- ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୦୧୦ରେ ସେତେବେଳର ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଓ ପରିବେଶ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଥିବା ଜୟରାମ ରମେଶ ଏହି ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟ ପାଇଁ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ଗସ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ। ହେଲେ ୨୦୧୩ରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାକୁ ରଦ୍ଦ କରିଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଆଉ ୨୦୨୦ରେ ଏଥିରେ ଲାଗିଥିବା ବ୍ୟାନ୍କୁ ହଟାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ବୋଲି କଂଗ୍ରେସ କହିଛି।୧୪ ବର୍ଷ ତଳେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ କରିଥିବା ଉଦ୍ୟମ ଯୋଗୁ ଆଜି ଚିତା ଭାରତ ଆସିପାରୁଛି ବୋଲି ଦଳ ଟ୍ୱିଟ୍ କରି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି।
