1980	21-11-2022	Odia	ଭାରତୀୟ ଷ୍ଟେଟ୍‌ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ୨୮ଟି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଏବିଜି ସିପ୍‌ୟାର୍ଡ ୨୨,୮୪୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଋଣ ନେଇ ଫେରସ୍ତ କରିନାହିଁ।ଏବିଜି ସିପ୍‌ୟାର୍ଡ ଦ୍ବାରା କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଦେଶର ସର୍ବବୃହତ ଋଣ ଠକେଇ ମାମଲାରେ ସିବିଆଇ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଚାର୍ଜସିଟ୍ ଦାଖଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ବିଶ୍ବ ତାପନ ଦ୍ବାରା ଅଧିକ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହେଉଥିବା ଦେଶଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ପାଣ୍ଠି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଜାତିସଂଘ ଦ୍ବାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ସିଓପି ୨୭ ଜଳବାୟୁ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦେଇଛି। ବାର୍‌ କାଉନ୍‌ସିଲ ଅଫ୍‌ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଦ୍ବାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାପତି କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ନିମ୍ନ ଅଦାଲତର ବିଚାରପତିମାନଙ୍କର ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ରହିଛି। ଅପରାଧିକ ମାମଲାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଜ୍ଞାନ ବି ରହିଛି। ଅପରାଧକୁ ଠିକ୍‌ ଭାବେ ବୁଝୁଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଚାରପତିମାନେ କାଳେ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ୍‌ ହୋଇଯିବେ ଭାବି ଜାମିନ ଦେବାକୁ ଡରୁଛନ୍ତି। ହରିୟାଣା ରୋହତକ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଚିରି ଗାଁର ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କ ଗାଁର ଜଣେ ଭାଇ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଲଢ଼ି ହାରିଯିବା ପରେ ତାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଅଭିନବ ଉପାୟରେ ସମବେଦନା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମାତ୍ର ୬୬ଟି ଭୋଟରେ ହାରିଯାଇଥିବା ସରପଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଧର୍ମପାଳ ଓରଫ କାଲାଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନେ ଚାନ୍ଦା କରି ୨.୧୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍କର୍ପିଓ ଏସ୍‌ୟୁଭି (ବଡ଼ କାର୍) ଉପହାରସ୍ବରୂପ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗୁଜରାଟ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଟିକଟ ନମିଳିବା‌ରୁ ସ୍ବାଧୀନ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥିପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲ କରିଥିବା ୭ ଜଣ ବିଜେପି ନେତାଙ୍କୁ ଦଳରୁ ଆଜି ନିଲମ୍ବିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜଣେ ବିଧାୟକଙ୍କ ସମେତ ୪ ଜଣ ପୂର୍ବତନ ବିଧାୟକ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ଖ୍ୟାତନାମା ବଙ୍ଗଳା ଅଭିନେତ୍ରୀ ଏନ୍ଦ୍ରିଲା ଶର୍ମାଙ୍କର ୨୪ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଆଜି ପରଲୋକ ହୋଇଛି। ମସ୍ତିଷ୍କାଘାତ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଗତ ୧ ତାରିଖରେ ନାରାୟଣ ସୁପର ସ୍ପେସିଆଲିଟି ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ସପ୍ତାହକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାଙ୍କର କେତେକ ଜଟିଳ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର ହୋଇଥିଲା। କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସାଂସଦ ଶଶି ଥରୁର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଭାରତୀୟ ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ପିତା ତଥା ପ୍ରଣେତା ଡକ୍ଟର ବିଆର ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ଆଜିର ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜଣେ ଅଗ୍ରଗାମୀ ଚିନ୍ତକ ଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ସେ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଥମ ପୁରୁଷ ନାରୀବାଦୀ ଆଖ୍ୟା ଦାବି କରିପାରନ୍ତି। କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧିଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ବରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଭାରତ ଯୋଡ଼ୋ ଯାତ୍ରା ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୩ ତାରିଖ ସକାଳେ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବ। ତେବେ ୨୧ ଓ ୨୨ ତାରିଖରେ ଏହି ଯାତ୍ରା ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରହିବା ପରେ ୨୩ ତାରିଖରେ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶକୁ ଯିବ ବୋଲି ଏଆଇସିସିର ସାଧାରଣ ସଂପାଦକ ଜୟରାମ ରମେଶ ରବିବାର ଦିନ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦେଶର ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରୋତ୍ତମ ମିଶ୍ର ରବିବାର ଏହାର ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଅନଲାଇନ୍‌ ଗେମିଂକୁ ରେଗୁଲେଟ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଆଇନ ଆଣୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥପାଇଁ ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଶରିୟତ ଆଇନ୍ ଏବଂ ବାଲ୍ୟ ବିବାହକୁ ନେଇ କେରଳ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ବଡ଼ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଜଣେ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କ ଜାମିନ୍ ଯାଚିକା ଉପରେ ଶୁଶାଣି କରି କୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଯଦି ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ମୁସଲିମ ହେଲେବି ତାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପସ୍କୋ ଆକ୍ଟ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ଓ୍ପିପ୍ରୋ, ଏଚସିଏଲ, ଟେକ୍‌ ମହିନ୍ଦ୍ରା, ଇନଫୋସିସ୍ ଏବଂ ଟିସିଏସ ଭଳି ଦିଗ୍ଗଜ ଆଇଟି କମ୍ପାନୀମାନେ ମୁନଲାଇଟିଂକୁ ନେଇ ନିଜ ଆଭିମୁଖ୍ୟ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନେ ଏଭଳି କରୁଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଚାକିରିରୁ ବାହାର କରିଛି। ଏହାରି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆଇଟି ସେକ୍ଟରରେ ଚାକିରି ଖୋଜୁଥିବା ଯୁବକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆଶ୍ବସ୍ତିକର ଖବର। ଯବାନଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଲାଗି କିଣା ହେବ ବୁଲେଟ୍ ପ୍ରୁଫ୍ ଜ୍ୟାକେଟ୍ । ୬୨ ହଜାର ୫୦୦ ବୁଲେଟ୍ ପ୍ରୁଫ୍ ଜ୍ୟାକେଟ୍ କିଣିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରିଛି ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ । ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଏବଂ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀଙ୍କ ସହ ମୁକାବିଲା କରିବାକୁ ବଡ଼ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି । ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସବୁ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନକୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଜୋନ୍ ଅଧୀନରେ ରଖିବାକୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତକ୍ଷେପ ଲୋଡିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ । ଆମେରିକାର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ। ତାଙ୍କ ଟ୍ୱିଟର ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ ପୁନଃ ଆକ୍ଟିଭ ହୋଇଛି। ରବିବାର ଏନେଇ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଟ୍ୱିଟର ମାଲିକ ଏଲନ ମସ୍କ। ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୦୨୩ ସୁଦ୍ଧା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଦେଶର ୧୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଯୁବକ, ଯୁବତୀଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବେ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ ୩୮ଟି ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଓ ବିଭାଗଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ଜଣେ ଲେଖାଏଁ ନୋଡାଲ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୨ ତାରିଖରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ସାରା ଦେଶର ୪୫ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରୋଜଗାର ମେଳାର ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବେ । ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଖରାପ ଖବର । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମୟରେ ଦେଶରେ ମହଙ୍ଗା ମାଡ଼ ଜାରି ରହିଥିବା ବେଳେ ପୁଣି ଏକ ନିତ୍ୟବ୍ୟବହାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀର ଦର ବଢ଼ିଛି । ପୁଣି ଥରେ କ୍ଷୀର ଦାମ୍ ବଢ଼ିଛି । ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଅନୁଦାନ ଆୟୋଗ (ୟୁଜିସି) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପିଏଚଡି କୋର୍ସକୁ ନେଇ ଏକ ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ପିଏଚଡି ଡିଗ୍ରୀ କୋର୍ସର ଅବଧି ଅତିକମରେ ୩ ବର୍ଷ ରହିବ । ପିଏଚଡି ଆଶାୟୀଙ୍କୁ ଆଡମିସନ ତାରିଖଠାରୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୬ ବର୍ଷ ସମୟ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଆଉ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷର ସମୟ ଦିଆଯିବ । ୟୁଜିସି ଚେୟାରମ୍ୟାନ ଏମ. ଜଗଦୀଶ କୁମାର ଏନେଇ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଫିଫା ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍‌ର ୨୨ତମ ସଂସ୍କରଣ । କାତାରର ଅଲ୍‌ ବାୟତ୍‌ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ୍‌ରେ ଆୟୋଜକ ଦଳ ସହିତ ଇକ୍ବେଡ଼ରର ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନୀ ମୁକାବିଲା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ। ଆଇଆଇଏଫ୍‌ଆଇର ୫୩ତମ ସଂସ୍କରଣରେ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ପ୍ରଥମ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଡାଏଟର୍ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣରଙ୍କ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ଆଲ୍‌ମା ଏଣ୍ଡ ଓସ୍କାରର ୱାର୍ଲ୍ଡ ପ୍ରିମିୟର ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଆଇଏଫ୍‌ଏଫ୍‌ଆଇରେ ୭୯ ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦେଶ ଗୁଡିକର ୨୮୦ଟି ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶିତ ହେଉଛି । ବ୍ରିଟେନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଋଷି ସନକ ଶନିବାର ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭୋଲଡମିର ଜେଲେନସ୍କିଙ୍କୁ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସାକ୍ଷାତ କାଳରେ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ଧ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଖେରସନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣ ଲାଗି ଜେଲେନସ୍କି ବ୍ରିଟେନର ସହାୟତା ଲୋଡିଥିଲେ । ଏହା ସହିତ ରୁଷ୍‌ର ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ନିର୍ମାଣ ଉପରେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନକୁ ସହାୟତା ଦେବାକୁ ସନକ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ।	541	Y
