7. ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଭିଡିଓ କନଫରେନ୍ସିଂ ମଧ୍ୟମରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍‌ ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।  ଏହି କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍‌ ବୈଠକରେ ୩ଟି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଉପରେ ମୋହର ବାଜିଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଓ ସେବା କର ସଂଶୋଧନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ମିଳିଛି। ସଂଶୋଧିତ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଅନୁସାରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ଟିକସଦାତା ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ। ସେହିପରି  ଓଡିଶା ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପାଣ୍ଠି ସମୀକ୍ଷା ଅଧିନିୟମରେ ସଂଶୋଧନକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ମିଳିଛି। ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣରେଖା ନଦୀରେ ଏକ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ ସେତୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି ।

5. ତାଜମହଲ ନିକଟରେ ନିର୍ମାଣାଧୀନ ମୋଗଲ ସଂଗ୍ରହାଳୟ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଛତ୍ରପତି ଶିବାଜୀଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ନାମିତ ହେବ। ସଂଗ୍ରହାଳୟରେ ଶିବାଜୀଙ୍କ ଇତିହାସ ମଧ୍ୟ ଲିପିବଦ୍ଧ ହେବ।

9. ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ସ୍ତରରେ କୋଭିଡ ମୃତ୍ୟୁହାର ୩. ୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଥିବାବେଳେ ଭାରତରେ ଏହା ୧.୬୫% ରହିଛି। ଦେଶରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସିତ ହେଉଥିବା ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୦.୫ ଭାଗ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଭେଣ୍ଟିଲେଟର ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ପଡୁଛି ଓ  ୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ କମ୍‍ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଆଇସିୟୁରେ ରଖାଯାଇଛି।

7. ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ୪୬ବର୍ଷ ହେଲା ଶତାଧିକ ପୁରୁଣା କାଳିଆ ଆଇନ କେବଳ କାଗଜପତ୍ରରେ ଚାଲୁ ରହିଛି। ଯାହାକି କାଳକ୍ରମେ ସାଂପ୍ରତିକ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ହରାଇଲାଣି। ଆଇନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ‘ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରିପେଲିଂ ଆଇନ-୨୦୨୦’ଅଣାଯାଇଛି। ଏଥିରେ ୬୯୯ଟି ପୁରୁଣାକାଳିଆ ଆଇନ ବନ୍ଦ କରାଯିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରହିଛି।

9. ୟୋଶିହିଡ଼େ ସୁଗା ଜାପାନର ଶାସକ ଦଳର ନୂତନ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ସିଞ୍ଜୋ ଆବେଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେ ଜାପାନର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହେବେ।

3.     ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲର ଜେନେରାଲ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ପରେ ଫେଭିପିରାଭିର ଟାବଲେଟ୍ ଓ ରେମଡେସିଭିର ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନକୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବ୍ରିକି ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ସର୍ତ୍ତମୂଳକ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଦୁଇ ଔଷଧ ଓ ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନକୁ କୋଭିଡ୍ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ଉପଯୋଗ କରାଯାଉଛି।

4.     ‘ହେଟ୍‌ ସ୍ପିଚ୍’ ଅଭିଯୋଗ: ଫେସ୍‌ବୁକ୍ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ହାଜର ହେବାକୁ ନୋସିଟ୍‌ ଦେଲେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ବିଧାନସଭା କମିଟି ।

6.     ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଭିଡିଓ କନଫରେନ୍ସିଂ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ସମେତ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ୩୦ଟି ଜିଲାରେ ଥିବା ଜିଲାସ୍ତରୀୟ ଓ ତାଲୁକା ସ୍ତରୀୟ ବିଚାରବିଭାଗୀୟ ଅଦାଲତରେ ଇ-ଲୋକ ଅଦାଲତ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଛି। 

7.     କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ମହାମାରୀ ଯୋଗୁ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଲକ୍‌ଡାଉନ୍‌ରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ହରାଇଥିବା ବେରୋଜଗାରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଭଲ ଖବର। କାରଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଖୁବ୍ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଏହି ବେରୋଜଗାରଙ୍କୁ ଦେବେ ମାସକର ଅଧା ଦରମା। କେବଳ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ରାଜ୍ୟ ବୀମା    ଯୋଜନା (ଇଏସ୍‌ଆଇସି) ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ଏହାର ଲାଭ ନେଇପାରିବେ।

8.  ଆଇପିଏଲ୍‍ ଇତିହାସରେ ପ୍ରଥମଥର ପାଇଁ ଆମେରିକାର ଜଣେ କ୍ରିକେଟର ଖେଳିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି କଲକାତା ନାଇଟ ରାଇଡର୍ସ (କେକେଆର୍‍)ର ଫାଷ୍ଟବୋଲର ଅଲୀ ଖାଁ।

9.      ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସିନେ ଜଗତର ଜଣେ ଖ୍ୟାତନାମା ନିର୍ଦେଶକ ଶିଶିର ମୋହନ ପତି(ବୁଟୁ)ଙ୍କର ପରଲୋକ ହୋଇଛି। ଗତକାଲି ରାତି ପ୍ରାୟ ସାଢେ ୮ଟା ସମୟରେ ସେ ଶେଷ ନିଃଶ୍ବାସ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ୬୪ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

8.୧୪ ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ୬,୧୯୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କଲା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ଯେଉଁ ୧୪ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ସରକାର ଏହି ଟଙ୍କା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକ ହେଲା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ, କେରଳ, ମଣିପୁର, ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ, ଆସାମ, ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶ, ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ, ମେଘାଳୟ, ମିଜୋରାମ, ନାଗାଲାଣ୍ଡ, ପଞ୍ଜାବ, ସିକ୍କିମ, ତାମିଲନାଡୁ ଏବଂ ତ୍ରିପୁରା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ!!

 9.ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରେ ଖୋଲିପାରେ ନନ୍ଦନକାନନ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ଉଦ୍ୟାନ। ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରେ ଖୋଲିବାକୁ ବିଚାର ବିମର୍ଶ ଚାଲୁ ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ନନ୍ଦନକାନନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଶଶି ପଲ୍‌ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

10.ବନ୍ୟା କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ୩୦୦ କୋଟିର ପ୍ୟାକେଜ୍ ଘୋଷଣା, ହେକ୍ଟର ପିଛା ମିଳିବ ୬,୮୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା।
