- ଜିଏସ୍ଟି କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଭାବରେ ଅର୍ଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଆଜି ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଋଣ ସୁବିଧା ବିଧେୟକ ଅଧୀନରେ ୪୪ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି।
- ଦେଶର ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ନିରାପତ୍ତାକୁ ମଜଭୁତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ୱଦେଶରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ଭାରତୀୟ ଉପକୂଳରକ୍ଷୀ ବାହିନୀର ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଜାହାଜ ‘ସାର୍ଥକ’କୁ ଆଜି ଗୋଆଠାରେ ଦେଶ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଜାହାଜ ଗୁଜୁରାଟର ପୋର୍ ବନ୍ଦର ମୁତୟନ ରହିବ ଏବଂ ଭାରତର ପଶ୍ଚିମାଞ୍ଚଳ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଉପକୂଳରେ ପହରା ଦେବ।

- Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia announced on Wednesday that all schools in the national capital will be permitted to open from November 1. However, physical attendance will be voluntary and parents would not be forced to send their children to school.

He urged Stalin to release water from Mulla Periyar dam through the tunnel to Vaigal Dam and to gradually release water downstream.

- India logged 14,306 new COVID-19 cases, taking the virus tally to 3,41,89,774, while the active cases declined to 1,67,695, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Monday.
