2146	14-08-2022	Odia	ସୋମବାର ଦେଶ ପାଳିବ ୭୬ତମ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ଦିବସ। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଆଜି (ରବିବାର) ସଂଧ୍ୟାରେ ଦେଶକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରିବେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ। ଉପରମୁଣ୍ଡରେ ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁଁ ପୁଣି ବଢ଼ିଲା ହୀରାକୁଦର ଜଳସ୍ତର । ହୀରାକୁଦରେ ଜଳସ୍ତର ବଢୁଥିବାରୁ ସ୍ଥିତି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ପାଇଁ ଆଉ ୪ଟି ଗେଟ୍ ଖୋଲିଛି । ଆଉ ୪ଟି ଗେଟ୍ ଖୋଲାଯାଇଛି । ଫଳରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ହୀରାକୁଦରୁ ୨୮ଟି ଗେଟି ଦେଇ ନିଷ୍କାସିତ ହେଉଛି ବନ୍ୟାଜଳ । ଉତ୍ତର-ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି ଲଘୁଚାପ । ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ଅବପାତରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା । ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ଛୁରାମାଡ଼ ପରେ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଲେଖକ ସଲମାନ ରୁସଦିଙ୍କ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟାବସ୍ଥା ସଙ୍କଟାପନ୍ନ ଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି । ଭେଣ୍ଟିଲେଟରରେ ଚାଲିଛି ଚିକିତ୍ସା । ଶରୀରର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ କ୍ଷତ ଥିବାବେଳେ ଲିଭର କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା କୁହାଯାଉଛି । ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଥର ପାଇଁ କରୋନା ଭାଇରସ୍‌ ଦ୍ବାରା ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି କଂଗ୍ରେସର ଅନ୍ତରୀଣ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ସୋନିଆ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ। ସେ ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ଜୁନ୍‌ ମାସରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ କରୋନା ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏବେ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ତାଙ୍କ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପଜିଟିଭ୍‌ ଆସିଛି। ଏନେଇ ଏକ ଟ୍ବିଟ୍‌ ଯୋଗେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି କଂଗ୍ରେସର ସାଂସଦ ଜୟରାମ ରମେଶ। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ସରକାର ଗରିବ ଦେଉଥÒବା ଟିକସ ଅର୍ଥରୁ ବିତ୍ତଶାଳୀଙ୍କ ହଜାର ହଜାର କୋଟିର ଋଣଛାଡ଼ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଇତିମଧ୍ୟରେ ବହୁ ବିତ୍ତଶାଳୀ ଏବଂ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗପତିଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଋଣ ଛାଡ଼ କରାଯାଇଛି। କଶ୍ମୀର ପୁଲିସ କହିବା ଅନୁସାରେ, କୁଲ୍‌ଗାମ୍‌ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର କ୍ବୈମୋହ୍‌ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଉପରୋକ୍ତ ଗ୍ରେନେଡ୍‌ ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ପୁଞ୍ଚ୍‌ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ମେନ୍ଧର୍‌ ନିବାସୀ ତାହିର୍‌ ଖାଁ ନାମରେ ଜଣେ ପୁଲିସ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ଚିକିତ୍ସା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଅନନ୍ତନାଗସ୍ଥିତ ସରକାରୀ ମେଡିକାଲ୍‌ କଲେଜ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ୍‌କୁ ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ସେଠାରେ ତାଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ଆମେରିକାର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍‌ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ଗୁପ୍ତଚର ଆଇନ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଆଇନର ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ ନେଇ ତଦନ୍ତ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏକ କୋର୍ଟ ଆଦେଶ ଅନୁସାରେ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ ଏଫ୍‌ବିଆଇ ଏଜେଣ୍ଟମାନେ ୧୧ ସେଟ୍ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦଲିଲ ଜବତ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯେଉଁଥିରୁ ଚାରୋଟି ଉପରେ ଲେଖାଅଛି ‘କ୍ଲାସିଫାଏଡ୍‌/ଟିଏସ୍/ଏସ୍‌ସିଆଇ’। ଟିଏସ୍ ଅର୍ଥ ଟପ୍ ସିକ୍ରେଟ୍ ଏବଂ ଏସ୍‌ସିଆଇ ଅର୍ଥ ସେନ୍ସିଟିଭ୍ କମ୍ପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟେଡ୍ ଇନ୍‌ଫର୍ମେସନ। ଜାମ୍ମୁ କଶ୍ମୀର ରାଜ୍ୟର ରାସି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଥିବା ଚେନାବ ନଦୀ ଉପରେ ପୃଥିବୀର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ରେଳୱେ ବିଜ୍ର ଶନିବାର ଉଦଘାଟିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହି ବ୍ରିଜର ନାମ ରଖାଯାଇଛି ଗୋଲଡେନ ଜଏଣ୍ଟ।। ୭୫ତମ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ଦିବସ ଉପ‌ଲକ୍ଷେ ଦେଶ ‘ଆଜାଦୀ କା ଅମୃତ ମହୋତ୍ସବ’ ପାଳନ କରୁଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ‌ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ୍‌ର ‘ପ୍ରୋଫାଇଲ ପିକଚର୍‌’(ଡିପି)ରେ ତ୍ରିରଙ୍ଗା ରଖିବାପାଇଁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ସରକାର ଚୀନ୍‌ର ବିବାଦୀୟ ଗୁଇନ୍ଦା ଜାହାଜକୁ ତାଙ୍କ ଦେଶର ବନ୍ଦରକୁ ପ୍ରବେଶ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଗୁଇନ୍ଦା ଜାହାଜକୁ ନେଇ ଭାରତ ଚିନ୍ତା ପ୍ରକଟ କରିବା ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ଚୀନ୍‌ ଋଣ ଜାଲରେ ବୁଡ଼ି ରହିଥିବା ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛି ତାମିଲନାଡ଼ୁ ଅର୍ଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପଲନିଭେଲ ଥିଆଗା ରାଜନଙ୍କ କାର୍‌କୁ ଆଜି ମଦୁରାଇ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରରେ ଚପଲ ମାଡ଼ ହୋଇଛି। ୫ ଜଣ ବିଜେପି କର୍ମୀ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଗାଡ଼ିକୁ ଚପଲ ମାଡ଼ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଇପିସିର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଧାରା ଅଧୀନରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇଛି। କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକର ଧାରୱଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୧୫ ତାରିଖରେ ବିଶ୍ବ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିବ। ୫୦ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ୯ କିମି ଲମ୍ବ ଏବଂ ୯ ଫୁଟ୍‌ ଚଉଡ଼ାର ଏକ ତ୍ରିରଙ୍ଗା ଧରି ଏକ ରୢାଲି କରିବେ। ୭୫ ତମ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ଦିବସରେ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ବ ରେକର୍ଡ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବାପାଇଁ ଏହି ଉଦ୍ୟମ ହୋଇଛି। ତାଇଓ୍ବାନ ଉପକୂଳରେ ଚୀନର ଯୁଦ୍ଧାଭ୍ୟାସ ଶେଷ ହେବା ପରେ ବି ଚୀନର ଦାଦାଗିରି ଜାରି ରହିଛି । ଶନିବାରଦିନ ଚୀନ ବାୟୁସେନାର ୧୩ଟି ଲଢୁଆ ବିମାନ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ତାଇଓ୍ବାନର ବାୟୁସୀମା ଚିହ୍ନଟ ଅଂଚଳ (ଏୟାର ଡିଫେନ୍ସ ଆଇଡେଣ୍ଟିଫିକେସନ ଜୋନ)ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ତ୍ରିରଙ୍ଗା ଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ ବୁଲା ଗୋରୁଙ୍କ ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ଗୁଜୁରାଟର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଉପ-ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିତିନ ପଟେଲ \| ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାର ୭୫ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଅବସରରେ ଦେଶ ଅମୃତ ମହୋତ୍ସବ ପାଳନ କରୁଛି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ୧୩ରୁ ୧୫ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହରଘର ତ୍ରିରଙ୍ଗା ଅଭିଯାନରେ ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକା ଉଡାଇବାକୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଚଣ୍ଡିଗଡରେ ତ୍ରିରଙ୍ଗାକୁ ନେଇ ୱାର୍ଲଡ ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି । ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ, ଏଠାରେ ଏକ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ମାନବ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା ସହ ତ୍ରିରଙ୍ଗା ଉଡାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ତ୍ରିରଙ୍ଗାରେ ୭ ହଜାର ସ୍କୁଲ ଛାତ୍ର ହ୍ୟୁମନ ଚେନ କରି ବିଶ୍ୱ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଇଏଏସ ଅଫିସର ଶାହ ଫୈଜଲ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ସେବାକୁ ଫେରିଛନ୍ତି । ଶନିବାର ଶାହ ଫୈଜଲଙ୍କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ବିଭାଗର ଉପ ସଚିବ ପଦରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ୨୦୧୦ ବ୍ୟାଚର ୟୁପିଏସସି ଟପ୍ପର ଶାହ ଫୈଜଲ । ୩ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବେ ସେ ଆଇଏଏସ ଚାକିରି ଛାଡି ଜାମ୍ମୁ କାଶ୍ମୀର ରାଜନୀତିରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ପଞ୍ଜାବ ୱାନ ଏମଏଲଏ ୱାନ୍‌ ପେନସନ୍ ବିଲକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳଙ୍କ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ମିଳିଯାଇଛି। ବିଧେୟକ ଅନୁସାରେ ଜଣେ ବିଧାୟକଙ୍କୁ ଏବେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପେନସନ ମିଳିବ। ତେବେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବିଧାୟକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପୃଥକ ପୃଥକ ପେନସନ୍ ମିଳୁଥିଲା। କ୍ରମାଗତ ୨ୟ ଟ୍ବେଣ୍ଟି୨୦ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ରେ ଉଭୟ ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ ଓ ବୋଲିଂରେ ପ୍ରାଧାନ୍ୟ ବିସ୍ତାରକରି ଘରୋଇ ୱେଷ୍ଟଇଣ୍ଡିଜ୍‌ ବିପକ୍ଷ ୨ୟ ଟ୍ବେଣ୍ଟି୨୦ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌କୁ ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ଜିତିନେଇଛି। ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ରାତିରେ ଖେଳା ଯାଇଥିବା ଏହି ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌କୁ ୯୦ ରନ୍‌ର ବିପୁଳ ବ୍ୟବଧାନରେ ଜିତି ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ୨-୦ରେ ଆଗୁଆ ରହିଛି।	499	Y
