1982	20-11-2022	Odia	ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ IAS ଅଫିସର ଅରୁଣ ଗୋଏଲଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନର ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଦେଶର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ସଂସ୍ଥାର ତୃତୀୟ ପଦବୀ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩ ମାସ ଧରି ଖାଲି ପଡିଥିଲା। ଓଡ଼ିଶା କ୍ୟାଡରର ୩ ଆଇଏଏସଙ୍କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସରକାର । ସଞ୍ଜୟ ରସ୍ତୋଗି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ରସାୟନ ଓ ସାର ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସଚିବ । ଏହା ସହ କୃଷି ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସଚିବ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ପ୍ରମୋଦ ମେହେର୍ଦ୍ଦା । ସେହିପରି ସଞ୍ଜୀବ କୁମାର ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ଏନଆରଏର ସଚିବ ଓ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରକ ଭାବେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଅଭିନେତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ ଟକ୍ ସୋ ହୋଷ୍ଟ ତବସୁମ ୭୮ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଦୁନିଆରୁ ସବୁଦିନ ପାଇଁ ବିଦାୟ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ମିଳିତ ଜାତିସଂଘ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ(ୟୁଏନଏସସି)ରେ ଭାରତର ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ସଦସ୍ୟକୁ ବ୍ରିଟେନ୍ ଏବଂ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତ ସହିତ ଜର୍ମାନୀ, ବ୍ରାଜିଲ ଏବଂ ଜାପାନକୁ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ସଦସ୍ୟତା ପାଇଁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଟି-୨୦ ବିଶ୍ଵ କପ୍ ୨୦୨୨ ଜିତିବା ସ୍ଵପ୍ନ ଧୂଳିସାତ ହେବା ପରେ ଆକ୍ସନ ମୋଡରେ ଭାରତୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲ ବୋର୍ଡ(ବିସିସିଆଇ)। ଏହି କ୍ରମରେ ଚୟନକର୍ତ୍ତାଙ୍କ କମିଟି ଭଙ୍ଗ ହୋଇ ସାରିଛି। ନିକଟରେ ଜାରି ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ ୨୦୨୦ ଜାନୁଆରୀରୁ ୨୦୨୧ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ମଧ୍ୟରେ କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀ ଯୋଗୁଁ ସମଗ୍ର ଦୁନିଆରେ ଏକ କୋଟି ୪୯ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣହାନୀ ଘଟିଛି। ଏହା ସ୍ଵାଭାବିକ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ତୁଳନାରେ ତିନି ଗୁଣ ଅଧିକ ରହିଛି। କେବଳ ଏତିକି ନୁହେଁ ମହାମାରୀ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ର ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କହାରାହାରି ଆୟୁଷ ୧.୭ ବର୍ଷ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି। ଓଡିଶା ସରକାର ଆଉ ୨ହଜାର ନୂଆ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ପଦବୀ ସୃଷ୍ଟିକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ନୂତନ ଭାବେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିବା ପଦବି ୩୦ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରୁପ-ଏ ରାଙ୍କରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ମିଳିବ। ୩୦ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରୁପ ଏ ରାଙ୍କର ୨ ହଜାର ଏଲଟିଆରଏମଓ ପଦବୀ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ଏଲଟିଆରଏମଓ ଅର୍ଥ ହେଉଛି ଲିଭ୍ ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ରିଜର୍ଭ ମେଡିକାଲ ଅଫିସର ପଦବୀ । ଓଡିଶାରୁ କୋଭିଡ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି। ଏଥି ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର କୋଭିଡ୍‌ କଟକଣା ଉଠାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କୋଭିଡ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଥିବାରୁ ସରକାର ଏହିଭଳି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏନେଇ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକସମ୍ପର୍କ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଟୁଇଟ୍‌ କରି ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ଆର୍ଥିକ ମାନ୍ଦାବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡିକ ଆଗୁଆ ଛଟେଇ କରିବାରେ ଲାଗିପଡିଲେଣି । ମେଟାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଟ୍ବିଟର୍ ଏବଂ ଆମାଜନ ଠାରୁ ମାଇକ୍ରୋସଫ୍ଟ ଯାଏଁ, ବଡ ବଡ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଏବେ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ବିଦା କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି କ୍ରମରେ ଏବେ ଜୋମାଟୋ ମଧ୍ୟ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛି । ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କମାଇବା ପାଇଁ କମ୍ପାନୀ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ବାହାର କରାଯାଉଛି । ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସରକାରୀ ଓ ଘରୋଇ ଇଂଜିନିୟରିଂ କଲେଜଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଇଂଜିନିୟରିଂ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ନାମଲେଖା ଅବଧିକୁ ୫ ଦିନ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ବିଜୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର ଏବଂ ପୁରୀରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରକୁ ସଂଯୋଗ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ୍‍-ୱେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯିବ। ଫଳରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର-ପୁରୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୂରତା ୬୬ କିମିରୁ ୫୭ କିମିକୁ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇବ। ଏହି ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ୍‍-ୱେ’ରେ ଗାଡ଼ି ଘଣ୍ଟା ପ୍ରତି ୧୨୦ କିମି ବେଗରେ ଧାଇଁବ। ଓଡିଶାରେ ସାମାଜିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଯୋଜନାରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ୪୮ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଊଦ୍ଧ୍ୱର୍ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ଏହି ଶୀତକାଳୀନ ସହାୟତା ପାଇବେ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ସହାୟତା ବାବଦରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୪ କୋଟି ୬୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ମଂଜୁର କରିଥିବା ସାମାଜିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଓ ଭିନ୍ନକ୍ଷମ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣ ବିଭାଗ ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ । ପେରୁରେ ଉଡ଼ାଣ ଭରୁଥିବା ସମୟରେ ରନଓ୍ଵେରେ ଦମକଳଗାଡି ସହିତ ଧକ୍କା ହେଲା ବିମାନ । ବିମାନ ଧକ୍କା ହେବା ଫଳରେ ଟ୍ରକରେ ଥିବା ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ଦମକଳ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ବିବେକ୍ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସକୁ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ଦୁଇ ଥର ଚଲାଇବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି ରେଳ ବିଭାଗ । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏହି ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ମାତ୍ର ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନ ଚାଲୁଥିଲା । ଆସାମରୁ ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି କନ୍ୟାକୁମାରୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲୁଛି ଏହି ଟ୍ରେନ୍ । ଓଡ଼ିଶାର କଟକସ୍ଥିତ ବିଶେଶ୍ୱର ଫୁଡ୍ସ (ଫାର୍ମ-ବି) ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ଓ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶିକା ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ରଶ୍ମି ସାହୁଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ମହିଳା ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗୀ ସମ୍ମାନ । ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ସ୍ପେନ୍‌ର ମାଦ୍ରିଦ୍‌ ଠାରେ ଆଇଡବ୍ଲୁଇସି ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନ୍‌ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମହିଳା ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗୀ ସମାବେଶ ୨୦୨୨ ରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସମ୍ମାନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ଶିଶୁ ସାହିତ୍ୟିକା କୁମୁଦଲତା ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କ ପରଲୋକ । ଏକ ଘରୋଇ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାରେ ତାଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି । ସେ ଦୀର୍ଘଦନ ହେବ ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଥିଲେ । ସେ ବହୁ ଶିଶୁ ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଗୀତି କବିତା ରଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଥମ ଭାରତୀୟ ମହିଳା ଖେଳାଳି ଭାବେ ସେ ITTF-ATTU ଏସିଆନ କପରେ ମେଡାଲ୍ ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି। ଥାଇଲାଣ୍ଡ ବେଙ୍କକ୍‌ରେ ଖେଳାଯାଉଥିବା ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ରେ ତିନିଥରର ଚାମ୍ପିୟନ ଜାପାନର ହିନା ହୟାତଙ୍କୁ ୪-୨ରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଚ୍ ମେଡାଲ ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି ମନିକା। ବିଶ୍ବର ସବୁଠାରୁ ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ତଥା ସର୍ବବୃହତ ଏକକ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ମହାକୁମ୍ଭ ଫିଫା ଫୁଟବଲ ବିଶ୍ବକପର ୨୨ତମ ସଂସ୍କରଣ କାତାରରେ ଚଳିତ ୨୦ ତାରିଖରୁ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୮ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଖେଳାଯିବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଏକ ପ୍ରକାର ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ତିହାର ଜେଲରେ ଥିବା ଆପ୍ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସତ୍ୟେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଜୈନଙ୍କୁ ମାଲିସ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଭିଡିଓ କିପରି ଲିକ୍ ହେଲା ତାହାକୁ ନେଇ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ରସ୍ ଆଭେନ୍ୟୁ କୋର୍ଟ ଏନଫୋର୍ସମେଣ୍ଟ ଡାଇରେକ୍ଟରେଟ୍ (ଇଡି)କୁ ଏକ କାରଣ ଦର୍ଶାଅ ନୋଟିସ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଭିଡିଓକୁ ଲିକ୍ କରି ଇଡି କୋର୍ଟରେ ଦେଇଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତିର ଉଲ୍ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରିଛି ବୋଲି ଜୈନଙ୍କ ଓକିଲ କୋର୍ଟରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିବା ପରେ କୋର୍ଟ ଏହି ନୋଟିସ୍ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବଲିଉଡ ଅଭିନେତା ଅଜୟ ଦେବଗନଙ୍କ ଆଗାମୀ ଫିଲ୍ମ ‘ଦୃଶ୍ୟମ୍-୨’କୁ ଦର୍ଶକ ଦୀର୍ଘ ସମୟ ଧରି ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରି ରହିଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଥମେ ଅଜୟ ଦେବଗନ ଫିଲ୍ମର ଟିଜର ସେୟାର କରିବା ସହ ପରେ ଫିଲ୍ମର ଟ୍ରେଲର ରିଲିଜ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।	552	Y

1987	18-11-2022	Odia	ସିଓପି ୨୭ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଆଧାରରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ସନ୍ଧିର ପ୍ରଥମ ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ ସର୍ବଜନୀନ କରି ଜାତିସଂଘ । ଏଥିରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଜୀବାସ୍ମ ଇନ୍ଧନର ବ୍ୟବହାରକୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟକ୍ରମେ ବନ୍ଦ ନକରିବା ନେଇ ଭାରତ ଏବଂ ୟୁରୋପୀୟ ସଂଘର ଅପିଲକୁ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରାଯାଇଛି । ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରାଜୀବ ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କ ହତ୍ୟାକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିବା ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ବିରୋଧରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ ପୁନର୍ବିଚାର ଯାଚିକା ଦାଖଲ କରିବେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର। ବାରାଣସୀ କୋର୍ଟ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଦାୟର ଆବେଦନ ଉପରେ ଶୁଣାଣି କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ହିନ୍ଦୁ ପକ୍ଷ ଆବେଦନରେ ଜ୍ଞାନବ୍ୟାପୀ ପରିସର ହିନ୍ଦୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା, ପୂଜାର ଅଧିକାର ଦେବା ଏବଂ ମୁସଲିମ ପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ପ୍ରବେଶ ଉପରେ ରୋକ୍ ଲଗାଇବା ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମୋରବି ମୁନିସିପାଲିଟି ହାଇକୋର୍ଟକୁ ଅବଗତ କରିଛି ଯେ ଝୁଲାପୋଲ ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ ଓ ମରାମତି ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ନେଇଥିବା କମ୍ପାନୀ କୌଣସି ଅନୁମତି ନ ନେଇ ଓ ମରାମତି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ନ ଜଣାଇ ସାଧାରଣ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଖୋଲିଦେଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ୧୩୫ ଜଣ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇଥିଲେ। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ପଦ୍ମପୁର ଉପଖଣ୍ଡକୁ ଜିଲା ମାନ୍ୟତା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୨୩ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲା ମାନ୍ୟତା ମିଳିବ । ସରକାର ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରଗୁଡିକୁ କ୍ୟୁଆର କୋଡ୍‌ଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରଗୁଡ଼ିକ କ୍ୟୁଆର କୋଡ୍‌ଯୁକ୍ତ ହେଲେ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍‌ ଚୋରି ରୋକିବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ। କ୍ୟୁଆର କୋଡ୍‌ ସାହାଯ୍ୟରେ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରଗୁଡିକୁ ଟ୍ରାକ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ, ଯଦ୍ବାରା ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ବଣ୍ଟନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ସମୟରେ ଗ୍ୟାସ ଚୋରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ। ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୦୨୩ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧୮ରୁ ୨୪ ତାରିଖ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିବୀରବାୟୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଅନ୍‌ଲାଇନ୍‌ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ। ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅନ୍‌ଲାଇନ୍‌ରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣକୁ ଅନିବାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ମହିଳା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀମାନେ ଭାଗନେଇପାରିବେ ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ୨୦୨୩ ପୁରୁଷ ହକି ବିଶ୍ୱକପ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଖେଳାଯିବ। ଏହି ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ ସହିତ ରାଉରକେଲାରେ ନିର୍ମାଣାଧୀନ ବିର୍ସା ମୁଣ୍ଡା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ହକି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏହି କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ଭାରତର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ହକି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମର ରୂପ ନେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏହି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଏକାସାଙ୍ଗରେ ୨୦ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦର୍ଶକ ବସି ଖେଳ ଉପଭୋଗ କରିପାରିବେ। ଦକ୍ଷିଣପୂର୍ବ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗର-ଆଣ୍ଡାମାନ ସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି ଲଘୁଚାପ । ଆଜି ସକାଳେ ଲଘୁଚାପ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସୃଷ୍ଟି ନେଇ ଆଇଏମଡିଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୯ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଲଘୁଚାପଟି ଅବପାତରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବା ନେଇ ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଦୂତ ଅବସର ବେଉରିଆ ପରଲୋକ । ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ୮୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଅବସର ବେଉରିଆ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ ଦୂତବାସରେ କାମ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦେଶ ସହ ଦ୍ୱିପାକ୍ଷିକ ଆଲୋଚନା ବେଳେ ସେ ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଦଳ ସହ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଭାରତୀୟ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଅଭିନେତା ବିଜୟ ଦେବରକୋଣ୍ଡା ନିଜର ସମସ୍ତ ଅଙ୍ଗ ଦାନ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏକ ମେଡିକାଲ୍ ଇଭେଣ୍ଟରେ ଏହି ବିଷୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ସମୟରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଅଙ୍ଗଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଦେବରକୋଣ୍ଡା। ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ଗତିବିଧି ଉପରେ ଅଙ୍କୁଶ ଲଗାଯିବା ନେଇ ଭାରତରେ “ନୋ ମନି ଫର ଟେରର’ ଅନ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରିୟ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀର ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯିବ । ଭାରତରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୮ ଏବଂ ୧୯ ନଭେମ୍ବରରେ ଏହି ଅନ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରିୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯିବା ନେଇ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ରିଲିଜ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଫିଲ୍ମ ‘ଦୃଶ୍ୟମ୍-୨’ ଆଗୁଆ ଟିକେଟ ବୁକିଂରୁ କୋଟି କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆୟ କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ବକ୍ସ ଅଫିସ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ମୁତାବକ, ‘ଦୃଶ୍ୟମ୍-୨’ ଆଡଭାନ୍ସ ବୁକିଂରୁ ୪.୫୦କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆୟ କରିସାରିଛି। ଫିଲ୍ମ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏତେ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଆୟ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ରିଲିଜ୍ ପରେ ଏହା ବଢ଼ିବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି। ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟସ୍ତରରେ ଗବେଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି । ସେମାନେ ୫୩ଟି ଦେଶର ୫୭,୦୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ଶୁକ୍ରାଣୁ ନମୁନା ଆଧାରରେ ୨୨୩ଟି ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ। ଏଥିରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆମେରିକା, ଏସିଆ ଓ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ଭଳି ଦେଶ ସାମିଲ ଥିଲା। ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏମିତି ଗବେଷଣା କରାଯାଇ ନଥିଲା। ତେବେ ପ୍ରଥମଥର କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଗବେଷଣାରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଲା କି ଏଠାକାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସ୍ପର୍ମ କାଉଣ୍ଟ କମ ରହିଛି। ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ସୀମା ଉଲ୍ଲଙ୍ଘନ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ନୌସେନା ୧୪ ଭାରତୀୟ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି । ଆଉ ଏକ ପୃଥକ୍ ଘଟଣାରେ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ନୌସୈନିକଙ୍କ ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ଜଣେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀଙ୍କ ଆଖିରେ ଆଘାତ ଲାଗିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି । ଭାରତ ଯଦି ରୁଷରୁ ତେଲ କିଣୁଛି, ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ବି କିଣିବ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆମେରିକା ପାକିସ୍ତାନକୁ ରୋକି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି କହିଛି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସତ୍ୟେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଜୈନଙ୍କ ମନି ଲଣ୍ଡରିଂ ମାମଲାରେ ଜାମିନ ଆବେଦନ ଖାରଜ ହେଲା ଜୈନଙ୍କ ଜାମିନ ଆବେଦନକୁ ରାଉସ୍ ଆଭେନ୍ୟୁ କୋର୍ଟ ଖାରଜ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମଣିପାଳ ଏକାଡେମି ଅଫ ହାୟର ଏଜୁକେସନ (ମାହେ)ର ୩୦ତମ ସମାବର୍ତ୍ତନ ସମାରୋହରେ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ରାଜନାଥ ସିଂହ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଯୋଗ ଦେବେ। ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ ଟେରିଟରୀ (ଏନସିଟି)ରେ ଖୁବ୍ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଡାଇରେକ୍ଟ-ଟୁ-ମୋବାଇଲ (ଡିଟୁଏମ) ପ୍ରସାରଣର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ମୂଳକ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ ହେବ। ଏହା କହିଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସୂଚନା ଓ ପ୍ରସାରଣ ସଚିବ ଅପୂର୍ବ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରା। ବିଗତ ଦଶ ବର୍ଷରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଆଧାର ଅପଟେଡ କରାଇନାହାନ୍ତି, ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ଆଧାର ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଆଧାର ନମ୍ବର ଅପଡେଟ କରିପାରିବେ। ଏଥିପାଇ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୫୦ଟଙ୍କା ରହିଛି।	521	Y

1990	16-11-2022	Odia	ପୃଥିବୀର ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟା ଏବେ ୮୦୦ କୋଟିରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ବେଳେ ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟା ଆମ ଆଗରେ ଅନେକ ଆହ୍ବାନ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଛି। ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ହେଉଛି ଅସମତା, କ୍ଷୁଧା, ଜଳବାୟୁ ସଂକଟ, ଦ୍ରୁତ ସହରୀକରଣ ଓ ବାର୍ଦ୍ଧକ୍ୟ। ନଭେମ୍ବର ୨୦ରୁ ୨୮ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗୋଆରେ ୫୩ତମ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ମହୋତ୍ସବ (ଆଇଏଫ୍‌ଏଫ୍‌ଆଇ) ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏହି ବାର୍ଷିକ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ମହୋତ୍ସବରେ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ଜଗତର ବହୁ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଯୋଗ ଦେବେ। ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ କମ୍ପାନୀମାନଙ୍କରେ ଛଟେଇ ଚାଲିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଭାରତର ଦୁଇ ବଡ଼ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଚାକିରିରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ମେଟାର ଭାରତୀୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅଜିତ ମୋହନ ଦୁଇ ସପ୍ତାହ ତଳେ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆଜି କମ୍ପାନୀର ପବ୍ଲିକ ପଲିସି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ରାଜୀବ ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ ସମାନ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଇଣ୍ଡୋନେସିଆର ବାଲିଠାରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଜି-୨୦ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଓ ଚୀନର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ସି ଜିନପିଙ୍ଗ୍ ଭେଟ ହୋଇଛି। ୨୦୨୦ରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଗଲଓ୍ବାନ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ପରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଉଭୟ ନେତା ପରସ୍ପରକୁ ଭେଟିଥିବା ବେଳେ କରମର୍ଦ୍ଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଇଣ୍ଡୋନେସିଆ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କ କଟକ ବାଲିଯାତ୍ରା ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚା।ଜି -୨୦ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଇଣ୍ଡୋନେସିଆର ବାଲି ଗସ୍ତରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଏଠାରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏକ କାର୍ୟ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାରତୀୟ ସମୁଦାୟନକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରାଜ୍ୟର ୬୪ ବ୍ଲକର ୨, ୬୩, ୫୬୦ ହେକ୍ଟର ଜମିରେ ଚାଷ ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଛି। ୧୨ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୧୫ ପୌରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ୩୩ % ରୁ ଅଧିକ କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇଛି। ଏଯାଏ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ଚାଷୀ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବୀମା ରାଶି ପାଇ ନାହାନ୍ତି। ଟେକ୍ନିକାଲ ଆଡଭାଇଜାରୀ କମିଟି ଏହା ଉପରେ ନଜର ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି। କଟକ ଐତିହାସିକ ବାଲିଯାତ୍ରା ଉତ୍ସବ ଅବସରରେ ସିଏମସି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଡଙ୍ଗା ତିଆରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ୨୨ ସ୍କୁଲର ୨୧ ସହରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ବିଦ୍ୟାର୍ଥୀ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ୩୫ ମିନିଟରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୨ହଜାରରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ ଡଙ୍ଗା ତିଆରି କରି କଟକ ଗିନିଜ ବୁକ୍ ଅଫ୍ ୱାର୍ଲଡ ରେକର୍ଡରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଛି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଓଡିଆ ‘RAW’ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା । ଦଶ ମହଲା କୋଠାରୁ ଡେଇଁ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ଲୋଧି ରୋଡ ସ୍ଥିତ ଭାରତର ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ଗୁପ୍ତଚର ସଂସ୍ଥା ‘RAW’ ଅଫିସର ଦଶ ମହଲାରୁ ଡେଇଁ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ନାମ ଅନିକେତ କୁମାର ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ଘର କଟକ ବୋଲି ଜଣ ପଡିଛି। ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ସମୟ ହେବ ସାଂସଦ/ବିଧାୟକଙ୍କ ସଂପର୍କିତ ୯୬୨ ମାମଲା କୋର୍ଟରେ ବିଚାରଧୀନ ରହିଛି। ଆଉ ବିଡମ୍ବନାର କଥା ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ଓଡିଶା ଶୀର୍ଷରେ ରହିଛି। ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଜୋ ବାଇଡେନ ଆଜି ଇଣ୍ଡୋନୋସିଆର ବାଲିରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଜି-୨୦ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ରାତ୍ରୀଭୋଜନରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇନାହାନ୍ତି। ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ସେ ଅଚାନକ ନେଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହାର କାରଣ ସଂପର୍କରେ କିଛି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରାଯାଇନାହିଁ। ପ୍ରଖ୍ୟାତ ତେଲୁଗୁ ଅଭିନେତା ତଥା ସାଉଥ୍‌ ସୁପର୍‌ଷ୍ଟାର ମହେଶ ବାବୁଙ୍କ ପିତା କ୍ରିଷ୍ଣା (ଶିବା ରାମା କ୍ରିଷ୍ଣା)ଙ୍କର ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ସକାଳେ ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦରେ ୭୯ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ପରଲୋକ ହୋଇଛି। ସିଭିଲ୍‌ ସର୍ଭିସ୍‌ ପରୀକ୍ଷା-୨୦୨୧ରେ ସଫଳତା ପାଇଥିବା ଆଇଏଏସ୍‌ମାନଙ୍କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କ୍ୟାଡର୍‌ ଆବଣ୍ଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ୧୭୮ ଜଣଙ୍କ କ୍ୟାଡର୍‌ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏଥିରୁ ୬ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା କ୍ୟାଡର୍‌ ମିଳିଛି। ମଙ୍ଗଳବାରଦିନ ରୁଷ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୟୁକ୍ରେନର କେତେକ ସହର ଉପରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ମାଡ଼ କରାଯାଇଛି । ବିଶେଷକରି ପାଓ୍ବାର ଗ୍ରୀଡ, ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟକରି କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ମାଡ଼ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଇନ୍‌ପୁଟ୍‌ ସବ୍‌ସିଡି ଘୋଷଣା କଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର । ମରୁଡି ପ୍ରବଣ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଇନ୍‌ପୁଟ ସବ୍‌ସିଡି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ରାଜକୋଷରୁ ୨୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ । ‘ଆଦିପୁରଷ’ ର ଟ୍ରେଲର ରିଲିଜ୍ ପରଠାରୁ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାରେ ରହିଆସିଛି। ଫିଲ୍ମରେ ସୈଫଙ୍କ ଲୁକ୍‌କୁ ନେଇ ଅନେକ ବିବାଦ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏବେ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଆଦିପୁରୁଷକୁ ନେଇ ବଡ଼ ଅପଡେଟ୍‌ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଡାଇରେକ୍ଟର ଓମ ରାଉତ ଫିଲ୍ମରେ ସୈଫ୍‌ଙ୍କ ଦାଢ଼ିକୁ ଡିଜିଟାଲ ଭାବରେ ହଟାଇବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ହିନ୍ଦୀ ଏବଂ ମରାଠୀ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ରର ଜଣାଶୁଣା ଅଭିନେତା ସୁନୀଲ ସିନ୍ଦେଙ୍କ ପରଲୋକ। ସୋମବାର ଦିନ ସେ ତାଙ୍କ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଘରେ ଶେଷ ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଥିଲେ। ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳକୁ ସୁନୀଲଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ୭୫ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ସୁନୀଲ ଟିଭି ସିରିଏଲ ‘ସର୍କସ’ରେ କାମ କରୁଥିଲେ। କ୍ଷତିରେ ଚାଲୁଥିବା ସରକାରୀ କମ୍ପାନିକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଦେବାଳିଆ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆପଣାଇବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ନ୍ୟୁଜ୍ ଏଜେନ୍ସି ରୟଟର୍ସର ଖବର ଅନୁସାରେ, ଦେଶର ଦେବାଳିଆ କୋର୍ଟ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ପବ୍ଲିକ ସେକ୍ଟର କମ୍ପାନି ଗୁଡିକୁ ବିଚାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଲ୍ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍ ଟି ଇନଫୋଟେକ୍ ଏବଂ ମାଇଣ୍ଡଟ୍ରିର ବିଲୟକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ମିଳିବା ପରେ। ଏବେ ମିଶ୍ରଣ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ଉଭୟ କମ୍ପାନୀର ଜଏଣ୍ଟ ଭେଞ୍ଚରକୁ LTIMindtee ନାମରେ ନାମିତ କରାଯିବ। ଏଣିକି ଆଧାର ଦ୍ବାରା କରିହେବ ୟୁପିଆଇ ଟ୍ରାଞ୍ଜାକ୍ସନ। ଅନଲାଇନ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ଆପ୍ ଫୋନ୍‌ ପେ ଏବେ ଆଧାର ଦ୍ବାରା ୟୁପିଆଇ ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି। ଏହି ନୂଆ ସର୍ଭିସ ଦ୍ବାରା ଆଧାରକୁ ୟୁପିଆଇ ସହ ସଂଯୋଗ କରି ଟ୍ରାଞ୍ଜାକ୍ସନ କରିହେବ। ସୋମବାର କନଜ୍ୟୁମର ପ୍ରାଇସ ଇଣ୍ଡେକ୍ସ (ସିପିଆଇ) ତଥ୍ୟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଦାମ୍‌ କମ୍ ହେବା ଦ୍ବାରା ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ମାସରେ ଖୁଚୁରା ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ଫୀତି କମି ୬.୭୭ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଅବଶ୍ୟ ଏହା ଏବେବି ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ୍ ପାଇଁ ସନ୍ତୋଷଜନକ ସ୍ତରର ଉପରେ ରହିଛି।	493	Y
