1240	08-12-2023	Odia	ତେଲେଙ୍ଗାନାର ନୂଆ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଅନୁମୁଲା ରେବାନ୍ତ ରେଡ୍ଡୀ ଶପଥ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିସହିତ ଭଟ୍ଟି ବିକ୍ରମାର୍କା ମଲ୍ଲୁ ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ ୧୦ଜଣ ବିଧାୟକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଜମ୍ମୁ-କାଶ୍ମୀରକୁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ମାନ୍ୟତା ଦେଉଥିବା ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ଧାରା ୩୭୦କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ୨୦୧୯ରେ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ବିରୋଧରେ ଦାଖଲ ହୋଇଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଆବେଦନ ଉପରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୧ରେ ରାୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବେ। ଗତ ଜୁଲାଇ ମାସରେ ନିଜ ପଦରୁ ବହିଷ୍କୃତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଚୀନ୍‌ର ପୂର୍ବତନ ବୈଦେଶିକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କିନ୍ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗ୍‌ଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁକୁ ନେଇ ଏବେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠିଛି। ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କିମ୍ବା ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଯୋଗୁ ସେ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର ସୁଦପଡା ମଦ ଭାଟିରେ ରେଡ୍‌ ବେଳେ ଆୟକର ବିଭାଗ ହାତରେ ଲାଗିଛି ଟଙ୍କା ଭର୍ତ୍ତି ସିନ୍ଦୁକ। ଯାହାକୁ ଦେଖି ତାଜୁବ ହୋଇଛି ଆୟକର ଟିମ୍। ଦୁଇ ଦିନର ରେଡ୍‌ ବେଳେ ୨୦୦ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କା ଜବତ ହେଲାଣି। ଚେନ୍ନାଇ ସହରରେ ଏକ ବନ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଶମନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ୫୬୧.୨୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦେଶରେ ଏହା ପ୍ରଥମ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ ୧୯୭୧ରେ ବାଂଲାଦେଶ ଗଠନ ପରେ ଭାରତକୁ ଅବୈଧ ପ୍ରବାସୀଙ୍କ ଆଗମନ ଏବଂ ସୀମାବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହି ସମସ୍ୟାର ମୁକାବିଲା ପାଇଁ ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ ଗୁରୁବାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଗତ ୫ ବର୍ଷରେ ରେଳ ଧାରଣାରେ ୧୮ଟି ହାତୀଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ଆଜି ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ ବିଜେଡି ସାଂସଦ ଡ. ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ ନନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ଅଣତାରକା ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ଲିଖିତ ଉତ୍ତରରେ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଜଙ୍ଗଲ, ପରିବେଶ ଓ ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଶ୍ବିନୀ କୁମାର ଚୌବେ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସିଂ ତୋମାର, ପ୍ରହଲ୍ଲାଦ ସିଂ ପଟେଲ ଓ ରେଣୁକା ସିଂ ସରୁତାଙ୍କ ଇସ୍ତଫାକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏବେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅର୍ଜୁନ ମୁଣ୍ଡାଙ୍କୁ କୃଷି ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ କନଫରେନ୍ସ ନେତା ଫାରୁକ୍ ଅବଦୁଲ୍ଲା ଏକ ସାକ୍ଷାତକାରରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ମୋ ବାପା ଶେଖ ଅବଦୁଲ୍ଲାଙ୍କୁ ଜବାହରଲାଲ ନେହେରୁ ଜେଲରେ ରଖିଥିଲେ, ତଥାପି ମୁଁ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖରାପ ଶବ୍ଦ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବି ନାହିଁ କାରଣ ନେହେରୁଙ୍କ କାରଣରୁ କଶ୍ମୀର ଆଜି ଭାରତର ଅଂଶ ହୋଇ ରହିଛି. ରୁଷିଆ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନ ପୁଣିଥରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ଗାଜିଆବାଦରେ ଏକ ଅଭାବନୀୟ ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଛି। ଅଇଁଠା ପ୍ଲେଟ୍‌ ଥିବା ଏକ ଟ୍ରେ ଅତିଥିମାନଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ବାଯିବାରୁ ଜଣେ ୨୬ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଓ୍ବେଟରଙ୍କୁ ପିଟିପିଟି ହତ୍ୟା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଭାରତୀୟ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆଧାର ଏବଂ ପାନ କାର୍ଡ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ। ଗତ କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଏହି ଦୁଇକୁ ଲିଙ୍କ କରିବା ବିଷୟରେ ସରକାରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। ସାହାରା ଇଣ୍ଡିଆରେ ରଖିଥିବା ଟଙ୍କା ଫେରିପାଇବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୪ରେ ‘ସାହାରା ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ରିଫଣ୍ଡ ପୋର୍ଟାଲ’ ଲଞ୍ଚ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଯଦି କାହା ଟଙ୍କା ଫସି ରହିଛି ସେ ଏହି ପୋର୍ଟାଲ ଜରିଆରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ। ପଞ୍ଜାବରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସଡ଼କ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଆହତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାକୁ ନେଉଛନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୁରସ୍କାର ସ୍ବରୂପ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ୨ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବେ। ନିକଟ ଅତୀତରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୨% ଭାରତୀୟ ଅନ୍‌ଲାଇନ୍‌ ଠକେଇର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ବ୍ରିଟେନ୍‌ର ମାର୍କେଟିଂ ଗବେଷଣା ସଂସ୍ଥା ୟୁଗଭ୍‌ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗତ ନଭେମ୍ବରରେ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏକ ଇ-ସର୍ଭେରୁ ଏହି ବିଷୟ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ରେଡିଓ ଜକି ବାରିଲ୍‌ ଭାନ୍ନିହସାଙ୍ଗି ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ମିଜୋରାମ ବିଧାନସଭାକୁ ସଦ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ସର୍ବକନିଷ୍ଠା ଏମ୍‌ଏଲଏ। ଇନ୍‌ଷ୍ଟାଗ୍ରାମରେ ତାଙ୍କର ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୫୨ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଫଲୋଅର୍ସ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେଶନର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ତଥା ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ନୀତା ଏମ୍‌. ଅମ୍ବାନୀଙ୍କୁ ନିକଟରେ ସ୍ପୋଟର୍‌ସ ଲିଡର ଅଫ୍‌ ଦି ଇୟର (ମହିଳା) ଆଓ୍ବାର୍ଡ (ପୁରସ୍କାର)ରେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଶାସକ ଦଳର ସଦସ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବେଞ୍ଚରେ ବିଧାୟକ ନବାବ ମଲିକ ବସିବାରୁ ବିଜେପି ଏହାକୁ ସହଜରେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିପାରି ନାହିଁ। ଏନସିପିର ଅଜିତ ପାୱାର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ନବାବ ମଲିକ ବସିଥିଲେ। ହେଲେ ଏହାକୁ ବିଜେପି ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଛି। ପବ୍ଲିକ ସେକ୍ଟର କମ୍ପାନୀ ଇରକନ ଇଣ୍ଟରନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଲିମିଟେଡର ୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅଂଶଧନ ବିକ୍ରୟ ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏକ ଅଫର ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି। ବିକ୍ରୟ ପାଇଁ ଏହି ଅଫର ଗୁରୁବାର, ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୭, ୨୦୨୩ ରେ ଖୋଲିବ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ ପରିଷଦ (ଆଇସିସି) ଭାରତୀୟ ଦ୍ରୁତ ବୋଲର ମହମ୍ମଦ ଶାମିଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ଲେୟାର ଅଫ ଦି ମନ୍ଥ୍‌ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇଁ ମନୋନୀତ କରିଛି। ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ଶାମି ତାଙ୍କର ଭଲ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ସର୍ଟଲିଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।	439	Y
