ଭାରତୀୟ ସମାଜରେ କୌଣସି ଧାର୍ମିକ ସଂଖ୍ୟାଲଘୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଭେଦଭାବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ବ୍ରିଟିସ ବିଜ୍‌ନେସ୍ ଦୈନିକ ‘ଫାଇନାନ୍ସିଆଲ ଟାଇମ୍ସ’ (ଏଫ୍‌ଟି)କୁ ଏକ ବିରଳ ସାକ୍ଷାତ୍‌କାର ଦେଇ ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଆମ ଦେଶରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାକୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ସମ୍ପାଦକୀୟ, ଟିଭି ଚ୍ୟାନେଲ, ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ, ଭିଡିଓ, ଟ୍ୱିଟ୍ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆମ ଉପରେ ଏହି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଲଦିଦିଆଯାଉଛି।

ବ୍ରିଟିଶ ଅମଳର ତ୍ରୁଟିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ସମସ୍ୟା ସୃଷ୍ଟିକାରୀ ଆଇନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରିବାକୁ ସରକାର ଚାହୁଥିବାରୁ ଭାରତୀୟ ଦଣ୍ଡ ସଂହିତା ବଦଳରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ନ୍ୟାୟ ସଂହିତା ଲାଗୁ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି।

ଜମ୍ମୁ-କାଶ୍ମୀରର ପୁଞ୍ଚ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆଜି ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀମାନେ ସେନାର ଏକ ଟ୍ରକ୍‌ ଓ ଜିପ୍‌ସି ଉପରେ ଅତର୍କିତ ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବାରୁ ୩ ଜଣ ଯବାନ ସହିଦ ହୋଇଯାଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଅଯୋଧ୍ୟାରେ ଆସନ୍ତାମାସ ୨୨ ତାରିଖରେ ରାମ ମନ୍ଦିର ପ୍ରାଣପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠ ସମାରୋହ ହେବ। ଏଥିରେ ଯୋଗଦେବା ଲାଗି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି ମଲ୍ଲିକାର୍ଜୁନ ଖଡ଼ଗେ, ସୋନିଆ ଗାନ୍ଧି, ଲୋକସଭାରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଦଳର ନେତା ଅଧୀର ରଂଜନ ଚୌଧୁରୀ ପ୍ରମୁଖଙ୍କୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଚେକ୍‌ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ରର ପ୍ରେଗ୍‌ସ୍ଥିତ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଆଜି ବଡ଼ଧରଣର ଗୁଳିକାଣ୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି। ଏଥିରେ ୧୧ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଅନେକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ସଂସଦ ଭବନ ପରିସରର ‘ବ୍ୟାପକ’ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦାୟିତ୍ବ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଶିଳ୍ପ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବଳ (ସିଆଇଏସ୍ଏଫ୍)କୁ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରିବାକୁ ସରକାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପାନ୍-ଆଧାର ସଂଯୋଗ କରିବାରେ ବିଳମ୍ବ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୨,୧୨୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜରିମାନା ଆଦାୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି

୧୯୯୪ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ର ଆଇଆର୍‌ଏସ୍‌ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଅଂଶୁମାନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା କମିସନ (ସିସିଆଇ)ର ନୂଆ ମହାନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ-ତଦନ୍ତ (ଡିଜି) ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ମିଳିଛି।

ବହୁ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ କୁସ୍ତି ମହାସଂଘ (ଡବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁଏଫ୍‌ଆଇ) ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଗୁରୁବାର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ବିଦାୟୀ ସଭାପତି ବ୍ରିଜଭୂଷଣ ଶରଣଙ୍କ ଘନିଷ୍ଠ ଅନୁଗତ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଥିବା ସଞ୍ଜୟ ସିଂ ସଭାପତି ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ସାହାରା ଇଣ୍ଡିଆରେ ଫସିଥିବା ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ଫେରି ପାଇବାକୁ ଚାହିଁ ରହିଥିବା କୋଟି କୋଟି ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ଖୁସି ଖବର। ଏବେଠାରୁ ନିବେଶକମାନେ ରିଫଣ୍ଡ ପୋର୍ଟାଲରୁ ୧୯,୯୯୯ ଟଙ୍କା ଯାଏ କ୍ଲେମ୍‌ ଫାଇଲ କରିପାରିବେ।

ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମଦ ଦୁର୍ନୀତି ସହ ଜଡିତ ମନି ଲଣ୍ଡରିଂ ମାମଲାରେ ରୌଜ୍‌ ଏଭିନ୍ୟୁ ଗୁରୁବାର (ଆମ ଆଦମୀ ପାର୍ଟି (ଏଏପି) ଏମ୍‌ପି ସଞ୍ଜୟ ସିଂଙ୍କ ନ୍ୟାୟିକ ହେପାଜତକୁ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ ୧୦ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି।

ବେଆଇନ ଭାବେ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଠୁଳ କରିଥିବା ମାମଲାରେ ମାଡ୍ରାସ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ତାମିଲନାଡୁର ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କେ ପୋନମୁଡିଙ୍କୁ ୩ ବର୍ଷ କାରାଦଣ୍ଡରେ ଦଣ୍ଡିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରିରେ ପାକିସ୍ତାନରେ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ସାଧାରଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ନାମାଙ୍କନ ପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ (ଇସିପି) ବୁଧବାର ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ନାମାଙ୍କନ ପତ୍ର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷର ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ରାଜ୍ୟ ଟେଲିକମ୍ ଶିଳ୍ପ ଲାଗି ଏକ ଖରାପ ମାସ ସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଗ୍ରାହକ ମୋବାଇଲ୍‌ ନେଟ୍‌ୱର୍କଠାରୁ ଦୂରେଇ ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ଟେଲିକମ୍‌ ନିୟାମକ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ (ଟ୍ରାଇ) ଜାରି କରିଥିବା ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରାୟ ୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ପୁରୁଣା ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କୁ ହରାଇଛି।

ସବୁଠୁ ୫୦ ପ୍ରଭାବଶାଳୀ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପ୍ରୀତି ପଲ୍ଲବୀ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମିଳିଛି। ଫୋର୍କ ମିଡିଆ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍ ସହଯୋଗରେ ଏଲିଟ୍‌ ପତ୍ରିକା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଐତିହାସିକ ଷ୍ଟାଚ୍ୟୁ ଅଫ୍‌ ଲିବର୍ଟିରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ପ୍ରୀତିଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ସରକାର ବିଦେଶୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସେଠାରେ ପରିବାର ସହ ରହିବା ଓ ତାହା ସହ ଜଡିତ କେତେକ ନିୟମକୁ କଠୋର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ସଂସଦ ଇମିଗ୍ରେସନ ନୀତିକୁ କଡାକଡି କରି ଏକ ଆଇନ ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରିଛି। ନୂତନ ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପ୍ରବାସୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସକୁ ଆଣିବା ଅଧିକ କଷ୍ଟସାଧ୍ୟ ହେବ

CBI Director Praveen Sood reached Imphal Monday to take stock of the investigations related to the Manipur ethnic violence, officials said. Over 7.40 crore persons filed income tax returns in the 2022-23 fiscal, of which 5.16 crore showed zero tax liability, the Finance Ministry said Monday. Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary informed the Lok Sabha there has been an increase in the number of returns filed in the last five years. The number of persons filing ITRs increased from 6.28 crore in fiscal 2018-19, to 6.47 crore in 2019-20, to 6.72 crore in 2020-21
