5.ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ୪୧,୨୭୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି, ଯାହାର ସିଂହଭାଗ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‌ ୨୧,୧୮୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗକୁ ଆବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ସମଗ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷାକୁ ୪୬୮୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ।

6.ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ୨୩,୬୩୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଯାହା ପୂର୍ବବର୍ଷର ବଜେଟ୍ ତୁଳନାରେ ୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅଧିକ। ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁ ଜନ ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ୬୨୪୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ମାଗଣା ଔଷଧ ବଣ୍ଟନ ଯୋଜନା ‘ନିର୍ମାଲ୍ୟ’କୁ ୯୩୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

7.ବିକଶିତ ଗାଁ, ବିକଶିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାଇଁ ୨୦୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି।

8.ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସହରୀ ବିକାଶ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ୧୧୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ନୂଆ ସହର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ୨୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
