2583	29-12-2021	Odia	ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୩ରୁ ଖୋଲିବ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ପଞ୍ଚମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ । କରୋନାର ସମସ୍ତ ଗାଇଡ ଲାଇନକୁ ମାନି କ୍ଲାସ ରୁମରେ ପଢ଼ିବେ ପ୍ରଥରୁ ପଞ୍ଚମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ । ଷଷ୍ଠରୁ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଥିବା ଗାଇଡ ଲାଇନ ଅନୁସାରେ ଖୋଲିବ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ପଞ୍ଚମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ । ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ପଞ୍ଚମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଯାଏଁ ଥିବା ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୭ ହଜାର ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ ୩ରୁ ଖୋଲିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ୧୫-୧୮ ବୟସ୍କଙ୍କ ଟିକାକରଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି, ପିଲାଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସମର୍ପିତ ଟିକାକରଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଲାଗି ରାଜ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦଶ । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଅନିର୍ଦ୍ଧିଷ୍ଟ କାଳ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅର୍ଥାତ ଆଗାମୀ ସୂଚନା ନ ମିଳିବା ଯାଏଁ ସ୍କୁଲଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ । ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ସଂକ୍ରମଣକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସରକାର ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଏପରି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଆଲ୍‌ଜେରିଆର ଏକ ୨ୟ ଡିଭିଜନ୍ ଫୁଟ୍‌ବଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ରେ ଅଘଟଣ ଘଟିଛି। ଶନିବାର ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ ଖେଳୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ସୋଫିଆନ୍ ଲୌକାର ନାମକ ଜଣେ ଖେଳାଳି ଗୋଲ୍‌ରକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ସହ ଧକ୍କା ଖାଇଥିଲେ। ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହେବାରୁ ପଡ଼ିଆରେ ଲୌକାରଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରା ଯାଇଥିଲା। ହେଲେ ୧୦ ମିନିଟ ପରେ ଲୌକାରଙ୍କ ହୃଦ୍‌ଘାତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ବାତିଲ ହେଲା ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ । ନିର୍ବାଚନ୍ ବାତିଲ କଲେ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନ । ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷରେ ପାଦ ଦେଲା ‘ମୋ ସରକାର’: ସାଧାରଣ ଜନତାଙ୍କ ମନରେ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଜନ୍ମ ନେଇଛି । ବ୍ରିଟେନ ରାଣୀ ଏଲିଜାବେଥଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା ଉଦ୍ୟମ । ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟମାସରେ ରାଣୀ ଏଲିଜାବେଥଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଜଣେ ଶିଖ୍ ଯୁବକ ମହାରାଣୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରସାଦରେ ପଶିଥିଲେ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଏକାମ୍ର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ୧୦୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ : ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟିଆ ଡ୍ରିଙ୍କ ଫ୍ରମ୍ ଟ୍ୟାପ ୧୩ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ । ଆହୁରି ୨ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଜାରି ରହିବ ବର୍ଷା । ବର୍ଷା ସହ ଘନ କୁହୁଡିରେ ଅସ୍ତବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହେବ ଜନଜୀବନ । ୩୫୦୦୦ ଫୁଟ୍‌ ଉପରେ ଉଡୁଥିବା ବ୍ରିଟିସ୍‌ଏୟାର୍‌ୱେଜ୍‌ର ଗୋଟାଏ ବିମାନ ଉପରେ ତା’ଠାରୁ ୧୦୦୦ ଫୁଟ୍‌ ଉପରେ ଉଡୁଥିବା ଆଉ ଏକ ଜେଟ୍‌ ବିମାନରୁ ଖଣ୍ଡେ ବରଫ ଖସି ପଡ଼ିବାରୁ ତା’ର ସାମ୍ନା କାଚ ଚଡ଼କି ଯାଇଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଭାରତର କରୋନା ବିରୋଧୀ ଲଢ଼େଇକୁ ଅଧିକ ମଜବୁତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଆଉ ୨ଟି କୋଭିଡ ଟିକା ଏବଂ ଗୋଟିଏ ଆଣ୍ଟିଭାଇରାଲ୍‌ ଔଷଧର ଜରୁରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ଓମିକ୍ରନ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମନସୁଖ ମାଣ୍ଡଭୀୟ ଆଜି ଏ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ଟୁଇଟ୍ କରି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ବିଶ୍ବରେ ରେକର୍ଡ କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି । ବିଶ୍ବରେ ଗତକାଲି ଦିନକରେ ୧୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ୪୪ ହଜାର ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ଚିହ୍ନଟ ‌ହୋଇଛି। ପୂର୍ବ ରେକର୍ଡକୁ ଏହା ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଦେଇଛି ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଝିଅ ଅନନ୍ତିନୀ (ଝୁମ୍ପା) ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସାହିତ୍ୟ ସମାରୋହରେ ସର୍ବ କନିଷ୍ଠ ବକ୍ତା (ୟଙ୍ଗେଷ୍ଟ ସ୍ପିକର୍‌) ଭାବେ ଆମନ୍ତ୍ରିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ସମାରୋହ ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ଜାନୁଆରି ୧ ରୁ ୩୦ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ‘ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲ୍‌ ମୋଡ୍‌’ରେ ଚାଲିବ। ଏମ୍ସ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ରେସିଡେଣ୍ଟ ଡାକ୍ତର ସଂଘ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆସନ୍ତା କାଲିଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଧର୍ମଘଟକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିନିଆଯାଇଛି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମନସୁଖଲାଲ ମାଣ୍ଡଭିଅଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା ପରେ ସଂଘ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଧର୍ମଘଟକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିନିଆଯାଇଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ସେନାର ଯବାନଙ୍କୁ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ଥଣ୍ଡାରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ ଏବଂ ବିକାଶ ସଂଗଠନ (DRDO) ଏକ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ରକାରର ପୋଷାକ ଡିଜାଇନ୍ କରିଛି \| ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଦିନ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି। ଦୂରସଂଚାର ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ହେଉଥିବା ୫ଜି ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ ଯୋଜନା ଅନ୍ତିମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି \| ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩୧, ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ ଶେଷ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି \| ପଞ୍ଜାବରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କଂଗ୍ରେସର ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ବିଧାୟକ ବିଜେପିରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଖେଳାଳୀ ଦିନେଶ ମୋଙ୍ଗିଆ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଜେପିରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରର ଏକାମ୍ର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ୧୦୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବିନିଯୋଗରେ ୧୩ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏକାମ୍ର ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ପୁରୁଣା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟିଆ ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣ, ଧଉଳି ଶାନ୍ତିସ୍ତୂପର ପୁନରୁଦ୍ଧାର ଓ ସୌନ୍ଦର‌୍ୟ୍ୟକରଣ, କେଦାରଗୌରୀ ପାଣିର ବିଶୁଦ୍ଧକରଣ ଆଦି ଅନେକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଆପଲ୍ ଏପରି ଏକ ଆଇଫୋନ୍ ଆଣିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ସିମ୍ କାର୍ଡ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରିବା ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ସ୍ଲଟ ରହିବ ନାହିଁ। ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍ ଏହି ଫୋନ୍‍ ଇ-ସିମରେ ଚାଲିବ। ଆପଲ୍ ଆଇଫୋନ୍ ୧୫ ସିରିଜରେ ଏହି ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଆଣିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ଏହି ଆଇଫୋନ୍‍ ୨୦୨୩ରେ ଆସିବା। ଯାହାକି ପ୍ରଥମ ବିନା ସିମ୍‍ର ଆଇଫୋନ୍‍ ହେବ। ୨୦୨୨ ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରୀ-ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚରେ ଗୋଆ, ମଣିପୁର, ପଞ୍ଜାବ, ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଏବଂ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ।	625	Y

2586	27-12-2021	Odia	୨୦୨୨ ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରେ କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଖେଳାଯିବ ଅଣ୍ଡର- ୧୭ ଫିଫା ମହିଳା ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍ । ଯାହାକୁ ନେଇ କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇ ରହିଛି । ଆଜାଦୀ କା ଅମୃତ ମହୋତ୍ସବ ପାଳନ ଅବସରରେ ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଓ ନେସନାଲ୍ ବୁକ୍ ଟ୍ରଷ୍ଟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୩୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ଭିତରେ ଥିବା ଯୁବ ଲେଖକଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ପାଣ୍ଡୁଲିପି ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ବ୍ରିଟିସ୍‌ କନ୍‌ସଲଟେନ୍‌ସି ‘ସେବର୍‌’ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଥିବା ଉକ୍ତ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରାଯାଇଛି ଯେ, ୨୦୩୦ ବେଳକୁ ଡଲାର୍‌ ହିସାବରେ ଚୀନ୍‌ ବିଶ୍ବର ପ୍ରଥମ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ହେବ। ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ବିଶ୍ବ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ୧୦୦ ନିୟୁତ ଟ୍ରିଲିୟନ୍‌ ଡଲାର୍‌ ଟପିବ ବୋଲି ଆଜି ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ଏକ ରିପୋର୍ଟରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ମୋବାଇଲ୍‌ କଲ୍‌ ରେକର୍ଡକୁ ଟେଲିକମ୍ କଂପାନିଗୁନିକ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଡିଲିଟ୍ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେମାନେ ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଏହି ତଥ୍ୟ ନିଜ ପାଖରେ ରଖୁଥିଲେ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ନିୟମରେ ସଂଶୋଧନ କରି ସେହି ଅବଧିକୁ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅନ୍‌ଲାଇନ୍ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଠକେଇ ରୋକିବା ଲାଗି ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ଅନ୍‌ଲାଇନ୍ କାର୍ଡ କାରବାରରେ ଟୋକନ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ନିୟମ ୨୦୨୨ ଜାନୁଆରି ୧ରୁ ଲାଗୁ ହେବାର ଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଜି ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ନିୟମ ଲାଗୁ କରିବାର ସମୟ ସୀମାକୁ ଆଉ ୬ ମାସ ବଢ଼ାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ୨୦୨୨ ଜୁଲାଇ ୧ରୁ ନୂଅା ନିୟମ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ଦେଶର ଦ୍ରୁତ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧିଶୀଳ ବ୍ୟାଟେରି କଂପାନି ଟେସ୍‌ଲା ପାୱାର ୟୁଏସ୍‌ଏ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୨୦୨୫ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଭାରତରେ ୫୦୦୦ ଦୁଇ ଚକିଆ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକ ଯାନ ଚାର୍ଜିଂ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ‘ଟେସ୍‌ଲା ପାୱାର ସପ୍’ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ। ମୁଜାଫରପୁରର ଏକ ନୁଡୁଲ୍ସ ଫ୍ୟାକ୍ଟ୍ରୀରେ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ । ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣରେ ଫ୍ୟାକ୍ଟ୍ରୀର ୧୦ଜଣ ଶ୍ରମିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି । ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ୭ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ, ଚିକିତ୍ସାଧୀନ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ୩ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି । ଆତଙ୍କବାଦକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଗୁଗୁଲ ଓ ଇନଷ୍ଟାଗ୍ରାମକୁ ଜୋରିମାନା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଋଷ କୋର୍ଟ । ଶକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ଋଷ କୋର୍ଟ ଗୁଗୁଲ ଉପରେ ୯୮ ମିଲିୟନ ଡଲାର ଅର୍ଥାତ ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୩୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଜୋରିମାନା କରିଛନ୍ତି । 2021ରେ ୨୦ଟି ସିନେମା ବଡ଼ ପରଦାରେ ରିଲିଜ୍ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୩୦ଟି ଓଟିଟି ଫ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମରେ ରିଲିଜ୍ ହୋଇଛି ।ଏଭଳି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ସିଲଭର ସ୍କ୍ରିନ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପ ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଯିବା ନେଇ ଆଶଂକା ପ୍ରକଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସିନେ ସମୀକ୍ଷକ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦେଓ । ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବୈଷମ୍ୟବାଦ ବିରୋଧରେ ଆଜୀବନ ସଂଘର୍ଷ କରିଥିବା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକାର ମହାନ ନେତା ଡେସମଣ୍ଡ ଟୁଟୁଙ୍କର ଆଜି ୯୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ପରଲୋକ ହୋଇଛି। ଶନିବାର ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ ଖେଳୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ସୋଫିଆନ୍ ଲୌକାର ନାମକ ଜଣେ ଖେଳାଳି ଗୋଲ୍‌ରକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ସହ ଧକ୍କା ଖାଇଥିଲେ। ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହେବାରୁ ପଡ଼ିଆରେ ଲୌକାରଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରା ଯାଇଥିଲା। ହେଲେ ୧୦ ମିନିଟ ପରେ ଲୌକାରଙ୍କ ହୃଦ୍‌ଘାତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଗୁରୁତର ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଥିବା ଲୌକାରଙ୍କୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନା ନିଆ ଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ସେଠାରେ ଡାକ୍ତର ତାଙ୍କୁ ମୃତ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଥିଲେ। ଦୈନିକ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସରେ ରେକର୍ଡ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଛି । ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ଯୋଗୁ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସରେ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମିତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଉପରମୁହାଁ ହୋଇଛି । ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନରେ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସରେ ଏକ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ କରୋନା ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି । ଗତ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସରୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ୧ଲକ୍ଷ ୪ହଜାର ୬୧୧ ନୂଆ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ । ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଖଣି ନିଗମକୁ ପୁଣି ଏକ ସମ୍ମାନ ମିଳିଛି। କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀ ସମୟରେ ଶିଳ୍ପାନୁଷ୍ଠାନଗୁଡିକର ସାମାଜିକ ଦାୟିତ୍ବବୋଧ (ସିଏସଆର)କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଉତ୍ତମ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ଲାଗି ଏସିଆ ମହାଦେଶର ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ‘ପିପୁଲ ଫାଷ୍ଟ’ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ‘ମାନବସମ୍ବଳ ଏକ୍ସଲେନ୍ସ ଆୱାର୍ଡ -୨୦୨୧’ ହାସଲ କରିଛି। ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୫ରୁ ଦଶମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ମୂଲ୍ୟାଙ୍କନ (ସମେଟିଭ୍ ଆସେସ୍‌ମେଣ୍ଟ) ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ। ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ(ବିଏସଇ) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଶେଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଅମେରିକୀୟ ଅନ୍ତରୀକ୍ଷ ସଂସ୍ଥାନ ‘ନାସା’ ମହାକାଶ ଗବେଷଣା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଶନିବାର ନୂଆ କିର୍ତ୍ତିମାନ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ନାସା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସର୍ବବୃହତ୍‌ ଦୂରବିକ୍ଷଣ ଯନ୍ତ୍ର (ଟେଲିସ୍କୋପ) ‘ଜେମସ୍‌ ୱେବ୍‌’କୁ ଶନିବାର ମହାକାଶକୁ ସଫଳତାର ସହ ପ୍ରେରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଫ୍ରେଞ୍ଚ ଗୁଏନାସ୍ଥିତ କୋରଉ ଲଞ୍ଚ ଷ୍ଟେସନରୁ ଏରିୟନ-୫ ଇସିଏ ରକେଟ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଏହାର ଉତ୍‌କ୍ଷେପଣ ହୋଇଛି। ଶିଖ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟର ଲୋକେ ଧାରଣ କରୁଥିବା କୃପାଣ (ଛୋଟ ଖଣ୍ଡା) ପାଇଁ ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ଜରୁରୀ ବୋଲି ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ପେଶୱାର ଉଚ୍ଚ ଅଦାଲତ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦେଶର ବିଚାରପତିମାନେ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରୁଥିବା ନେଇ ହେଉଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗକୁ ମିଥ୍ୟା ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟର ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଏନଭି ରମଣା। କଲେଜିୟମ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ବିଚାରପତି ନିଯୁକ୍ତିକୁ ସେ ଯଥାର୍ଥ ବୋଲି ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ନାମଲେଖା ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୭ ହଜାର ୬୦୨ ଆସନ ଖାଲି ରହିଛି। ୧୦୨୫ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ କଳା,ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ, ବିଜ୍ଞାନ, ସଂସ୍କୃତ ଓ ସେଲ୍ଫ ଫାଇନାନ୍ସିଂ(ନିଜସ୍ବ ଦେୟ) ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ମୋଟ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୫୦ ହଜାର ୧୩୯ ଆସନ ରହିଛି। ନାଗାଲାଣ୍ଡରେ ସେନା ଗୁଳିକାଣ୍ଡ ଯୋଗୁ ୧୪ ଜଣ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଲାଗୁ ଥିବା ଆର୍ମଡ ଫୋର୍ସେସ୍‌ ପ୍ରିଭିଲେଜ ଆକ୍ଟ (ଏଏଫଏସପିଏ) ହଟାଇ ଦେବାକୁ ବିଚାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିଲାଗି ଖୁବ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ କମିଟି ଗଠନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି।	617	Y

2590	25-12-2021	Odia	ୟୁରୋପ, ଆମେରିକା ଓ ଆଫ୍ରିକାରେ ବଢିଚାଲିଛି କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ: କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କରାଇଲା ସତର୍କ, ଟିକା ନେଉଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବି ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ସଂକ୍ରମିତ । ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ପ୍ରଶାସନକୁ ୧୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଦାନ କଲେ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ପ୍ରେମୀ । ଡ. ସୌମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମହାନ୍ତି ଏସ ଏମ କନସଲଟାଣ୍ଟ ପ୍ରଶାସନକୁ ଏହି ଦାନ ରାଶି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ରେଳବାଇ ଇଣ୍ଡୋର ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ଜାତୀୟ ପାରା ବ୍ୟାଡ଼ମିଣ୍ଟନ ଚାମ୍ପିଆନସିପ୍ । ଲୋ ଭୋଲଟେଜ ସମସ୍ୟା ଦୂର ପାଇଁ ୨୬୦କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଛି । ଆଠମଲ୍ଲିକ, ଏମ-ରାମପୁର, ଚିତାଳୋ, ଆଗଲପୁରରେ ଗ୍ରୀଡ ସବଷ୍ଟେସନ ହେବ । ନିୟମିତ ହେବେ ୩ ହଜାର ୩୨୮ ବହୁଭାଷୀ ଶିକ୍ଷା ସହାୟକ । ୬ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହକାରୀ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ମାନ୍ୟତା ମିଳିବ । SCB ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ କ୍ବାର୍ଟର୍ସ ପାଇଁ ୮୮୮କୋଟି ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ । ୬୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୨ବର୍ଷରେ ସରିବ କ୍ବାର୍ଟର୍ସ ନିର୍ମାଣ କାମ । ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳର କାଉନସିଲର ଓ ମହାନଗର ନିଗମର କର୍ପୋରେଟର ପଦବୀ ଥିବା ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ହେବ ସଂଶୋଧନ । ଏହାସହ ଏଥର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବେ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଥିବା ପୌରଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଓ ମେୟରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଥିବା ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସଂଶୋଧନ କରାଯିବ । ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଲାଗି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଲା ସାନି ଚିଠା ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି । ବଦଳିଲା ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ତାଲିକା । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଥିବା ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ତାଲିକାରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ । ନୂତନ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ଚିଠା ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତିରେ ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି ପାଇଁ ୭ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପରିଷଦ ଆସନ ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ରହିଛି । ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତି ପାଇଁ ୫ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପରିଷଦ ଆସନ ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ରହିଛି । ସେହିପରି ୧୦ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପରିଷଦ ଆସନ ଅଣସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ରହିଛି । ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁ ସେନାର ଆଉ ଏକ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟର ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି । ଭାରତ-ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ସୀମା ଜୈସଲମର ନିକଟରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁସେନାର ମିଗ୍-୨୧ ବିମାନ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। କ୍ରିକେଟକୁ ବାଏ ବାଏ କହିଲେ ବିଶ୍ୱକପ ବିଜେତା ସ୍ପିନର ହରଭଜନ ସିଂ । କ୍ରିକେଟର ସବୁ ଫର୍ମାଟକୁ ଅଲବିଦା କହିଛନ୍ତି ହରଭଜନ । ସେବାରୁ ବିଦାୟ ନେଲା ଆଇଏନଏସ ଖୁକ୍ରି । ଦୀର୍ଘ ୩୨ ବର୍ଷର ଅତୁଳନୀୟ ତ୍ୟାଗ ପରେ ଶେଷରେ ନୌସେନାରୁ ଅବସର ନେଇଛି ଖୁକ୍ରି । ପଞ୍ଜାବ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କୃଷି ଋଣ ଛାଡ କରିବା ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ପଞ୍ଜାବ ସରକାର । ଏନେଇ ପ୍ରେସମିଟ୍ କରି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ପଞ୍ଜାବ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଚରଣଜିତ୍ ସିଂ ଚନ୍ନି । ତାଲିବାନ ଶାସନ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେବା ପରଠାରୁ ବିପନ୍ନ ହୋଇଛି ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ । ୨୩୧ରୁ ଅଧିକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଯିବା ସହ ଚାକିରି ହରାଇଛନ୍ତି ୬ ହଜାର ୪୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ । ରିପୋଟର୍ସ ଓ୍ବି ଦ ଆଉଟ ବର୍ଡର୍ସ ବା ଆରଏସଏଫ ଏବଂ ଆଫଗାନ ଇଣ୍ଡିପେଣ୍ଡେଣ୍ଟ ଜର୍ଣ୍ଣାଲିଷ୍ଟସ ଆସୋସିଏସନ ବା ଏଆଇଜେଏ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ସର୍ଭେରେ ଏହି ତଥ୍ୟ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ର‌ଦେଶରେ ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀଙ୍କ ଘରେ ଆୟକର ଚଢ଼ଉ ହୋଇଛି। ପର୍ଫ୍ୟୁମ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବସାୟରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଜଣେ କାନପୁର ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀଙ୍କ ଘରେ ଆୟକର ଚଢ଼ଉରେ ୧୬୦ କୋଟି ନଗଦ ଟଙ୍କା ଜବତ ହୋଇଛି। ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ପା ଏବଂ ମାଲିସ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ସିସିଟିଭି କ୍ୟାମେରା ଲଗାଇବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଲେ ମାଡ୍ରାସ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ । ସରକାର କହିଲେ ଫାଇଦା ନେଉଛନ୍ତି ମିଛ ଚାଷୀ । ୨୬ ହଜାର ନକଲି ଚାଷୀ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ଦେଲେ ଯୋଗାଣ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ବିଗତ ୨୦ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୯୦୯ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସମେତ ୪୭୩୯ ନକ୍ସଲଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ । ୩ ହଜାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ହେବ ବୁଷ୍ଟର ଡୋଜ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ , ୬ ମାସ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଟିକା ନେଇଥିବା ଲୋକେ ହେବେ ସାମିଲ । ଦେଶ-ବିଦେଶର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ଆକର୍ଷିତ କରୁଛି ପୁରୀ ବେଳାଭୂମିରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ବିଶାଳ ସାଣ୍ଟାକ୍ଲଜ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି । ମୋବାଇଲ୍‌ କଲ୍‌ ରେକର୍ଡକୁ ଟେଲିକମ୍ କଂପାନିଗୁନିକ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଡିଲିଟ୍ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେମାନେ ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଏହି ତଥ୍ୟ ନିଜ ପାଖରେ ରଖୁଥିଲେ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ନିୟମରେ ସଂଶୋଧନ କରି ସେହି ଅବଧିକୁ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି।	606	Y
