ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଜଜ୍‌ମାନଙ୍କୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ପେନସନ ଦିଆଯାଉ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ସୋମବାର ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ବିଚାରପତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏତେ ଲମ୍ବା ଚାକିରି ପରେ ୧୯,୦୦୦ରୁ ୨୦,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପେନସନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବା ଯୁକ୍ତିଯୁକ୍ତ ନୁହେଁ ବୋଲି ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି।

ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶର ଉଜ୍ଜୈନ ସହର ନାଁରେ ଆଉ ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ଘଟଣା ଘଟିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ଏଠାରେ ଲାଗିଛି ବିଶ୍ବର ପ୍ରଥମ ବୈଦିକ ଘଡ଼ି । ଆସନ୍ତା ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧ରେ ଏହାକୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଏବଂ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଡ. ମୋହନ ଯାଦବ ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ  ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିବେ।

କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବିରୋଧରେ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ଅପରାଧର ପ୍ରମାଣ ପାଇଲେ କିମ୍ବା ସନ୍ଦେହ ହେଲେ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ (ଇଡି) ପଚରାଉଚୁରା ପାଇଁ ସମନ ଜାରି କରିପାରିବ ବୋଲି ଆଜି ଏକ ମାମଲାର ବିଚାର କରି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ‘ଗଗନଯାନ’ ଅଭିଯାନ ପାଇଁ ୪ଜଣ ମହାକାଶଚାରୀଙ୍କ ନାଁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନେ ହେଲେ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍ କ୍ୟାପ୍ଟେନ୍ ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ ବାଲକ୍ରିଷନ୍‌, ଅଜିତ କ୍ରିଷନନ୍‌, ଅଙ୍ଗଦ ପ୍ରତାପ ଏବଂ ୱିଙ୍ଗ୍ କମାଣ୍ଡର ଶୁଭାଂଶୁ ଶୁକ୍ଲା।

ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଭାରତର ଗିତମ୍ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗବେଷଣା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ୧୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ନିବେଶ କରାଯାଇଛି। ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର କୁଳପତି ପ୍ରଫେସର ଦୟାନନ୍ଦ ସିଦ୍ଦବତ୍ତମ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ଆସନରେ  ୟୁପିରେ ବିଜେପି ୮ଟିରେ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ସମାଜବାଦୀ ପାର୍ଟିର ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ କ୍ରସ୍‌ଭୋଟି ଯୋଗୁଁ ଉଭୟ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଓ ବିଜେପି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କୁ ସମାନ୍ ୩୪ଟି ଲେଖାଏଁ ଭୋଟ୍ ମିଳିଥିଲା। ଲଟେରି ଜରିଆରେ ବିଜେପି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କୁ ବିଜୟୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

ଆର୍ଟିଫିସିଆଲ ଇଣ୍ଟେଲିଜେନ୍ସ (ଏଆଇ) ଟୁଲ୍ ଜେମିନିକୁ ନେଇ ଗୁଗୁଲ୍‌ ସମାଲୋଚନାର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଛି। ଏଆଇର ନେତୃତ୍ବ ନେବାରେ କମ୍ପାନିର ସିଇଓ ସୁନ୍ଦର ପିଚାଇ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଫଳ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଯୋଗଗୁରୁ ରାମଦେବଙ୍କ ମାଲିକାନାରେ ଥିବା ପତଞ୍ଜଳି ଏବଂ ଏହାର ପରିଚାଳନା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବାଲକୃଷ୍ଣଙ୍କୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ନୋଟିସ୍ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଆଦେଶ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପତଞ୍ଜଳିକୁ ଏହାର ଔଷଧ ଉତ୍ପାଦର ବିଜ୍ଞାପନ ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଦାଲତ ରୋକ୍ ଲଗାଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଆଗାମୀ ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ୨୦୨୪ ପାଇଁ ଭୋଟର ସଚେତନତା ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷା ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ସୂଚନା ଓ ପ୍ରସାରଣ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ମୋଦୀ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ତୃତୀୟ ପାଳିରେ ଦେଶକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱର ତୃତୀୟ ବୃହତ୍ତମ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତିବଦ୍ଧ। ଏହି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ପଞ୍ଚମ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଉନ୍ନୀତ ହୋଇଛି।

ଋଷିଆର ଏସ୍-୫୦୦ ପ୍ରୋମେଥିୟସ୍ ଏୟାର ଡିଫେନ୍ସ ସିଷ୍ଟମ ହାଇପରସୋନିକ୍ ଟାର୍ଗେଟକୁ ସଫଳତାର ସହ ଟ୍ରାକ୍ କରି ଖସାଇ ଦେଇଛି।

ଗାଜାରେ ଗତ ୪ ମାସରୁ ଅଧିକ ସମୟ ଧରି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଏବଂ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ହମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ଦୁଇପକ୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ବିରାମ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରାଯାଉଛି।

ଦେଶରେ ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟର ହାର ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି। ନିତି ଆୟୋଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜାରି ହୋଇଥିବା ଏକ ରିପୋର୍ଟରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି ଯେ ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ତଳେ ରହିଛି ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟ ହାର।

ଜାତୀୟ ନମୁନା ସର୍ଭେକ୍ଷଣ ରିପୋର୍ଟ , ସଦ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସବୁଠୁ ଗରିବ ଲୋକଟିର ଦୈନିକ ବ୍ୟୟ ମାତ୍ର ୬୭ ଟଙ୍କା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବାବେଳେ ଧନୀ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ହାରାହାରି ମୁଣ୍ଡପିଛା ଦୈନିକ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦ଗୁଣ ଅଧିକ ଓ ୬୯୫ ଟଙ୍କା। ଜାତୀୟ ନମୁନା ସର୍ବେକ୍ଷଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ (ଏନ୍ଏସ୍ଏସ୍ଓ) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ମାସିକ ମୁଣ୍ଡପିଛା ଉପଯୋଗିତା ବ୍ୟୟ (ଏମ୍‌ପିସିଇ) ତଥ୍ୟରେ ଏହା କୁହାଯାଇଛି।

ବିମାନ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୁସି ଖବର ଆସିଛି। ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଦେଶର ୧୪ ନୂଆ ବିମାନ ବନ୍ଦରରେ ଏହି ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯିବ ଡିଜି ଯାତ୍ରା ସର୍ଭିସ୍ । ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା  ବିମାନ ଯାତ୍ରା ଅଧିକ ସହଜ ହୋଇ ପାରିବ।

ଦେଶରେ ବର୍ଷକୁ ବର୍ଷ ପେନ୍‌ସନ୍‌ ଭୋଗୀଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ଏକ ହିସାବ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଦେଶର ୭୮ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୟସ୍କ ବା ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାର ପେନସନ ସାହାରା ନାହିଁ। ଅପରପକ୍ଷେ ୬୦ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେବଳ ୧୮ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବୀମା ରହିଛି।

ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଦେଶର ୧୨.୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଲୋକ ୬୦ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ। ୨୦୩୧ ବର୍ଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୩.୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଏବଂ ୨୦୫୦ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୧୯ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଲୋକ ଏହି ବର୍ଗରେ ସାମିଲ ହେବେ।

ସରକାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଭାରତୀୟ ନାଗରିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସଂହିତା ୨୦୨୩, ଭାରତୀୟ ନ୍ୟାୟ ସଂହିତା ୨୦୨୩ ଏବଂ ଭାରତୀୟ ସାକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଅଧିନିୟମ ୨୦୨୩ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଜୁଲାଇ ପହିଲାରୁ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ଏ ନେଇ ଆଜି ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗେଜେଟ୍ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି।

ଅଧ୍ୟୟନରେ ଚାପ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କାରଣରୁ ଦେଶରେ ବଢି ଚାଲିଛି ଛାତ୍ରୀଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ସଂଖ୍ୟା। ଗତ ୫ ବର୍ଷରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୨୨ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ଛାତ୍ର, ଏମବିବିଏସରେ ୬୪ ଏବଂ ସ୍ନାତକୋତ୍ତର ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ୫୮ ଜଣ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରି ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେହିଭଳି ପ୍ରାୟ ୧,୨୭୦ ଛାତ୍ରୀଛାତ୍ର ଅଧାରୁ ପାଠପଢା ଛାଡିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ତଥ୍ୟ ଜାତୀୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଆୟୋଗ (ଏନଏମସି) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ଆରଟିଆଇର ଜବାବରେ ମିଳିଛି।

ମୁକେଶ ଅମ୍ବାନୀଙ୍କ ମାଲିକାନା ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଜ ଏବଂ ୱାଲ୍ଟ ଡିଜନି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଭାରତରେ ଏକାଠି କାମ କରିବେ। ମିଡିଆ ଅପରେସନ ମିଶ୍ରଣ ପାଇଁ ଦୁଇ କମ୍ପାନୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ଚୁକ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି।

ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ବାରବାଟୀ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମକୁ ଉନ୍ନତମାନର କରାଯିବ, ଆଗାମୀ ୫୦ ବର୍ଷକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ରଖି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଉଛି। ବିଧାୟକ ମହମ୍ମଦ ମୋକିମ ଏହାକୁ ବିରୋଧ ନକରି ସହଯୋଗ କରନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ରାଜନୀତି କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଓସିଏ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ସଞ୍ଜୟ ବେହେରା କହିଛନ୍ତି।

ଆମେରିକାରେ ପୁଣି ଜଣେ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ନ୍ୟୁୟର୍କର ହାର୍ଲେମ ସ୍ଥିତ ଏକ ଆପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡ ଘଟିବା ଯୋଗୁ ୨୭ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଭାରତୀୟ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ମୃତକ ଜଣକ ହେଲେ ଫାଜିଲ ଖାନ୍‌।
