- 1 ସୀମା ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ଭାରତ-ଚୀନ ସୀମା(ଏଲଏସି)ରେ ଆଉ ୯୪୦୦ ଯବାନଙ୍କୁ ମୁତୟନ କରାଯିବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ୭ଟି ବାଟାଲିୟନ ଗଠନ କରାଯିବା ସହିତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରୀୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯାଇ ସୀମା ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଆହୁରି ସୁଦୃଢ କରାଯିବ। ଏଥିସହିତ ସୀମାରେ ୪୭ଟି ନୂଆ ବର୍ଡର ପୋଷ୍ଟ(ବିଓପି) ଏବଂ ୧୨ଟି ଷ୍ଟେଜିଂ କ୍ୟାମ୍ପ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯିବ।
