15.The Supreme Court Friday approved the draft Constitution of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) with certain modifi cations, directing the AIFF administration to adopt it within four weeks.

1.ସ୍ଵାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଶିଶୁଭବନର ଶଯ୍ୟାସଂଖ୍ୟା ୨୦୦ରୁ ୮୪୬କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଭାବେ ୧୧୪ଟି ନୂଆ ପଦବିକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିଛି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବାର୍ଷିକ ୫୫୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦରମା ବାବଦକୁ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବେ। ମାସକୁ ପାଖାପାଖି ୪୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ।

2.ଝାରସୁଗୁଡ଼ା ସହର ମାଳୀମୁଣ୍ଡାରେ ଥିବା କ୍ରିକେଟ୍‌ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ୍‌କୁ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକସ୍ତରର କରାଯିବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୫୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ। ବିଶ୍ଵର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ୍‌ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତକାରୀ ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆର ଏକ କମ୍ପାନିକୁ ଏହି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ୍‌ର ଉନ୍ନତୀକରଣ ଲାଗି ଡିପିଆର୍‌ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବାକୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

3.୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୬୩ ହଜାର ୭୫୭ ସ୍ୱୟଂ ସହାୟକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ (ଏସ୍‌ଏଚ୍‌ଜି)ଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟକୁ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଋଣ ଫେରସ୍ତ ବାବଦରେ ୧୧୦ କୋଟି ୯୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ୫୮ ହଜାର ୮୬୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଆର୍ଥିକ ଅନୁଦାନ ପ୍ରେରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି।

4.ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସଡ଼କ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଯେତିକି ଜୀବନ ବର୍ଷକୁ ଯାଉଛି ତା’ର ୯.୨୨% କେବଳ ବୁଲା ଗାଈଗୋରୁଙ୍କ (ଗାଈ, ଷଣ୍ଢ, କୁକୁର) ପାଇଁ ଯାଉଛି। ଗତ ୩ ବର୍ଷରେ (୨୦୨୨ରୁ ୨୦୨୪ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ) ସଡ଼କ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ୧୭୩୪୮ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏଥିରୁ ୧୬୦୧ ଜଣଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ବୁଲା ଗାଈଗୋରୁଙ୍କ ସହ ଧକ୍କାରେ ଯାଇଛି।

5.ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଲୋକସେବା ଆୟୋଗ (ଓପିଏସସି) ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସିଭିଲ ସର୍ଭିସେସ (ପ୍ରିଲିମ) ପରୀକ୍ଷା-୨୦୨୪ର ତାରିଖ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି। ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୧୨, ୨୦୨୫ରେ ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର, ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର, କଟକ, ଜୟପୁର ଓ ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଏହି ଛଅଟି ଜୋନରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ।

6.ଆମେରିକାର କାଲିଫର୍ଣ୍ଣିଆରେ ୩୦ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଭାରତୀୟ ଟେକି ମହମ୍ମଦ ନିଜାମୁଦ୍ଦିନଙ୍କୁ ପୋଲିସ ଗୁଳିକରି ହତ୍ୟା କରିଛି ବୋଲି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। 

7.ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାର ଗତ ୧୭ ମାସରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ କଲ୍ୟାଣକାରୀ ଯୋଜନାର ପ୍ରଚାର ଓ ପ୍ରସାର ପାଇଁ ମୋଟ ୧୩୫.୮୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀ ଗୁରୁବାର ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

8.କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଆସନ୍ତା ମାସରେ ମହଙ୍ଗା ଭତ୍ତା (DA)ରେ ୩% ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଅଛି। ଯଦି ଏହା ହୁଏ, ତେବେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ୫୫% DA ୫୮% କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବ।

9. ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶର ଖଜୁରାହୋରେ ଏକ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ବିଷ୍ଣୁ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତିର ପୁନରୁଦ୍ଧାର ସହ ଜଡିତ ଏକ ଆବେଦନର ଶୁଣାଣି ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବା ଦ୍ଵାରା ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟକୁ ନେଇ   ବିବାଦ ଉପୁଜିଛି। ଜବାବରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ବିଆର୍ ଗୱାଇ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ତାଙ୍କ ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟକୁ ଭୁଲ ଭାବରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯାଇଛି ଏବଂ ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଧର୍ମକୁ ସମ୍ମାନ କରନ୍ତି। 

10.ନେପାଳର ନବ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୁଶୀଳା କାର୍କୀ ଗୁରୁବାର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଟେଲିଫୋନ୍‌ କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

11. ସାଉଦି ଆରବ ଓ ଆଣବିକ ଅସ୍ତ୍ର ଥିବା ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ‘ରଣନୈତିକ ପାରସ୍ପରିକ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଚୁକ୍ତି’କୁ ନେଇ କୂଳ୍ପନାଜଳ୍ପନା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି। ଭାରତ ସହ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ହେଲେ ସାଉଦି ଆରବ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବ ବୋଲି ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ସ୍ଵପ୍ନ ଦେଖୁଛି।

6. ଲେଖିକା ପଞ୍ଚମୀ ମାନୁ ଉକିଲ ତାଙ୍କ ରଚିତ ପୁସ୍ତକ ‘ମହାଗୋପନରେ ମହାବାହୁ’ ପୁସ୍ତକ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। 

7.କିଛି ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକ ଗାଜାରୁ ପଳାୟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗାଜାର ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟା ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଥିଲା ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକ ସେଠାରୁ ପଳାୟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟା ଗାଜା ଛାଡି ପଳାୟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

8.ବାଂଲାଦେଶ ଗୁଇନ୍ଦା ସଂସ୍ଥା  ସୂତ୍ର ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଆମେରିକା ସେନା ଏବଂ ବାୟୁସେନାର ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୨୦ ଜଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୧୦ ତାରିଖରେ  ଚିତ୍ତଗଙ୍ଗର ରାଡିସନ ବ୍ଲୁ ହୋଟେଲରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଥିଲେ।  ବାଂଲାଦେଶୀ ପ୍ରତିପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ସହ ମିଳିତ ଅଭ୍ୟାସ କରିବାପାଇଁ  ଆମେରିକୀୟ ସେନା ବାଂଲାଦେଶ ଆସିଥିଲେ।

9.ବୁଧବାର ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ପଡ଼ୋଶୀ ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଫସଲ ଅବଶେଷ (ନଡ଼ାପାଳ) ଜାଳିବା ପାଇଁ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠାଇଛନ୍ତି।  ଆଇନ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନକାରୀ ଚାଷୀ କାହିଁକି ଗିରଫ ହେବେନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଅଦାଲତ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରିବା ସହ ଏଭଳି ମାମଲାରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ମିଳିବା ଜରୁରୀ ନୁହେଁ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି।

10.ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦି ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ମା’ଙ୍କ ଏଆଇ ଭିଡିଓ ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି କରି ପାଟନା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ କଂଗ୍ରେସକୁ କଡ଼ା ଝଟକା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।  ଏହି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶରେ କୋର୍ଟ ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ମା’ଙ୍କ ଭିଡିଓକୁ ହଟାଇବାକୁ କଂଗ୍ରେସକୁ ଚେତାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
