2750	07-10-2021	Odia	MITRA ସ୍କିମକୁ ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ । ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଅଧିନରେ ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ୭ ମେଗା ଟେକ୍ସଟାଇଲ୍ ଇନଭେଷ୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ପାର୍କ ତିଆରି କରାଯିବ। ରେଳ କର୍ମଚାରୀ (ନନ୍-ଗେଜେଟେଡ୍)ଙ୍କୁ ୭୮ ଦିନର ବୋନସ୍ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଏଥିରେ ପାଖାପାଖି ୧୧,୫୬,୦୦୦ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଉପକୃତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ ୧,୯୮୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା । ରାମାନନ୍ଦ ସାଗରଙ୍କ 'ରାମାୟଣ'ରେ ରାବଣର ଭୂମିକାରେ ଅଭିନୟ କରିଥିବା ଭେଟେରାନ୍ ଅଭିନେତା ଅରବିନ୍ଦ ତ୍ରିବେଦୀଙ୍କର ୮୩ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ପୁରୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ବିଜୁ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଯୋଜନାରେ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ କାର୍ଡ ବଣ୍ଟନ। ଅପରାହ୍ନରେ ବ୍ରହ୍ମଗିରି ଯାଇ ବିଏସକେଓ୍ୱାଇ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ କାର୍ଡ ବଣ୍ଟନର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିବେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ। ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ କାର୍ଡ ବାଣ୍ଟିବେ ନବୀନ। ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୩ଲକ୍ଷ ୭୬ ହଜାର ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟକାର୍ଡ ଯୋଜନାରେ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ। ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷର ବଜେଟ୍ ପାଇଁ ଅର୍ଥ ବିଭାଗ ସବୁ ବିଭାଗର ମତାମତ ଲୋଡ଼ିଛି । ଆସନ୍ତା ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୫ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣାଙ୍ଗ ବଜେଟ୍ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ପଠାଇବା ଲାଗି ସବୁ ବିଭାଗକୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛି ଅର୍ଥ ବିଭାଗ । ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପାଇଁ ଘୋଷଣା ହେଲା ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର। ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ଦୁଇଜଣ ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନୀଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିତ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ନୋବେଲ୍ । ବେଞ୍ଜାମିନ୍ ଲିଷ୍ଟ ଓ ଡେଭିଡ ମ୍ୟାକମିଲାନଙ୍କୁ ନୋବେଲ ନୋବଲ୍ ମିଳିବ । ଡେଭଲପମେଣ୍ଟ ଅଫ୍ ଆସେମେଟ୍ରିକ ଅର୍ଗାନୋକାଟାଲିସିସ୍ ପାଇଁ ଉଭୟଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ନୋବେଲ୍ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି । ବେଞ୍ଜାମିନ୍ ଜର୍ମାନୀର ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନୀ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଡେଭିଡ ମ୍ୟାକମିଲାନ ବ୍ରିଟେନରେ ଜନ୍ମିତ ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନୀ । ମ୍ୟାଲେରିଆ ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ଏକମାତ୍ର ତଥା ପ୍ରଥମ ଟିକା ‘ମସ୍କ୍ୟୁରିକ୍ସ୍‍’କୁ ବ୍ୟାପକ ଭାବେ ଆଫ୍ରିକୀୟ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯିବା ଉଚିତ ବୋଲି ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ ‘ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଙ୍ଗଠନ’ କହିଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳାୟ ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ, ଗୁରୁବାର ସକାଳ ୮ଟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶରେ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୨୨,୪୩୧ କରୋନାଭାଇରସ୍‌ଜନିତ ନୂତନ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଓ ୩୧୮ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ରେକର୍ଡ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଗତ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ନୂତନ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ମିଶାଇ ଦେଶରେ ସମୁଦାୟ ସଂକ୍ରମିତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୩,୩୮,୯୪,୩୧୨ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଦୁବାଇ ଠାରେ ୩୫ତମ ଓ୍ବାର୍ଲ୍ଡ ଏକ୍ସପୋ-୨୦୨୦ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୨ ଓ ୨୩ ତାରିଖରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ। ଏହି ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନୀରେ ନିରୋଦ ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ‘ମାୟା ମିରିଗ’, ମନମୋହନ ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ‘ନିରବ ଝଡ଼’, ଅପୂର୍ବ କିଶୋର ବୀର୍‌ଙ୍କ ‘ଲାବଣ୍ୟ ପ୍ରୀତି’, ସୁଶାନ୍ତ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କର ‘ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଧନୁର ଛାଇ’, ବିଜୟ ଜେନା ଓ ଡଲି ଜେନାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ‘ତାରା’, କପିଳାଶ ଭୂୟାଁଙ୍କ ‘ଯାତ୍ରା ଜୀବନ ଜୀବନ ଯାତ୍ରା’ ଓ ହିମାଂଶୁ ଶେଖର ଖଟୁଆଙ୍କର ‘କଥାନ୍ତର’ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ହେବ। ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ହକି ମହାସଂଘ (ଏଫ୍‌ଆଇଏଚ୍‌)ର ବାର୍ଷିକ ପୁରସ୍କାରରେ ଭାରତ ବାଜିମାତ୍‌ କରିଛି। ବୁଧବାର ଏଫ୍‌ଆଇଏଚ୍‌ର ସବୁ ବର୍ଗର ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଭାରତ ପୋଛି ନେଇଛି। ଜାତୀୟ ସଂଘଗୁଡ଼ିକ (୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ) ସହିତ ପ୍ରଶଂସକ ଓ ଖେଳାଳି (୨୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ) ଏବଂ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ (୨୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ) ଦ୍ବାରା ମତଦାନ ପ୍ରଣାଳିରେ ବିଜେତାଙ୍କ ନାମ ବଛା ଯାଇଥିଲା। ଉଜ୍‌ବେକିସ୍ତାନର ତାସ୍‌କେଣ୍ଟରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ୧୨ତମ ବିଶ୍ବ ସୁନ୍ଦର ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାର ଆଥଲେଟିକ୍ ଫିଜିକ୍‌ର ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଯୁଗଳ ଇଭେଣ୍ଟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପୁଅ ଶୁଭମ୍ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାଇଁ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତରୀୟ ପଦକ ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି। ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସର କ୍ୟାଥଲିକ୍ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଗତ ୭୦ ବର୍ଷରେ ଅନ୍ୟୂନ ୩,୩୦,୦୦୦ ଶିଶୁ ଯୌନ ଉତ୍ପୀଡ଼ନର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଥିବା ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ଏକ ରିପୋର୍ଟରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିବା କମିସନ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଜିନ୍-ମାର୍କ ସୌଭେଙ୍କ କହିବା ଅନୁସାରେ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନକ ଗବେଷଣା ଭିତ୍ତିରେ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏହି ଆକଳନରେ ଯୌନ ଉତ୍ପୀଡ଼ନକାରୀଙ୍କ ଭିତରେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚଗୁଡ଼ିକର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପାଦ୍ରୀ, ଅନ୍ୟ ଧର୍ମଯାଜକ ଏବଂ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସହ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଅନ୍ୟ ଅଣ-ଧାର୍ମିକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଲଖିମପୁର ଖେରି ହିଂସା ଘଟଣାରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଜୟ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ବରଖାସ୍ତ କରାଯିବା ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ପୁଅକୁ ଗିରଫ କରିବା ଦାବି ଜୋର ଧରିଛି। ପ୍ରାୟ ସମସ୍ତ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପୁ୍ଅକୁ ଗିରଫ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ତାଗିଦ୍ ଅପରାଧ ନୁହେଁ : ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ . ଭଉଣୀ ପ୍ରିୟଙ୍କାଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀପୁର ଅଭିମୁଖେ ବାହାରିଲେ ଭାଇ ରାହୁଲ । ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ବେଳେ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇଥିବା କୃଷକ ଓ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ଭେଟିବେ । ଆଜିଠାରୁ ଖୋଲିବ ଶିରିଡ଼ି ସାଇବାବାଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର; ଜାରି ହେଲା ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ । କଟକ , ରାସ୍ତା ମଝିରେ ହଠାତ ହେଲା ଜଳ ବିସ୍ପୋରଣ, ରାସ୍ତା ଫଟାଇ ୨୦ ଫୁଟ ଉପରକୁ ଉଠିଲା ପାଣି, ଲୋକେ ଡରିଗଲେ . ଦୁର୍ଗାପୂଜା ବେଳକୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମୁହାଁ ହୋଇପାରେ ବାତ୍ୟା । ୧୦ରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ ଲଘୁଚାପ, ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ୫ ଦିନ ରହି ବଳ ଗୋଟାଇବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା । ୧୫ କୋଟି G-Mail ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ ରହିବ ‘ଟୁ ଫ୍ୟାକ୍ଟର’ ଅଥେନ୍ଟିକେସନ । ନାଗାଲାଣ୍ଡରେ ଚୋରାଚାଲାଣ ବିରୋଧରେ ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ସ୍ବରୂପ ପୁଲିସ ୪୮.୧୪ କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ଓଜନର ୨୯୦ଟି ସୁନା ଖଣ୍ଡ ଏବଂ ବିପୁଳ ପରିମାଣj ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ ଜବତ କରିଛି।	579	Y
