2738	13-10-2021	Odia	ଡେଭିଡ କାର୍ଡ, ଜୋସୁଆ ଆଙ୍ଗ୍ରିଷ୍ଟ ଓ ଗୁଇଡୋ ଇମ୍ବେନ୍ସଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର । ଶ୍ରମ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ଲାଗି ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ଅବଦାନ ସକାଶେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ପୁରସ୍କାର । କାନାଡାରେ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ଡେଭିଡ କାର୍ଡ, ଆମେରିକାର ଅର୍ଥନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ଜୋସୁଆ ଆଙ୍ଗ୍ରିଷ୍ଟ ଓ ଗୁଇଡୋ ଇମ୍ବେନ୍ସଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର । ଏନେଇ ରୟାଲ ସୁଇଡିସ ଏକାଡେମୀ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି । ଉତ୍ତର ଆଣ୍ଡାମାନ ସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିବା ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଲଘୁଚାପର ରୂପ ନେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି । ୧୫ କିମ୍ବା ୧୬ ତାରିଖ ବେଳକୁ ଏହା ଅଧିକ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଉତ୍ତର ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ଗତିକରିବ । ଓ୍ୱେଲମାର୍କ ଲୋ ପ୍ରେସର ହୋଇ ଉତ୍ତର ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ଏବଂ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଉପକୂଳରେ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ଛୁଇଁବ ବୋଲି ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରିଛି ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର । ପୂଜା ପରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଷଷ୍ଠରୁ ଅଷ୍ଟମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷାମୂଳକ ଭାବେ ଖୋଲିବାର ଆଶା ଦେଖାଯାଇଥିଲା । ପରେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଖୋଲିଥାନ୍ତା । ହେଲେ ପୂଜା ସମୟର ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ସେ ଆଶା ଫିକା କରି ଦେଇଛି । କିଛି ଦିନ ତଳେ ନବମରୁ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଖୋଲିବା ପରେ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଓ ସ୍କୁଲ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ଏବେ ଦୈନିକ କୋଭିଡ୍ ହାର ପୁଣି ବଢ଼ିବାରେ ଲାଗୁଛି । ଅଧିକାଂଶ ମାମଲା ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲ୍ଲାରୁ ଆସୁଛି । ଏପରି ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍କୁଲ ଖୋଲି ରିସ୍କ ନ ନେଇ ପାରନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ଆଜି ଫସଫେଟ୍, ପଟାସ୍ ସାର ଉପରେ ସବସିଡି ପାଇଁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ୨୮, ୬୫୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛି । ଏହି ସବସିଡି ୧ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨୦୨୧ରୁ ୩୧ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୨୦୨୨ ଯାଏଁ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ । ସୈନିକ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ସୋସାଇଟି ସହ ସରକାରୀ ଓ ଘରୋଇ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ୧୦୦ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ମାନ୍ୟତା ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ । ସୈନିକ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ସୋସାଇଟି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଶହେ ଘରୋଇ ଓ ସରକାରୀ ସୈନିକ ସ୍କୁଲକୁ ମାନ୍ୟତା ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି । ଏହାବାଦ୍ ଅଟଳ ନବୀକରଣ ଓ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ମିଶନ ୨.୦କୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦେଇଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ । ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର ଆସିବ ୨ରୁ ୧୮ବର୍ଷ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ସଞ୍ଜିବନୀ । କୋଭାକ୍ସିନର ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ବ୍ୟବହାରକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେବାକୁ ଡିସିଜିଆଇଙ୍କୁ ସୁପାରିସ କରିଛି ବିଷୟଗତ ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞ କମିଟି । ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଓ ତୃତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଟ୍ରାଏଲ୍ ଶେଷ ପରେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦାଖଲ କରିଥିଲା ଭାରତ ବାୟୋଟେକ୍ । ତେବେ ସବୁଜ ସଂକେତ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କମ୍ପାନୀକୁ ମାନିବାକୁ ହେବ ୪ ସର୍ତ୍ତ । ବିଜେପି ସାଂସଦ ବରୁଣ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ କୃଷକଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ନେଇ ଲଗାତାର ଭାବେ ନିଜ ଦଳକୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ୍ କରିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛନ୍ତି ଏବେ ଜିମେଲ୍ ଡାଉନ୍ ହୋଇଥିବା ନେଇ ଖବର ମିଳିଛି । ଭାରତର ଅନେକ ଅଂଶରେ ଏଭଳି ସମସ୍ୟା ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୟୁଜର୍ସଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ମେଲ୍ ଆସୁନାହିଁ କି ପଠାଇ ପାରୁନାହାଁନ୍ତି । ଇଣ୍ଟରନେଟ୍ ସର୍ଭିସ୍ ଆଉଟେଜ୍ ଉପରେ ନଜର ରଖୁଥିବା Down Detector ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ ଆସେସରେ ଅସୁବିଧା ହେଉଥିବା ନେଇ ୬୮% ଲୋକ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେହିପରି ୧୮% ୟୁଜର୍ସ ସର୍ଭର କନେକ୍ସନ ନେଇ ରିପୋର୍ଟ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ୧୪% ଲଗ-ଇନରେ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ନୂଆ ପୌର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆଇନରେ ସଂଶୋଧନକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଦେଲା ପରେ ଆଇନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗେଜେଟ୍ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। ସଂଶୋଧିତ ଆଇନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଏଣିକି ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପରି ପୌର ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୫୦% ଭିତରେ ସୀମିତ ରଖାଯିବ। ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନରେ ତିନି ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଗିରଫ କରିବା ଘଟଣା । ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ପଲ୍ୟୁସନ୍ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲ ବୋର୍ଡର ଅଧିକାରୀ ନରୋତ୍ତମ ବେହେରାଙ୍କ କ୍ବାଟରରୁ ମିଳିଲା ୬ ଲକ୍ଷ ୩୫ ହଜାର ନଗଦ ଟଙ୍କା । କଟକ ଦୋଳମୁଣ୍ଡାଇରେ ୩୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ଏକ ପ୍ଲଟ, ସୁପରଟେଣ୍ଡେଣ୍ଟ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟର ବିଧାନ ସାହୁଙ୍କର ଛତ୍ରପୁରରେ ୪ଟି ପ୍ଲଟ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଆଉ ଏକ ପ୍ଲଟ ଠାବ । ଏନେଇ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଜଶୱନ୍ତ ଜେଠୱା ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୦୨୪ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ମାସ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାରତୀୟ ଜନ ଔଷଧୀ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୧୦ହଜାରକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରସାୟନ ଓ ସାର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ସୂଚନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଦେଶର ୭୩୬ଟି ଯାକ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଜନଔଷଧୀ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଏବେ ୮ହଜାର ୩୬୬କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ୨୦୦୮ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାରତୀୟ ଜନଔଷଧୀ ପରିଯୋଜନାର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ପୂର୍ବତନ ଆଇଏଏସ୍ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଅମିତ ଖେରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ପରାମର୍ଶଦାତା ଭାବରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରାଯାଇଛି। କ୍ୟାବିନେଟର ନିଯୁକ୍ତି କମିଟି ଶ୍ରୀ ଖାରେଙ୍କୁ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ କିମ୍ବା ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନିଯୁକ୍ତିକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛି। ଶ୍ରୀ ଖାରେ ନିକଟରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା ସଚିବ ପଦରୁ ଅବସର ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲର ଜେନେରାଲ ଅଫ୍‌ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଟିକାକରଣକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତ ସରକାର ୨ରୁ ୧୮ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କୋଭାକ୍ସିନର ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ବ୍ୟବହାରକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କଟକସ୍ଥିତ ସିଲିଭରସିଟି ବୋଟ୍ କ୍ଲବରେ ଆଜି ଏକ ‘ଫ୍ଲୋଟିଂ ରେଷ୍ଟୁରାଣ୍ଟ’ର ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ, ମହାନଦୀର ଜଳରାଶିରେ ଭାସମାନ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଲୋକେ ନେଇପାରିବେ ଖାଦ୍ୟର ଆନନ୍ଦ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶର ନେଲ୍ଲୋର ସ୍ଥିତ କନୟାକା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରୀଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ଦଶହରା ଅବସରରେ ୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଅଧିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ଭାରତୀୟ ମୁଦ୍ରାରେ ଫୁଲ ଆକୃତି କରି ସଜା ଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ବର୍ଷର ଭିନ୍ନ ଭିନ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ଦେବୀଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରୂପର ପୂଜାର୍ଚ୍ଚନା କରାଯାଇଥାଏ। ବଙ୍ଗୋସାଗରରେ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ଭାରତ, ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ, ଜାପାନ ଓ ଆମେରିକା (କ୍ୱାଡ) ଆଦି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରସମୂହର ନୌ ସମରାଭ୍ୟାସ । ଏହା ମାଲାବାର ସମରାଭ୍ୟାସର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି । ତିନି ଦିନ ଧରି ଚାଲିବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ସମରାଭ୍ୟାସ ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ତୁଳନାରେ ବଡ ଧରଣର ହେବ ବୋଲି ଜଣାଯାଇଛି । ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶ ଲଖିମପୁର ଖେରି ହିଂସା ଘଟଣାରେ ଗିରଫ ହୋଇଥିବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଜୟ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ଆଶିଷ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ସୋମବାରଠାରୁ ୩ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ପୁଲିସ ଜିମାକୁ ପଠାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ପରିବେଶ, ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଏବଂ ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଦେଶରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରାଣୀ ଉଦ୍ୟାନଗୁଡିକ ପାଇଁ ୨୦୩୧ ମସିହା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନୂଆ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରିଛି। ଏହି ଯୋଜନାରେ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ଉଦ୍ୟାନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତରୀୟ କରିବା ସହ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରାଯାଇଛି। ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଜିଲା ପାପଡାହାଣ୍ଡି ସହିଦ ପୀଠ ପରିସରରେ ୧୦୦ ଫୁଟ ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକା ଉଡ଼ିବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଜିଲା ପାପଡାହାଣ୍ଡି ତୁରୀ ନଦୀ କୂଳରେ ଥିବା ସହିଦ ମିନାର ପରିସରରେ ୧୦୦ ଫୁଟ ଉଚ୍ଚତାରେ ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକା ଉଡ଼ିବ।	556	Y
