19.ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ରିଲିଫ କମିଶନରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ଜାରି ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ,  ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣରେଖା ବିପଦସଙ୍କେତ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱରେ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେଉଛି । କିନ୍ତୁ ଜଳସ୍ତର ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି ।
