- ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୭ ତାରିଖରେ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଓ ସେବା ଟିକସ (ଜିଏସ୍ଟି) ପରିଷଦର ୪୮ତମ ବୈଠକ ଭିଡିଓକନଫରେନ୍ସିଂ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ହେବ। ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଜୁନ ୨୮ ଓ ୨୯ ତାରିଖରେ ଜିଏସ୍ଟି ପରିଷଦର ୪୭ତମ ବୈଠକ ଚଣ୍ଡୀଗଡ଼ ଠାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
- ଡିସେମ୍ବର ପହିଲାରେ ଗୁଜରାଟରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ । ୧୮୯ ବିଧାନସଭା ଆସନରେ ମୋଟ୍ ୧୬୨୧ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଲଢୁଛନ୍ତି । ହେଲେ ଏମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମାତ୍ର ୧୩୯ ମହିଳା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଥି ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୫୬ଜଣ ସ୍ବାଧୀନ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ରହିଛନ୍ତି ।
- ଉତ୍ତର କୋରିଆର ଏକଛତ୍ରବାଦୀ ଶାସକ କିମ୍ ଜୋଙ୍ଗ୍ ଉନ୍ ମିସାଇଲ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକଙ୍କ ସହ ବୈଠକରେ ନିଜ ଝିଅ ସହ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ। ସାର୍ବଜନିକ ଭାବରେ ଜୁ ଏ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଥର ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛନ୍ତି।
- ‘ଫେମ୍’ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ରର ତାରକା ତଥା ‘ଫ୍ଲାସଡାନ୍ସ’ର ଟାଇଟଲ୍ ଗୀତ ଗାଇଥିବା ଓସ୍କାର ବିଜେତା ଆଇରିନ୍ କାରାଙ୍କ ୬୩ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଗାୟକ ଏବଂ ଅଭିନେତ୍ରୀ ପାଇଁ ଜଣାଶୁଣା ବେଶ ଜଣାଶୁଣା। ଯେଉଁଥିପାଇଁ ସେ ଓସ୍କାର ଏବଂ ଗ୍ରାମି ପୁରସ୍କାର ଜିତିଥିଲେ ।
