The Odisha government shifted Thursday the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) president Ramashis Hazra in a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre. The Union Cabinet gave a nod to the PM e-Bus Sewa for augmenting city bus operations. A total of 10,000 electric buses will be deployed on public-private partnership (PPP) model in 169 cities.

The craftsmen will be provided a subsidised loan of Rs 1 lakh in the first tranche, and another Rs 2 lakh in the second tranche, at a concessional interest rate of 5%.The scheme will be launched with a financial outlay of Rs 13,000 crores on Vishwakarma Jayanti on September 17.

The Union Cabinet also approved the extension Digital India project with an outlay of Rs 14,903 crore. The extended programme aims to re-skill and up-skill 6.25 lakh IT professionals and train another 2.65 lakh persons in information security.

The Supreme Court has issued a statement alerting about a social media post that is being circulated falsely quoting the Chief Justice of India. The fake post uses the image of CJI DY Chandrachud with a false quote invoking the public to protest against the authorities.

The Public Relations Office of the Supreme Court, in its statement, said, the social media post is fake, ill-intended and mischievous.

ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଅନୁଦାନ ଆୟୋଗ(ୟୁଜିସି) ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ଜାତୀୟ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ପରୀକ୍ଷା(ନେଟ୍‌‌)ରେ ଉତ୍ତୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନ ହେଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ସହକାରୀ ପ୍ରାଧ୍ୟାପକ(ଆସିଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଟ ପ୍ରଫେସର) ହେବାପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ନାହିଁ। ପିଏଚ୍‌‌ଡି କରିଥିବା ପିଲାଙ୍କ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ନେଟ୍‌‌ କିମ୍ବା ସେଟ୍‌‌ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ନୁହେଁ ବୋଲି ୟୁଜିସି ଦର୍ଶାଇଛି।

ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ରବିବାର କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି, ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର, ସୋନପୁର, ବୌଦ୍ଧ, ଅନୁଗୋଳ, ଦେବଗଡ଼, କେନ୍ଦୁଝର, ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ, ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର, ଭଦ୍ରକ, ଯାଜପୁର ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ବଜ୍ରପାତ ସହ ଝଡ଼ବର୍ଷା ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି।

ଆଇଏସିସି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗମାଙ୍ଗ ପରିବାରକୁ ଦଳରେ ସାମିଲ କରିବା ନେଇ ସବୁଜ ସଙ୍କେତ ମିଳିସାରିଛି। କଂଗ୍ରେସକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାବର୍ତ୍ତନ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ଶିଶିର ଗମାଙ୍ଗ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ବିଆରଏସ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଆସିବାକୁ ଆଗ୍ରହ ଦେଖାଉନାହିଁ।
