2628	10-12-2021	Odia	ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଭାରୋତ୍ତୋଳନ ସଙ୍ଘ ଓ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ଓ ଯୁବସେବା ବିଭାଗର ମିଳିତ ଆନୁକୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୧ ଓ ୧୨ ତାରିଖ ଦିନ କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ୍‌ ସ୍ଥିତ ବିଜୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଭାରୋତ୍ତୋଳନ ହଲ୍‌ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଭାରୋତ୍ତୋଳନ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ୨୦୨୧ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହେଉଉଛି । ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଗୋପାଳପୁର ଠାରେ ଗ୍ଲୋବାଲ୍ ସ୍କେଲ୍ ଟେକ୍ନିକାଲ୍ ଆମୋନିୟମ୍ ନାଇଟ୍ରେଟ୍ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟ ସ୍ଥାପିତ ହେବ । ଲୋକସଭା ବାଚସ୍ପତି ଓମ୍ ବିର୍ଲା ପ୍ରମିଳା ବିଷୋୟୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ସ୍ୱୟଂ ସହାୟକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଚଳାଉ ଥିବାରୁ ପ୍ରମିଳାଙ୍କୁ ଭୂରି ଭୂରି ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଅଧିକ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ିନଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାଙ୍କର ଦକ୍ଷତା ଉଚ୍ଚକୋଟିର । ଆଜି ପଞ୍ଚଭୂତରେ ବିଲୀନ ହେବ ବୀର ଯୋଦ୍ଧା ସିଡିଏସ ବିପିନ ରାଓ୍ୱତଙ୍କ ମରଶରୀର । ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦା ସହ ହେବ ଶେଷକୃତ୍ୟ । ନଭେମ୍ବର ୨୪ରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକାରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ଓମିକ୍ରନ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସାରା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଆତଙ୍କ ଖେଳାଇଛି । ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ଆତଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯଦି ଆପଣ ବିଦେଶ ଯାତ୍ରା ପାଇଁ ଯୋଜନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୩୧ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏହା ସମ୍ଭବ ହୋଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ । ତେଜସ୍ୱିଙ୍କ ଧର୍ମପତ୍ନୀ ଆଲେକ୍ସିସ୍ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଜଣେ ଏୟାରହୋଷ୍ଟେସ୍ ଥିଲେ । ସେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ବସନ୍ତ ବିହାରରେ ରୁହନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ପିତା ଚଣ୍ଡିଗଡ଼ର ଏକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଅବସର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଥିଲେ। କୁହାଯାଉଛି ଯେ ଆଲେକ୍ସସ୍ ଏବଂ ତେଜାସ୍ୱୀଙ୍କର ବନ୍ଧୁତା ପ୍ରାୟ ୬ ବର୍ଷ ପୂରୁଣା। ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ହେବ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସୀମାରେ ଚାଲିଥିବାବା କୃଷକ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଏନେଇ ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ କୃଷକ ମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚା ଏକ ସାମ୍ବାଦୀକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୧ ତାରିଖ କୃଷକମାନେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ସ୍ଥଳରୁ ନିଜ ଘରକୁ ଫେରିଯିବେ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ଚାଷୀ ନେତା ବଲବୀର ରାଜେୱାଲ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଏବେ ଶେଷ ହୋଇନାହିଁ ଏହାକୁ କେବଳ ସ୍ଥଗିତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଆମେ ଅହଂକାରୀ ସରକାରଙ୍କର ମୁଣ୍ଡ ନୂଆଇ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ବିଜୟ ସହ ଯାଉଛୁ। ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧୫ ରେ, ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ କିସାନ୍ ମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚାର ଆଉ ଏକ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକ ହେବ। ଯଦି ସରକାର ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ପୂରଣ ନକରନ୍ତି ପୁଣି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ବସିବୁ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ବିରୋଧୀଙ୍କ ଏହି ହଟ୍ଟଗୋଳ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ଓ ପାନୀୟଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣ ବିଭାଗ ପାଇଁ ଆଗତ ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ବର୍ଷର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଦାବି ବାବଦକୁ ୩୬୨୩.୬୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପାରିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ୩୯ଟି ବିଭାଗର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଦାବିକୁ ବାଚସ୍ପତି ‘ଗିଲୋଟିନ୍’ ଜରିଆରେ ପାରିତ କରିଥିଲେ। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଟିକାକରଣ ଅଭିଯାନରେ ଗୁରୁବାର ୪କୋଟି ୫୫ଲକ୍ଷ ଟପିଛି। ଆଜି ୨୪୯୩ଟି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଟିକାକରଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ୨ଲକ୍ଷ ୨୧ହଜାର ୮୦୮ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ଟିକା ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଗୁରୁବାର ଦିନ ‘ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ପାଇଁ ଶିଖର ବୈଠକ’ରେ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନୀ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ଦେବା ବେଳେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଆମେରିକାର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଜୋ ବାଇଡେନ୍‌ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଦସ୍ୟ ତଥା ନାଗରିକ ଅଧିକାର କର୍ମୀ ଜନ୍‌ ଲିୱିସ୍‌ କରିଥିବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାବଳୀର ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ ଦେବା ବେଳେ ମହାତ୍ମା ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଏବଂ ନେଲ୍‌ସନ୍‌ ମଣ୍ଡେଲାଙ୍କ କଥା ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କରୋନାର ‘ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍‌’ ପ୍ରଜାତିକୁ ନେଇ ବିଶ୍ବବ୍ୟାପୀ ଭୟ ବଢ଼ିଥିବାବେଳେ ଇତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆମେରିକା ଏବଂ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଶିଶୁଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବଢ଼ିଛି। ଆମେରିକାରେ ଗତ କିଛିଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୧,୩୩,୦୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଶିଶୁ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ପେଟିଏମ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ୍ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କକୁ ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ସିଡ୍ୟୁଲ୍‌ଡ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ମାନ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ପେଟିଏମ୍ ଏହାର ଆର୍ଥିକ ସେବାକୁ ଆହୁରି ବିସ୍ତାର କରିପାରିବ। ସିଡ୍ୟୁଲ୍‌ଡ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ୍‌ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଭାବେ ପେଟିଏମ୍ ସରକାରୀ ଓ କଂପାନିଗୁଡ଼ିକର କାରବାରରେ ଭାଗ ନେଇପାରିବ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଗ୍ରିଡ୍ କନେକ୍ଟେଡ୍ ରୁଫ୍‌ଟପ୍ ସୋଲାର ସ୍କିମ୍‌ର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ସ୍କିମ୍‌ରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ୩ କିଲୋୱାଟ୍ ପାଇଁ ୪୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଓ ୩ରୁ ୧୦ କିଲୋୱାଟ୍ ପାଇଁ ୨୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସବ୍‌ସିଡି ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ‌ରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ବଣ୍ଟନକାରୀ କଂପାନି ଏହି ସ୍କିମ୍‌କୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କର ନୂତନ କୃଷି ବିଲ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ଦାବିରେ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସୀମାରେ ବିଗତ ୧୫ ମାସ ଧରି ଚାଲିଥିବା କୃଷକ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ସମୟରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପୁଲିସ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବାବଦରେ ୭ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିଛି। ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ ଗୁରୁବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବଙ୍ଗାଳୀ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଚାକିରି ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ଅଗ୍ରାଧିକାର ଦେବେ। ଚଳିତ ମାସ ୧୧ରୁ ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ଗଭର୍ଣ୍ଣର ଶକ୍ତିକାନ୍ତ ଦାସଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ପାଳି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ଏହି ପାଳିରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବହୁ ପୁରୁଣା ଆହ୍ବାନ ସାମ୍ନା କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ସେଥିରୁ ଦୁଇଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବିଷୟ ହେଉଛି ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ଓ ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ଫୀତି। ଦେଶର ଜଣାଶୁଣା କମ୍ପାନି ପେଟିଏମ୍ ବିମାନ ଟିକେଟରେ ରିହାତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରୁଛି। କମ୍ପାନି ଟୁଇଟ୍ କରି ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ କିଡନୀ ରୋଗରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ମିହିର ଦାସଙ୍କୁ ଗତ ୭ ତାରିଖରେ ମେଡିକାଲରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏବେ ସେ ଆଇସିୟୁରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ତାଙ୍କ ଅବସ୍ଥା ସ୍ଥିର ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସଂକଟାପର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରହିଥିବା ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି । ମିହିର ଦାସଙ୍କ ଦୁଇଟି ଯାକ କିଡନୀ ସମ୍ପୁର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ସପ୍ତାହରେ ତିନି ଥର ଡାଏଲିସସ କରାଯାଉଛି । ନ୍ୟୁଜ ୭ର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରିତିନିଧି ମହମ୍ମଦ ଅସଲମ୍ ଦୀର୍ଘ ବର୍ଷ ହେଲା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିଲେ । ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ୪୬ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ସେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବ୍ରେନ୍ ହାମରେଜ୍ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଗୁରୁତର ଥିଲେ ।	582	Y

2630	09-12-2021	Odia	୨୦୧୯ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୨୦ ତାରିଖରେ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ସିଡିଏସ୍ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଥିଲେ ଜେନେରାଲ ବିପିନ୍ ରାୱତ।ତାମିଲନାଡ଼ୁର କନ୍ନୁର ନିକଟରେ ବାୟୁ ସେନା ହେଲିକପ୍ଟର ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏଥିରେ ଚିଫ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଡିଫେନ୍ସ ବିପିନ୍ ରାୱତ, ତାଙ୍କ ପତ୍ନୀ ମଧୁଲିକାଙ୍କ ସହ ୧୩ ଜଣଙ୍କ ଅକାଳ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି । ତାମିଲନାଡୁ କୁନ୍ନୁରଠାରେ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଥିବା ବାୟୁସେନାର ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରକୁ ନେଇ ନୂଆ ତଥ୍ୟ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି \| ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ମିଳିଥିବା ତାଜା ସୂଚନା ମୁତାବକ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରରେ ଯାଉଥିବା ୧୪ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୧୩ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି \| ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମୋଟ ୪୯ ସରକାରୀ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ୮ ଟି ମଡେଲ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରହିଥିବାବେଳେ ଏସବୁ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳରେ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ନାହାନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ଭାରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ କାମ ଚଳାଉଛନ୍ତି। ସେହିପରି ସରକାରୀ ଅନୁଦାନପ୍ରାପ୍ତ(୪୮୮) ବର୍ଗର ମୋଟ ୪୮୮ଟି ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମାନ ସ୍ଥିତି । ଏହି ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧ୍ୟାପକଙ୍କୁ ଭାରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଭାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଭାରତକୁ ୨ଜିରୁ ୪ଜି ଓ ୫ଜିକୁ ରୂପାନ୍ତରିତ ହେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ ବୋଲି ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଜ୍ ଲିମିଟେଡର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଓ ପରିଚାଳନା ନିର୍ଦେଶକ ମୁକେଶ ଅମ୍ବାନି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ତାହାର ଆର୍ଥିକ ନୀତିର ସମୀକ୍ଷା ଅବସରରେ ରେପୋ ରେଟ୍‍ ୪%ରେ ଅପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ରଖିଛି । ସେହିଭଳି ରିଭର୍ସ ରେପୋ ରେଟ୍‍ ମଧ୍ୟ ପୂର୍ବଭଳି ୩.୩୫% ରହିଛି । ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଗଭର୍ଣ୍ଣର ଶକ୍ତିକାନ୍ତ ଦାସ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ରେପୋ ଏବଂ ରିଭର୍ସ ରେପୋ ରେଟ୍‍ ଅପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ରଖିବାକୁ ଆରବିଆଇର ଆର୍ଥିକ ପରିଚାଳନା କମିଟି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି । କୋଭିଡ୍‌-୧୯ ଭୂତାଣୁଙ୍କ ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ଭାରିଆଣ୍ଟର ଏକ ନୂଆ ପିଢ଼ି ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆରେ ଆବିଷ୍କୃତ ହୋଇଛି ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି। ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ଅନେକେ ଭୟଭୀତ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏଥିରେ ଭୟ କରିବାର କୌଣସି କାରଣ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଇନ୍‌ଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଜେନୋମିକ୍ସ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍ ଇଣ୍ଟିଗ୍ରେଟିଭ୍ ବାୟୋଲୋଜିର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ବିନୋଦ ସ୍କାରିଆ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ ବଂଶଧାରା ଜଳବିବାଦ ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ଜାନୁଆରି ୨୫କୁ ଘୁଞ୍ଚିଛି। ସରକାର କୃଷକଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ତ ଦାବି ନେଇ ରାଜି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। କୃଷକଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଥିବା ମାମଲା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ସହ ଏମ୍‌ଏସପି ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ଲିଖିତ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ‘ଫୋର୍ବସ୍‌’ର ସବୁଠୁ ଅଧିକ କ୍ଷମତାଶାଳିନୀ ବିଶ୍ବର ୧୦୦ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ତାଲିକାରେ କ୍ରମାଗତ ୩ୟ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଭାରତର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍‌ ମାମଲା ବଢ଼ୁଛି। ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଜାତି ତୁଳନାରେ କୋଭିଡ୍‌ର ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍‌ ପ୍ରଜାତି ଅଧିକ ସଂକ୍ରାମକ। ଯଦି ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ପାଇଁ ସଠିକ୍‌ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ ନହୁଏ ତେବେ ତୃତୀୟ ଲହର ଆସିଯିବ ବୋଲି ଆଇଏମ୍‌ଏ (ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ ମେଡିକାଲ ଆସୋସିଏସନ୍‌) କହିଛି। ଜର୍ମାନ ସଂସଦରେ ବହୁମତରେ ଓଲାଫ ସଲତଜଙ୍କୁ ଦେଶର ଶାସନ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ଭାବେ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଜର୍ମାନୀର ଚାନ୍ସେଲର ଆଞ୍ଜେଲା ମର୍କେଲଙ୍କ ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧୬ ବର୍ଷର ଶାସନ ପରେ ଓଲାଫ ସତଲଜ୍‌ଙ୍କ ଯୁଗର ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି । ସେରମ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ ଅଫ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ପରିଚାଳନା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଡଃ. ସୁରେଶ ଯାଦବଙ୍କର ୭୨ ବର୍ଷ ବୁଧବାର, ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୮ ସାୟଦ୍ରି ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଧୀନ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ସେ ଶେଷ ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କୋଭିଡ ଟୀକାର ତିଆରି ଗବେଷଣା ଓ ବିକାଶ କରିବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଡଃ ଯାଦଙ୍କ ଭୂମିକା ଅତୁଳନୀୟ ଥିଲା। ରାଜ୍ୟର ଅଧା ପିଲା ପାଠ ଛାଡୁଛନ୍ତି। ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରଖିଥିବା ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଗତବର୍ଷ ୪୯ ହଜାର ୯୮ ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ସ୍କୁଲ ଡ୍ରପ୍ ଆଉଟ୍ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଗତ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷରେ ମାପ ଓ ଓଜନ ନିୟମ ଉଲଂଘନକାରୀଙ୍କଠୁ ଆଦାୟ ହୋଇଛି ୨ କୋଟି ୮୩ ଲକ୍ଷ ୬୮ ହଜାର ୩୬୫ ଟଙ୍କା । ୨୦୧୯-୨୦ରେ ଏକ କୋଟି ୩୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୯୪ ହଜାର ୬୧୫ ଟଙ୍କାର ଜରିମନା ଆଦାୟ ହୋଇଛି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଦଙ୍ଗା: ଶାହରୁଖ ପାଠନ ବିରୋଧରେ ‘ଚାର୍ଜ ଫ୍ରେମ’କଲେ କୋର୍ଟ, ରୁଜୁ ହେଲା ଆଟେମ୍ପଟ୍ ଟୁ ମର୍ଡର କେସ୍। ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ଗସ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ୧୮ ଜଣିଆ ଭାରତୀୟ ଦଳ ଘୋଷିତ, ଟେଷ୍ଟରେ ରାହାଣେଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନ ନେଲେ ରୋହିତ ଶର୍ମା । ଚୀନ୍‌ ୱିଣ୍ଟର ଅଲିମ୍ପିକ୍‌କୁ ଆମେରିକା ଭଳି ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ମଧ୍ୟ କୁଟନୈତିକ ବହିଷ୍କାର କରିବ। ୪ ଫେବୃଆରୀରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଥିବା ବିଶ୍ୱ କ୍ରିଡାର ମହାକୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ନିଜର ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇବାରେ ଆମେରିକାର ନୀତିକୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରିବ। ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କୁ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍‌ କାର୍ଡ, ଡେବିଟ୍‌ କାର୍ଡ, ପ୍ରିପେଡ୍‌ ମାଧ୍ୟମ, ୟୁନିଫାଇଡ୍‌ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ଇଣ୍ଟରଫେସ୍‌ ବା ୟୁପିଆଇ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ଉପରେ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡି଼ଥାଏ । ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍‌ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଦାୟ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଶୁଳ୍କ ଉଚିତ୍‌ କି ନାହିଁ ସେ ନେଇ ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ଗଭର୍ଣ୍ଣର ଶକ୍ତିକାନ୍ତ ଦାସ ଚିନ୍ତା ପ୍ରକଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ୟୁଟ୍ୟୁବ ଚାନେଲରେ ଟି-ସିରିଜ ଦୁନିଆର ସବୁଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ସବ୍ସକ୍ରାଇବର ଚାନେଲ ହୋଇଛି। ଟି-ସିରିଜର ୨୦୦ ମିଲିୟନ (୨୦ କୋଟି) ରୁ ଅଧିକ ସବ୍ସକ୍ରାଇବର୍ସ ହୋଇଯାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ଗସ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍ ଚୟନକର୍ତ୍ତା ୧୮ ଜଣିଆ ଟେଷ୍ଟ ଦଳ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି। ଭାରତୀୟ ଦଳ ଏହି ଗସ୍ତରେ ୩ଟି ଟେଷ୍ଟ ଏବଂ ୩ଟି ଦିନିକିଆ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ର ସିରିଜ୍ ଖେଳିବ।	589	Y
