2.ବଜେଟ୍‌ରେ ଆଣବିକ ଶକ୍ତି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଘରୋଇ କମ୍ପାନିମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୋଲିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୩୩ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପାଞ୍ଚଟି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଏବଂ ମଡ୍ୟୁଲାର ରିଆକ୍ଟର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ଏହି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଗବେଷଣା ପାଇଁ ୨୦,୦୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଆଣବିକ ଶକ୍ତି ମିସନ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

3.  ୨୫ ପ୍ରକାର କ୍ରିଟିକାଲ୍ ମିନେରାଲ୍ ଉପରୁ ମୌଳିକ ସୀମା ଶୁଳ୍କ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଛାଡ଼

4. ବୁଣା ହୋଇଥିବା ଫ୍ୟାବ୍ରିକ୍ ଉପରେ ମୌଳିକ ସୀମା ଶୁଳ୍କ ୧୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୨୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ସଂଶୋଧନ କରାଯାଇଛି। କେଜି ପିଛା ୧୧୫ ଟଙ୍କା କିମ୍ବା ଟିକସ ଯାହା ଅଧିକ ତାହା ଲାଗୁ ହେବ।

 5.ଜାହାଜ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ କଞ୍ଚାମାଲ, ଉପକରଣ, କଞ୍ଜ୍ୟୁମେବଲ୍‌ ଓ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରାଂଶ ଉପରୁ ମୌଳିକ ସୀମ‌ା‌ ଶୁଳ୍କ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଛାଡ଼ କରାଯାଇଛି। କ୍ୟାରିୟର ଗ୍ରେଡ୍‌ ଇଥରନେଟ୍‌ ସ୍ବିଚ୍‌ ଉପରେ ମୌଳିକ ସୀମା ଶୁଳ୍କ ୨୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୧୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଜାହାଜ ଭାଙ୍ଗିବା ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଲାଗୁ ହେବ।

6. ଫ୍ରୋଜେନ୍ ଫିସ୍ ପେଷ୍ଟ୍‌ ଉପରୁ ମୌଳିକ ସୀମା ଶୁଳ୍କ ୩୦%ରୁ ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମାଛ ଖାଦ୍ୟରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଫିସ୍ ହାଇଡ୍ରୋଲାଇସେଟ୍‌ ଉପରୁ ମୌଳିକ ସୀମା ଶୁଳ୍କକୁ ୧୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରାଯାଇଛି।

7.ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଧନ-ଧାନ୍ୟ କୃଷି ଯୋଜନା ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଯାହାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି କୃଷି ଉତ୍ପାଦକତା ବଢ଼ାଇବା, ଫସଲର ବିବିଧକରଣ କରିବା ଏବଂ ନିରନ୍ତର କୃଷି ଅଭ୍ୟାସକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା। କୃଷି ବଜେଟ୍‌କୁ ୪ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅଧିକ ପାଣ୍ଠି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

8.ଡାଲି ମିସନ୍ ପାଇଁ ୧୦୦୦ କୋଟି, ପନିପରିବା ଏବଂ ଫଳ ମିସନ୍ ପାଇଁ ୫୦୦ କୋଟି, ମାଖନା ବୋର୍ଡ ପାଇଁ ୧୦୦ କୋଟି, ହାଇବ୍ରିଡ୍ ମଞ୍ଜି ମିସନ ପାଇଁ ୧୦୦ କୋଟି ଏବଂ କପା ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ମିସନ୍ ପାଇଁ ୫୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦ କରାଯାଇଛି।

9.ଶିକ୍ଷା ଓ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶର ଗୁରୁତ୍ବକୁ ବୁଝିପାରି ଦେଶରେ ୫୦ ହଜାର ଅଟଳ ଟିଙ୍କରିଂ ଲ୍ୟାବ୍ ସ୍ଥାପନ, ମେଡିକାଲ୍‌ ସିଟ୍‌ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ୧୦ ହଜାର ବୃଦ୍ଧି, ପ୍ରତି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟରେ ଡେ କେୟାର କ୍ୟାନସର୍‌ ସେଣ୍ଟର୍‌ ଖୋଲାଯିବ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି।

10.କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ମୋଟ ବଜେଟ୍‌ ରାଶି ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ବ୍ୟୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ଯୋଜନା ବା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ବାବଦରେ ହେବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ୧୬ ଲକ୍ଷ ୨୧ ହଜାର ୮୯୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦ କରାଯାଇଛି।

11.ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୫-୨୬ରେ ରେଳବାଇକୁ ୨,୫୨,୨୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ୨୦୨୫-୨୬ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବଜେଟରେ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ରେକର୍ଡ ୬.୮୧ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦ କରାଯାଇଛି, ଯାହା କି ପୂର୍ବ ବର୍ଷ ତୁଳନାରେ ୯.୫୩% ଅଧିକ।

12.ସରକାର ଭାରତୀୟ ଡାକ ବିଭାଗକୁ ୧.୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ଡାକଘର ସହିତ ଏକ ବୃହତ ଲଜିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ସ ସଂଗଠନରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି।

13.ଜାନୁଆରି ୩୦ ତାରିଖ ରାତିରେ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଧର୍ମଗଡ଼ସ୍ଥିତ ଏକ ଦେଶୀ ମଦଭାଟିରୁ ଡକାୟତମାନେ ୩.୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଲୁଟି ନେଇଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଭିତରେ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପୁଲିସ ଏହି ଲୁଟ୍‌ରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ୮ଜଣିଆ ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡୀ ଡକାୟତ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗ୍‌କୁ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ସହ ସବୁତକ ଟଙ୍କା ଜବତ କରିବାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି।

14.ଗୃହ ଓ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବଡ଼ ଘୋଷଣା। ଏଣିକି ରେରା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ନିର୍ମିତ ଆପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ କିଣାବିକା ହୋଇପାରିବ। ଏ ନେଇ ଆଜି ଗୃହ ଓ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି।

1.Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced revised tax slabs and rates under the new regime to reduce the burden for all taxpayers. There will be no tax burden on up to Rs 12 lakh annual income, except special income.

2.Those earning up to Rs 12 lakh annually won't have to pay any income tax under the new regime. Add to it the standard deduction of Rs 75,000 and taxpayers with up to Rs 12.75 lakh annual income will have to pay zero tax.

4.୨୦୨୫ ବଜେଟ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କମିପାରେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ-ଡିଜେଲ ଦର। ଏଥିପାଇଁ, ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଶୁଳ୍କ ହ୍ରାସ କରାଯାଇପାରେ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ଉପରେ ୧୯.୯୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ଡିଜେଲ ଉପରେ ୧୫.୮୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଶୁଳ୍କ ଲାଗୁ ହେଉଛି।

5.ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ୨୦୨୫-୨୬ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶର ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ୬.୩%ରୁ ୬.୮% ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିବ । ଏହା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମୁଦ୍ରାପାଣ୍ଠି (ଆଇଏମଏଫ)ର ଆକଳନ ୬.୫% ଓ ବିଶ୍ବ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ଆକଳନ ୬.୭% ସହ ମେଳ ଖାଉଛି  । 

6.ନାସା ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକମାନେ ପୃଥିବୀ ସହ ଧକ୍କା ହୋଇପାରୁଥିବା ଏକ ଗ୍ରହାଣୁର ଆବିଷ୍କାର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏନେଇ ସେମାନେ ସତର୍କ ସୂଚନା ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଗ୍ରହାଣୁର ଚଉଡ଼ା ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୩୦ରୁ ୩୦୦ ଫୁଟ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଇଛି।

7.ସୀମାନ୍ତ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ର ବିଜାପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୧୦ ଜଣ ଏବଂ ନାରାୟଣପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୩ ଜଣ ନକ୍ସଲ ଆତ୍ମସମର୍ପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଲଗାତାର ପୁଲିସର ଚଢାଉରେ ନକ୍ସଲ ଏବେ ଭୟଭିତ ହୋଇ ସଂଗଠନ ଛାଡି ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲେଣି।

 9.ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେରେ ଅଟକଳ କରାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ୨୦୨୪ରେ ଖରିଫ ଶସ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ୧୬୪୭.୦୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ମେଟ୍ରିକ୍ ଟନ୍ (ଏଲଏମଟି)ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ, ଯାହା ପୂର୍ବ ବର୍ଷ ତୁଳନାରେ ୮୯.୩୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ମେଟ୍ରିକ ଟନ୍ ଅଧିକ। ସମୀକ୍ଷା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଗତ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାର୍ଷିକ କୃଷି ଆୟ ୫.୨୩ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି।

10.ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କରଞ୍ଜିଆ ଉପଖଣ୍ଡ ପୁଲିସ ଓ ଯଶିପୁର ଅବକାରୀ ବିଭାଗ ମିଳିତଭାବେ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରି ୬୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ଅଫିମ ଗଛ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ମାଫିଆ ଯେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଅଛନ୍ତି, ଏହି ଘଟଣାରୁ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି।

11.ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୩ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଶୀତଳଭଣ୍ଡାର ନାହିଁ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡ଼ା, ଦେବଗଡ଼, ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣପୁର, ନୟାଗଡ଼ ଓ ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ବି ହେଲେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହୋଇନି। ୮ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଯଥା ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର, ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ, ଅନୁଗୁଳ, ବୌଦ୍ଧ, କନ୍ଧମାଳ, ଗଜପତି, ରାୟଗଡ଼ା, କଳାହାଣ୍ଡିରେ ଶୀତଳଭଣ୍ଡାର ରହିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାହା ଅଚଳ।

3.ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ନଏଡାସ୍ଥିତ ଶିବ ନାଡର ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ନବମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ର ଦକ୍ଷ ମଲିକ୍‌ (୧୪) ଏକ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ରଗ୍ରହ (ଆଷ୍ଟେରଏଡ୍‌)ର ଆବିଷ୍କାର କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହାକୁ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ମହାକାଶ ସଂସ୍ଥା ନାସା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସ୍ବୀକୃତି ମିଳିଛି।

4.ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ୍ସ କର୍ପୋରେସନ ଅଫ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ (NPCI) ସମସ୍ତ UPI ଆପଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଟ୍ରାଞ୍ଜାକ୍ସନ ଆଇଡିରେ କେବଳ ଆଲଫାନ୍ୟୁମେରିକ (ଅକ୍ଷର ଏବଂ ସଂଖ୍ୟା) ଅକ୍ଷର ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛି। ଯଦି ଆପ୍ସ ଏହି ନିୟମ ପାଳନ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, ତେବେ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧, ୨୦୨୫ ପରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କାରବାର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାନ କରାଯିବ। NPCI ୯ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୦୨୫ରେ ଏକ ସର୍କୁଲାର ଜାରି କରିଥିଲା।

5.ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମହାକାଶ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର (ଆଇଏସ୍‌ଏସ୍‌)ରେ ୮ ମାସ ଧରି ଫସିରହିଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ ବଂଶୋଦ୍ଭବ ନାସା ମହାକାଶଚାରୀ ସୁନୀତା ୟୁଲିୟମ୍ସ ଓ ସହଯାତ୍ରୀ ବୁଚ୍‌ ଓ୍ବିଲମୋର ଗୁରୁବାର ପ୍ରଥମଥର ପାଇଁ ଆଇଏସ୍‌ଏସ୍‌ ବାହାରେ ସ୍ପେସ୍‌ଓ୍ବାକ୍‌ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ ପାଇଁ ଉଭୟେ ପୃଥିବୀରୁ ୪୨୦ କି.ମି. ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ସାଢ଼େ ୬ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଧରି ସ୍ପେସ୍‌ଓ୍ବାକ୍‌ କରିଥିଲେ।

6.କୁକୁଡାଖଣ୍ଡି ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ରହୁଥିବା ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଦମ୍ପତି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଠକେଇର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଡିଜିଟାଲ ଆରେଷ୍ଟର ଭୟ ଦେଖାଇ ୩୪ଲକ୍ଷ ୫୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ନେଇଯାଇଛନ୍ତି

8.ଚଣ୍ଡିଗଡ଼ ମେୟର ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ବିଜେପିର ବାଜିମାତ୍‌ ହୋଇଛି। ଆପ୍‌-କଂଗ୍ରେସ ମେଣ୍ଟକୁ ୧୭ ଭୋଟ୍‌ ମିଳିଥିବାବେଳେ ବିଜେପିକୁ ୧୯ଟି ଭୋଟ୍‌ ମିଳିଛି। ଆପ୍‌ର ପ୍ରେମଲତାଙ୍କୁ ହରାଇ ବିଜେପି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ହରପ୍ରୀତ କୌର ବବ୍‌ଲା ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। 

9.୬୪ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଯାଉଥିବା ଏକ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଯାତ୍ରୀବାହୀ ବିମାନ ଗୁରୁବାର ସକାଳେ ୱାସିଂଟନ ନିକଟରେ ଏକ ସାମରିକ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟର ସହ ଧକ୍କା ହୋଇ ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ପୋଟୋମାକ୍ ନଦୀରେ ଖସିପଡ଼ିଛି। ଉଭୟ ଜେଟ୍‌ ଓ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ୬୭ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି।

10.ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ପରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ୨୦୨୪-୨୫ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ ।

12.ପ୍ରୟାଗରାଜରେ ମହାକୁମ୍ଭ ମେଳାରେ ଦଳାଚକଟା ଯୋଗୁ ୩୦ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଓ ୬୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ‌ଲୋକ ଆହତ ହେବା ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର କୁମ୍ଭମେଳା ପାଇଁ ଚାଲିଥିବା ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ବସ୍‌ ସେବାକୁ ସାମୟିକ ଭାବେ ବାତିଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
