୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ କେଉଁ କେଉଁ ଦିଗ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦିଆଯିବ ସେ ନେଇ ଖସଡ଼ା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଛି। ଯୋଜନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଚଳିତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୩୦ଟି ନୂଆ ଅନ୍ତଃପ୍ରବାହୀ ଜଳଭଣ୍ଡାର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ (ଇନଷ୍ଟ୍ରିମ ଷ୍ଟୋରେଜ) ହାତକୁ ନିଆଯିବ। ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ବିପୁଳ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ଜମିକୁ ଜଳସେଚିତ କରାଯିବା ସହ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଭଳି ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ଦୂର କରାଯାଇପାରିବ।

କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ନାଟକ ଏକାଡେମୀର ଜାତୀୟ ଛଉ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା ଭାବେ ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଉସ୍ତାଦ ପାଗୁଲୁ ଜେନା ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏକାଡେମୀର ସାଧାରଣ ପରିଷଦ ବୈଠକରେ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଥିବାର ଜଣା ଯାଇଛି। ଶ୍ରୀ ଜେନା ଆସନ୍ତା ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ।

ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଥିବା ୨ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୃହତ ଜଳାଶୟ ଗୁଡିକୁ ଆମ ପୋଖରୀ ଯୋଜନା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସର୍ବସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବହାର ଉପଯୋଗୀ କରାଯିବ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୧୫ ଟି ପୌରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଏ ବାବଦକୁ ୧୨୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବିନିଯୋଗ ଲାଗି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବଜେଟ୍‌‌ରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାର କୌଣସି କର୍ମଚାରୀ ୬ ମାସ ପର୍ଯ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ କରି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଗୃହ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ   ନର୍ସ, ଫାର୍ମାସିଷ୍ଟ, ପାରାମେଡିକ, ଟେକ୍ନିସିଆନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଏସମା ଲାଗୁ ହୋଇଛି।

ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ ଆନୁକୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ମାଟ୍ରିକ ସମେଟିଭ୍-୨, ମଧ୍ୟମା ଓ ଓପନ ସ୍କୁଲ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଖାତା ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି । ଏଥର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଖାତା ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ ପାଇଁ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୫୫ଟି ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

ଆଦାନି ବିରୋଧରେ ହିଣ୍ଡେନ୍‌ବର୍ଗ ଆଣିଥିବା ସଙ୍ଗିନ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ଏକ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ଉତ୍ତରରେ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଯେହେତୁ ଏହି ମାମଲା କୋର୍ଟରେ ବିଚାରଧୀନ ରହିଛି, ଭାରତ ସରକାର କଂପାନିମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଦୂରରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି।

ହନୁମାନ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ଶୋଭାଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟଠୁ ଅଶାନ୍ତ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଥିବା ସମ୍ବଲପୁରରେ ଗିରଫ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ବଢ଼ିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ପଥର ମାଡ଼ ଓ ଦୋକାନ ପୋଡ଼ା ଘଟଣାରେ ୪୯ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏଥିରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଆଉ ୫୦ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଏସ୍‌ପି ବି. ଗଙ୍ଗାଧର କହିଛନ୍ତି।

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ଚଳିତମାସ ୨୭ ଓ ୨୮ ତାରିଖ ଦୁଇ ଦିନ ଧରି ଜି-୨୦ ଶିକ୍ଷା ୱାର୍କିଂ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌ର ତୃତୀୟ ବୈଠକ ହେବ। ଏଥିରେ ଜି-୨୦ ସମୂହ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଯୋଗଦେବେ।

ରେଳବାଇ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ରେକର୍ଡ ୨.୪୦ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ରାଜସ୍ବ ହାସଲ କରିଛି। ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ତୁଳନାରେ ରେଳବାଇ ୪୯ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଅଧିକ ଆୟ କରିଛି। ଯାତ୍ରୀ ପରିବହନରୁ ଏହା ୬୩,୩୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ମାଲ୍ ପରିବହନରୁ ୧.୬୨ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା‌ ଆୟ କରିଛି।

ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ବେଞ୍ଚ୍‌ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦାବିରେ ଧର୍ମଘଟ ଓ ପିକେଟିଂରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିବା ଓକିଲମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଅଦାଲତ ଅବମାନନା ବିଚାର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ବନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ସୋମବାର ମନା କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

୨୦୧୮-୧୯ରୁ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ (ଫେବୃଆରୀ) ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୩,୫୩୧୫ ଜଣ ମହିଳାଙ୍କର ପରିବାର ନିୟୋଜନ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ୫ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପରିବାର ନିୟୋଜନ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର କରାଇଥିବା ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ମାତ୍ର ୫୩୯୦। ପରିବାର ନିୟୋଜନ ପାଇଁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାର ପଦ୍ଧତ୍ତି ଅବଲମ୍ବନ କରାଯାଉଛି।

ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ସର୍ଭେ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ନ୍ୟାୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ ଓ ପୁଲିସିଂରେ ଯଥେଷ୍ଟ ଉନ୍ନତି ଆସିଛି । ୨୦୨୨ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସ୍ଥାନ ୧୦ରେ ରହିଛି । ଯାହାକି ଗ୍ରୀନ୍ ଜୋନରେ ଦର୍ଶାଉଛି । ୨୦୨୦ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ନ୍ୟାୟ ପ୍ରଦାନରେ ୧୧ତମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଥିଲା ।

କର୍ନାଟକ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବାସଭରାଜ ବୋମ୍ମାଇ ଶନିବାର ମେ ’୧୦ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ହେବାକୁଥିବା ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ଶିଗଗାଓଁ ଆସନରୁ ଭଜପା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଭାବରେ ନାମାଙ୍କନପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଜନତା ଦଳ (ସେକୁଲାର) ମୁଖ୍ୟ ତଥା ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏଚଡି ଦେବ ଗୌଡା କହିଛନ୍ତି, ସେ ୨୦୨୪ ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ବାମପନ୍ଥୀ ଦଳ ସହ ଛିଡା ହେବେ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତିକୁ ନେଇ ସ୍ବରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ସିଏପିଏଫଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ହିନ୍ଦୀ ଓ ଇଂରାଜି ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଅନ୍ୟ ୧୩ଟି ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଭାଷାରେ କନଷ୍ଟେବଳ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବାକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି।

ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡର ଅକଲାଣ୍ଡରେ ଥିବା ପୋଲିସ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏକ ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ ରାକେଟକୁ ଧରିବାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି। ଏଥିରେ ବଲତେଜ ସିଂ ନାମକ ଜଣେ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଯିଏକି ସତଓ୍ବନ୍ତ ସିଂଙ୍କ ଭଣଜା।

ଇଣ୍ଡୋନେସିଆରେ ଭୂକମ୍ପ.. ଜାଭାଲ ଉତ୍ତର ଉପକୂଳରେ ବଡ଼ ଧରଣର ଝଟକା।  ୭ ତୀବ୍ରତାର ଭୂକମ୍ପ ଅନୁଭୂତ.. ଭୂପୃଷ୍ଠର ୫୯୪ କିମି ତଳେ ଭୂକମ୍ପର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରସ୍ଥଳ ଥିଲା ।  

ଟେକ୍ସାସର ସାଉଥଫର୍କ ଡାଏରୀ ଫାର୍ମରେ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ ଓ ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡ ଘଟି ୧୮ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଗାଈଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି।

ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଅବକାରୀ ନୀତି ମାମଲାରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜ୍ରିଓ୍ବାଲଙ୍କୁ ପଚରାଉଚରା କରିବ ସିବିଆଇ । ୧୬ ଏପ୍ରିଲରେ ହାଜର ହେବା ନେଇ ସିବିଆଇ ସମନ କରିଛି ।

କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିଅମରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଆଇଟିଏଫ ଏସିଆ U-୧୪ର ଡେଭଲପମେଣ୍ଟ ଚାମ୍ପିୟନସିପ ୨୦୨୩ ଫାଇନାଲ । ଏହି ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟରେ କୋରିଆ ଟିମ୍‌ ବିଜେତା ଟ୍ରଫି ହାତେଇଛି । କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିଅମ ପରିସରରେ ନବନିର୍ମିତ ଟେନିସ୍ ସେଣ୍ଟରରେ ଗତ ୪ ତାରିଖରୁ ଏହି ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।

ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ତିହାର ଜେଲରେ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗଷ୍ଟର ପ୍ରନ୍ସ ତେୱାତିଆଙ୍କ ହତ୍ୟା କରିଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ତିହାରର ଜେଲ ନମ୍ବର ୩ରେ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗୱାର ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ୪ କଏଦୀ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ସମସ୍ତ ଆହତଙ୍କୁ ଦୀନ ଦୟାଲ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ହେଲେ ସେଠାରେ ପ୍ରିନ୍ସ ତେୱାତିଆଙ୍କୁ ମୃତ ଘୋଷିତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ମୃତକ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗଷ୍ଟର ପ୍ରିନ୍ସଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୮ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଅପରାଧିକ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ ଥିଲା ।

ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆରେ ମହାବାତ୍ୟା ଇଲସାର ତାଣ୍ଡବ । ପୋର୍ଟ ହେଡଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ ଓ ବେଡୋଟ ଦ୍ବୀପାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ମହାବାତ୍ୟା । ଘଣ୍ଟାପ୍ରତି ୨୧୮ କିଲୋମିଟର ବେଗରେ ବହିଛି ପବନ । ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି ଆଲର୍ଟ । ମହାବାତ୍ୟା ଯୋଗୁ ବିପୁଳ କ୍ଷୟକ୍ଷତି ଘଟିଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି ।

ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ଜୁନ ମାସରେ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ବୋର୍ଡ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ, ଜଳ ସମ୍ପଦ ଓ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ବିଭାଗକୁ ଉକ୍ତ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା । ରିପୋର୍ଟ ମୁତାବକ, ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସହ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୩୦ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବୋରୱେଲ ପାଣି ଦୂଷିତ ରହିଥିଲା । ଏହି ଦୂଷିତ ଜଳ ସେବନ କରିବା ଫଳରେ ପେଟ ରୋଗ, କିଡନୀ ଓ ରୋଗରୋଗ ବ୍ୟାପୁଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଥିଲା ।

ବିହାରରେ ଦଳିତ ସେନାର ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ସେକ୍ରେଟାରୀ ରାକେଶ ପାଶୱାନଙ୍କୁ କିଛି ଦୁର୍ବୃତ୍ତ ଗୁଳି କରି ହତ୍ୟା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟର ହାଜିପୁରରେ ଅମ୍ବେଦକର ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଚାଲିଥିବା ସମୟରେ ରାକେଶଙ୍କ ଉପରକୁ ୪ ଜଣ ଅଜଣା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଗୁଳିମାଡ଼ କରିଥିଲେ । ତେବେ ଏହି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଆସି ରାକେଶଙ୍କ ପାଦ ଛୁଇଁଥିଲେ ଓ ତା’ପରେ ଗୁଳି ଚଳାଇଥିଲେ ବୋଲି ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି ।

ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡରେ ଏହି ନିୟମରେ କିଛି ପରିିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଘଟିଛି । ସଡ଼କପଥ ବସ୍ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଯଦି କୌଣସି ପ୍ରାଣହାନି ଘଟେ, ତେବେ ମୃତକଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଦୁଇ ଲକ୍ଷ ବଦଳରେ ସାତ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଦିଆଯିବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ, ମାଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଟ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନକୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବାର ନିୟମ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ହୋଇସାରିଛି।
