1.ଆର୍ଥିକ ଏବଂ ସାମାଜିକ ଭାବରେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ବର୍ଗ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ଏକ ‘ଜାତୀୟ ମିସନ’ ହେବା ଉଚିତ ବୋଲି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

5.ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଭାତୀ ପରିଡ଼ା ‘ଆମେ ପଢ଼ିବା ଆମ ଭାଷାରେ’ ନାମକ ପାଞ୍ଚବର୍ଷୀୟ ଯୋଜନାର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ‘ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନୀତି-୨୦୨୦’ ସହ ସମନ୍ୱୟରେ ୩ରୁ ୬ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସର ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାତୃଭାଷାରେ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ।

6.‘ସୁଭଦ୍ରା’ ଟଙ୍କା ୧୮ ତାରିଖ ଭିତରେ ମିଳିବ, ଏନେଇ ଉପ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଭାତୀ ପରିଡ଼ା ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
