- The Odisha cabinet approves drinking water projects in three districts. The Odisha cabinet led by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday approved three tenders worth Rs 1,287 crore for execution of nine mega piped water.

- ଆସନ୍ତା ରେଳ ବଜେଟ୍ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଅଧିକ ଅନୁଦାନ ମିଳିବା ନେଇ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚା ହେଉଛି। ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ରେ ରେଳ ପାଇଁ ୧.୩୭ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାଇଥିଲା ୯,୭୩୪ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା। ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ରେଳ ବଜେଟ୍ ୨.୫ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ହେବ
- ଆସନ୍ତା ମାସରେ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେବେ ବୋଲି ଗୁରୁବାର ଦିନ ନିଉଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜେସିଣ୍ଡା ଆର୍ଡରନ୍ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।‘ଲେବର୍ ପାର୍ଟି’ର ସଦସ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ବୈଠକରେ ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ମୋର ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେବା ସମୟ ଆସିଗଲା। ଆଉ ଚାରି ବର୍ଷ ଶାସନ ଚଳାଇବାକୁ ମୋର କ୍ଷମତା ନାହିଁ। ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୧୪ ତାରିଖରେ ସାଧାରଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କରାଯିବ।
- ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର ଘରୋଇକରଣ ଜାରି ରହିବ। ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ଆଉ ୧୨ଟି ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରର ଘରୋଇକରଣ କରିବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଯୋଜନା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ସେହି ତାଲିକାରେ ରାୟଜୁପର, ଜୟପୁର, ବିଜୟୱାଡା, କୋଲକାତା ଓ ଇନ୍ଦୋର ନାମ ରହିଛି।
