1.ଗୁରୁ ଶିଷ୍ୟର ପରମ୍ପରା ଆମ ଭାରତୀୟ ସଭ୍ୟତା ଓ ସଂସ୍କୃତିକୁ ହଜାର ହଜାର ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଋଦ୍ଧିମନ୍ତ କରିଆସିଛି। ଆଜି ଆମ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ଉପରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ତଥା ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଶିକ୍ଷକ, ଦାର୍ଶନିକ ତଥା ଭାରତୀୟ ସଂସ୍କୃତିର ଆଗଧାଡ଼ିର ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିତ୍ୱ ଭାରତରତ୍ନ ଡକ୍ଟର ସର୍ବପଲ୍ଲୀ ରାଧାକୃଷ୍ଣନଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ଜୟନ୍ତୀ।

3.ଜିଏସ୍‌ଟି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ସରଳୀକରଣର ଲାଭ ଦେଶର ଚାଷୀ, ସାଧାରଣ ଜନତା, ମଧ୍ୟବିତ୍ତ ପରିବାର, ଏମ୍ଏସ୍‌ଏମ୍ଇ, କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ମିଳିବ। ମଧ୍ୟବିତ୍ତ ବର୍ଗ ବିଶେଷ ଭାବେ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ।

8.ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ ସେବା ବ୍ୟାହତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତା ଯଦି ଫୋନ୍‌ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ୩ ମିନିଟ୍‌ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ ବଣ୍ଟନକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ତା’ର ପ୍ରତିଜବାବ ତଥା ରେସ୍‌ପଣ୍ଡ କରାଯିବାକୁ ରହିଛି। ଯଦି ଏହି ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ ବଣ୍ଟନକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥା ରେସ୍‌ପଣ୍ଡ ନ କରନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଜରିମାନା ହେବେ।

9.ସୀତାରମଣ କହିଛନ୍ତି, “ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଅର୍ଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହି ଜିଏସ୍‌ଟି ସରଳୀକରଣକୁ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।” କାଉନ୍ସିଲ୍‌ ୧୨% ଓ ୨୮% ଟିକସ ସ୍ଲାବ୍‌କୁ ରଦ୍ଦ କରି ଦୁଇହାର ଟିକସ ଗଠନ (୫% ଓ ୧୮%) ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରିଛି। ଏହା ସହ ୩୩ଟି ଜୀବନ ରକ୍ଷାକାରୀ ଔଷଧ ଉପରେ ଜିଏସ୍‌ଟିକୁ ଶୂନ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି।
