2620	11-12-2021	Odia	ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩୧ ଓ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧ରେ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ବନ୍ଦ। ସାଧାରଣ ଦର୍ଶନାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର। ନୂଆବର୍ଷରେ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ଭିଡ଼ ପାଇଁ ଦର୍ଶନ ବନ୍ଦ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨ ତାରିଖ ରବିବାର ଥିବାରୁ ସେଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ଦର୍ଶନ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ। ବାତ୍ୟା ‘ଜୱାଦ’ ଜନିତ କ୍ଷୟକ୍ଷତିର ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରିବାକୁ ଆଜି ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଦଳ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହ ବିଭାଗର ଯୁଗ୍ମ ସଚିବ ସୌରଭ ରୟଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ୩ ଦିନିଆ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗସ୍ତରେ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି ୬ ଜଣିଆ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଦଳ । ଟିମରେ କୃଷି, ଶକ୍ତି, ଅର୍ଥ, ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥ ଓ ସଡକ ପରିବହନ, ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ଓ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଭଳି ୬ଟି ବିଭାଗର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀ ସାମିଲ୍ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୭ ରୁ ୧୭ ଯାଏଁ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ବିଶ୍ବପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ବରଗଡ଼ ଧନୁଯାତ୍ରା ମହୋତ୍ସବ ଏଥର ମଧ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖାଯାଇଛି । ଅଧିବେଶନରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଦିବସ ଥିଲା ୨୬ଟି, କିନ୍ତୁ ସୀମିତ ରହିଲା ୯ ଦିନରେ। ଏହି ୯ ଦିନରେ ୪୫ ଘଣ୍ଟା ବଦଳରେ ମାତ୍ର ୧୪୫ ମିନିଟ୍‌ ଗୃହ ଚାଲିଲା। ଗୋଟିଏ ବି ଦିନ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ହେଲାନି। ସବୁଦିନ ନାରାବାଜି ହେଲା। ଷୋଡ଼ଶ ବିଧାନସଭାର ଅଷ୍ଟମ ଅଧିବେଶନ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୩ରୁ ୩୧ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ ସମସ୍ତ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ। ବଡ଼ଦିନ ଓ ଧାନକଟା ଛୁଟି ଯୋଗୁଁ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ। ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନିର୍ଦେଶାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏନେଇ ଛୁଟି ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଫିଲ୍ମ ‘RRR’ ଟ୍ରେଲର ରିଲିଜ୍ : ଦମ୍‌ଦାର ଆକ୍ସନ ସହ ରହିଛି ସସ୍‌ପେନ୍ସ , ଉତ୍ସାହିତ ଫ୍ୟାନ୍ସ । ପୁରୀ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରରେ ନାବାଳକଙ୍କୁ ଯୌନ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ମାମଲା : ସିଂହଦ୍ୱାର ଥାନାରେ ଲିଖିତ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ପରେ ପକ୍ସୋ ଆଇନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ସେବାୟତ ଗିରଫ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ପୁରସ୍କାର ବିବାଦ ମାମଲା : ୧୩ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଜବାବ ଦାଖଲ ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିପକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ କମୁଛି ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ: କଟକଣା କୋହଳ କରିବାକୁ କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଲେ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ । ଭାରତରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ସପ୍ତମ ଭାବେ ସମ୍ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ୍‌ର ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ସଫଳତା, ମସ୍ତିଷ୍କରେ ହେଲା ବିରଳ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର । ନୂଆବର୍ଷରେ ୨ ଦିନ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର, ଦର୍ଶନ କରିପାରିବେନି ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁ । ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ସିଏଜି ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ : ଖଣି ଲିଜ୍‌ଧାରୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଗଡୁଛି ୪୫୬.୪୬କୋଟି । ଝାରସୁଗୁଡ଼ାର ୨୮ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଅନୀଲ ମହାନନ୍ଦୀଙ୍କ ସମ୍ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ବିରଳ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି । ଏଭଳି ବିରଳ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର ସାରା ଭାରତରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଓ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ୧୭ ତମ । ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧୫ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଅନିଲ ବ୍ରେନ୍ ଟ୍ୟୁମର ରୋଗରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ବ୍ରେନର ଏମିତି ଏକ ଜାଗାରେ ଟ୍ୟୁମର ରହିଥିଲା ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ରୋଗୀକୁ ପ୍ରତି ମିନିଟରେ ୩୦ ଥର ହିକା ଆସୁଥିଲା । ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ଚିଫ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଡିଫେନ୍ସ ଷ୍ଟାଫ୍ ଜେନେରାଲ୍ ବିପିନ ରାୱତ ପଞ୍ଚଭୂତରେ ବିଲୀନ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଟେଲିକମ୍ ବିଭାଗ ଏହି ସବୁ ସିମକୁ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରିବ । ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ୯ରୁ ଅଧିକ ସିମ୍ କାର୍ଡ ଥିବ ସେ ସବୁ ସିମକୁ ଟେଲିକମ୍ ବିଭାଗ ନିଷ୍କ୍ରିୟ କରିବ । ସମଗ୍ର ବିଶ୍ବରେ ୫୯ଟି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍‌ ପ୍ରଜାତି ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇସାରିଛି। ଜିମ୍ବାୱେ ସମେତ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକାରେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବଢ଼ିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବ୍ୟାପିବାରୁ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ୍‌ରେ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ବଢ଼ୁଛି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ୨୦୧୬ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଇଲେକ୍‌ଟ୍ରୋନିକ୍ସ ମାନୁଫାକଚ୍‌ରିଂ କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର୍‌ (ଇଏମସି) ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ମଂଜୁରି ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ବାକି ରହିଥିବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ତ୍ବରାନ୍ବିତ କରାଯାଉ। ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆରେ ଏନସିବିର ଜୋନାଲ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ସମୀର ୱାଙ୍ଖଡ଼େ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ପତ୍ନୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଅପମାନଜନକ ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ପୋଷ୍ଟ୍‌ ହେଉଥିବା ନେଇ ଆଜି ୱାଙ୍ଖଡ଼େ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ କୋର୍ଟର ଦ୍ୱାରସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ସାଟେଲାଇଟ ଚିତ୍ରରେ ପୁଣିଥରେ ଚୀନର ବିସ୍ତାରବାଦୀ ନୀତି ଧରା ପଡିଛି । ଏହି ଚିତ୍ରରେ ଚୀନ ତରଫରୁ ଭୂଟାନ ସୀମାରେ ଏକ ଗ୍ରାମ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରୁଥିବା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି । ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, କେବଳ ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ ବିଶ୍ବରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୪ ଜଣ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରାଯାଇଛି । ସେହିଭଳି ବିଶ୍ବରେ ଭାରତ ହେଉଛି ସାମ୍ବାଦିକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସବୁଠାରୁ ବିପଦପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦେଶ । ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ଭାରତରେ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା ମାମଲା ବୃଦ୍ଧିପାଇବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି ।	691	Y
