10.ରୁଷ୍‌ରୁ ତେଲ କିଣିବା ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ତର ଆଟଲାଣ୍ଟିକ ଚୁକ୍ତି ସଂଗଠନ (ନାଟୋ) ଉପରେ ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ ଚାପ ପକାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିସହିତ ରୁଷ୍‌ଠାରୁ ଚୀନ ଅଶୋଧିତ ତେଲ କିଣୁଥିବାରୁ ତା’ ଉପରେ ୫୦ରୁ ୧୦୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଲଗାଇବା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଧମକ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
