2560	15-01-2022	Odia	ଦେଶରେ ୨,୬୪,୨୦୨ ନୂଆ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି। ଗତକାଲି ତୁଳନାରେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲାରେ ୬.୭ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଛି। ୨୩୯ ଦିନରେ ଦେଶରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି। ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ରାଜପଥ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦିବସ ପରେଡ୍‌ରେ ୧୦୦ ଜଣିଆ ଏନ୍‌ସିସି କଣ୍ଟିଜେଣ୍ଟ୍‌ ଭାଗ ନେବ। ଏଥିରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୧୫ ଜଣ କ୍ୟାଡେଟ୍‌ ସାମିଲ ହେବେ। ୬୧ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ବୟସରେ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ କମଲ ଖାନ୍‌ଙ୍କର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ନୌର ବଟଲର ପ୍ୟାଲେସ କଲୋନୀରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । କମଲ ଖାନ୍ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ NDTVର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିଲେ । କେପ୍‌ ଟେଉନ ଟେଷ୍ଟକୁ ୱିକେଟରେ ଜିତିବା ସହ ୨-୧ରେ ସିରିଜ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଛି ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା । ପ୍ରଥମ ଟେଷ୍ଟକୁ ଭାରତ ୧୧୩ ରନ୍‌ରେ ଜିତିଥିଲା ମାତ୍ର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଓ ତୃତୀୟ ଟେଷ୍ଟରେ ବିଜୟୀ ହେବା ସହ ସିରିଜ ହାତେଇଛି। ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୩୧ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ସଂସଦର ବଜେଟ୍ ଅଧିବେଶନ । ବଜେଟ୍ ଅଧିବେଶନ ନେଇ ଆଜି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି । ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରୀ ପହିଲାରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ ହେବ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବଜେଟ୍ । ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶନ ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରୀ ୧୧ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲିବ । ଶାରିରୀକ ଅକ୍ଷମତା ଆଗରେ ମାନସିକ ସକ୍ଷମତା । ପ୍ରଥମ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଶାରିରୀକ ଅକ୍ଷମ ଭାବେ ଗିନିଜ୍ ଓ୍ବାର୍ଲଡ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପୁଅ କମଳାକାନ୍ତ ନାୟକ । ପୁରୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୨୮ ବର୍ଷୀୟ କମଳାକାନ୍ତ ରଚିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି ବିଶ୍ୱ ରେକର୍ଡ । ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହୁଇଲ ଚ୍ୟାୟରରେ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦୂରତା କଭର କରିବା ସହ ଗିନିଜ ଓ୍ବାର୍ଲଡ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିବାକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । ୨୦୨୨ର ପ୍ରଥମ ମହାଶୂନ୍ୟ ବିଚରଣକାରୀ ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଜାନୁଆରି ୧୯ ତାରିଖ ଦିନ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ମହାକାଶ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରୁ ୨ଜଣ ରୁଷୀୟ ମହାକାଶଚାରୀ ବାହାରକୁ ଆସିବେ। ‘ଇଷ୍ଟର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡାର୍ଡ ଟାଇମ’ ହିସାବରେ ଆଗାମୀ ବୁଧବାର ସକାଳ ୭ଟା ବେଳେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମହାକାଶ ବିଚରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ଘଣ୍ଟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ୨୦୧୮ ନନ୍‌ ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମ ମାମଲାରେ କୋଟ୍ଟାୟାମ୍‌ ଆଡିସ୍‌ନାଲ୍‌ ସେସନ୍‌ସ୍‌ କୋର୍ଟ ବିସପ୍‌ ଫ୍ରାଙ୍କୋ ମୁଲକ୍କଲ୍‌ଙ୍କୁ ‘ଦୋଷୀ ନୁହନ୍ତି’ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସ୍ବାଧୀନତାର ଅମୃତ ମହୋତ୍ସବ ପାଳନ ଅବସରରେ ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ମକର ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତିରେ ବୈଶ୍ବିକ ‘ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନମସ୍କାର ଡେମନ୍‌ଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ୍‌’ କର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆୟୁଷ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ରହିଛି ଏବଂ ଏଥିରେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ୭୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ୧ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଜନତା ଅଂଶ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସର୍ବଣାନନ୍ଦ ସୋନୋୱାଲ୍‌ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଖାଲିଥିବା ୧୭୪୯ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଓ ଅଣଶିକ୍ଷକ ପଦରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆସନ୍ତା ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୧ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ । ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୧ ତାରିଖରୁ ଅନଲାଇନ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେଉଥିବାବେଳେ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୨୦ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ସରିବ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ତୃତୀୟ ଲହର ସମୟରେ ଦେଶରେ ଦୈନିକ ୨୦ ହଜାରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ଶିଶୁ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ୧୮ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ୍ ବର୍ଗର କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥିତି ଗମ୍ଭୀର ରହିଛି । ଦେଶର ସବୁଠାରୁ ଧନୀ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ମୁକେଶ ଅମ୍ବାନୀ ନ୍ୟୁୟର୍କର ବିଳାସପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୋଟେଲ ମାଣ୍ଡାରିନ୍ ଓରିଏଣ୍ଟାଲକୁ ୭୨୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ରେ କିଣିଛନ୍ତି। ବେଦାନ୍ତ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍ ଭରତ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲିୟମ କର୍ପୋରେସନ୍ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍ ବା ବିପିସିଏଲ ପାଇଁ ୯୦ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଟେଣ୍ଡର କରିପାରିବ। ଏନେଇ ନିକଟରେ ବେଦାନ୍ତର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଅନିଲ ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ ତାଙ୍କର ମତ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷକ ଭାବେ ପାଞ୍ଚୋଟି ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଯିବେ ଓଡିଶାର ୭୩ ଜଣ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀ । ସେଗୁଡିକ ହେଲେ ଗୋଆ, ମଣିପୁର, ପଞ୍ଜାବ, ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ । ଦେଶ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାର ୭୫ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଉପଲକ୍ଷେ ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଉଛି ଆଜାଦୀ କା ଅମୃତ ମହୋତ୍ସବ । ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେଲା ୭୫୦ ମିଟର ଲମ୍ବର ଚିତ୍ରକଳା ଫଳକ, ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦିବସରେ ହେବ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ । ଅଯୋଧ୍ୟାରେ ଯୋଗୀ ଆଦିତ୍ୟନାଥଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଓହ୍ଲାଇବ ଶିବସେନା ! ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କରୋନା ପଜିଟିଭ୍‌ ବଢ଼ୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ପଜିଟିଭ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହେଲେ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ୭ ଦିନ ହୋମ ଆଇସୋଲେଶନରେ ରହିବେ । କୌଣସି ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଯଦି ଦେଖା ଯାଉନାହିଁ, ଟେଷ୍ଟ କରିବାର କୌଣସି ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ନାହିଁ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଘରେ ସଂଗରୋଧ ରହିବା ନେଇ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ୧୭ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କଟକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅଦାଲତ ଓ ଏସଡିଜେଏମ୍ କମ୍ପ୍ଲେକ୍ସ ସଟଡାଉନ । ଅଦାଲତର ବହୁ କର୍ମଚାରୀ କରୋନା ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହେବା ଘଟଣାକୁ ବିଚାରକୁ ନିଆଯାଇ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅଦାଲତ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏପରି ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ଗତବର୍ଷ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏକ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନରୁ ଜଣାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ମହାମାରୀ ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରତି ୪ ଜଣରେ ଜଣେ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କର୍ମୀଙ୍କ ମାନସିକ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଅନେକ ଦେଶରେ ବହୁ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟକର୍ମୀ ଚାକିରି ଛାଡ଼ିବା ପାଇଁ ଚିନ୍ତା କରିଥିଲେ କିମ୍ବା ଛାଡ଼ି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନେ ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଖରାପ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପରିବେଶ, ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ସହକର୍ମୀ ନଥିବା ଏବଂ ଜୀବନ ଦୁର୍ବିସହ ହେବା କାରଣରୁ ଏଭଳି ଅବସ୍ଥାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ବୋଲି ହୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଠ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସିଟ୍ ଥିବା ଗାଡ଼ିରେ ୬ଟି ଏୟାରବ୍ୟାଗ୍‌ ଲଗାଇବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଡ଼କ ପରିବହନ ଓ ରାଜପଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୀତୀନ ଗଡ଼କରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି।	612	Y
