15.Foreign direct investment (FDI) equity infl ow in the banking sector has declined from USD 898 million in FY23 to USD 115 million in FY25, Parliament was informed on Tuesday.

1.ଆସନ୍ତା ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ହାର ୬.୪ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ‘ମୁଡିସ୍‌’ ଆକଳନ କରିଛି।

2.ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍‌ ଆରେଷ୍ଟ୍‌ ଜରିଆରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତମାନେ ୫୪ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଅର୍ଥ ହରାଇବା ଘଟଣା ଡକାୟତିଠାରୁ କିଛି କମ୍ ନୁହେଁ। ଏଭଳି ଅପରାଧକୁ ରୋକିବା ଲାଗି ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ, ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ, ଦୂର ସଂଚାର ବିଭାଗ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଅଂଶୀଦାରମାନଙ୍କ ପରାମର୍ଶରେ ଏକ ଏସ୍‌ଓପି ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ଲାଗି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି

3.ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ଗୃହରେ ଲୋକସଭା ବାଚସ୍ପତି ଓମ୍‌ ବିର୍ଲାଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଅନାସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଆଣିପାରନ୍ତି ।  

4.ମଣିପୁରର ଉଖ୍ରୁଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ହିଂସା ଉଗ୍ର ରୂପ ନେଇଛି । ସଶସ୍ତ୍ର ହିଂସାକାରୀ ଅନେକ ଘରେ ନିଆଁ ଲଗାଇ ଦେଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି ।

5.ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ସିଜେଆଇ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟକାନ୍ତ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ‘ଏସଆଇଆର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ଆବଶ୍ୟକ, ସେଠାରେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଜାରି କରାଯିବ । ତଥାପି, ଯଦି କୌଣସି ପ୍ରତିବନ୍ଧକ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୁଏ, ତେବେ ଆମେ ତାହା ହେବାକୁ ଦେବୁ ନାହିଁ।  ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏହାକୁ ବୁଝିବା ଉଚିତ ।

6.୨୦୨୩ରେ ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇଥିବା ମୋହମ୍ମଦିଙ୍କୁ ଗତବର୍ଷ ସରକାର ବିରୋଧୀ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଉସୁକାଇବା ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ୬ ବର୍ଷ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ମାମଲାରେ ଦେଢ଼ବର୍ଷ ଜେଲ ଦଣ୍ଡାଦେଶ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଏକ ଅଦାଲତ ଆଉ ସାଢ଼େ ୭ ବର୍ଷ ଜେଲ ଦଣ୍ଡାଦେଶ ଦେଇଛି।

7.ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଉଷା ପାଢ଼ୀ, ଆଇଏଏସ୍, ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଶିଳ୍ପ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ଉନ୍ନୟନ ନିଗମ (ଇଡ୍‌କୋ)ର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ଭାବେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। 

8.ଯୌନ କେଳେଙ୍କାରୀ ମାମଲାରେ ଦୋଷୀସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ଧନୀ ଅର୍ଥ ଲଗାଣକାରୀ ଜେଫ୍ରି ଏପ୍‌ଷ୍ଟିନ୍‌ ଜେନେଟିକ୍‌ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟରିଂ ଏବଂ କୃତ୍ରିମ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମତ୍ତା (ଏଆଇ) ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ମାନବ ଜାତିର ଏକ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ପ୍ରଜାତି ବିକଶିତ କରିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରିଥିଲେ।

9.ନୂତନ ନିୟାମାବଳି ୩ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଫଇସଲା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜିଲା ଓ ଦୌରା ଜଜଙ୍କ କୋର୍ଟରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ରାୟ ପ୍ରକାଶ ୨୦୨୫ ମସିହାରେ ବିଂଝାରପୁର ଥାନା ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରମୁଁ ଗାଁରେ ନିଜ ଘରେ ମଦ୍ୟପାନ କରି ନିଜ ପତ୍ନୀଙ୍କୁ ଶାବୁଳରେ ଛେଚିବା ପରେ ଛୁରୀ ଭୁସି ହତ୍ୟା କରିଥିଲେ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ। ମଦ୍ୟପାନ କରି ନିଜ ପତ୍ନୀଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା ଘଟଣାରେ ଆଜୀବନ କାରାଦଣ୍ଡାଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ।

10.ରିସର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଜର୍ନାଲ ‘ସାଇଣ୍ଟ୍ଫିକ ରିପୋର୍ଟସ’ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଜମାର୍ନୀର ଏକ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ପଢୁଥିବା ୫୪ ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରୀଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଏକ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏଥିରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଷ୍ଟଡିରୁମ୍‌ରେ ଗୋଲାପ ରଖି ପାଠ ପଢ଼ିଥିଲେ ବା ବାସ୍ନା ଶୁଙ୍ଘିଥିଲେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭଲ ମନେ ରହିଥିଲା।

11.ବାଲେଶ୍ଵର ଜିଲାର ନୀଳଗିରି ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଝିଅ ଜ୍ୟୋତିର୍ମୟୀ ନାୟକ ଇଣ୍ତିଆନ ଆଇଡାଲ ୧୬ରେ ଫାଇନାଲରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

12.ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଚଳିତ ମାସ ୧୯ ଓ ୨୦ ତାରିଖରେ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ଏଆଇ ଇମ୍ପାକ୍ଟ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦେଶରୁ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିମାନଙ୍କର ସମାଗମ ହେବ।

13.ଓଡିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟର ୩୦୮୨ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ମାଟ୍ରିକ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବ। ଏନେଇ ବୋର୍ଡ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

14.ଗୁଜୁରାଟର ଅହମଦାବାଦ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରରେ କଷ୍ଟମ୍ସ ବିଭାଗର ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଟେଲିଜେନ୍ସ ୟୁନିଟ୍ ଏକ ଯୋଡ଼ା ଅନ୍ତଃବସ୍ତ୍ର ଜବତ କରିଛି। ଏହି ଅନ୍ତଃବସ୍ତ୍ର ସାଧାରଣ ଦେଖାଯାଉଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହାର ପ୍ରକୃତ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୪୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି।

15.ଦେଶରେ ତୈଳ ଓ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍‌ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ ପାଇଁ ଥିବା ନିୟମଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ କୋହଳ କରିବାକୁ ବେଦାନ୍ତ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଅନିଲ ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଭାରତରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ଖଣିଜ ସଂପଦ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଏବେବି ଅନେକର ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ ଓ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ବିନିଯୋଗ ହୋଇପାରି ନାହିଁ।

16.ଉତ୍ତର କୋରିଆରେ ପପ୍‌ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଏବଂ ସ୍କ୍ବିଡ୍‌ ଗେମ୍‌ ଭଳି ଦକ୍ଷିଣ କୋରିଆର ଟିଭି ଡ୍ରାମା ଦେଖିଲେ କଠୋର ଦଣ୍ଡ ମିଳୁଛି ।

17.ଔରଙ୍ଗାବାଦ- ପୁଅମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ମିଳାମିଶା କରୁଥିବାରୁ ଝିଅଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମା’ବାପା ଗାଳିଦେଲେ। ଏଥିରେ ଉତ୍‌କ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ହୋଇ ୫ ନାବାଳିକା ଏକାଠି ବିଷ ପିଇଦେଲେ ।

18.ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ମହିଳା ସାଇକ୍ଲିଷ୍ଟ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏଚ୍‌ସିଏଲ୍‌ ସାଇକ୍ଲୋଇନ୍‌ର ୫୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ରୋଡ୍‌ କ୍ରିଟେରିଅମ୍‌ ରେସ୍‌ରେ ସ୍ଵସ୍ତି ବିଜୟିନୀ ହୋଇ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଗର୍ବ ଓ ଗୌରବ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି।

19.ପାକିସ୍ତାନ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍‌ ବୋର୍ଡ (ପିସିବି) ୪ଟି ଦାବି ରଖିଥିଲା। ସୂତ୍ର ଅନୁସାରେ ପିସିବିର ଦାବିକୁ ଆଇସିସି ଅସ୍ଵୀକାର କରିଛି। 

20.ବରଗଡ଼ ବିକାଶ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍‌ ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ସିକେ ନାୟୁଡୁ ଟ୍ରଫିରେ ବେଙ୍ଗଲ ୧୦୨ ରନ୍‌ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ହରାଇଦେଇଛି।

1.ଜାପାନରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସାନାଏ ତାକାଏଚିଙ୍କ ଲିବରଲ ଡେମୋକ୍ରାଟିକ୍ ପାର୍ଟି (ଏଲ୍‌ଡିଏଫ) ଏକ ରେକର୍ଡ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ବିଜୟ ସହିତ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ଫେରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। 

2.ଭାରତ ଏବଂ ମାଲେସିଆ ରବିବାର ସେମାନଙ୍କର ରଣନୈତିକ ସହଭାଗୀତାକୁ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବାକୁ, ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସହଯୋଗକୁ ଗଭୀର କରିବାକୁ ଏବଂ ସେମିକଣ୍ଡକ୍ଟର, କୃତ୍ରିମ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମତ୍ତା (AI) ଏବଂ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ଭଳି ଉଦୀୟମାନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସହଯୋଗ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିବାକୁ ରାଜି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।

3.ଦେଶରେ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଂ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିବା ସହିତ ବୃହତ୍ ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ଵସ୍ତରରେ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା କରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଗଠନ ଦିଗରେ ଉକ୍ତ କମିଟି ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ସୁପାରିସ କରିବ। ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

4.ଭାରତ ଓ ଆମେରିକା ଗତକାଲି ଅନ୍ତରୀଣ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ରାଜିନାମା ଢାଞ୍ଚାର ମିଳିତ ବିବୃତି ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ ମଧ୍ୟ ରୁଷ୍‌ରୁ ତେଲ କିଣୁଥିବା କାରଣରୁ ଭାରତ ଉପରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଲଗାଇଥିବା ୨୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଶୁଳ୍କକୁ ହଟାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଭଳି ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଭାରତର ତେଲ କମ୍ପାନିଗୁଡ଼ିକ ରୁଷ୍‌ରୁ ତେଲ କ୍ରୟକୁ ଏଡ଼ାଇବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

5.ମାଲକାନଗିରି ପୁଲିସ ତରଫରୁ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରାଯାଇ ୧୨୫୦ କିଲୋ ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଛି।  ଏହାର ଆନୁମାନିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୧ କୋଟିରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି।

6.ଲଣ୍ଡନ ଜେଫ୍ରି ଏପଷ୍ଟାଇନଙ୍କ ସହ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ସତ୍ତ୍ୱେ ପିଟର ମାଣ୍ଡେଲସନଙ୍କୁ ଆମେରିକାରେ ୟୁକେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଦୂତ ଭାବରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ନେଇ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିବା ଉତ୍ତେଜନାକୁ ନେଇ ରବିବାର ବ୍ରିଟିଶ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କୟାର ଷ୍ଟାରମରଙ୍କ ଚିଫ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଷ୍ଟାଫ୍ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

7.ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ ରେଲୱେ କ୍ୟାଟରିଂ ଆଣ୍ଡ ଟୁରିଜିମ୍ କର୍ପୋରେସନ (IRCTC) ଦ୍ୱାରା ନୂତନ ଭାବରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିବା ରେଳ-ଭିତ୍ତିକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ସର୍କିଟ୍, 'ଡିଭାଇନ୍ ଇଷ୍ଟ ଟେମ୍ପଲ୍ ଟୁର୍'ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଆଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମିକ ଏବଂ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଐତିହ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛି।

8.ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ୍ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି (NIT) ରାଉରକେଲା ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୧୦୧ଟି ପେଟେଣ୍ଟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି ଏକ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଗବେଷଣା ମାଇଲଖୁଣ୍ଟ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିଛି, ଯାହା ନବସୃଜନ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଏବଂ ବୌଦ୍ଧିକ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ସୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ତୀବ୍ର ବୃଦ୍ଧିକୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ କରେ।

9.ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୧ ବର୍ଷର ବ୍ୟବଧାନ ପରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଆଇନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ କୋର୍ଟରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିତ୍ୱ କରୁଥିବା ଓକିଲଙ୍କ ଫି ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛି।

10.ଆମେରିକା ସହିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅନ୍ତରୀଣ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ରାଜିନାମା ଢାଞ୍ଚାରେ ଭାରତ ଦାମୀ ବାଇକ୍‌, କାର ଉପରୁ ଆମଦାନି ଶୁଳ୍କ ହ୍ରାସ କରିଛି। ଏଥି‌ଯୋଗୁ ଆମେରିକାରେ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିର୍ମିତ ହାର୍ଲି ଡେଭିଡସନ୍‌ ବାଇକ୍‌ ଭାରତରେ ଶସ୍ତା ହେବ।

11.ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସରକାର ରବିବାର ୫୦୦ଟି ନୂତନ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକ୍ ବସ୍ ଲଞ୍ଚ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହା ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପରିବହନ ନିଗମ (DTC)ର ମୋଟ EV ଫ୍ଲିଟକୁ ୪,୦୦୦ ରୁ ଅଧିକ କରିଛି, ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରେଖା ଗୁପ୍ତା କହିଛନ୍ତି।

12.ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସ୍ୱୟଂସେବକ ସଂଘ (RSS) ମୁଖ୍ୟ ମୋହନ ଭାଗବତ ରବିବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସକୁ ନେଇ ସମାନ ନାଗରିକ ସଂହିତା (UCC) ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ ଏବଂ ଏହା ମତଭେଦ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହେଁ।

13.ଭାରତର ସ୍ୱଦେଶୀ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟାର ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱାକାଂକ୍ଷାକୁ ଏକ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ପ୍ରୟାସ ସ୍ୱରୂପ, IIT ମାଡ୍ରାସ ରିସର୍ଚ୍ଚ ପାର୍କ ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ଡିପ୍ ଟେକ୍ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍‌ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ୬୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଏକ ଭେଞ୍ଚର କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ ଫଣ୍ଡ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି।

14.ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ହକି  ବର୍ଷକପରେ ରାଉରକେଲାକୁ ଫେରୁଛି । ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୦ ତାରିଖରୁ ବିଶ୍ଵର ସର୍ବବୃହତ ବିର୍ସା ମୁଣ୍ଡା ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ପୁରୁଷ ହକି ପ୍ରୋ-ଲିଗ୍‌ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ।
