9. ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଡସ୍ଲାମ୍ ଟେନିସ ଚମ୍ପିଆନ୍‌ସିପ୍ ଫ୍ରେଞ୍ଚ୍ ଓପନ୍‌ର ୨ୟ ରାଉଣ୍ଡରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଗତବର୍ଷର ଚମ୍ପିଆନ୍ ପୋଲାଣ୍ଡର ଇଗା ସ୍ବିଆଟେକ୍। ସୋମବାର ମହିଳା ସିଙ୍ଗଲ୍‌ସର ପ୍ରଥମ ରାଉଣ୍ଡ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ରେ ୮ମ ସିଡ୍‌ ସ୍ବିଆଟେକ୍‌ ସହଜରେ ୬-୦, ୭-୫ ସେଟ୍‌ରେ ସ୍ଲୋଭାକିଆର କାଜା ଜୁଆନ୍‌ଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
10. ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଆୟୋଜନ ହେଉଥିବା କୋପା ଆମେରିକା ଫୁଟ୍‌ବଲ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ବ୍ରାଜିଲରେ ଆୟୋଜନ ହେବ। ଏହି ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟକୁ ଆର୍ଜେଣ୍ଟିନା ଓ କଲମ୍ବିଆ ମିଳିତ ଭାବେ ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବାର ଥିଲା। ହେଲେ କୋଭିଡ୍‌-୧୯ ଚିନ୍ତା ଯୋଗୁଁ କୋପା ଆମେରିକା ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବାକୁ ଆର୍ଜେଣ୍ଟିନା ଓ କଲମ୍ବିଆ ମନା କରି ଦେଇଥିଲେ।
11. ବିହାର ଦରଭଙ୍ଗାର ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ‘ସାଇକେଲ ଗାର୍ଲ’ ଜ୍ୟୋତି ପାସୱାନଙ୍କ  ବାପା ମୋହନ ପାସୱାନଙ୍କ ସୋମବାର ହୃଦଘାତରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି।

13. ଓଡିଆ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ମହାପାତ୍ର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ କରବୋର୍ଡର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ହେବେ । ଜୁନ୍‌ ୧ ତାରିଖରୁ ସେ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଭାର ସମ୍ଭାଳିବେ। ଏବେ ସେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ କର ବୋର୍ଡ (CBDT)ର ସଦସ୍ୟ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆସନ୍ତା ତିନିମାସ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏହି ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । 
14. ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯିବା ସହିତ ବ୍ୟାନ୍‌ ଯୁଦ୍ଧାସ୍ତ୍ର ଲିଷ୍ଟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ତେବେ ୨୦୨୧ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ଠାରୁ ୨୦୨୫ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ଏହି ବ୍ୟାନ୍‌ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ଏହି ୧୦୮ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ମାସ ଠାରୁ ୪୯ଟି ଯୁଦ୍ଧାସ୍ତ୍ର ଉପରେ ବ୍ୟାନ୍‌ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷାମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। 
15. ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ତ୍ରିସ୍ତରୀୟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଡ୍ୟୁଟିରେ ଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀ କରୋନାରେ ମୃତ୍ୟବରଣ କରିଥିଲେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ୩୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ମିଳିବ । ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଯୋଗୀ ଆଦିତ୍ୟାନଥଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ବସିଥିବା କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ବୈଠକରେ ଅନୁକମ୍ପା ରାଶିକୁ ୧୫ ଳକ୍ଷ ଟାଙ୍କାରୁ ୩୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା କରିଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
16. କାଲିଠୁ ୧୮ ବର୍ଷରୁ ୪୪ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଟିକାକରଣ ବନ୍ଦ । ଟିକା ଆସିଲେ ଯାହା କିଛି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯିବ ବୋଲି ସରକାର ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବିଭିନ୍ନ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଟିକା କେବେ ଯୋଗାଇବେ ସେନେଇ ସଠିକ ଭାବେ ଜଣାଇନାହାନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଜୁନ୍ ୨ରୁ ୧୮ରୁ ୪୪ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କଙ୍କ ଟିକାକରଣ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ।
17. ଝାଡଖଣ୍ଡରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ରଜନୀଗନ୍ଧା, ପାନ ପରାଗ ସମେତ ୧୧ ପାନ ମସଲା ଉପରେ ଲଗାଇଥିବା କଟକଣାକୁ ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଆୟୋଗ ଅରୁଣ କୁମାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜାରି ଆଦେଶ ମୁତାବକ ଏହି ପାନ ମସାଲାରେ ମ୍ୟାଗ୍ନେସିୟମ କାର୍ବୋନେଟ୍ ମାତ୍ରା ଅଧିକ ମିଳିଛି। ଏଥିରେ ହୃଦଘାତ ଜନିତ ବିପଦ ବଢିବାର ଅଧିକ ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି।
18. ଜୁନ୍ ୨୪ତାରିଖରେ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଦେବସ୍ନାନ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା, ଏ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟ ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ପରି ବିନାଭକ୍ତରେ ହୋଇପାରେ ଦେବସ୍ନାନ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା । ଦେବସ୍ନାନ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି । ଭର୍ଚ୍ୟୁଆଲ୍ ବୈଠକରେ ନିଆଯାଇଛି ଏଭଳି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ।

7. ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା, ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଓ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ବିଭାଗର ୟୁ-ଟ୍ୟୁବ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲ ଲୋକାର୍ପିତ ।

2. The Odisha government on Sunday extended the lockdown across the state for another 16-days till June 17 to contain the spread of Covid-19.
3. Odisha reported 8313 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours as the tally in the state reached 764997. Khurda district registered highest 974 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (593) and Mayurbhanj (532).

A male Royal Bengal tiger found wobbling near the Harikhali camp in the Sundarbans on Saturday afternoon died while being shifted to the Sajnekhali camp on Sunday for treatment.The tiger is estimated to have been between 10 and 12 years old. An expert said it appeared to have died of weakness and old age.

1.  India on Saturday reported 1,73,790 fresh Covid-19 cases while 3,617 patients succumbed to the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, the Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry said. India’s overall tally of Covid-19 cases now stands at 2,77,29,247 with 22,28,724 active cases, and 3,22,512 deaths, so far.

3. Veteran journalist Basant Das is no more. He lost his battle to COVID-19 today. The senior journalist was undergoing treatment for COVID-19 at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. He passed away in the morning. He was 81.
