନେଇ ବୋର୍ଡ଼ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବିଷୟ ପାଇଁ ସମୟ ଅବଧି ୯୦ ମିନିଟ୍‍ ରହିବ । ଅତି ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତମୂଳକ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଆଧାରରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବ । ସ୍ପେନର ଲା ପାମା ଦ୍ବୀପରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଆଗ୍ନେୟ ଉଦଗୀରଣ। ତରଳ ଲାଭା ପ୍ରବାହ ଜାରି ରହିଥିବାରୁ ୫ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଇଛି। ଉଦଗୀରଣ ଯୋଗୁ କିଛି ଘର ବି ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି। କୁମ୍ବ୍ରେ ଭିଏଜା ଜାତୀୟ ଉଦ୍ୟାନସ୍ଥିତ କିଛି ଗ୍ରାମର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନିରାପଦ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ନିଆଯାଇଛି । କ୍ରମାଗତ ତାପମାତ୍ରା ବଢିବା ଯୋଗୁ କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଆସିପାରେ ଘୋର ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ । ଏନେଇ ସତର୍କ କରାଇଛି ଜାତିସଂଘ । ଚଳିତ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀର ଶେଷ ଭାଗ ଆଡକୁ ବିଶ୍ବରେ ତାପମାତ୍ରା ୨.୭ ଡିଗ୍ରି ସେଲସିୟସ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବ। ଆମେରିକା ଓ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ମ ଋତୁରେ ଜଙ୍ଗଲରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗିବା, ଚୀନ ଓ ଜର୍ମାନୀରେ ପ୍ରଳୟଙ୍କରୀ ବନ୍ୟା ଆଦି ଏହାର ପୂର୍ବ ସଙ୍କେତ ।	579	Y
