1.ଚଳିତ ଜୁଲାଇ ୭ ତାରିଖ ରବିବାର ଦିନ ଶ୍ରୀଜୀଉମାନଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ଘୋଷଯାତ୍ରା ଅବସରରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଦୂରଦର୍ଶନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରାଜ୍ୟ ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକସମ୍ପର୍କ ବିଭାଗ ସହଯୋଗରେ ଘୋଷଯାତ୍ରାର ସିଧାପ୍ରସାରଣ କରିବ।

2.ନୀତି ଆୟୋଗ ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶର ଆକାଂକ୍ଷୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଏବଂ ଆକାଂକ୍ଷୀ ବ୍ଲକଗୁଡିକରେ ଛଅଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସୂଚକାଙ୍କ ହାସଲ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିରନ୍ତର ପ୍ରୟାସ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୩୦ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତିନି ମାସର ଅଭିଯାନ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଅଭିଯାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି। ଆକାଂକ୍ଷୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଏବଂ ଆକାଂକ୍ଷୀ ବ୍ଲକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅଧୀନରେ ୧୧୨ଟି ଆକାଂକ୍ଷୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଏବଂ ୫୦୦ଟି ଆକାଂକ୍ଷୀ ବ୍ଲକରେ ଚିହ୍ନଟ  ହୋଇଛି ।

3.ତୃତୀୟ ଥର ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେଲେ ହେମନ୍ତ ସୋରେନ। ଝାଡଖଣ୍ଡ ମୁକ୍ତି ମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ସଭାପତି ହେମନ୍ତ ସୋରେନ୍ ପୁଣିଥରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବରେ ଶପଥ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

4.ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ସଂଗଠନ ହିଜବୁଲ୍ଲା ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସାମରିକ ଘାଟି ଉପରକୁ ୨୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ରକେଟ୍ ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରିଛି।

5.ଆକ୍ସିସ୍ ମ୍ୟୁଚୁଆଲ୍ ଫଣ୍ଡର ଏକ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନରୁ ଏହା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ୨୦୧୯ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୩୧ରୁ ୨୦୨୩ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ମହିଳା ନିବେଶକଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ୨.୮ ଗୁଣା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘଟିଛି। ସେମାନେ ନିବେଶ କରିଥିବା ରାଶି ପରିମାଣ ଏହି ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷରେ ୨.୫ ଗୁଣା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି।

6.ଗରିବ ଲୋକେ ମହଙ୍ଗା ଔଷଧ କିଣି ପାରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସରକାର ଏହି ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ଗୁରୁତର ସହ ନେବା ସହ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦୦ ପ୍ରକାରର ଔଷଧ ଦାମ୍ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା ନେଇ ଯୋଜନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ବିଶେଷ କରି ଅଧିକ ଦିନ ଧରି ରହୁଥିବା ରୋଗ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଔଷଧ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଶସ୍ତା ହୋଇପାରେ।

7.ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପ୍ରତି ଆକୃଷ୍ଟ କରିବା ଲାଗି ସରକାର ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନଭୋଜନ, ପୋଷାକ ବଣ୍ଟନ, ସାଇକେଲ ବଣ୍ଟନ ଭଳି ଯୋଜନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ତଥାପି ଉପସ୍ଥାନ ହାର ବଢୁନାହିଁ। ଏପରି ସ୍ଥଳେ ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ସରକାର ଏକ ନୂଆ ଯୋଜନା ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହା ଅଧୀନରେ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍କୁଲକୁ ଯିବା ଆସିବା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଦେବେ ସରକାର।

8.ଗୃହ ଓ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗ ଦ୍ଵାରା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଆଉ ପାଞ୍ଚଗୋଟି ସେବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଲୋକସେବା ଅଧିକାର ଅଧିନିୟମ, ୨୦୧୨ରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରିବେ।

9.ନାରାୟଣ ସାକାର ହରି ଓରଫ ଭୋଲେ ବାବାଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ୧୦୦ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କାର ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଥିବା ଦାବି କରାଯାଉଛି। ହାଥରସ ମାମଲାରେ ୮୦ ହଜାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ନେଇ ଲକ୍ଷଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଏକାଠି କରିଥିବା ଫଳରେ ୧୨୧ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ପଶ୍ଚିମ ୟୁପି ସମେତ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ତାଙ୍କର ୨୪ଟି ଆଶ୍ରମ ରହିଛି।
