- The Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor which will be built at a cost of around 8,300 crore rupees. It will significantly reduce the travel time from Delhi to Dehradun from six hours to around 2.5 hours. It will have Asia’s largest wildlife elevated corridor of 12 kilometres for unrestricted wildlife movement.
- A bridge across River Ganga next to the Lakshman Jhula will also be constructed. The world renowned Lakshman Jhula was constructed in 1929, but has now been closed due to decreased load carrying capacity.
- PM Modi inaugurated seven projects, including those which focus on making travel safer by tackling the problem of chronic landslides in the region. He also inaugurated the 120 MW Vyasi Hydroelectric Project, built over River Yamuna at a cost of over 1,700 crore rupees, along with a Himalayan Culture Centre in Dehradun.

- Konijeti Rosaiah, former Chief Minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh has passed away on Saturday morning. He was 88. He served as the 15th chief minister of Andhra Pradesh from 2009 to 2010. Rosaiah became Chief Minister on September 3, 2009, following the death of incumbent Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
- Veteran British actor Antony Sher passed away aged 72 due to cancer, Antony was known for playing roles in several Shakespearean plays.
- Karnataka veteran Kannada director-actor Shivaram passed away on 04 Dec (Saturday ( at the age of 83 due to a brain haemorrhage. Shivaram worked in over 200 Kannada films. Shivaram's last rites will take place with full state honours.
- World's Largest National Flag Exhibited Near Gateway Of India. The national flag, measuring 225 feet in length and 150 feet in width, was conceptualised and manufactured by the Khadi and Village Industries and Commission. This was done under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, an initiative to celebrate 75 years of Independence. The flag weighs 1,400 kg.

- “ଅପରେସନ ନୀଳ ଜହର” । କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ୧୦୦ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କାର ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଚାଷ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଛି ପ୍ରଶାସନ । କେ,ନୂଆଗାଁ ଥାନା ସାଇନପଡ଼ା ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଜାରଙ୍ଗା ବାଲିପଦର ଗୋଚ୍ଛାପଡ଼ା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୩୦ ଏକର ସରକାରୀ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଜମିରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଚାଷକୁ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଛି ନୂଆଗାଁ ପୋଲିସ ଓ ଅବକାରୀ ବିଭାଗ ।
- ସମ୍ବଲପୁରର ଓଡିଶା ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ସମାଜ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନର ସଭାପତି ଡ.ପରେଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଦାନୀଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏହି ସଭାରେ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡିଶା ବିକାଶ ପରିଷଦର ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟ ହୀରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରିତ ହେଉ ବୋଲି ଦାବି କରାଯାଇଛି।
- ଭାରତ ବହୁଧ୍ରୁବୀୟ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଅନ୍ୟତମ ପ୍ରାମାଣିକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ହୋଇଛି, ଯାହା ଆମ ନିଜ ସହିତ ମେଳ ଖାଉଛି ବୋଲି ରୁଷ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁତିନ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।

- ଟାଟା ପାୱାର ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି ଯେ ସୋଲାର ଏନର୍ଜି କର୍ପୋରେସନ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ (SECI) ଦ୍ୱାରା 100 ମେଗାୱାଟ ଇପିସି ଷୋୖର ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟ ନିର୍ମାଣ ସହିତ 120 ମେଗାୱାଟ ୟୁଟିଲିଟି ସ୍କେଲ ବ୍ୟାଟେରୀ ଶକ୍ତି ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସହିତ ଏକ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ମୋଟ ଚୁକ୍ତିନାମା ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ 945 କୋଟି ଅଟେ ଏବଂ ଏହା 18 ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେବ |
- ସେନା ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ପ୍ୟାଟର୍ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ୟୁନିଫର୍ମ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି |

- କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ୩ଟି କୃଷି ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ପାଇଁ ଆଜି ଗେଜେଟ୍ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ଗତ ସୋମବାରଦିନ କୃଷି ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ସଂସଦରେ ବିଲ ଆଗତ କରିଥିଲେ । ଆଜି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦ ଏହି ବିଲକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଦେବା ପରେ କୃଷି ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ବିଲଟି ଆଇନରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଛି ।
- ବିଧାନସଭରେ ଆଗତ ହେଲା ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଥମ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ବଜେଟ୍ । ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିରଞ୍ଜନ ପୂଜାରୀ ଆଗତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ବଜେଟ । ଚଳିତ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ବଜେଟରେ ୧୯ହଜାର ୮୩୩ କୋଟିର ପାଣ୍ଠି ବରାଦ ହୋଇଛି । ଏଥର ୫ଟି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର । ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ, ପାନୀୟ ଜଳକୁ ବିଶେଷ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଏଥିରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ ୪୫୭୭ କୋଟି ରଖିଥିବାବେଳେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ବ୍ୟୟ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ୧୩ ୫୬୮ କୋଟି ।
- ଆସନ୍ତା ୪ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବାତ୍ୟା ଜୱାଦର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଓ ଉତ୍ତର ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବର୍ଷା ଓ ପବନ ହେବା ନେଇ ଜାତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ଅନୁମାନ କରିଛି । ତେବେ ତଳିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରିତ କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ରହିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଫାୟାର, ଓଡ୍ରାଫ, ଏନଡ଼ିଆରଏଫକୁ ସଜାଗ ରଖିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ସେହିପରି ବାତ୍ୟା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ରହିବେ 108 ଟି ଓଡ୍ରାଫ ଟିମ୍, 200 ଟି ଫାୟାର ଟିମ୍ ।
- ୨୦୨୪ରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରୁ ବିଜେପିକୁ ହଟାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମିଶନ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ ଏନସିପି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶରଦ ପାଓ୍ବାରଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିଛନ୍ତି ।
- ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୫ରୁ ବିଦେଶକୁ ଭାରତରୁ ଉଡ଼ିବ ନାହିଁ ବିମାନ । ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତି ଲାଗୁ କରିଛି ବେସାମରିକ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ।
- ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ (ଆଇଏମଡି) ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ କହିଛି ଯେ ଗତ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ଦେଶରେ ୬୪୫ଟି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଏବଂ ୧୬୮ଟି ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଛି। ଯାହାକି ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ।
- ଦେଶରେ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ମୋଟ୍ ୧,୩୧,୫୨୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରାଯାଇଛି ।
- ୨୦୨୧ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ୬୪ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି । ଗତବର୍ଷ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ୨୦୨୦ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ୨,୫୨୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଆଦାୟ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୨୦୨୧ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ୪,୧୩୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଂଗୃହିତ ହୋଇଛି।
- ଜିଏସଟି କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଆକାରରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ୦୩.୧୧.୨୦୨୧ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓକେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ପ୍ରଦେଶମାନଙ୍କୁ ୧୭,୦୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
- ଜିଏସଟି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବା ପରଠାରୁ ୨୦୨୧ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ସଂଗୃହିତ ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ପରିମାଣ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ସର୍ବାଧିକ । ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, ଯାହାକି ବର୍ଷର ଶେଷର ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଆୟ ସହିତ ଜଡିତ ଏବଂ ଗତ ମାସର ସଂଗ୍ରହଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ।
- ଲଣ୍ଡନ ଏବଂ ଆମଷ୍ଟରଡାମ୍ ରୁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ଇନ୍ଦିରା ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରରେ ଅବତରଣ କରିଥିବା ୪ଜଣ ଯାତ୍ରୀ କରୋନା ପଜିଟିଭ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ନେଇ ଖବର ମିଳିଛି।
- ଭାଟ୍ ହ୍ରାସ ହେବା ପରେ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ୍ ଲିଟର୍ ପିଛା ଦର ୮ ଟଙ୍କା ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇବ। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଲିଟର ପିଛା ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ଦର ୧୦୩ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଖସି ୯୫ ଟଙ୍କା ହେବ। ଆଜି ମଧ୍ୟରାତ୍ରରୁ ଏହି ନୂତନ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯିବ।
- ସରକାରୀ ତୈଳ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଗୁଡିକ ଏଲପିଜି ଗ୍ୟାସ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ତୈଳ ନିଗମ ୧୯ କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ବ୍ୟବସାୟିକ ଗ୍ୟାସ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୧୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି।
- ଆମେରିକୀୟ ମହାକାଶ ଗବେଷଣା ସଂସ୍ଥା ‘ନାସା’ ସଂପ୍ରତି ମହାକାଶରେ ଅବସ୍ଥାପିତ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ମହାକାଶ ଷ୍ଟେସନ (ଆଇଏସଏସ)ର ତାଜା ଫଟୋଚିତ୍ର ଜାରି କରିଛି । ସ୍ପେଶଏକ୍ସ ମହାକାଶଯାନର ମହାକାଶଯାତ୍ରୀ ଥୋମାନ ପ୍ରେସକ୍ୱେଟ ତାଙ୍କର ନିକନ ଡି୫ ଡିଏସଏଲଆର କ୍ୟାମେରା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ଏହି ଫଟୋଚିତ୍ର ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
- ପୁଟିନ୍ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୬ରେ ଭାରତ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି। ପୁଟିନ୍ ଏବଂ ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବୈଠକରେ ଭାରତକୁ ଏସ-୪୦୦ ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଣାଳୀର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଦେଖିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଏସ୍-୪୦୦ର ଉପକରଣ ଏବଂ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରାଂଶ ଭାରତରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ଯାଇଛି।
- ଜୁନିୟର ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍ ହକିରେ ସେମିରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଛି ଭାରତ । ବେଲ୍ଜିୟମ୍କୁ ୧-୦ ଗୋଲ୍ରେ ହରାଇ ସେମିରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଦଳ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି । ସେମିଫାଇନାଲ୍ରେ ଜର୍ମାନୀକୁ ଭେଟିବ ଭାରତ । ପ୍ରଥମ କ୍ୱାର୍ଟରରେ ଗୋଲ୍ ହୋଇ ନଥିବା ବେଳେ ସେକେଣ୍ଡ୍ କ୍ୱାର୍ଟରେେ ଗୋଲ୍ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।
- ଗତ କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ହେଲା ଗହଣାର ଶୁଦ୍ଧତା ପାଇଁ ହଲମାର୍କ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏବେ ସରକାର ଏହାକୁ ଅନିବାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେପରି ସାଧାରଣ ଜନତାଙ୍କୁ ଏହାର ଫାଇଦା ମିଳିବ। ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧ ତାରିଖରୁ ସୁନା ଗହଣା ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଏକ ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ଗହଣା ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ଏହି ନିୟମ ପାଳନ ନ କଲେ ଜେଲ ହୋଇପାରେ।
- ଦିୟା ମିର୍ଜା ସବୁବେଳେ ପରିବେଶ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସହ ଜଡିତ ଅଭିଯାନରେ ସାମିଲ ହୁଅନ୍ତି। ଦିୟା ମିର୍ଜା ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ପର୍ଯାବରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ (UNEP) ର ଗୁଡ଼ୱିଲ ଆମ୍ବାସେଡର ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଏକ ଫଣ୍ଡରେଜିଙ୍ଗ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ ‘ମିଲାପ’ ଜରିଆରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ନିଜର ୪୦ତମ ଜନ୍ମଦିନରେ ୪୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଦାନ କରିବେ।
- ଅପାରଗତା ଏବଂ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟର ଅବହେଳା କାରଣରୁ ଓଡିଶା କାଉନସିଲ୍ ଅଫ୍ ସ୍ପୋର୍ଟସର ଚାରିଜଣ କୋଚ୍ଙ୍କୁ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଅବସର ନେବାକୁ ଓଡିଶା ସରକାର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେବାରୁ ବରଖାସ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଚାରିଜଣ କୋଚଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଭାକର ତ୍ରିପାଠୀ ଏବଂ ଜଲିଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରସାଦ ବଢେଇ, ଭଲିବଲର ଉଭୟ କୋଚ୍, ବକ୍ସିଂର କୋଚ୍ ଶଙ୍କର ପ୍ରସାଦ ଅଦିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ହ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡବଲ୍ କୋଚ୍ ମନୋଜ କୁମାର ଦାସ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି।

- President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday approved the bill to withdraw all the three agricultural laws. The bill was passed by both the houses of Parliament on November 29. With the approval of the President, all three agricultural laws have now been formally repealed.
- India reported 8,954 new coronavirus cases and 267 related fatalities on Wednesday, pushing the overall case tally to 3,45,96,776 and the death count to 4,69,247, according to the Health Ministry bulletin.
- Odisha Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari today presented the Supplementary Budget of Rs 19,833 crore for 2021-22 in the State Assembly.
- Out of the Rs 19,833 crore supplementary provision, Rs 13,568 will be allocated towards Programme Expenditure, Rs 4,577 crore towards Administrative Expenditure, Rs 1682 crore for Disaster Response Funds and Rs 6 crore for Transfers from State.
- A total of Rs 253.07 crore is allocated for Empowerment of Women and Child Development.

- ପୁଞ୍ଜି ନିବେଶର ହବ୍ ପାଲଟିଛି ଓଡ଼ିଶା । ୯୯୯ କୋଟି ୯୯ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ପୁଞ୍ଜି ନିବେଶରେ ୧୭ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶିଳାନ୍ୟାସ ଓ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ।
- ଆମେରିକାର ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକମାନେ ବିଶ୍ବର ପ୍ରଥମ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ରୋବଟ ତିଆରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯାହାର ନିଜ ପରି ନୂଆ ରୋବଟ ତିଆରି କରିବାର କ୍ଷମତା ଅଛି। ତେବେ ଏ କ୍ଷମତା ପ୍ରାଣୀ ଓ ଉଦ୍ଭିଦଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଜନନ କ୍ଷମତା ପରି ନୁହେଁ। ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକମାନେ ଏହି ରୋବଟର ନାଁ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ‘ଜେନୋବୋଟ’।
