2615	19-12-2021	Odia	ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ରେଳବାଇ । ରେଳମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଶ୍ବିନୀ ବୈଷ୍ଣବ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଦୂରଗାମୀ ଟ୍ରେନରେ ଏହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯିବା ସହ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଦୂରଗାମୀ ମେଲ ଓ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ ଟ୍ରେନ, ଗରିବ ରଥ, ରାଜଧାନୀ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସର ସ୍ଲିପର କୋଚରେ ୬ଟି ବର୍ଥ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ରହିବ । ଗତ ୬ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧିନରେ ମୋଟ ୩୧.୦୮ ଲକ୍ଷ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହୋଇଛି । ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ସୁରେଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଯୋଜନା ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ । ଗତ ୬ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧିନରେ ମୋଟ ୩୧.୦୮ ଲକ୍ଷ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହୋଇଛି । ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ସୁରେଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଯୋଜନା ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ । ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଆଗଉଛି ଓଡ଼ିଶା । ଓ-ହବ୍ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଇନ୍କ୍ୟୁବେସନର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ । ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଶେଖରପୁରରେ ଓ-ହବ୍ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ସେଣ୍ଟରକୁ ଉଦଘାଟନ କଲେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ । ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଏକ ନୂଆ ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ ପଲିସି ଆଣିବେ । ଏଥିରେ ସ୍କୁଲ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଏଣ୍ଟରପ୍ରେନରସିପ୍‌କୁ ନେଇ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇବ । ରେଳମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଶ୍ବିନୀ ବୈଷ୍ଣବ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଦୂରଗାମୀ ଟ୍ରେନରେ ଏହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯିବା ସହ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଦୂରଗାମୀ ମେଲ ଓ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ ଟ୍ରେନ, ଗରିବ ରଥ, ରାଜଧାନୀ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସର ସ୍ଲିପର କୋଚରେ ୬ଟି ବର୍ଥ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ରହିବ । ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ପାର୍ଟି ନାମରେ ନୂଆ ଦଳ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଗୁରନାମ । ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ପଞ୍ଜାବର ସମସ୍ତ ଆସନରେ ଦଳ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଦେବ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଗୁରନାମ । ରାଜନୀତି ଏବେ ପ୍ରଦୂଷିତ ହେବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି । ଏହାକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଛି । ଶନିବାର ସଫଳତାର ସହ ଅଗ୍ନି ପ୍ରାଇମ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ରର ସଫଳ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରିଛି ଭାରତ । ଆଜି ଓଡିଶାର ଧାମରା ଅବଦୁଲ୍ କାଲାମ ଦ୍ୱୀପରୁ ଭାରତ ଆଣବିକ କ୍ଷମତାସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଅଗ୍ନି ପ୍ରାଇମ୍ ମିସାଇଲର ସଫଳ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରିଛି । ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟାର୍ଦ୍ଧରେ ଲଖିମପୁର ଖେରୀ ଘଟଣାରେ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ଗୃହ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଜୟ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ମନ୍ତ୍ରିମଣ୍ଡଳରୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର କରିବା ଲାଗି ଜୋରଦାର ଦାବି କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ତା’ ଭିତରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଲୋକସଭାରେ ୩ଟି ବିଲ୍ ପାସ୍ କରାଇ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଶନିବାର ୫୯୪ କିମି ଦୀର୍ଘ ଛଅ ଲେନ୍ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଗଙ୍ଗା ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ୍‌ୱେ ୩୬,୨୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଅଟକଳ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ର ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏକ ସଭ୍ୟ ସମାଜରେ ତାହାର ସ୍ଥାନ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଜାତୀୟ ମାନବାଧିକାର ଆୟୋଗ (ଏନଏଚଆରସି)ର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଅରୁଣ ମିଶ୍ର କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଦେଶର ପାଞ୍ଚଟି ଉତ୍ତର ପୂର୍ବାଞ୍ଚଳ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମାନବାଧିକାର ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ଅଭିଯୋଗଗୁଡିକ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଦୁଇ ଦିନିଆ ଜନଶୁଣାଣି କରିବା ଅବସରରେ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ମିଶ୍ର ଏହା କହିଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଟିକା ନିର୍ମାତା ଫାଇଜର କମ୍ପାନୀ ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଇଛି ଯେ କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀର ପ୍ରଭାବ ୨୦୨୪ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରହିପାରେ। ବିଶ୍ବର ଅନେକ ଦେଶରେ ନୂତନ ଭାରିଆଣ୍ଟ ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ର ସଂକମଣକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଏହା କୁହାଯାଇଛି । ଲଦାଖରେ କିଛି ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଉଭୟ ଦେଶର ସୈନ୍ୟ ପଛକୁ ହଟିଛନ୍ତି, କିନ୍ତୁ ତାହା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବରେ ହୋଇପାରିନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁସେନା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏୟାର ଚିଫ୍‍ ମାର୍ଶାଲ ଭି ଆର ଚୌଧରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଓ ଚୀନ ପଟୁ ଭାରତ ପ୍ରତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଉଥିବା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଦେଶର ବାୟୁସେନା ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଅବଗତ ଅଛି । ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ବନ୍ଦର ସହର କରାଚୀର ଶେରଶାହ ସ୍ତିତ ପାରାଚା ଛକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଏକ ଡ୍ରେନ ଦେଇ ଯାଉଥିବା ଗ୍ୟାସ ପାଇପ ଲାଇନରେ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ ଘଟି ୧୨ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିବା ବେଳେ ୪ ଜଣ ଗୁରୁତର ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୨ରେ ୟୁପି, ପଞ୍ଜାବ, ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ. ମଣିପୁର ଓ ଗୋଆରେ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ଏକ ଜାତୀୟ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମର ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଶାସକ ଦଳ ପୁଣି କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ଫେରିବା କଷ୍ଟ କରହୋଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ଅନୁମାନ କରାଯାଉଛି । ୨୧ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏଁ ଶୀତ ଲହରୀ ଆଲର୍ଟ। ହାଡଭଙ୍ଗା ଶୀତରେ ଜମାଟ ବାନ୍ଧିଛି ଦେଶର ୫ ରାଜ୍ୟ । ପଞ୍ଚାବ, ହରିୟାଣା ଏବଂ ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଁ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗର ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ଆଲର୍ଟ । ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ସିକରର ଫତେପୁରରେ ପାରଦ ଛୁଇଁଛି ମାଇନସ୍ ୩.୩ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ । ଚୀନର ସବୁଠାରୁ ବୟସ୍କ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଅଲିମିହାନ ସେୟତିଙ୍କର ଶିନଜିୟାଙ୍ଗ ଉଇଗୁର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ୧୩୫ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଚାର ବିଭାଗ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କାଶଗର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ଶୁଲେ କାଉଣ୍ଟିର କୋମକ୍ସରିକ ଟାଉନଶିପ ନିବାସୀ ସେୟତି ୧୮୮୬ ଜୁନ ୨୫ରେ ଜନ୍ମ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ବ୍ଲୁମବର୍ଗ ବିଲେନିୟର ଇନଡେକସରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଥିବା ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ ଧନଶାଳୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ତାଲିକାରେ ଗୌତମ ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ଥାନ ତଳକୁ ଖସିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏବେ ତାଙ୍କର ସର୍ବମୋଟ ୭୬.୦୩ ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାରର ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ରହିଛି। ସେ ଏବେ ଦୁନିଆର ୧୪ତମ ଧନୀ ଶାଳୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ତାଲିକାରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ କୁସ୍ତି ସଂଘର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ତଥା ସାଂସଦ ବୃଜଭୂଷଣ ଶରଣ ସିଂହ ଜଣେ ଯୁବ ପହିଲମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚାପୁଡା ମାରିବାର ଭିଡିଓ ଭାଇରାଲ୍ ହେବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ବରିଷ୍ଠ ପୋଲିସ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ କନ୍‌ଫରେନ୍ସ-୨୦୨୧ର ଉଦ୍‌ଯାପନୀ ଅବସରରେ ଭିଡିଓ କନ୍‌ଫରେନ୍ସିଂ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଆଇନ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଶାନ୍ତପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଥିବା ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଥିସହିତ ମାଓ ଦମନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପୋଲିସର ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଫଳରେ ବିଗତ ୫ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅନୁଗୁଳ, ବୌଦ୍ଧ, ଦେବଗଡ଼, ନୟାଗଡ଼ ଏବଂ ସମ୍ୱଲପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ମାଓ ମୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରିଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି ।	586	Y

2620	16-12-2021	Odia	ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ଯାଇ ଠାକୁରଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ବୁଧବାର ନୂଆ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶିକା (ଏସ୍‌ଓପି) ଜାରି କରିଛି ମନ୍ଦିର ପ୍ରଶାସନ। ଦର୍ଶନ ସମୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ସକାଳ ୫ଟା ୩୦ରୁ ରାତି ୯ଟା ୩୦ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁମାନେ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ଯାଇ ଠାକୁରଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ କରିପାରିବେ। ଏହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଗୁରୁବାରଠାରୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବ। ତାମିଲନାଡୁରେ ‘ଏମ୍‌ଆଇ-୧୭’ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟର୍‌ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଆହତ ହୋଇ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଧୀନ ଥିବା ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌ କ୍ୟାପ୍‌ଟେନ୍‌ ବରୁଣ ସିଂହଙ୍କର ଦେହାନ୍ତ ‌ହୋଇଥିବା କଥା ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁସେନା ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି । ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁସ୍ଥିତ କମାଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ୍‌ରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଚାଲିଥିଲା ବେଳେ ପରଲୋକ ଘଟିଛି। ଅଦାଲତରେ କେସ୍ ଡାଏରୀ ଠାରୁ ନେଇ ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ଫର୍ମ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ତଦନ୍ତ କାଗଜପତ୍ର ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷାରେ ଦାଖଲ କରିପାରିବ ପୋଲିସ । ପୂର୍ବରୁ କେବଳ ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ କେସ୍ ଡାଏରୀ ଦାଖଲ କରୁଥିଲେ ତଦନ୍ତକାରୀ ଅଧିକାରୀ । ଏବେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷାରେ କେସ୍ ଡାଏରୀ ଦାଖଲ ନେଇ ଡିଜିପି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ସୁରେଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ବସିଥିବା ରାଜ୍ୟସ୍ତରୀୟ ସିଙ୍ଗଲ୍ ୱିଣ୍ଡୋ କ୍ଲିୟରାନ୍ସ ବୈଠକରେ ୭ଟି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଛି । ୫୧୧.୧୯ କୋଟି ମୂଲ୍ୟର ୭ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ୬ ହଜାର ୪୦୨ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ କର୍ମ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ମିଳିବ । ଗତ ୨୩ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସିଙ୍ଗଲ୍ ୱିଣ୍ଡୋ କ୍ଲିୟରାନ୍ସ ବୈଠକରେ ୨,୩୮୩.୩୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଥିବା ବେଳେ ୯ ହଜାର ୮୬୩ ଜଣ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବେ । ଆସନ୍ତା ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୮ରୁ ୧୬ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏ ଏହି ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରେ ଖେଳାଯିବ । ଏହି ଜାତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ପାଇଁ ଆଜି ଟିମ୍ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି ଓଡ଼ିଶା । ଗତବର୍ଷ ପରି ୫ଟି ସ୍ଥାନ ସହ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଆଉ ୨ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ଇକୋ ରିଟ୍ରିଟର ମଜା । ପ୍ରଥମ କରି କୋରାପୁଟ ଓ ଗଞ୍ଜାମରେ ଇକୋ ରିଟ୍ରିଟ୍ ଓଡ଼ିଶା-୨୦୨୧ର ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । କୋଣାର୍କ, ଦାରିଙ୍ଗବାଡ଼ି, ଭିତରକନିକା, ସମ୍ବଲପୁର, ସାତକୋଶିଆ ସମେତ କୋରାପୁଟ ଓ ଗଞ୍ଜାମରେ ନିଆରା ଉତ୍ସବର ମଜା ନେଇ ପାରିବେ । ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଏନସିବି ଅଫିସରେ ଏଣିକି ପ୍ରତି ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ହାଜର ହେବେ ନାହିଁ ଜୁନିଅର ଖାନ । କ୍ରୁଜ ଜାହାଜ ରେଭପାର୍ଟି ରେଡ ମାମଲାରେ ଗିରଫ ହୋଇଥିବା ଆର୍ଯ୍ୟନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଶୁଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ବମ୍ବେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ । ତାଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନର ଶୁଣାଣି କରି ଜାମିନ ସର୍ତ୍ତାବଳୀରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ । ତେବେ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ତଦନ୍ତକାରୀ ଟିମର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଅନୁସାରେ ସେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଯାଇ ତଦନ୍ତର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେବାକୁ ପଡିବ ବୋଲି କୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଗୁଗୁଲ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିଜ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି, ଯଦି ଟିକା ନେଇନାହଁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ନେଇଯାଆ । ଟିକା ନିୟମ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ କଲେ ହେବ ଦରମା ବନ୍ଦ । କେବଳ ଏତିକି ନୁହେଁ, ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଚାକିରି ବି ହରାଇବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିପାରେ । ୟୁନେସ୍କୋ ଭାରତୀୟ ପର୍ବ ଦୁର୍ଗା ପୂଜାକୁ ‘ମାନବିକତାର ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଐତିହ’ ତାଲିକାରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରିଛି। ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ପରେ ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶରେ ବିଶେଷ କରି ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରେ ଖୁସିର ଲହରୀ ଖେଳିଯାଇଛି \| ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପୁଲିସ ଓ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଲ ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ବୁଝାମଣାପତ୍ର ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ ହୋଇଛି \| ଆଉ ଏହି ବୁଝାମଣାପତ୍ର ମୁତାବକ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ପୁଲିସ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଆଇନ ଆଧାରିତ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ବାବଦରେ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଲ ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟିର ପ୍ରଫେସରମାନେ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ାଇବେ \| ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରେ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହେଲା ପ୍ରଥମ ‘ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍‌’ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ, ୭ ବର୍ଷର ଛୁଆ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା । ଏବେ ଭୋଟର ପରିଚୟ ପତ୍ର ସହ ଲିଙ୍କ୍ ହେବ ଆଧାର । ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢାଇଲେ ଡାକ୍ତର, ୧୭ରୁ ଧର୍ମଘଟ ପାଇଁ ଚେତାବନୀ । ଏନଇଇଟି-ପିଜି ୨୦୨୧ କାଉନସେଲିଂ ଓ ନାମଲେଖା ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ତ୍ବରାନ୍ବିତ ନକଲେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୭ ତାରିଖରୁ ରେସିଡେଣ୍ଟ ଡାକ୍ତରମାନେ କାମ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବେ । ସିଆର ଏଣ୍ଟରଟେନମେଣ୍ଟ ଓ ଅର୍ଚ୍ଚନା ମ୍ୟୁଜିକ୍ ସହଭାଗିତାରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ନୂଆ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ‘ଓମ ସ୍ୱାହା’ । ବିଶ୍ୱର ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ୨୦ ପ୍ରଶଂସନୀୟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ତାଲିକାରେ ୮ମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି । ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଡ଼କ ପରିବହନ ଓ ରାଜପଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୀତିନ ଗଡ଼କରୀ 4 ଲେନ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ କେସିଙ୍ଗା ଆରଓବି 4 ଲେନ ସଡ଼କ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ନିର୍ମାଣକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଓଡ଼ିଶାର କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲା କେସିଙ୍ଗାର 201 ନମ୍ବର ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥ (ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥ ସଂଖ୍ୟା 26)ର 176 କିମି ଠାରେ ଲେଭେଲ କ୍ରସିଂ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଆରଭି-172 ପାଇଁ ଭୂମି ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ 324.09 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ଗସ୍ତରେ ଯାଇ କ୍ୱାରେଂଟାଇନରେ ରହିବ ଟିମ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ । ୨୬ରୁ ୩୦ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେଂଚୁରିଆନରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଟେଷ୍ଟ ଖେଳାଯିବ । ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଟେଷ୍ଟ ୩ରୁ ୭ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ (ଜୋହାନ୍ସବର୍ଗ), ଓ ତୃତୀୟ ଟେଷ୍ଟ ୧୧ରୁ ୧୫ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ (କେପଟାଉନ)ରେ ଖେଳାଯିବ । ସେହିପରି ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନିକିଆ ୧୯ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ (ପାର୍ଲ), ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଦିନିକିଆ ୨୧ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ (ପାର୍ଲ) ଓ ତୃତୀୟ ଦିନିକିଆ ୨୩ ଜାନୁୟାରୀରେ କେପଟାଉନରେ ଖେଳାଯିବ । ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଓ କେରଳରୁ ବୁଧବାର ଆଉ ୪ ଜଣ ଲେଖାଏ ଓମିକ୍ରନ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ତାମିଲନାଡ଼ୁରୁ ଆସିଛି ଓମିକ୍ରନର ପ୍ରଥମ ମାମଲା । ଏଥିସହ ଦେଶରେ ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ସଂକ୍ରମିତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୭୩କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି । ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୩୨ ଜଣ ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆଉ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନମୂଳକ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକତା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳୁନାହିଁ। ଭାରତୀୟ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମରୁ ଏହା ଗାଏବ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଏନ୍‌ ଭି ରମଣା କହିଛନ୍ତି। ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏକ ପୁସ୍ତକ ଉନ୍ମୋଚନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଏଭଳି ମତ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୨୪ ହଜାର ହେକ୍ଟର ଜମିରେ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ କୃଷି କରାଯିବ। ଏଥି ପାଇଁ କୃଷି ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ମଂଜୁରି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସମେତ ଦେଶର ୮ ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମୋଟ ଚାରି ଲକ୍ଷ ହେକ୍ଟର ଜମିରେ ଏହି କୃଷି ହେବ। ଅଳ୍ପ ନିବେଶରେ ଅଧିକ ଲାଭ ଓ ରାସାୟନିକ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ମୁକ୍ତ କୃଷିର ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ ଏହାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।	576	Y
