2573	09-01-2022	Odia	କରୋନା କଟକଣା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏଥର ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶ, ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ, ପଞ୍ଜାବ, ମଣିପୁର ଏବଂ ଗୋଆରେ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ହେବ । ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ସୁଶୀଲ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରା ଏକ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଏଥର ଅନଲାଇନରେ ନାମାଙ୍କନ ପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ। ୫ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୬୯୦ ଆସନରେ ମତଦାନ ହେବ । ମୋଟ ୧୮ କୋଟି ୩୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ମତଦାତା ମତଦାନ କରିବେ। ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ମତଦାନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରହିବ। ୫ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨ଲକ୍ଷ ୧୫ ହଜାର ୩୬୮ ମତଦାନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଭୋଟଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ। ଆସନ୍ତା ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧୦ ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଏବଂ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୦ ଗଣତି ହେବ । ପଞ୍ଜାବର ନୂଆ ପୋଲିସ ମହାନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ହେଲେ ବୀରେଶ କୁମାର ଭାୱରା । ଭାୱରା ୧୯୮୭ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍ ଆଇପିଏସ୍ ଅଧିକାରୀ । ସେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ମଧ୍ୟ କାର୍ୟ୍ୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତରେ ସେବା ଯୋଗାଉଥିବା ୫୦ ହଜାର ସ୍ବୟଂ ସହାୟକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଶନିବାର ଏହି ଆର୍ଥିକ ପ୍ୟାକେଜ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ବୟଂ ସହାୟକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାର୍ଷିକ ପୋଷାକ ଭତ୍ତା ଭାବରେ ୧୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯିବ । ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପରିଚୟ ପତ୍ର ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାର ଓପ୍‌ନିଂ ବ୍ୟାଟ୍‌ସମ୍ୟାନ ଧନୁସ୍କା ଗୁଣତିଳକ ଟେଷ୍ଟ କ୍ରିକେଟରୁ ଶନିବାର ଅବସର ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ୩୦ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଗୁଣତିଳକ ଟେଷ୍ଟ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଛାଡିଛନ୍ତି। ସୀମିତ ଓଭର ଧଳାବଲ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦେବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ଟେଷ୍ଟ କ୍ରିକେଟରୁ ଅବସର ଘୋଷଣା କରିଥିବା ଗୁଣତିଳକ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କର ବିଜୟିନୀ ମଦର ଟେରେସାଙ୍କର ମିଶନାରିଜ ଅଫ ଚାରିଟି ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ଥିଲା । ତେବେ ଉକ୍ତ ସଂସ୍ଥା ପକ୍ଷରୁ କେତେକ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ କାଗଜପତ୍ର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ୱରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ନିକଟରେ ଦାଖଲ କରାଯିବା ପରେ ସରକାର ଏହାକୁ ବିଦେଶୀ ଅନୁଦାନ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ପଞ୍ଜାବରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷାଗତ ତୃଟିକୁ ନେଇ ଆଜି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଶୁଣାଣି କରି ସୋମବାର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଗଠିତ କମିଟି ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପଞ୍ଜାବ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଗଠିତ କମିଟି ଏହି ମାମଲାରୁ ଦୁରେଇ ରହିବାକୁ କୁହଯାଇଛି । ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ପଞ୍ଜାବ ଗସ୍ତ ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯିବାର ରେକର୍ଡର ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପାଇଁ ପଞ୍ଜାବର ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରାର ଜେନେରାଲ ଏବଂ ହରିୟାଣା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟକୁ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସୋମବାର ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଏହି ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି କରିବେ। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଶନିବାର ଅଙ୍ଗନୱାଡି କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବଡ଼ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଙ୍ଗନୱାଡି କର୍ମୀମାନେ ସେବା ନିବୃତ ହେବା ସମୟରେ ୨୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ବଦଳରେ ଏକକାଳୀନ ୪୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ରାଶି ପାଇବେ। ମିନି ଅଙ୍ଗନୱାଡି କର୍ମୀମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ରାଶି ୧୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୩୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ସେହିପରି ଅଙ୍ଗନୱାଡି ସହାୟିକା ମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ରାଶି ୧୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୨୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସ୍ତରରେ କାମ କରୁଥିବା ୫୦ ହଜାର ମିଶନ ଶକ୍ତି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସହାୟକ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ପ୍ୟାକେଜ । ପୋଷାକ ଭତ୍ତା,ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଫୋନ୍ ଓ ଗସ୍ତ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଘୋଷଣା କଲେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । କଟକଣାରେ ହେବ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ; ୧୩ ଜାନୁଆରି ବେଳକୁ ତାରିଖ ଘୋଷଣା, ସ୍ଥିତି ବିଗିଡିଲେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ବଦଳିପାରେ । ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ବାଟ ଫିଟିଲା । ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଲା ଗେଜେଟ୍ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି । ବ୍ରିଟେନରେ ମଣିଷ ଶରୀରରେ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହେଲା ଅତି ବିରଳ ବାର୍ଡ ଫ୍ଲୁ ମାମଲା, ସତର୍କ କରାଇଲା ସ୍ଵାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସଂସ୍ଥାI ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ରେ ୯. ୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବ ଭାରତର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ହାର । ପରିସଂଖ୍ୟାନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଲା ରିପୋର୍ଟ । ଦେଶରେ ୧୫-୧୮ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୨ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ପିଲା ପ୍ରଥମ ଡୋଜ୍‌ ଟିକା ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଜାନୁଆରି ୩ରୁ ଦେଶରେ ୧୫-୧୮ ବର୍ଷ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଟିକାକରଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ସପ୍ତାହକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ୨ କୋଟି ଟପିଯାଇଛି। କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ସଂକ୍ରମଣକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ସୋମବାରଠୁ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରରେ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ ଶ୍ରୀଜିଉଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ । ସେହିପରି ରବିବାର ସାନିଟାଇଜେସନ ପାଇଁ ସାଧାରଣ ବନ୍ଦ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବାରୁ ଆଜି ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରରେ ଲାଗିଥିଲା ପ୍ରବଳ ଗହଳି ଚହଳି । ଦିନ ସାରା ୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ୪୦ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁ ଶ୍ରୀଜିଉଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଓମିକ୍ରନ ମୁକାବିଲା ନେଇ ତତ୍ପର ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ । ବିନା ଟିକାକରଣ ପ୍ରମାଣ ପତ୍ରରେ ମନ୍ଦିର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ ମନା । ବସରେ ଯାତ୍ରୀ ଟିକାକରଣ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଦେଖାଇ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବାକୁ ବସ୍ ଆସୋସିଏସନକୁ ଜଣାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପରିବହନ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ରେଳବାଇ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରତି ପୁଣି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ବୈମାତୃକ ମନୋଭାବ । ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥରୁ ଅଲଗା ହେଲା ରାୟଗଡ଼ା ଡିଭିଜନ । ୧୦ରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବର୍ଷାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି । ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରୁ ବର୍ଷା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ୧୨ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଷିବ । ସେପଟେ ଅଦିନିଆ ବର୍ଷା ସମୟରେ ଫସଲ ପରିଚାଳନା ନେଇ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶିକା ଜାରି କରିଛି ଓୟୁଏଟି । ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ହୁହୁ ହୋଇ ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍-ଜନିତ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବଢ଼ିଚାଲିଛି। ମାତ୍ର ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ସଂଖ୍ୟାକୁ ନେଇ ସରକାର କୌଣସି ନୀତିଗତ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ ବୋଲି ଆଇଦ୍ରାବାଦ ଆଇଆଇଟି ପ୍ରଫେସର ତଥା ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ କୋଭିଡ୍-୧୯ ସୁପରମଡେଲ କମିଟି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଡ. ଏମ୍ ବିଦ୍ୟାସାଗର କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଦେଶରେ ଗତ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ୧,୪୧,୯୮୬ ନୂଆ କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି। ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ୧୦ ହଜାର ଟପିବାର ସପ୍ତାହକ ପରେ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟପିଛି। ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ସାଇବର ଅପରାଧ ଡାଟାବେସ୍‌ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ବିଚାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଆଧାରରେ ଅପରାଧୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ତଥା ଟ୍ରାକିଂ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଜାତୀୟ ସାଇବର ଅପରାଧ ରିପୋର୍ଟିଂ ପୋର୍ଟାଲ ରହିଛି	613	Y

2576	07-01-2022	Odia	ସମଗ୍ର ବିଶ୍ବରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର କୋଭିଡ୍‌-୧୯ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଦ୍ରୁତ ବେଗରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ବିଶ୍ବ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଙ୍ଗଠନ କହିଛି ଯେ, ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍‌କୁ ସାମାନ୍ୟ ରୋଗ ଭାବେ ବିବେଚନା କରିବା ବିପଜ୍ଜନକ। ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଲଢିବାକୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସୀମା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏଣିକି ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଆହୁରି ୨୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଅଧିକ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିପାରିବେ ସାଂସଦ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସାଂସଦମାନେ ୭୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରୁଥିବାବେଳେ ଏବେ ଏହାକୁ ୯୫ ଲକ୍ଷକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଭାରତୀୟ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର ‘ନେକ୍ସଟ ଜେନରେଶନ ଇ-ପାସପୋର୍ଟ’ ଜାରି ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ବିଦେଶ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟର ସଚିବ ସଂଜୟ ଭଟ୍ଟାଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଏକ ଟ୍ୱିଟ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ପୂର୍ବରୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ସାଂସଦ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୫୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଥିବାବେଳେ ଏବେ ତାହାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘଟାଯାଇ ୭୦ ଲକ୍ଷ କରାଯାଇଛି । ବିଧାୟକ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସୀମା ୨୮ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ୪୦ ଲକ୍ଷକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏ ନେଇ ଭାରତୀୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଓପିଟିସିଏଲରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ମେଗା ନିଯୁକ୍ତି । ୬୦ ଜଣ ମ୍ୟାନେଜମେଣ୍ଟ ଟ୍ରେନି ଏବଂ ୧୭୫ ଜଣ ଜୁନିୟର ଟେକନିସିଆନଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ । ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ସେବା ସଂସ୍ଥାକୁ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହା ପାଇଁ ସର୍ବ ଭାରତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ପୁରସ୍କୃତ । ସର୍ବ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଅଗ୍ୱିଶମ ସେବା ସଂସ୍ଥା ଭାବେ ବିବେଚନା କରାଯାଇଛି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ନୋଇଡ଼ା ଠାରେ ଗତ ଜିସେମ୍ବର ୨ ତାରିଖ ଛାରୁ ୫ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ Institution Of Fire Engineers ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ Fire India -2021 ମେଳା ଅବସରରରେ ଏହବି ପୁରସ୍କାର ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ପବ୍ଲିକ ଫାଇନାନ୍ସ ମ୍ୟାନେଜମେଣ୍ଟ ସିଷ୍ଟମ-PFMS ରେ ଦେଶର ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ୬ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରହିଛି । ଏହା ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ଜୁଲାଇ ପ୍ରଥମରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା। 6 ମାସ ଭିତରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାର ଦେଖାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ PFMS ଫ୍ରେମୱାର୍କ ଭଲ ଭାବେ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଇଟାଲୀରୁ ଅମୃତସରକୁ ଆସିଥିବା ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ଏକ ଉଡାଜାହାଜରେ ୧୯୧ ଜଣ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୧୨୫ ଜଣ କରୋନା ଦ୍ଵାରା ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ବୀର୍‌ ଗାଥା ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାରେ କୃତିତ୍ବ ହାସଲ କରିଥିବା ୨୫ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରୁ ଚାରି ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନେ ହେଲେ, ଏଲ୍‌ଆର୍‌ ଡିଏଭି ସ୍କୁଲର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଦିବ୍ୟାଂଶୀ ଦାସ, ସେଣ୍ଟ୍‌ ଆର୍ରନଲ୍ଡସ୍‌ ସ୍କୁଲର ସପ୍ତମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ବିଧି ଦୁବେ, କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳର ନବମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଅନ୍ୟାଅନ୍ବେଷା ମିଶ୍ର ଓ ରୋଟାରି ପବ୍ଲିକ୍‌ ସ୍କୁଲର ଏକାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ର ଇଶାନ କୁମାର ନନ୍ଦ। ଦେଶରେ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ଗତ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା‌ରେ ୯୦,୯୨୮ ରହିଛି। ଦିନକରେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲାରେ ୫୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଛି। ଗତକାଲି ଦେଶରେ ଦୈନିକ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ୫୮,୦୯୭ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆଜି ୯୦ ହଜାର ଟପିଯାଇଛି। ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନ ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ, ସରକାରୀ ଅନୁଦାନପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଓ ଘରୋଇ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଷଷ୍ଠରୁ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ କ୍ଲାସରୁମ୍‌ ପାଠପଢ଼ା ଶୁକ୍ରବାରଠାରୁ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ। ଆସନ୍ତା ଜୁଲାଇ ପହିଲାରେ ଓଡିଶାର ତିନି ଜଣ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ସାଂସଦଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ଶେ‌‌ଷ ହେଉଛି। ଓଡିଶାରୁ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ, ଏନ.ଭାସ୍କର ରାଓ ଓ ଡ. ସସ୍ମିତ ପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ଜୁଲାଇ ୧ ତାରିଖରେ ଶେ‌ଷ ହେଉଛି। ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଗୁଡ଼ଭେଲା ବ୍ଲକ୍‌ର ଉପାନ୍ତ ଅଂଚଳରେ ଥିବା ୨ଟି ଗ୍ରାମକୁ ରାଜସ୍ବ ମାନ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ବ୍ଲକ୍‌ର ଗମ୍ଭାରୀଗୁଡ଼ା ଗାଁର ୭୪ ଆଦିବାସୀ ପରିବାର ୫୩ ବର୍ଷ ହେଲା ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଜମିରେ ବସବାସ କରି ନିଜ ଗୁଜୁରାଣ ମେଣ୍ଟାଉଥିଲେ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ସଂଘର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆସନ୍ତା ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୨୬ରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ। ଏ ନେଇ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଶିକ୍ଷା ଓ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ (ସୋଆ)ର ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା ମଣ୍ଡଳୀର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ତଥା ଅଲ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ କାଉନସିଲ ଫର ଟେକନିକାଲ ଏଜୁକେସନ (ଏଆଇସିଟିଇ)ର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ପ୍ରଫେସର (ଡ.) ଦାମୋଦର ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ନିକଟରେ ତାଙ୍କ ନିଜର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ ଅଫ ଟେକନୋଲଜି, ଖଡଗପୁର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ପୁରାତନ ଛାତ୍ର ସମ୍ମାନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ଦେଖାଦେଲାଣି । ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଆଗକୁ ଆହୁରି ବଢିବ ବୋଲି ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ବିଜୟ ମହାପାତ୍ର ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ସେହିପରି ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଯେଉଁଭଳି ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବଢୁଛି ସେହିପରି ଆମ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବି ବଢିବ । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଆମ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ସିଭିୟରିଟି ନାହିଁ । ଯଦି ବି ବଢିବ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସବୁ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରେଳବାଇ , ଇଲେ‌େ‌କ୍ଟ୍ରାନିକ୍ସ ଓ ଆଇଟି ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଶ୍ବିନୀ ବୈଷ୍ଣବ ଓଡିଶାର ୧୦ଟି ଅାକାଙ୍‌କ୍ଷୀ ଜିଲାରେ ୩୯୩୩ଗ୍ରାମ ରେ ୪ଜି ସଂଯୋଗୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ ନୂତନ ମୋବାଇଲ ଟାୱାର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। କରୋନାର ନୂତନ ରୂପ ଓମିକ୍ରନରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ ହୋଇ ବୁର୍ଲା ସ୍ଥିତ ଭିମସାର୍‍ରେ ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର ଜିଲା ଆଗଲପୁର ବ୍ଲକ ଡୁଙ୍ଗରିପାଲି ଗାଁର ଜଣେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ଗତ ୨୨ ତାରିଖରେ ଆର୍‍ଟିପିସିଆର୍‍ ପାଇଁ ନମୂନା ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ୨୦୨୨ ପାଇଁ ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ମତଦାତା (ଭୋଟର) ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଭୋଟର ତାଲିକାର ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ସଂଶୋଧନ ସମୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଆଉ ୯,୫୦,୭୮୯ ଜଣ ନୂଆ ଭୋଟର ତାଲିକାରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଥିବା ୩,୪୪,୯୪୪ ଜଣଙ୍କ ନାମ ନୂଆ ଭୋଟର ତାଲିକାରୁ ବାଦ୍ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। କଟକ ସହର ପାଇଁ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟିଆ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କରିଥିବା ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଦ୍ବାରା କଟକ ସହରର ସବୁ ପରିବାର ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟିଆ ପାଇପ ପାଣିର ସୁବିଧା ପାଇପାରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ସହରର ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୪୦ ହଜାର ପରିବାରର ୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକ ଉପକୃତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।	635	Y

2580	05-01-2022	Odia	ଦେଶରେ ବଢୁଥିବା କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରମାନେ କଟକଣା କଡାକଡି କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସରକାର ମଧ୍ୟ କଟକଣା କଡ଼ାକଡି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦେଶରେ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଲଗାତାର ବଢ଼ିଚାଲିଛି। ୩୩,୭୫୦ ନୂଆ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି। ଗତ ୫ ଦିନରେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲାରେ ୫ ଗୁଣା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଛି। ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଗ୍ରହରୁ ଆସିଲା ସେଲଫି। ନିଜ ସହ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଗ୍ରହର ଫଟୋ ପଠାଇଲା ଚୀନ ପଠାଇଥିବା ମହାକାଶଯାନର ଅର୍ବିଟର । ଚୀନର ଜାତୀୟ ମହାକାଶ ପ୍ରଶାସନ(ସିଏନଏସଏ) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସେୟାର କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଫଟୋରେ ଅର୍ବିଟର ଦେଖାଯାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ପଛରେ ବିଶାଳକାୟ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଗ୍ରହର ଝଲକ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି। ୨୦୨୧ ଡିସେମ୍ବରରେ ବେକାରି ହାର ୭.୯୧%ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି ଯାହା ଗତ ଚାରି ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ବୋଲି ଏହା ଜଣାଇଛି। ୨୦୨୧ର ନଭେମ୍ବରରେ ବେକାରି ହାର ୭.୭୫% ଓ ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରେ ୭% ଥିଲା। କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଲହର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ମାସରେ ବେକାରି ହାର ଏହାର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ତର ୮.୩%ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା। ଭାରତୀୟ ରେଳବାଇ ମହାମାରୀ କବଳିତ ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ରେ ତତ୍‌କାଳ ଟିକେଟ୍‌ ଦେୟରୁ ୪୦୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା, ପ୍ରିମିୟମ୍‌ ତତ୍‌କାଳ ଟିକେଟ୍‌ରୁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ୧୧୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗତିଶୀଳ (ଡାଇନାମିକ୍‌) ଭଡାରୁ ୫୧୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆୟ କରିଛି। କେଜରିୱାଲ ଟ୍ୱିଟ୍‍ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି, ସେ କୋଭିଡରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ତାଙ୍କ ଠାରେ ସାମାନ୍ୟ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ରହିଛି । ସେଥିପାଇଁ ସେ ନିଜ ଘରେ ସଂଗରୋଧରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ସୋମବାର ଏସ୍‌ଆଇଟି ଦାଖଲ କରିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗଫର୍ଦରେ ୧୪ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ଦର୍ଶାଇଥିବାବେଳେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଜୟ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ଆଶିଷ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ଦର୍ଶାଇଛି । ଆଶିଷଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଆଇପିସି ଧାରା ୩୦୨ (ହତ୍ୟା), ୩୦୭ (ହତ୍ୟା ଉଦ୍ୟମ), ୧୪୭ (ଦଙ୍ଗା), ୧୪୮ (ଦଙ୍ଗା, ମାରଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବହାର), ୧୨୦ (ଖ) (ଫୌଜଦାରୀ ଷଡଯନ୍ତ୍ର)ରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଆରୋପ କରାଯାଇଛି। କୋ-ୱିନ ଆପ୍‌ର ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ Jan 4, 2022 ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ୮ଟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହି ବର୍ଗର ପ୍ରାୟ ୪୦ଲକ୍ଷ ପିଲା ଟିକା ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। କିଶୋରମାନଙ୍କୁ କେବଳ କୋଭାକ୍ସିନ ଟିକା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ ୩ଲକ୍ଷ ୮୦ ହଜାର କିଶୋର ଟିକା ନେଇଥିବା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଦେଶରେ ଦୈନିକ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ କ୍ରମାଗତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ୬ଟି ବଡ଼ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାର ୧୮୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଡାକ୍ତର କୋଭିଡ -୧୯ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି। ଏହି ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୨୫୦କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଥିବା ଏକ ସମ୍ବାଦ ସରବରାହ ସଂସ୍ଥା କହିଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୦ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସରକାରୀ ତଥା ବେସରକାରୀ ସମସ୍ତ କୋଭିଡ ହସ୍‌ପିଟାଲ ଗୁଡିକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରି ରଖିବାକୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଲହରୀର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ତରରେ ଯେତିକି ଶଯ୍ୟା ଓ ଆଇସିୟୁର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ହୋଇଥିଲା, ଅତି କମ୍‌ରେ ସେତିକି ପରିମାଣର ଶଯ୍ୟା ଓ ଆଇସିୟୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରି ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଓଡିଶାରେ ଜାନୁଆରି ୭ ତାରିଖରୁ ବର୍ଷା ହେବ ବୋଲି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସୋଆରେ ଥିବା ସେଣ୍ଟର ଫର ଏନଭରମେଣ୍ଟ ଆଣ୍ଡ କ୍ଲାଇମେଟ୍‌ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହାର ନିର୍ଦେଶକ ଶରତ ସାହୁଙ୍କ ଅନୁସାରେ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୭ ତାରିଖରୁ ୧୪ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଷା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି । ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୫ ତାରିଖରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଫିରୋଜପୁରରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ରାଜ୍ୟବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ବଡ଼ ଉପହାର ଦେବେ। ୪୨ ହଜାର ୭୫୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବିକାଶ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶିଳାନ୍ୟାସ କରିବେ। ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପୁର୍ବରୁ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧୦ ତାରିଖରେ ସର୍ବଦଳୀୟ ବୈଠକ ଡାକିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନ। ଓଡିଶାରେ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୨୦୨୨ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହେଉଥିବାରୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ସତର୍କ କରାଇଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏଣିକି ଅଧା କର୍ମଚାରୀରେ ଚାଲିବ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ଅଫିସଗୁଡିକ ଅଧା କର୍ମଚାରୀରେ ଚାଲିବ ବୋଲି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଚୀନରେ ଏକ ପ୍ରେମୀଯୁଗଳଙ୍କୁ ମୃତ୍ୟୁଦଣ୍ଡ ମିଳିଛି। ପ୍ରେମିକ ଜଣକ ନିଜର ପ୍ରେମିକାର ସର୍ତ୍ତରେ ନିଜର ପ୍ରଥମ ପତ୍ନୀଙ୍କ ୨ ସନ୍ତାନକୁ ୧୫ ମହଲାରୁ ତଳକୁ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଦେଇ ହତ୍ୟା କରିଥିଲା। ଚୀନର ଏହି ପୁରୁଷ ଏଭଳି କାଣ୍ଡ କରିବାର କାରଣ ହେଲା, ତା’ର ପ୍ରେମିକା ଅନ୍ୟ ମହିଳାର ଶିଶୁଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁ ନଥିଲା। ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ସୁମିତ୍ ଓ ଡିମ୍ପଲ ବୈବାହିକ ଜୀବନରେ ବିବାଦ ମାମଲାରେ ରାୟ ଶୁଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ଛତ୍ରପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା କୋର୍ଟ । ସ୍ୱାମୀ ସୁମିତଙ୍କ ବ୍ରହ୍ମାନଗର ସ୍ଥିତ ଘରେ ରହିବେ ତପସ୍ୱିନୀ । ମାସିକ ଡିମ୍ପଲଙ୍କୁ ୧୭ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଦେବେ ସ୍ୱାମୀ ସୁମିତ୍ । ଏନେଇ ଡିମ୍ପଲଙ୍କ ଓକିଲ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ବେହେରା ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଦଶମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ସମେଟିଭ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷା । ୫ରୁ ୮ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦିନ ଧରି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଚାଲିବ । ପ୍ରଥମ ୩ ଦିନ ଥିଓରୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ୨ଟି ସିଟିଂରେ ହେବ । ୮ ତାରିଖରେ କେବଳ ପ୍ରାକ୍ଟିକାଲ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ । ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ୩ ହଜାର ୯୩ଟି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୩୧୧ ନୋଡାଲ ସେଣ୍ଟରରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନପତ୍ର ପହଞ୍ଚି ସାରିଛି। ଜଟଣୀ ସ୍ଥିତ ନାଇଜର ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟରେ ଏକାଧିକ କୋଭିଡ୍ ପଜିଟିଭ୍ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଗୋଟିଏ ବ୍ଲକରୁ ୩୧ ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ପଜିଟିଭ୍ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । କଣ୍ଟାକ୍ଟ ଟ୍ରେସିଂ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ନେଗେଟିଭ୍ ଆସିଛି । ଚଳିତ ଖରିଫରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଓ FCI ଉଷୁନା ଚାଉଳ ଉଠାଇବାକୁ ମନା କରିବା ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବଡ଼ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଉଷୁନା ଚାଉଳ ନିଜ ମିଲରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଉଠାଇବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ନୀତିରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି । ନିଆଣ୍ଟିଆ ମିଲର ଥିବା ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ପାଖ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ମିଲର ଉଷୁନା ଚାଉଳ ଉଠାଇବାକୁ ପଠାଯିବ । ଚଳିତ ରଣଜୀ ଟ୍ରଫି ପାଇଁ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ୨୧ ଜଣିଆ ଟିମ୍ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି । ଏହି ଟିମରେ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର କ୍ରୀଡାମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଓ ବେଙ୍ଗଲ ଟିମର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅଧିନାୟକ ମନୋଜ ତିଓ୍ୱାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମିଳିଛି । ୩୬ ବର୍ଷିୟ ମନୋଜ ତିଓ୍ୱାରୀ ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ରାଜନୀତିରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ତୃଣମୂଳ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଟିକେଟରୁ ସେ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର ଶିବପୁର ଆସନରୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥି ହୋଇଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ବିଜୟ ଲାଭ କରିଥିଲେ ।	554	Y
