2572	03-01-2022	Odia	ମିରଟର ସାରାଧନା ସହରସ୍ଥ ସାୱାଲା ଓ କାଇଲା ଗ୍ରାମରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ୭୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଉକ୍ତ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ବୁକ୍ ଅଫ୍ ରେକର୍ଡରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଲେ ମନସ୍ୱିନୀ ନାହାକ । ମହାଭାରତ ଯୁଦ୍ଧର ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ପେନ୍ସିଲ ଆର୍ଟ କରି ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଦିଗପହଣ୍ଡିର ମନସ୍ୱିନୀ ନାହାକ ଏହି ରେକର୍ଡ ବୁକ୍‌ରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇପାରିଛନ୍ତି ।ସେ ମେହେନ୍ଦୀ ଡିଜାଇନ୍ ସହ ମହାଭାରତ ଯୁଦ୍ଧର ସମସ୍ତ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ପେନ୍ସିଲ ଆର୍ଟ କରି ନିଜର Youtube ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ ପକାଇଥିଲେ । ଭଲ ରେଜଲ୍ଟ ଆସିବା ପରେ ମନ ବଳିଲା ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ବୁକ ଅଫ ରେକର୍ଡ ପାଇ ଆବେଦନ କରିବାକୁ । Mrs ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ୨୦୨୧ରେ ଚମକିଲେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଝିଅ ତପସ୍ୱିନୀ ବରାଡ଼ । ଗତ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୨୬ ତାରିଖରେ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ମୁମ୍ବାଇରେ କାଳ୍ପନିକ ନାଚ (ଷ୍ଟୋରୀ )ରେ ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପୁରୁଷୋତ୍ତମପୁର ବ୍ଲକ ଅନ୍ତେରୀ ଗାଁର ବୋହୂ ହିଞ୍ଜିଳି ବ୍ଲକ ସିକିରି ଗାଁର ଝିଅ ମିସ ଟାଲେଣ୍ଟେଡ ଆୱାର୍ଡ ପାଇଛନ୍ତି । ସେ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ପରେ ବାହା ହୋଇଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ସ୍ୱାମୀଙ୍କ ସହ ସୁଦୂର ବାଙ୍ଗାଲୋର ଠାରେ ଉଭୟ ଚାକିରି କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ବଦଳିଲେ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ସଚିବ ସତ୍ୟବ୍ରତ ସାହୁ । ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ସଚିବ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହେଲେ ବିଷ୍ଣୁପଦ ସେଠୀ । ଏବେ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ବିଭାଗ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଶ୍ରୀ ସେଠୀ । ପରିବହନ ଏବଂ ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକସଂପର୍କ ବିଭାଗର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁଲାଇବେ । ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଓ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ବିଭାଗ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସଚିବ ହେଲେ ମଧୁସୂଦନ ପାଢ଼ୀ । ସାରା ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବିଦେଶାଗତ ପକ୍ଷୀଙ୍କୁ ବନ ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ଗଣନା କରାଯାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ବାଙ୍କୀ ସ୍ଥିତ ଅରାଚଣ୍ଡୀକୁ କିନ୍ତୁ ବନ ବିଭାଗ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦିଏ ନାହିଁ । ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ୧୦ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ପକ୍ଷୀଙ୍କର ସମାଗମ ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଘରୋଇ ଉଦ୍ୟମରେ ସେଣ୍ଟର ଫର ରୁରାଲ ଟୁରିଜିମ୍ ଡେଭଲପମେଣ୍ଟ (ସି. ଆର. ଟି. ଡି) ନାମକ ଏକ ସ୍ୱେଚ୍ଛାସେବୀ ସଂଗଠନ ୨୦୧୭ରୁ ଅରାଚଣ୍ଡୀ ଠାରେ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଗଣନା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ହାତକୁ ନେଇଛି । ସିଆରଟିଡିର ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଲଳିତ ମୋହନ ପଣ୍ଡା ଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଆଜି ୨୦୨୨ ମସିହା ପାଇଁ ଅରାଚଣ୍ଡୀରେ ୱେଟ୍ ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଗଣନା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ବରଗଡ଼ ଏସିସି ସିମେଣ୍ଟ କାରଖାନାର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଜମିଲ ଖାଁଙ୍କ ନାବାଳକ ପୁଅକୁ ରବିବାର ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ସିମେଣ୍ଟନଗର କଲୋନୀରୁ ଅପହରଣ କରି ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ପୁଲିସ ତନାଘନା ପରେ ଅପହରଣକାରୀ ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ରାତିରେ ତାକୁ ଆଣି ଘରଠାରୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧ କିଲୋମିଟର ଦୂରରେ ଛାଡ଼ି ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ୬ଷ୍ଠରୁ ଦ୍ବାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ କ୍ଲାସ ରୁମ୍‌ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପୂର୍ବ ଭଳି ଜାରି ରହିବ। ଆସନ୍ତା ୫ରୁ ୮ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ଦଶମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସମେଟିଭ୍‌-୧ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପୂର୍ବ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସୂଚୀ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କରାଯିବ। ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରହିଲା ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ପଞ୍ଚମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସ୍କୁଲ । ଜାନୁଆରି ୮ ତାରିଖ ପରେ ଦଶମ ଓ ୧୧ ତାରିଖ ପରେ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଟିକାଦାନ । ସିନେ ପ୍ରେମୀଙ୍କୁ ଦେଲା ଶକ୍ତ ଧକ୍କା। ବହୁପ୍ରତିକ୍ଷିତ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଆର୍‌ଆର୍‌ଆର୍‌ରେ ଲାଗିଲା କରୋନା ଗ୍ରହଣ। ଘୁଞ୍ଚିଲା ରିଲିଜ ଡେଟ୍‌। ଫିଲ୍ମ ଆର୍‌ଆର୍‌ଆର୍‌ ରିଲିଜ ଉପରେ ଏବେ ଅନିଶ୍ଚିତକାଳ ପାଇଁ ରୋକ ଲାଗଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ନୂଆବର୍ଷରୁ ମହଙ୍ଗା ମାଡ, ପୋଷାକ, ଜୋତା ଉପରେ ୫%ରୁ ୧୨% ବଢିଲା ଜିଏସଟି । ଶୀତ ଲହରିକୁ ନେଇ ସତର୍କ କଲା ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ୪ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୟେଲୋ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ । ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ବିଚାରପତି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ନେଇ ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌ କୋର୍ଟ କଲେଜିୟମ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୂରତା ବଢ଼ୁଛି। ତେଲେଙ୍ଗାନା ସରକାର ୟୁପିର ଆଳୁ ଉପରେ ରୋକ ଲଗାଇବା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ଅଭାବି ବିକ୍ରି ଲାଗି ଏବେ ବାଧ୍ୟ କରିବା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇ ଯାଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଆଉ ୨୩ ଓମିକ୍ରନ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ । ଏହାକୁ ମିଶାଇ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମୋଟ୍ ଓମିକ୍ରନ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୩୭କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି । ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ସରକାର ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ, ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ବନ୍ଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହା ସହିତ ସ୍ପା, ସାଲୁନ, ବିୟୁଟି ପାର୍ଲର, ଚିଡିଆଖାନା, ଉଦ୍ୟାନ ଆଦିକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବନ୍ଦ କରାଯାଇଛି । ସରକାରୀ ଓ ବେସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡିକୁ ୫୦% କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଖୋଲିବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ୫୦% କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଘରେ ରହି କାମ କରିବା (ୱାର୍କ ଫ୍ରମ୍ ହୋମ)କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ନନ୍ଦନବନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ ୩୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରିଥିବାବେଳେ ୪ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗାଇଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସମୟ ସାପେକ୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ମହତ୍ୱାକାଂକ୍ଷୀ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେଲେ ବିଶ୍ୱର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ମାନଚିତ୍ରରେ ବୌଦ୍ଧଜିଲା ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରିପାରିବ। ୧୫ରୁ ୧୮ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ କୋଭାକ୍ସିନ୍‌ ଟିକା ଦାନ ନେଇ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ବୈଠକ, ୩୧-୧୨-୨୦୦୭ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଜନ୍ମ ହୋଇଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଟିକାକରଣ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହେବେ ବରଗଡ଼଼ ରୋଡ଼-ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ରୋଡ଼ ୧୪୨ କିଲୋମିଟର ଲମ୍ବ ନୂତନ ରେଳପଥ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରିଇନଭେଷ୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ଆକ୍ଟିଭିଟି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରେଳମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟର ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଲାଭ କରିଛି। ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ନୂତନ ରେଳପଥ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବରଗଡ଼ ଓ ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ଜିଲା ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଇ ଗତି କରିବ। ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ୫୬ତମ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦିବସ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ କବିସମ୍ରାଟ ଉପେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଭଞ୍ଜ ଜାତୀୟ ସମ୍ମାନରେ ପଦ୍ମ ଭୂଷଣ ଡ,ରମାକାନ୍ତ ରଥଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଉପଢୌକନ ସହ ଏକ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ମାନପତ୍ର ଦେଇ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ ଆଉ ମାଇଁ ଲର୍ଡ, ଇୟୋର ଲର୍ଡସିପ୍ ଓ ଇୟୋର ଅନର୍‌ ଭାବେ ଆଇନଜୀବୀମାନେ ସମ୍ବୋଧନ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ମାମଲା ଶୁଣାଣି ସମୟରେ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ଓ ପକ୍ଷମାନେ ସାର୍‌ ବୋଲି ସମ୍ବୋଧନ କରି ପାରି‌ବେ। ୨୦୨୨ରେ ଏଭଳି ନୂଆ କଥା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିବ।	615	Y

As per the Reserve Bank of India directive issued in June, the banking customers would be required to pay `21 per transaction with effect from January 1, 2022 for transactions beyond the free permissible limit. 2578	31-12-2021	Odia	ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର ଏକ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତରୀୟ ମ୍ୟୁଜିୟମ୍ କଂପ୍ଲେକ୍ସ ଖୋଲିବ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମାଷ୍ଟରପ୍ଲାନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବାକୁ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା, ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଓ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ବିଭାଗକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି । ଏହା ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସାହିତ୍ୟ, ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଓ ଇତିହାସକୁ ଅଧିକ ରୁଦ୍ଧିମନ୍ତ କରିବ । ଏହା କହିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ . ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହା ପାଇଁ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଏକାଡେମୀ ପୁରସ୍କାର । ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ହୃଷୀକେଶ ମଲ୍ଲିକଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଏକାଡେମୀ ପୁରସ୍କାର । “ସରିଯାଇଥିବା ଅପେରା” କବିତା ବହି ପାଇଁ ହୃଷୀକେଶ ମଲ୍ଲିକଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଏକାଡେମୀ ପୁରସ୍କାର । ସେହିପରି ଭାବରେ “ଗୀତ କହେ ମାଟିର କଥା” ପୁସ୍ତକ ପାଇଁ ଦେବରାଜ ବ୍ରହ୍ମାଙ୍କୁ ବାଲ୍ ସାହିତ୍ୟ ପୁରସ୍କାର-୨୦୨୧ ଓ ଓଡିଆରେ “ସ୍ପର୍ଶ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଗଳ୍ପ” ପାଇଁ ଦେବବ୍ରତ ଦାସଙ୍କୁ ଯୁବ ପୁରସ୍କାର-୨୦୨୧ ମିଳିବ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି । ନାଗାଲାଣ୍ଡରେ ଆଉ ୬ ମାସ ବଢିଲା ବିବାଦୀୟ ସଶସ୍ତ୍ର ବାହିନୀ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର କ୍ଷମତା ଆଇନ ବା AFSPA । ପ୍ରତି ବର୍ଷ ଚୀନରେ ୧ରୁ ୨ କୋଟି କୁକୁରଙ୍କୁ ମାରି ଦିଆଯାଏ । ଏହିମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁପ୍ କରି ପିଅନ୍ତି ଚାଇନାର ଲୋକେ । ଗୋଟିଏ କୁକୁରର ସୁପ୍ ପାଇଁ ୧୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ(ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦ହଜାର) ନିଅନ୍ତି । ଦେଶର ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନର ନାମ ମଧ୍ୟ ବଦଳିବ । ଝାନସୀ ରେଳଷ୍ଟେସନକୁ ବୀରାଙ୍ଗନା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀବାଇ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ନାମରେ ନାମିତ କରାଯିବ। ଏଥିଲାଗି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ମିଳିଯାଇଛି। ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସମୟରେ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ କରାଇବାକୁ ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶର ସବୁ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳ ‘ପୋଲ୍‌ ପାନେଲ୍‌’କୁ ଭେଟି ନିବେଦନ କରିଥିବା କଥା ଆଜି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିସନର୍‌ ସୁଶୀଲ୍‌ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରା କହିଛନ୍ତି। ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦରେ ଅପ୍ଟିମସ୍‌ ଫାର୍ମା କୋଭିଡ୍‌-ନିରୋଧୀ ବଟିକା ‘ମୋଲ୍‌ନୁପିରାଭିୟର୍‌’ର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି। ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌ କୋର୍ଟ ଆଜି ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଶୁଣାଣିରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଅପରାଧିକ ମାମଲାରେ ଜଣେ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଅପରାଧିକ ମାମଲା କେବଳ ଚାର୍ଜସିଟ୍‌ କାରଣରୁ ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କେଓ୍ବାଇସି (ନୋ ୟୋର କଷ୍ଟମର ବା ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ପରିଚୟ ଓ ଠିକଣା ପ୍ରମାଣକରୁଥିବା କାଗଜପତ୍ର) ଅପଡେଟ କରିବାର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖକୁ ପୁଣି ବଢାଇଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହା କରିବାର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩୧ ଥିବାବେଳେ, ଏବେ ତାହାକୁ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୩୧, ୨୦୨୨ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଜିଏସଟି ପରିଷଦର ସୁପାରିଶକୁ ଆଧାର କରି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ପରୋକ୍ଷ ଟିକସ ବୋର୍ଡ (ସିବିଆଇସି) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବସ୍ତ୍ର, ପୋଷାକ ଏବଂ ଜୋତା ଉପରେ ଲାଗୁ ଜିଏସଟି ହାର ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଜିନିଷ ଉପରେ ଜିଏସଟି ହାର ଜାନୁଆରୀ ପହିଲାରୁ ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୧୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବ । ଚଳିତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷର ପ୍ରଥମ ଛଅ ମାସରେ ଦେଶରେ ୩୬,୩୪୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ମୂଲ୍ୟର ୪,୦୭୧ଟି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଠକେଇ ମାମଲା ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଥିଲା। ଇ-ଶ୍ରମ ପୋର୍ଟାଲରେ ଶ୍ରମିକଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବୀମା ଯୋଜନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଯାଏଁ ବୀମା ଲାଭ ମିଳିଥାଏ। ଏଥି ପାଇଁ ବୀମା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୀମିୟମ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିନଥଶଏ। ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଯଦି ଶ୍ରମିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଯାଏ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିବ। ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଦିବ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗ ହେଲେ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିବ। ୨୦୨୧ ନିବେଶକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବହୁତ ଭଲ ଥିଲା। ଗତ ଏକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶର ଆରବପତିଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୧୨୬ କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ଏହି ତାଲିକାରେ ମୁକେଶ ଅମ୍ବାନୀ ଶୀର୍ଷରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୨୦ ରେ ଦେଶରେ ୮୫ ଜଣ ଆରବପତି ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଚଳିତ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ଏଥିରେ ଆଉ ୪୧ ଜଣ ଯୋଡି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ବ୍ରଜରାଜନଗର ବିଧାୟକଙ୍କ କିଶୋର ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କ ହୃଦଘାତରେ ପରଲୋକ ଘଟିଥିବା ସୂଚନା । ୬୩ ବର୍ଷ ବୟରେ ହୃଦଘାତରେ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ଘଟିଛି । ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମର ବାଦଶାହା ‘ଫେସବୁକ’ । ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ସାମାଜିକ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ କମ୍ପାନୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଫେସବୁକ । ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ମୋଟ ୨.୮୯ ବିଲିୟନ ୟୁଜର୍ସ ଫେସବୁକ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି । କେବଳ ଭାରତରେ ଫେସବୁକ ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୪୧ କୋଟି । ୪ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୦୦୪ରେ ମାର୍କ ଜୁକରବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହୋଇଥିବା ଏହି କମ୍ପାନୀ ଏବେ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସାମାଜିକ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ହୋଇପାରିଛି । ଫେସବୁକଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଟ୍ୱିଟର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସବୁଠାରେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଥିଲା କିଛି ନା କିଛି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ । ଏପରି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନକୁ ନେଇ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାରେ ଥିଲା ଫେସବୁକ୍ । ୧୭ ବର୍ଷର ବିଜୟ ଯାତ୍ରା ପରେ ନାମ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିଥିଲା ଏହି ବହୁଳ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡ଼ିଆ ଫେସବୁକ । ଆସିଥିଲା ନୂଆ ନାଁ ‘ମେଟା’। ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ପୋଷ୍ଟ ପେମେଣ୍ଟସ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ (ଆଇପିପିବି)ରେ ୨୦୨୨ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧ ତାରିଖ ଠାରୁ ଟଙ୍କା ଜମା କରିବା ଏବଂ ଉଠାଇବା ଲାଗି ଦେୟ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡିବ । ଜଣେ ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୌଳିକ ସଞ୍ଚୟ ଜମା ଖାତା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମାସକୁ ଚାରିଥର ଟଙ୍କା ଉଠାଣ ମାଗଣାରେ କରିପାରିବେ ଏବଂ ତାହା ପରେ ଉଠାଉଥିବା ଟଙ୍କା ମୂଲ୍ୟର ୦.୫୦% ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟୂନ ୨୫ ଟଙ୍କା ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତିଥର ଟଙ୍କା ଉଠାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଦେବାକୁ ହେବ । ୧୯୯୭ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍ର ୪ଜଣ ଆପିଏସ ଅଫିସରଙ୍କ ପଦନ୍ନୋତି ଦେଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର । ଡିଏସ କୁଟ୍ଟେ, ଦିପ୍ତେଶ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ, ଅସିତ ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀ, ରେଖା ଲୋହାନୀଙ୍କୁ ଏଡିଜି ପାହ୍ୟାକୁ ପଦନ୍ନୋତି ମିଳିଛି । ଡିଏସ କୁଟ୍ଟେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଚିବ ଭାବେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ତୁଲାଉଛନ୍ତି । ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ପରେ ବି ସେ ସିଏମଓରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ । ଅଣ୍ଡର-୧୯ ଏସିଆ କପ୍ ଫାଇନାଲରେ ଟିମ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ । ସେମିଫାଇନାଲରେ ବାଂଲାଦେଶକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି ଫାଇନାଲରେ ନିଜ ସ୍ଥାନ ପକ୍କା କରିଛି ଭାରତ ।	584	Y

2580	30-12-2021	Odia	ଅଖିଳ ଭାରତୀୟ ଆୟୁର୍ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ସଂସ୍ଥାନ(ଏମ୍ସ)ରେ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ନିମନ୍ତେ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ନିରୀକ୍ଷା ଏଣିକି ମାଗଣାରେ ହେବ। ୫୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ କମ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ଥିବା ସବୁପ୍ରକାର ଭେଷଜ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ବିନା ଦେୟରେ କରାଯିବ। ଏ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟକୁ ସୁପାରିସ ଦିଆଯାଇ ଥିଲା। ମଣ୍ଡିଠାରେ ଏଗାର ହଜାର କୋଟିରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ଟଙ୍କାର ଜଳବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ ଓ ଶିଳାନ୍ୟାସ କଲେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ । ବୁଷ୍ଟର ଡୋଜ୍ ଏବଂ କିଶୋରମାନଙ୍କ ଟୀକାକରଣ ପାଇଁ ଜାରି ହେଲା ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ । 15-18 ବର୍ଷ ବୟସର ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର କୋଭିଡ -19 ଟୀକାକରଣ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ 3 ତାରିଖ 2022 ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ଟିକାକରଣ ପାଇଁ ପିଲାମାନେ ଆସନ୍ତା ନୂଆବର୍ଷ (୧ ତାରିଖ)ରୁ କୋୱିନ୍‌ ଆପ୍‌ରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ କରିପାରିବେ । ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧୦ ରୁ ଆଗଧାଡ଼ିର କୋଭିଡ୍ ଯୋଦ୍ଧା ଏବଂ ଏକାଧିକ ରୋଗରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କୁ କୋଭିଡର ବୁଷ୍ଟର ବା ପ୍ରିକସନ୍ ଡୋଜ୍ ଟିକା ଦିଆଯିବ। ଏଣିକି ସ୍କୁଲରେ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନ ବେଳେ ମୋବାଇଲ ଫୋନରେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ କଥା ହୋଇ ପାରିବେନି ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷୟିତ୍ରୀ। ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀ ମୀନାରାଣୀ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଶିକ୍ଷୟିତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହି ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଓଲିଉଡ୍ ଅଭିନେତା ମିହିର ଦାସଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଏବେ ସ୍ଥିର । ଡାକ୍ତର କହିଲେ, ଆଗାମୀ ୯୬ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ । ସୁସ୍ଥ ହୋଇ ଡିସଚାର୍ଜ ହେବାକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆଉ କିଛି ଦିନ ଲାଗିପାରେ । ବିଶ୍ୱ ବକ୍ସ ଅଫିସରେ ସ୍ପାଇଡର୍-ମ୍ୟାନ୍‌ ଫିଲ୍ମ କଲା ରେକର୍ଡ: ୨୦୧୯ ପରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ୧୦୦ କୋଟି ଡଲାର୍ ଆୟ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କଲା । ଚଳିତ ଆଇଏସ୍‌ଏଲ୍‌ ଫୁଟ୍‌ବଲ୍‌ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାରେ ବିଜୟ ଧାରାକୁ ଫେରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା: ଆଜି ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦକୁ ଭେଟିବ । ଠକ ଓ ଠକେଇକୁ ନେଇ ବାର୍ଷିକ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର କମିଶନରେଟ ପୋଲିସ । ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହା ନଭେମ୍ବର ୩୦ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୨୨ଟି ଥାନାରେ ୭୯୧ଟି ଠକେଇ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ ହୋଇଛି । ଠକେଇ ମାମଲାରେ ୧୮୧ ଜଣ ଗିରଫ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୧୭୭ ଜଣ ପୁରୁଷ ଓ ୪ ଜଣ ମହିଳା ଗିରଫ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ବାଘୁଣୀ ଖଇରୀର ମାଆ ନିହାର ନଳିନୀ ସ୍ୱାଇଁ । କଟକର ସିଦ୍ଧେଶ୍ୱର ସାହିଠାରେ ଥିବା ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ବୃଦ୍ଧା ଆଶ୍ରମରେ ଆଖି ବୁଜିଛନ୍ତି ନିହାରୀ ନଳିନୀ । ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳେକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ୮୮ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ବାଘ ଛୁଆକୁ ଘରେ ଲାଳନପାଳନ କରି ବେଶ୍ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ସାହସୀ ମହିଳା ନିହାର ନଳିନୀ । ୪୭ ବର୍ଷ ତଳେ ବାଘ ଛୁଆ ଖଇରୀକୁ ସେ ନିଜ ସନ୍ତାନ ଭଳି ଲାଳନପାଳନ କରିଥିଲେ । ୩୦ ତାରିଖ ଠାରୁ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୩ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏ ନନ୍ଦନକାନନ ସହ ରାଜ୍ୟ ବଟାନିକାଲ ଗାର୍ଡେନ ସାମୟିକ ବନ୍ଦ ରଖିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି । ଏନେଇ ନନ୍ଦନକାନନ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ଉଦ୍ୟାନର ଉପନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୧୪ଟି ସାଇବର ଥାନାର ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ସରକାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ, ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ଓ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିକୁ ସାଇବର ଅପରାଧରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତିବଦ୍ଧ । ଝାଡଖଣ୍ଡ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହେମନ୍ତ ସୋରେନ କହିଛନ୍ତି କି ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୬ରୁ ଝାଡଖଣ୍ଡରେ ବିପିଏଲ କାର୍ଡ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାଙ୍କୁ ୨୫ ଟଙ୍କା ଶସ୍ତାରେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ-ଡିଜେଲ ମିଳିବ । ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୨୬ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ଭାରତ-ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ପ୍ରଥମ ଟେଷ୍ଟ । ସେଞ୍ଚୁରିୟନ ଟେଷ୍ଟରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ମଧ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ବ୍ୟାଟ୍ସମ୍ୟାନଙ୍କ ବିଫଳତା ପରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ବୋଲର ଦମଦାର ବୋଲିଂ କରିଥିଲେ । ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ମାତ୍ର ୧୯୭ ରନରେ ଅଲଆଉଟ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା । ଜାମ୍ମୁ-କାଶ୍ମୀରର ଅନନ୍ତନାଗ ଓ କୁଲଗାଓଁ ଜିଲାରେ ବୁଧବାର ହୋଇଥିବା ଦୁଇଟି ଗୁଳିବିନିମୟ ଘଟଣାରେ ୩ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଗୁିବିନିମୟରେ ଜଣେ ପୁଲିସ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନ କହିଛି ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍‍ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଯୋଗୁଁ ମଧ୍ୟମ ଧରଣର ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଦେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏଥିପ୍ରତି ଅବହେଳା କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ। ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦେଶରେ ଓମିକ୍ରନ ବ୍ୟାପକ ଭାବେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ କରୁଛି ବୋଲି ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସତର୍କ କରାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆସନ୍ତା ୧ ତାରିଖ ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ୧୨ଟା ୩୦ ମିନିଟରେ ଭିଡ଼ିଓ କନ୍‍ଫରେନ୍ସିଂ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କିଶାନ୍‍ ସମ୍ମାନନିଧି ଯୋଜନାରେ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ଦଶମ କିସ୍ତିର ଅର୍ଥରାଶି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବେ। ଏଥିରେ ୧୦ କୋଟି ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ୨୦ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯିବ। ରାଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ସେବାରେ ୧୫୩ ଜଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଯୋଗ ଦେବା ଅବସରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ୱାଗତ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ସେବା କେବଳ ବୃତ୍ତି ନୁହେଁ, ମାତୃଭୂମି ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ମଣିଷ ପ୍ରତି ସେବା ଅଟେ। କୋଟିପତି ପର୍‌ଫ୍ୟୁମ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ପୀୟୂଷ ଜୈନଙ୍କ ଜବତ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କରେ ଜମା କରାଯିବ। ପୀୟୂଷଙ୍କ ୩ଟି ଘର, ଫ୍ୟାକ୍ଟ୍ରି ଇତ୍ୟାଦିରୁ ୧୯୪ କୋଟି ୪୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ନଗଦ ଟଙ୍କା, ୨୩ କିଲୋ ସୁନା ଓ ୬ କ୍ୱିଣ୍ଟାଲ୍‌ ଚନ୍ଦନ କାଠ ଜବତ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ନୂଆ କାର୍‌। ନୂଆ ଗାଡ଼ିଟି ବୁଲେଟ୍ ପ୍ରୁଫ୍ ଓ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ ନିରୋଧୀ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। କିଛିଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୧୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଏହି କାର୍ କିଣାଯାଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି।	588	Y
