- Dates for Assembly elections in five states - Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Manipur, Punjab, and Uttarakhand - were announced Saturday afternoon. The five states will vote over seven phases starting February 10, with counting of votes scheduled for March 10.

- ୨୦୨୨ ପାଇଁ ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ମତଦାତା (ଭୋଟର) ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଭୋଟର ତାଲିକାର ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ସଂଶୋଧନ ସମୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଆଉ ୯,୫୦,୭୮୯ ଜଣ ନୂଆ ଭୋଟର ତାଲିକାରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଥିବା ୩,୪୪,୯୪୪ ଜଣଙ୍କ ନାମ ନୂଆ ଭୋଟର ତାଲିକାରୁ ବାଦ୍ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
