- ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ସହର ଅକଲାଣ୍ଡରେ ତିନି ଦିନିଆ ଲକଡାଉନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଲକଡାଉନ୍ ରବିବାର ମଧ୍ୟରାତ୍ରରୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବ।
- ଚେନ୍ନାଇରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏକ ସମାରୋହରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦି ସ୍ୱଦେଶୀ ଜ୍ଞାନ କୌଶଳରେ ବିକଶିତ ଅର୍ଜୁନ ମୁଖ୍ୟଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଟ୍ୟାଙ୍କ (ଏମକେ-୧ଏ) ସେନାକୁ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଏହି ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ଟ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ସଲାମୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
- ଆମେରିକାର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଆସିଥିବା ମହାଭିଯୋଗ ମାମଲା ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ଶନିବାର ମହାଭିଯୋଗ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ନେଇ ସିନେଟରେ ଭୋଟିଂ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏଥିରେ ୫୭ଟି ଭୋଟ୍ ତାଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ପଡିଥିବା ବେଳେ ୪୩ଟି ଭୋଟ୍ ତାଙ୍କ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ପଡିଥିଲା । ତେଣୁ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପଙ୍କୁ ଦୋଷୀ ସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ବହୁମତ ମିଳିନଥିଲା ।
- କୃଷି ଆଇନ ବିରୋଧରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଚଳାଇଥିବା ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମହାତ୍ମା ଗାନ୍ଧିଙ୍କ ନାତୁଣୀ ତାରା ଗାନ୍ଧି ଭଟ୍ଟାଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ। ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ ତାଙ୍କର ସମର୍ଥନ ଜଣାଇବା ଲାଗି ସେ ଶନିବାର ଗାଜିପୁର ବର୍ଡରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ।
