 1.ଦେଶରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଚାରି ଶ୍ରମ କୋଡ୍ ଲାଗୁ ହୋଇଛି। ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକ ହେଊଛି ମଜୁରି କୋଡ୍‌ (୨୦୧୯), ଶିଳ୍ପ ସମ୍ପର୍କ କୋଡ୍ (୨୦୨୦), ସାମାଜିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷା କୋଡ୍ (୨୦୨୦) ଏବଂ ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ ସୁରକ୍ଷା, ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥିତି କୋଡ୍ (୨୦୨୦)। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରଚଳନରେ ଥିବା ୨୯ଟି ଶ୍ରମ ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଏହି ଚାରି କୋଡ୍ ଲାଗୁ ହୋଇଛି।
