 4.ଆମେରିକାରୁ ବିତାଡ଼ିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ୧୦୪ ବେଆଇନ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଆମେରିକା ସେନା ବିମାନ ସି-୧୭ ବୁଧବାର ଅମୃତସରର ଶ୍ରୀ ଗୁରୁ ରାମଦାସ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରରେ ଅବତରଣ କରିଛି। ଆମେରିକା ସେନାର ତତ୍ତ୍ବାବଧାନରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ହାତକଡ଼ି ବାନ୍ଧି ପଠାଯାଇଥିଲା।

1.ବିଶ୍ୱ ପାଣିପାଗ ସଂସ୍ଥା (ଡବ୍ଲୁଏମ୍‌ଓ) ଚେତାବନୀ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୭୦ରୁ ୮୦ ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ମ ପ୍ରବାହ ଲାଗି ରହିବ। ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‌ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୫ରୁ ଜୁନ୍‌ ୧୫ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୯୦ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୮୫% ଦିନ ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ରୌଦ୍ର ସ୍ଥିତି ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ। ୨୦୨୫ ଜାନୁଆରି ଦେଶର ଉତ୍ତପ୍ତ ମାସ ହୋଇଛି।

2.ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଉପରେ ଚୀନ୍ ୧୦ ରୁ ୧୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଲଗାଇବାକୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି। ଚୀନ୍ ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଉପରେ ଆମେରିକା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ନୂତନ ଶୁଳ୍କ ପ୍ରତିବାଦରେ ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଚୀନ୍‌ର ଅର୍ଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ କହିଛି।

3.ବାଂଲାଦେଶ କରାଚୀରୁ ଢାକା ରୁଟ୍‌ରେ ସିଧାସଳଖ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଘରୋଇ ପାକିସ୍ତାନୀ ବିମାନ କମ୍ପାନିକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଦେଇଛି। 

4.ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରୋନିକ୍ସ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ବଢ଼ାଇବାରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବର ଚମତ୍କାର ଫଳ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭାରତ ବିଶ୍ବର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ବୃହତ୍‌ ମୋବାଇଲ୍‌ ଉତ୍ପାଦନକାରୀ ଭାବେ ଉଭା ହୋଇଛି।

5.ଆସାମ ସରକାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଅଟକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରିଥିବା ୬୩ ଜଣ ବିଦେଶୀଙ୍କୁ  ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶକୁ ଫେରାଇ ନଥିବାରୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଆସାମ ସରକାର ଉପରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବିରକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

6.ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ କୋଇଲା ଖଣି ଆବଣ୍ଟନ ଦୁର୍ନୀତି ମାମଲାରେ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ (ଇଡି) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ବଡ଼ଧରଣର ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ଚେନ୍ନାଇସ୍ଥିତ ଏକ କମ୍ପାନିର ପ୍ରାୟ ୧ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ସ୍ଥାବର ଓ ଅସ୍ଥାବର ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଛି।

7.ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଆମେରିକାର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ହେବା ପରେ ବେଆଇନ ପ୍ରବାସୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ କଠୋର ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଉଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି କ୍ରମରେ ସେଠାରୁ ୨୦୫ ବେଆଇନ ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାର୍ପଣ କରାଯାଉଛି ।

8.କାନାଡା ଓ ମେକ୍ସିକୋ ଉପରେ ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ ଲଗାଇଥିବା ଶୁଳ୍କକୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖିବା ପରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଷ୍ଟକ୍ ବଜାରରେ ଉତ୍ସାହ ଫେରିଛି। 

9.ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆସନ୍ତା ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରି ୧୨ ତ‌ାରିଖରେ ଆମେରିକା ଗସ୍ତ କରିବେ। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପଙ୍କ ସହ ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦ୍ବିପାକ୍ଷିକ ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ।

10.ଦେଶର ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରୋନିକ୍ସ ରିଟେଲ୍‌ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୩୦ ମିନିଟ୍‌ରେ ସାମସଙ୍ଗ ଗାଲାକ୍ସି ଏସ୍‌୨୫ ସିରିଜ୍ ଫୋନ୍ ଡେଲିଭରି କରାଯାଉଛି।

12.ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରୟାଗରାଜଠାରେ ମହାକୁମ୍ଭ ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା ସହ ସଙ୍ଗମରେ ବୁଡ଼ ପକାଇବେ ଓ ମା’ ଗଙ୍ଗାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବେ।

3.୨୦୨୪-୨୫ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ବଜେଟ୍‌ରେ ଲିଙ୍ଗଗତ ବଜେଟ୍‌କୁ ୪.୪୯ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ମହିଳା ଓ ବାଳିକା କଲ୍ୟାଣ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଏହି ଅର୍ଥ ବିନିଯୋଗ ହେବ। ୨୦୨୪-୨୫ରେ ଏବାବଦକୁ ୩.୨୭ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ତାହା ତୁଳନାରେ ଏହା ୩୭.୨୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅଧିକ। ମୋଟ ବଜେଟ୍‌ରେ ଲିଙ୍ଗଗତ ବଜେଟ୍‌ର ଭାଗ ୮.୮୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି।

4.କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଟିକସ ବାବଦରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ୨୦୨୫-୨୬ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ୬୪୪୦୮କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବ ଯାହାକି ୨୦୨୪-୨୫ ଆଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ତୁଳନାରେ ୯୧୭୬କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଅଧିକ ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ମାଝୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।

5.ଛବିଳ ମଧୁ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବୋଧ ବହି ପ୍ରକାଶ କରି ଭକ୍ତକବି ମଧୁସୂଦନ ରାଓ ରାଜ୍ୟର ହୃତ ଗୌରବ ଫେରାଇ ଆଣିଥିଲେ। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀ ଭକ୍ତକବି ମଧୁସୂଦନ ରାଓଙ୍କ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବୋଧର ଅବିକଳ ସଂସ୍କରଣର ଶୁଭ ଉନ୍ମୋଚନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

 6.ଚାନ୍ଦିପୁରସ୍ଥିତ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ବିକାଶ ଗବେଷଣା ସଂସ୍ଥା (ଡିଆର୍‌ଡିଓ) ଦ୍ଵାରା  ଶନିବାର ଅତି ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ  ଦୂରତା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ (ଭିଏସ୍‌ଏଚ୍‌ଓଆର୍‌ଏଡିଏସ୍‌)  କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ରର ୩ଟି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି।

7.ଜିଲ୍ଲା କୃଷି ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଇ-କେୱାଇସି ୩୨ହଜାର୬୫୦ଜଣ, ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ ସିଡିଙ୍ଗ ୩୩ହଜାର ୬୭୭, ଏନପିସିଆଇ ସିଡିଙ୍ଗ ୧୨ହଜାର ୭୦୫ଜଣଙ୍କର ବାକି ରଖିଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କୃଷି ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ସହ ଅଧିକା ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଥିବା ଜୟପୁରରେ ହିଁ ସବୁ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପଛୁଆ ରହିଛି।

8.ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରି ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ଦିନର ତାପମାତ୍ରା ଉପରମୁହାଁ ହୋଇଛି। ଉପକୂଳରୁ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ, ସବୁଠି ତାପମାତ୍ରା ୩୦ ଡିଗ୍ରି ଡେଇଁଯାଇଛି। ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ଶୀତର ପ୍ରକୋପ ରହିବା କଥା ସେତେବେଳେ ରାଜ୍ୟବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ଟାଇଁଟାଇଁ ଖରାର ସାମନା କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ୁଛି।

9.ଓଡ଼ିଶାରୁ ବାହାରକୁ ଯାଇଥିବା ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଶ୍ରମିକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୪୯ ଜଣ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇଲେଣି।

10.ବିଜେଡି ସରକାର ଅମଳର ବହୁଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ‘ଆମ ଓଡ଼ିଶା, ନବୀନ ଓଡ଼ିଶା’ ଯୋଜନା ବନ୍ଦ କରି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ‘ବିକଶିତ ଗାଁ, ବିକଶିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା’ ଯୋଜନା।

11.ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ୍ ରେଗୁଲେସନ ଆକ୍ଟ-୧୯୪୯ର ଧାରା-୨୬(କ) ଓ ଧାରା ୯ରେ ପ୍ରାବଧାନକୁ ଅନୁପାଳନ କରିବାରେ ବିଫଳ ଥିବା ଯୋଗୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସମବାୟ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ୪ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ଜୋରିମାନା ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ।
