2518	02-02-2022	Odia	ଜାତିସଂଘ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ (ୟୁଏନଏସସି)ରେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ନେଇ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ବୈଠକ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଭୋଟରେ ଭାରତ ସମେତ କେନ୍ୟା ଓ ଗବାନ ଆଦି ଦେଶମାନେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ନାହାନ୍ତି। ସେପଟେ ଚୀନ୍‌ ଏହା ବିରୋଧରେ ଭୋଟ ଦେଇଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ଲୋକସଭାରେ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ସାଧାରଣ ବଜେଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ନିର୍ମାଣ, କୃଷି, ପୁଞ୍ଜି ବିନିବେଶ, ସଡ଼କ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ୨.୫ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଆୟ ଉପରେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ କୌଣସି କର ଦେବାକୁ ପଡିବ ନାହିଁ । ଯଦି ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଆୟ ୨.୫ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହୋଇଥାଏ ତେବେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ବାକି ୨.୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଉପରେ ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଟ୍ୟାକ୍ସ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡିବ । ତେବେ ଆୟକର ଆଇନ ଧାରା ୮୭ ଏ’ର ଲାଭ ଉଠାଇ ଆପଣ ଏବେ ବି କର ରିହାତି ପାଇ ପାରିବେ । ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ୧୬୩ ଲକ୍ଷ କୃଷକଙ୍କଠାରୁ ୧୨୦୮ ମେଟ୍ରିକ୍ ଟନ୍ ଗହମ ଓ ଧାନ କିଣିବାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି । ବଜେଟ୍ ଭାଷଣରେ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ଏମଏସପି ଜରିଆରେ କୃଷକଙ୍କ ଖାତାକୁ ସରକାର ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୩୭ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପଠାଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାସହିତ କୀଟନାଶକ ମୁକ୍ତ ଫସଲକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ୱାନ ନେସନ, ୱାନ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅଧିନରେ ଜିମି ପାଇଁ ଏକ ୟୁନିକ୍ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟର୍ଡ ନମ୍ୱର ଜାରି କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବଜେଟରେ ଏନେଇ ଅର୍ଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ରେଲୱେରେ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ 3୭ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ପୁଞ୍ଜି ନିବେଶ କରାଯିବ । ରେଲୱେ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ଗୁଡିକୁ ବିକଶିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ୧୨ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଅନୁଦାନକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ବନ୍ଦେ ଭାରତ ଟ୍ରେନର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଜନା ରହିଛି । ଏହାର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇସାରିଛି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କର୍ପୋରେଟ୍ କର ୧୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଥିବାବେଳେ ୩ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇ ୧୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ୪୦୦ ନୂଆ ବନ୍ଦେ ଭାରତ ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଆଗାମୀ ୩ ବର୍ଷରେ ତିଆରି ହେବ \| ଗତିଶକ୍ତି ଯୋଜନା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୧୦୦ଟି କାର୍ଗୋ କାରଖାନା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯିବ । କୃଷି କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ପାଇଁ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅନେକ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ସହାୟତା ମୂଲ୍ୟ (ଏମଏସପି) ରେ କୃଷକଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ରେକର୍ଡ କ୍ରୟ କରାଯିବ। । ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ହାର ୯.୨୭ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ରହିବ । ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭର ଭାରତ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତରେ ୧୬ଲକ୍ଷ ନୂଆ ଚାକିରି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରାଯିବ \| ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପି ଥିବା ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଅଙ୍ଗନୱାଡିର ଆଧୁନିକୀକରଣ ହେବ । ଅର୍ଥା ପୁରୁଣା ଅଙ୍ଗନୱାଡିର ଅପଗ୍ରେଡେସନ୍ କରାଯିବ । ମେକ୍ ଇନ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତରେ ୬୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଚାକିରି, ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭ ଭାରତ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତରେ ୧୬ ଲକ୍ଷ ଚାକିରି ଦିଆଯିବ କୌଶଳ ବିକାଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ନୂଆ କରି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯିବ, ଶିଳ୍ପ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଅନୁସାରେ ଜାତୀୟ କୌଶଳ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ତିଆରି କରାଯିବ ରାଜ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସଂଚାଳିତ ଆଇଟିଆଇକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଅନୁସାରେ ଅପଗ୍ରେଡ୍ କରାଯିବ ସରକାର ପିଏମ ଇ-ବିଦ୍ୟା ଅଧିନସ୍ଥ ଗୋଟିଏ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ-ଗୋଟିଏ ଟିଭି ଚ୍ୟାନେଲ’ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ସଂପ୍ରସାରଣ କରି ୨୦୦ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯିବ । ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରଥମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀରୁ ୧୨ଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦାନରେ ସହାୟତା ମିଳିପାରିବ । ଡିଜିଟାଲ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଅନେକ ଭାଷାରେ ଶିକ୍ଷା- କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏକ ଡିଜିଟାଲ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବେ । ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ଅନେକ ଭାଷାରେ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନ କରାଯିବ । ଦେଶର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ସଂଯୋଗ କରି ଶିକ୍ଷାମାନକୁ ବଢାଯିବ । ଡାକଘର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ଡିଜିଟାଲ ହେବ। ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ୧.୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଡାକଘରରେ ୧୦୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ କୋର୍‍ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଭୂକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଡାକଘରେ ଏଣିକି ଏଟିଏମ ରହିବ। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ନେଟ୍‍ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ, ମୋବାଇଲ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ, ଏଟିଏମ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଯିବ। ଡାକଘର ଖାତା ଓ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଖାତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଟଙ୍କା ଅନଲାଇନ ମାଧ୍ୟରେ ପଠାଯାଇପାରିବ। ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି,ସ୍କୁଲ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପିଏମ୍‍-ଇ-ବିଦ୍ୟା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ପ୍ରଥମ ରୁ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଠପଢା ଟିଭି ଜରିଆରେ ହେବ। ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଭାଷାରେ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଠପଢା ପାଇଁ ୨ ଶହ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲ ହେବ। ରାଜକୋଷକୁ ଆସୁଥିବା ପ୍ରତି ୧ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୮ ପଇସା ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ବାବଦକୁ ବ୍ୟୟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଋଣର ସୁଧ ବାବଦକୁ ୨୦ ପଇସା, ରାଜ୍ୟ ଭାଗ ବାବଦେ ୧୬ ପଇସା, କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଯୋଜନା ଲାଗି ୧୪ ପଇସା, ଅର୍ଥ ଆୟୋଗ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଖର୍ଚକୁ ୧୦ ପଇସା, କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରାୟୋଜିତ ଯୋଜନା ଲାଗି ୯ ପଇସା, ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସବସିଡି ଲାଗି ୮ ପଇସା, ପେନସନ ବାବଦକୁ ୫ ପଇସା , ଅନ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟୟ ବାବଦକୁ ୧୦ ପଇସା ଏହି ପରି ୧ ଟଙ୍କାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହିସାବ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ। ଝାଡଖଣ୍ଡର ଧନବାଦ ଜିଲାରେ ଏକ କୋଇଲା ଖଣିରେ ଏକ କୋଇଲା ଖଣିର ଏକ ବଡ ଅଂଶ ଖସିଯିବାରୁ ବହୁ ଶ୍ରମିକ ଏହାତଳେ ଦବି ହୋଇ ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ଫଳରେ ୧୩ ଜଣ ଶ୍ରମିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ସଂସଦରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ସେବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘଟିଛି। ଗ୍ରସ ଷ୍ଟେଟ ଭ୍ୟାଲୁ ଆଡେଡ (ଜିଏସଭିଏ)ର ସେବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଚଣ୍ଡୀଗଡ଼଼ ସର୍ବୋତ୍ତମ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନକାରୀ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛି। ସେହିପରି ଓଡ଼ିଶା, ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ, ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଓ କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଜିଏସଭିଏରେ ସେବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ଅଂଶ ଚାରି ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପରିଲକ୍ଷିତ ହୋଇଛି	561	Y

ଜ୍ଞାନକୌଶଳ ବିକଶିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଙ୍ଗପ୍ରତ୍ୟଙ୍ଗ ଉଠିବାର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ପାଇଁ ୧୮ ମାସ ସମୟ ଲାଗିଥିଲା। ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ ଲାଗି ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ପ୍ରଥମେ ବେଙ୍ଗକୁ ଚେତାଶୂନ୍ୟ କରାଇଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ବେଙ୍ଗର ଗୋଟେ ଗୋଡ କାଟି ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଯାଜପୁର ସ୍ଥିତ ନୀଳାଚଳ ଇସ୍ପାତକୁ ୧୨,୧୦୦ କୋଟିରେ କିଣିବ ଟାଟା ଷ୍ଟିଲ ଲଙ୍ଗ ପ୍ରଡକ୍ଟସ । ଏହାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଗଠିତ ଏକ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ କମିଟି ମଂଜୁରୀ ଦେଇଛି । ଏହି କମ୍ପାନି କିଣିବା ଦୌଡ଼ରେ ଜିନ୍ଦଲ ଷ୍ଟିଲ ଏଣ୍ଡ ପାଓ୍ବାର ଓ ନଲଓ୍ବା ଷ୍ଟିଲ ଏଣ୍ଡ ପାଓ୍ବାର କନସୋର୍ଟିୟମ, ଜେଏସଡବ୍ଲୁ ଷ୍ଟିଲ ମଧ୍ୟ ଥିଲେ । ପୌର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୦୭ଟି ପୌରପାଳିକା(ମ୍ୟୁନିସିପାଲିଟି) ଓ ବିଜ୍ଞପିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପରିଷଦ (ଏନ୍‌ଏସି) ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ପଦ ଲାଗି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ତାଲିକା। ଏନେଇ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବିଧିବଦ୍ଧ ଭାବେ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧ ରୁ ଭକ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୋଲିବ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର। ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଭକ୍ତଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ ନେଇ ଏସ୍‌ଓପି ଜାରି କରିଛି। ସୋମବାରରୁ ଶନିବାର ସକାଳ ୬ଟାରୁ ରାତି ୯ଟା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଖୋଲା ରହିବ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର । ପୂର୍ବ ଭଳି ସାନିଟାଇଜେସନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତି ରବିବାର ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ । ୨୦୧୯ ମେ ମାସରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଲକ୍ଷେ ୮୪ ହଜାର ଫନି ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ପରିବାରକୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆବାସ ଯୋଜନାରେ ଘର ଯୋଗାଇଦେବାକୁ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଏଯାଏ ପୂରଣ ହୋଇନି । ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବଳକା ପରିବାରର ତଥ୍ୟ ଆବାସ ପୋର୍ଟାଲରେ ଅପଲୋଡ୍ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେବାକୁ ଦାବି କରାୟାଇଛି । ଏନେଇ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଓ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଗିରିରାଜ ସିଂଙ୍କୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରତାପ ଜେନା । ଆସନ୍ତା ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ରେ ଭାରତର ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୮.୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହାରରେ ଉପରକୁ ଉଠିବ। ତେବେ ଚଳିତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ରେ ଦେଶର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ୯.୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ରହିବ।କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ଆଜି ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷର ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରି ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ସଂପର୍କରେ ଏଭଳି ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗୋଆର ପାନାଜୀରୁ ଶିବସେନା ଏହାର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିଛି ଏବଂ ପୂର୍ବତନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମନୋହର ପାରିକରଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ଉତ୍ପଳ ପାରିକରଙ୍କୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି। ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ସରକାର ସୋମବାର ନିଜର କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଅବସର ବୟସକୁ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରି ୬୨ କରିଛନ୍ତି।ଜାରି ଅଧ୍ୟାଦେଶରେ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଏହି ଆଇନରେ ସଂଶୋଧନ ଜାନୁଆରି ୧, ୨୦୨୨ରୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବ। ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ୨୦୧୯ରେ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ହାରାହାରି ଆୟୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୩ ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା ଏବଂ ହାରାହାରି ଭାରତୀୟ ୭୦ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ ବୋଲି ଏଥିରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସାଧାରଣ ଉନ୍ନତି ଘଟିଛି। ମିସ୍ ୟୁଏସ୍ -୨୦୧୯ ଚେସଲି କ୍ରିଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ୩୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି । ନ୍ୟୁୟର୍କ ସହରର ଏକ ୬୦ ମହଲା କୋଠାରୁ ଖସି ପଡ଼ିବା ପରେ ଗତ ରବିବାର ତାଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଖବର ମିଳିଛି। ଶୀତକାଳୀନ ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶନର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନ। ତେବେ ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶନର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସ୍ମୃତି ଇରାନୀ ଏସପି ନେତା ମୁଲାୟମ ସିଂହ ଯାଦବଙ୍କ ପାଦ ଛୁଇଁବା ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାର ବିଷୟ ପାଲଟିଛି। ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଉଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟର କିଛି ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ନିରାଧାର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଲଗାଇ ଯାଚିକା ଦାୟର କରିଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ୨୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର କଠୋର ଆର୍ଥିକ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଲଗାଇଥିଲେ।ଲାଗିଥିଲା ମୋଟା ଅଙ୍କର ଜରିମାନା। ସେଥିରୁ ଟିକେ ଆଶ୍ଵସ୍ତି ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟର ଦ୍ଵାରସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ଆବେଦନ ଉପରେ ବିଚାର କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ଆଗାମୀ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ନୂତନ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍‌ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ ଲଗାଯାଇଥିବା କଟକଣାରେ କୋହଳ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ। ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକ ପରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ରାଲି ଉପରେ ରୋକ୍ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧୧ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବଢାଯାଇଛି। ତେବେ ଆୟୋଗ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ୧୦୦୦ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସଭା କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଇନଡୋର ବୈଠକରେ ଏବେ ୩୦୦ ବଦଳରେ ୫୦୦ ଜଣ ସାମିଲ୍ ହୋଇ ପାରିବେ। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ୨୦ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଡୋର ଟୁ ଡୋର କ୍ୟାମ୍ପେନିଂ କରି ପାରିବେ। ସ୍ବର୍ଗତ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ସାହିତ୍ୟିକା ମନୋରମା ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଝିଅ ଶ୍ୱେତପଦ୍ମା ଦାଶ ମୋ’କଲେଜ ଅଭିଯାନ ଅଧୀନରେ ରେଭେନ୍ସାକୁ ୧୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେହିପରି ଦିବଙ୍ଗତ ପ୍ରଫେସର ପତିତପାବନ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କ ସ୍ମୃତିରେ ତାଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ଏହି ବିଶ୍ବ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଭାରତ ହେଉଛି ସେହି ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଇଣ୍ଟରନେଟ୍ ଏବଂ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଫୋନର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ରହିଛି ।
