ବିରୋଧୀ ସାଂସଦମାନେ ରୁଲ୍‌ ୨୬୭ ଅଧୀନରେ ଗୃହ‌ର ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବାତିଲ କରି କେବଳ ମଣିପୁର ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ପାଇଁ ଚାହିଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସରକାର ରୁଲ୍‌ ୧୭୬ ଅଧୀନରେ ମଣିପୁର ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ସ୍ବଳ୍ପ ସମୟର ଆଲୋଚନା ଚାହୁଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ସଂସଦରେ ଜାରି ରହିଥିବା ଅଚଳାବସ୍ଥା ହଟାଇବାପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଶେଷରେ ବିରୋଧୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବରେ ରାଜି ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି।

“ଭାରତରେ ଆମ ଖେଳାଳିଙ୍କୁ କଡ଼ା ସୁରକ୍ଷା ନ ଦେଲେ ଯିବୁନି” ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍ ପାଇଁ ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ନୂଆ ସର୍ତ୍ତ l

ହରିୟାଣାର ମୁସଲିମବହୁଳ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ନୁହରେ ବିଶ୍ବ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ପରିଷଦ ଦ୍ବାରା ବ୍ରିଜ ମଣ୍ଡଳ ଜଳାଭିଷେ‌କ ଯାତ୍ରା ଚାଲିଥିବାବେଳେ ହଠାତ୍‌ କିଛି ଯୁବଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଆସି ଏହା ଉପରକୁ ପଥର ମାଡ଼ କରିଥିଲେ।  ୨ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ହିଂସା ଉପୁଜିଛି। ଏହ‌ି ଘଟଣାରେ ୨ ହୋମଗାର୍ଡଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି ଏବଂ ୧୨ ଜଣ ପୁଲିସ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। 

ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଚିଠା ବିଲ୍‌ର ନକଲ ସବୁ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଉକ୍ତ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ (ସଂଶୋଧନ) ବିଲ୍‌ରେ ତିନୋଟି ଜିନିଷ କଟାଯାଇଛି ଓ ଗୋଟିଏ ଯୋଡ଼ାଯାଇଛି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ଯେ, ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଅମଲାମାନଙ୍କ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଓ ବଦଳିରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ରହିବ

ମଣିପୁର ହିଂସା ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି ଚାଲିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ବାଂଶୁରୀ ସ୍ବରାଜ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ଏବଂ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅପରାଧ ଘଟଣା ଦର୍ଶାଇବାରୁ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ବିରକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ। 

ସିନେମାଟୋଗ୍ରାଫ୍ (ସଂଶୋଧନ) ବିଲ୍, ୨୦୨୩ ଲୋକସଭାରୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ପାଇବା ପରେ ଆଜି ସଂସଦରେ ପାରିତ ହୋଇଛି । ୨୦ ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୦୨୩ ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ ଏହି ବିଲ୍ ଆଗତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ୨୭ ଜୁଲାଇରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ପରେ ପାରିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।

ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ସାଂସଦ ପ୍ରିୟଙ୍କା ଚତୁର୍ବେଦୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ବିବାଦୀୟ ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ଦେଇଥିବାରୁ ଶିବସେନା (ଏକନାଥ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ) ବିଧାୟକ ସଞ୍ଜୟ ଶିରସାତଙ୍କୁ ତୀବ୍ର ସମାଲୋଚନାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିଛି । 

ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ବଦଳି ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ବିଧେୟକ (ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ ଟେରିଟୋରି ଅଫ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ (ଆମେଣ୍ଡମେଣ୍ଟ) ବିଲ୍ ୨୦୨୩)  ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଲୋକସଭାରେ ଏକ ବିଲ୍ ଆଗତ ହେବ । ଏହାକୁ ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହା ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ। 

ଜାତୀୟତାବାଦୀ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଦଳ (ଏନ୍‌ସିପି) ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶରଦ ପାୱାର କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଯଦି ତାଙ୍କ ଦଳ, କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଓ ଶିବସେନା (ୟୁବିଟି) ଚାହାନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଭାବ ପକାଇପାରିବେ।

ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଖରାପ ପାଗକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ସରକାର ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ସ୍ପଟ୍ ଆଡମିଶନ ଅବଧିକୁ ୩ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ଯାଏ ବଢ଼ାଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏନେଇ ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଚିଠି କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକମାନେ ୪୬ ହଜାର ବର୍ଷ ତଳର ଏକ କୀଟକୁ ଜୀବିତ କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ସାଇବେରିୟା ପର୍ମାଫ୍ରାଷ୍ଟରେ ଭୂପୃଷ୍ଠରୁ ୪୦ ମିଟର ତଳେ ସୁପ୍ତ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଥିଲା। ପୃଥିବୀରେ ଉଲି ମାମଥ, ବଡ଼ ଦାନ୍ତ ଥିବା ବାଘ ଏବଂ ବିଶାଳ ଏଲ୍‌କ (କୀଟ) ର ପ୍ରଭୂତ୍ତ୍ବ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଏହି କୀଟ ଦେଖା ଯାଉଥିଲା। 

ବିରୋଧୀ ମେଣ୍ଟ ‘ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ’ର ସାଂସଦ ମଣିପୁର ଗସ୍ତରେ ଯାଇ ହିଂସା ପୀଡ଼ିତଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନେ ଉଭୟ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେବେ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଏପରି ସମୟରେ ପୂର୍ବତନ ସେନାମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏମ୍‌ ନର୍ବାଣେ ବଡ଼ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମଣିପୁର ହିଂସା ପଛରେ ବିଦେଶୀ ଏଜେନ୍ସିଙ୍କ ହାତ ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ସେ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ବେଗୁସରାଏର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ଦ୍ବାରା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏକ ଆଦେଶ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚ‌ାରେ ରହିଛି। ଏହି ଆଦେଶ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଏଣିକି ସ୍କୁଲରେ କୌଣସି ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଦାଢ଼ି ବଢ଼ାଇ ଆସିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସ୍କୁଲକୁ କୌଣସି ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଚମକୁ ଥିବା ଶାଢ଼ି କିମ୍ବା ଖରାପ ଦିଶୁଥିବା ପୋଷାକ ପିନ୍ଧି ଆସି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ଏହି ନିୟମ କେହି ଭଙ୍ଗ କରନ୍ତି ‌ସେହି ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ କଡ଼ା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ।

କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ‘ଫୋଷ୍ଟାକ୍‌ ବା ‘ଫୁଡ୍‌ ସେଫ୍‌ଟି ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ଆଣ୍ଡ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେସନ୍‌ ଯୋଜନା ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଇଛି। କଟକ ପୌର ନିଗମ ତରଫରୁ ୨୦୨୫ ପରେ ଏହାକୁ ସହରରେ କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି ଭାବେ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯିବାର ଯୋଜନା ରହିଛି। ନିଗମ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କରୁଥିବା ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଫୋଷ୍ଟାକ୍‌ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ହେବ।

ଭାରତୀୟ ବଂଶୋଦ୍ଭବ ଇଂଜିନିୟର ହର୍ଷବର୍ଦ୍ଧନ ସିଂହ ୨୦୨୪ ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ହେବାକୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଲଘୁଚାପ ପ୍ରଭାବ, ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଷା ଜାରି , ୫ ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ଓ ୧୬ ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ୟେଲୋ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ।

ପୁଣି ବିବାଦରେ ଓଡିଶା ଷ୍ଟାଫ ସିଲେକସନ କମିଶନ, ଯୁଏଲବି ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟାଣ୍ଟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଶ୍ନପତ୍ର ଲିକ୍ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ।ଭଦ୍ରକ ସ୍ଵୟଂଶାସିତ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ।

କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ‘ଫୋଷ୍ଟାକ୍‌ ବା ‘ଫୁଡ୍‌ ସେଫ୍‌ଟି ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ଆଣ୍ଡ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେସନ୍‌ ଯୋଜନା ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଇଛି।

କୁଖ୍ୟାତ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ସଂଗଠନ ଅଲ କାଏଦାର ଭାରତୀୟ ଉପମହାଦେଶ ଶାଖା ଏକ୍ୟୁଆଇଏସ୍‌ (ଅଲ୍‌ କାଏଦା ଇନ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ୍ ସବକଣ୍ଟିନେଣ୍ଟ୍‌)ର ଟାର୍ଗେଟରେ ଏବେ ଜମ୍ମୁ କାଶ୍ମୀର ରହିଛି। ଜାତିସଂଘ ନିରାପତ୍ତା ପରିଷଦର ବିଶ୍ଳେଷଣାତ୍ମକ ସହାୟତା ଏବଂ କଟକଣା ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ ଦଳ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଲ୍‌ କାଏଦା ଏବଂ ଇସଲାମିକ ଷ୍ଟେଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଇରାକ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍ ସିରିୟା (ଆଇଏସ୍‌ଆଇଏସ୍‌)ର ବିଶ୍ବ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ଏହା କୁହାଯାଇଛି।

ପାକିସ୍ତାନରୁ ନିଜ ପ୍ରେମିକ ସଚିନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ଆସିଥିବା ସୀମାଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ତଦନ୍ତ ଜୋର୍‌ ଧରିଛି। ସେ ଜଣେ ପାକିସ୍ତାନୀ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ଉଭୟ ସୀମା ଓ ସଚିନଙ୍କୁ ନାହିଁନଥିବା ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସାମ୍ନା କରିବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି। ପ୍ରେମ ଆଗରେ ସବୁ କଷ୍ଟ ତୁଚ୍ଛ କଥାଟି ସତ ପ୍ରମାଣିତ ହୋଇଛି

ଆଣ୍ଟାର୍କଟିକାରେ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଲା ୪୫ ବର୍ଷର ରେକର୍ଡ, ବରଫସ୍ତରରେ ଅସାଧାରଣ ହ୍ରାସ ।

ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡର ତାରକା ଦ୍ରୁତ ବୋଲର ଷ୍ଟୁଆର୍ଟ ବ୍ରଡ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍‌ରୁ ସନ୍ନ୍ୟାସ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ବିପକ୍ଷ ପଞ୍ଚମ ଟେଷ୍ଟ ତାଙ୍କ କ୍ୟାରିୟରର ଶେଷ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ ବୋଲି ବ୍ରଡ କହିଛନ୍ତି। 

ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ଜାତୀୟ ଦୌଡ଼କୁଦ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା (କଲମ୍ବୋ ମିଟ୍‌) ରିଲେରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଖେଳାଳି ଦବ୍‌ଦବା ଦେଖାଇ ୩ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ୧ ରୌପ୍ୟ ସହ ୪ ପଦକ କରାୟତ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ଦୁଇ ଦିନ ତଳେ ଏଠାରେ ଜାଭ୍‌ଲିନ୍‌ରେ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ ଜିତିଥିବା ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପୁଅ କିଶୋର ଜେନାଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରେ‌ଷ୍ଠ ପୁରୁଷ ଫିଙ୍ଗାଳି ପୁରସ୍କାର ମିଳିଛି।
