2062	11-10-2022	Odia	୩ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ନୋବେଲ୍ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ଆମେରିକାର ବେନ୍ ଏସ୍‌ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣାନକେ, ସିକାଗୋ ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟି ଅଧ୍ୟାପକ ଡଗଲଡବ୍ଲୁ ଡାଇମଣ୍ଡ ଏବଂ ଫିଲିପ୍ ଏଚ୍ ଡାଇଭିଙ୍ଗ୍‌ଙ୍କୁ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିରେ ନୋବେଲ୍ ପୁରସ୍କାର ୨୦୨୨ ପାଇଁ ମନୋନିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଓ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସଂକଟ ବିଷୟରେ ଗବେଷଣା ପାଇଁ ଏହି ୩ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ଚଳିତ ଥର ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଦିଆଯିବ। ସମାଜବାଦୀ ପାର୍ଟିର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ତଥା ବରିଷ୍ଠ ରାଜନେତା ମୁଲାୟମ ସିଂ ଯାଦବଙ୍କ ପରଲୋକ ଘଟିଛି । ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ୮୨ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ସକାଳ ୮ ଟା ୧୬ ମିନିଟରେ ଗୁରୁଗ୍ରାମର ମେଦାନ୍ତ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ସେ ଶେଷ ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଓଡିଶାରେ ସିଏଜିଙ୍କ ସ୍ଲୋଗାନ ରହିଛି ‘ନୋ ଟେନସନ୍‌‌ ଫର୍‌‌ ପେନସନ୍‌‌’। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଜି ବି ହଜାର ହଜାର ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଠିକ୍‌‌ ସମୟରେ ପେନସନ୍‌‌ ପାଉନଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରାୟ ସବୁ ବିଭାଗରେ ଏପରି ସମସ୍ୟା ଲାଗି ରହିଛି। ଆଗାମୀ ଉପ-ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଶିବସେନାର ଦୁଇଟି ଦଳର ନାମ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରତୀକ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଶିବସେନା ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକରେଙ୍କ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଙ୍କୁ ମଶାଲ ଚିହ୍ନ ମିଳିଛି। ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଙ୍କୁ ଶିବସେନା ଉଦ୍ଧବ ବାଲାସାହେବ ଠାକରେଙ୍କ ନାମ ମିଳିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟ ପଟେ ସିନ୍ଦେ ଦଳ ବାଲାସାହେବ ଶିବସେନା ନାମ ପାଇଛନ୍ତି। ପୁରୀରେ ହବିଷ୍ୟାଳି ମା’ମାନଙ୍କର କାର୍ତ୍ତିକ ବ୍ରତ ଆରମ୍ଭ ଅବସରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଆଜି ହବିଷ୍ୟାଳି ମା’ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ‘ବୃନ୍ଦାବତୀ ନିବାସ’ ଲୋକାର୍ପିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ପୁଣି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି କି ବାଣ ଉପରେ ଲାଗିଥିବା ପ୍ରତିବନ୍ଧର ହଟାଯିବ ନାହିଁ । ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବାଣ ବିକ୍ରି ତଥା ଫୁଟାଇବା ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ବଳବତ୍ତର ରହିବ ବୋଲି ଶୁଣାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି କୋର୍ଟ । ଚଳିତ ମାସ ଠାରୁ ଫେରନ୍ତା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ମୌସୁମୀ-ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ (ବିଶେଷତଃ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ଓ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ) ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟା ଅନୁଭୁତ ହୁଏ। ବେଳେବେଳେ ଏହି ସମୟ ଅବଧି ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୫ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଥାଏ । ବେଳେବେଳେ ଏହି ସମୟ ଅବଧି ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୫ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଥାଏ । ଭାରତ-ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗତକାଲି ଶେଷ ହୋଇଥିବା ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟ ଦିନିକିଆ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଭାରତ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଛି । ଫଳରେ ୩ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଦିନିକିଆ ସିରିଜରେ ବରାବର ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି ଉଭୟ ଟିମ୍ । ଏହି ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଟିମ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ବିଜୟ ପଛର ନାୟକ ସାଜିଥିଲେ ଶ୍ରେୟସ ଆୟର ଓ ଇଶାନ କିଷାନ । କିଟ୍ ଓ କିସର ମିଳିତ ସହଯୋଗରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଫିଫା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକ୍ରମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକ୍ରମର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ଦେଶରେ ନୂଆ ଫୁଟବଲ୍ ପ୍ରତିଭା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକ୍ରମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨ ହଜାର ସ୍କୁଲରେ ୪୩ ହଜାର ଫୁଟବଲ୍ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯିବ । ଋଷର ସୈନ୍ୟମାନେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପୂର୍ବ ଜାପୋରିଜିଆ ଉପରେ ମିସାଇଲ ଆଟାକ୍ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଆଟାକ୍ ଆପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ବ୍ଲକ ଏବଂ ଆବାସିକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଫଳରେ ସାରା ୟୁକ୍ରେନରେ ଏୟାର ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଓଡିଶାରେ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୩୦ ତାରିଖ ପରେ ବି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମାଗଣା ତୃତୀୟ ଡୋଜ୍‌‌ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଉ ବେଶିଦିନ ତୃତୀୟ ଡୋଜ୍‌‌ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ। ହାତରେ ଯାହା କିଛି ଅଛି ତାକୁ ନେଇ ତୃତୀୟ ଡୋଜ୍‌‌ କାମ ଚାଲିଛି। ହେଲେ ଗଛିତ ଟିକା ପରିମାଣ କମିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ଏବେ ହାତରେ ଯାହା କିଛି ଟିକା ଅଛି ତାହା ଅତିବେଶିରେ ଆଉ ସପ୍ତାହେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲି ପାରିବ। ଆୟ ବହିଭୂର୍ତ ସଂପତ୍ତି ଠୁଳ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଜାଲରେ ଫଶିଛନ୍ତି ସହକାରୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମାନସ ରଞ୍ଜନ ସାମଲ। ସାଧାରଣ ଜନସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଡିଭିଜନ-୧ର ସହକାରୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଘରେ ସୋମବାର ସକାଳୁ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ଚଢ଼ାଉ ଏକକାଳୀନ ୬ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ କରାଯାଉଛି। ରୁଷର ଘନ ଘନ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ମାଡରେ କିଭ୍ ସ୍ଥିତ ଜର୍ମାନ ଦୂତାବାସ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ଜର୍ମାନ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ଆଉଟ୍‌ଲେଟ୍ ବିଲ୍ଡର ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ଏହି ଖବର ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ତେବେ ଉକ୍ତ କୋଠା ୟୁକ୍ରେନ-ରୁଷ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବା ପରଠୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ। ଗୋମାତାକୁ ଜାତୀୟ ପଶୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। ଏମିତି ଦାବି କରି ଦାଖଲ ଆବେଦନ ଉପରେ ବିରକ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଉଚ୍ଚତମ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ। ଯାଚିକା ଉପରେ ଶୁଣାଣି କରିବାକୁ ରୋକ୍ ଠୋକ୍ ମନା କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଅଦାଲତ। ମାଇକ୍ରୋପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକର୍‌ ପରିମାଣ ଆଜି ଏତେ ବଢ଼ିଯାଇଛି ଯେ ମାଆ କ୍ଷୀରରୁ ବି ମାଇକ୍ରୋ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ ଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ମାକ୍ରୋପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ କଣିକା ହେଉଛି ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ର ଅତି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର କଣିକା। ଯାହା ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ରୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଅତି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ରୂପ ନେଇଥାଏ। ଏହା ୫ ମିଲିମିଟର (୦.୨ ଇଞ୍ଚ୍) ଠାରୁ ବି ଏହା ଛୋଟ। ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ, ପାହାଡ଼ ପର୍ବତ ଓ ବାୟୁରେ ଏହି କଣିକାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଭାସିବୁଲୁଥାଏ। ୨୦୦୪ ରେ ମାଇକ୍ରୋପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ର ଆବିଷ୍କାର ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ଏପ୍ରିଲରୁ କାର କିଣିବା ବ୍ୟୟବହୁଳ ହେବ । ଅଟୋ କମ୍ପାନିଗୁଡ଼ିକ କଡ଼ା ପ୍ରଦୁଷଣ ମାନଦଣ୍ଡକୁ ପାଳନ କରିବା ପୂର୍ବକ ଯାନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଅପ୍‌ଗ୍ରେଡ କରିବା ଲାଗି ବିପୁଳ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ନିବେଶ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏ ବାବଦ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ନୂଆ ଗାଡ଼ି ଦରରେ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ ହେବ ବୋଲି ବଜାର ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞମାନେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ମୋକିମଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବା ସହିତ ମୋକିମଙ୍କ ଜାମିନ୍‌ ମଞ୍ଜୁର ହୋଇଛି । ବିଚାର ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ ଗ୍ରହଣ ହେବା ସହ ୧ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ୨ ଜାମିନଦାରଙ୍କ ବଦଳରେ ଜାମିନ ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରାଯାଇଛି । ତାହା ସହିତ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଜରିମାନା ଉପରେ ସ୍ଥଗିତାଦେଶ ଲାଗାଇଛନ୍ତି । ବିଶ୍ବ ମାନସିକ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଘ ପ୍ରଚେଷ୍ଟାରେ ୧୯୯୨ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୧୦ରେ ପ୍ରଥମଥର ‘ବିଶ୍ବ ମାନସିକ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଦିବସ’ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ମାନସିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧିତ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ସଚେତନତା ବଢାଇବା ସହ ଏହା ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ସାମାଜିକ ଅପବାଦ ଲୋପ କରିବା ଏହି ଦିବସ ପାଳନ କରିବାର ମୂଳ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ। ଗୁଜରାଟ ମେହସାନ ଜିଲାର ମୋଧେରା ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ସୌର ଶକ୍ତି ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଗ୍ରାମ ଘୋଷିତ ହୋଇଛି । ରବିବାର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ମୋଧେରାକୁ ସୌର ଶକ୍ତି ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଗ୍ରାମ ଭାବେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଶହେ ବର୍ଷର ପୁରୁଣା ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମନ୍ଦିର ପାଇଁ ମୋଧେରା ଗ୍ରାମ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ । କେରଳରେ ଏମିତି ଏକ କୁମ୍ଭୀରର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି,ଯିଏ ମଣିଷ ସହ ବନ୍ଧୁ ଭଳି ଆଚରଣ କରେ। ପୁଣି ମାଂସାସୀ ନୁହେଁ,ଶାକାହାରୀ। ତାର ମୃତ୍ୟୁରେ ଶହଶହ ଲୋକ ଲୁହଗଡ଼ାଇଛନ୍ତି। କେରଳର ଅନନ୍ତପୁରା ମନ୍ଦିର ଜଳାଶୟରେ ରହୁଥିବା ଶାକାହାରୀ କୁମ୍ଭୀର ବାବିୟାର ୭୫ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିବ‌ା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି ।	530	Y

2066	09-10-2022	Odia	ଶିବସେନାର ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ଚିହ୍ନକୁ ନେଇ ଶନିବାର ବଡ଼ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ । ଶିବସେନାର ଚିହ୍ନ ଉପରେ ଅନ୍ତରିଣ ରୋକ ଲଗାଇଛନ୍ତି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ । ଏହା ପରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ପୂର୍ବ ଅନ୍ଧେରୀ ଉପ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକରେ ଏବଂ ସିନ୍ଦେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ କେହି ମଧ୍ୟ ଶିବସେନାର ଚିହ୍ନ ଧନୁ ଏବଂ ତୀର ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ । ଆଇଓଏର ସାଧାରଣ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ରାଜୀବ ମେହତା ଗୋଆ ଖେଳ ସଚିବଙ୍କୁ ଲେଖିଥିବା ପତ୍ରରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଗୋଆରେ ୨୦୨୩ରେ ୩୭ତମ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଖେଳର ଆୟୋଜନ ପାଇଁ ଗୋଆ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସମର୍ଥନରେ ଆଇଓଏ ଖୁସି ଅଛି । ଏହାସହ ୩୭ତମ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଖେଳ ଆୟୋଜନ ପାଇଁ ଆଇଓଏ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରୁଛି । ଧୁରୁଆଡ଼ିହି ଷ୍ଟେସନ ନିକଟରେ ମାଲବାହି ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଲାଇନଚ୍ୟୁତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି । ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌ଟିର ୮ ଟି ବଗି ଲାଇନଚ୍ୟୁତ ହୋଇଛି । ସେଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୩ଟି ବଗି ଓଲଟି ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ଭାରତରେ ବାଲ୍ୟ ବିବାହକୁ ନେଇ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏକ ସଦ୍ୟତମ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଜନସାଂଖିକ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ଝାରଖଣ୍ଡରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ବାଲ୍ୟ ବିବାହ ହେଉଛି ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ମେଘାଳୟର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ସତ୍ୟପାଲ ମଲିକଙ୍କୁ ପଚରାଉଚରା କରିଛି ସିବିଆଇ । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସ୍ଥିତ ସିବିଆଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପଚରାଉଚରା କରାଯାଇଛି । ୩୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଲାଞ୍ଚ ମାମଲାରେ ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳଙ୍କୁ ସିବିଆଇ ପଚରାଉଚରା କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି । ରୁଷ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନ ଏବଂ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭୋଲୋଡିମିର ଜେଲେନସ୍କି ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଇଣ୍ଡୋନେସିଆରେ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଜି-୨୦ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇପାରନ୍ତି । ମିଡିଆ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ, ଦୁଇ ନେତା ବାଲି ଜି-୨୦ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ରାଜି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏକ ଦୁର୍ଲଭ ଗୋଲାପି ହୀରା ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ହଂକଂରେ ନିଲାମ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହା ପାଖାପାଖି ୪୮୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା (୫୮ ମିଲିୟନ ଡଲାର)ରେ ବିକ୍ରି ହୋଇଛି। ଏହି ଗୋଲାପି ହୀରା ନିଲାମରେ ରେକର୍ଡ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପ୍ରତି କ୍ୟାରେଟ୍ ଉଚ୍ଚତମ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ବିଶ୍ୱ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିଛି। ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ବାୟୁସେନାରେ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ବିକ ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ପାଇଁ ସାମିଲ୍ ହେବେ ୩ ହଜାର ଅଗ୍ନିବୀର। ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁସେନା ଚିଫ୍ ମାର୍ଶଲ୍‌ ବିବେକ ରାମ ଚୌଧୁରୀ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ହଂକଂ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଲାଗି ନୂଆ ଯୋଜନା ହାତକୁ ନେଇଛି। ଏଥିରେ ହଂକଂ ଏୟାରପୋର୍ଟ ଅଥରିଟି ୫ଲକ୍ଷ ଏୟାର ଟିକେଟ୍ ମାଗଣା ଦେବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଟିକେଟ୍ ଆଗାମୀ ବର୍ଷ ଆବଣ୍ଟିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏ ବାବଦେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୫୪.୮ ମିଲିୟନ ଡଲାର ବ୍ୟୟ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି। ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟମନ୍ଦିରର ଗାଁ ଭାବେ ଜଣାଶୁଣା ମୋଧେରା ଗାଁ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ସୌରଶକ୍ତି ସଂପନ୍ନ ଗାଁ ଭାବେ ଘୋଷଣା ହେବ। ଏହି ଗସ୍ତକାଳରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଧେରା ଗାଁକୁ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ସୌରଶକ୍ତି ସଂପନ୍ନ ଗାଁ ଭାବେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବେ। ଭାରତ ସରକାର ଓ ଗୁଜରାଟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ମିଳିତ ଉଦ୍ୟମରେ ୮୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବିନିମୟରେ ସେହି ଗାଁରେ ସୌରପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ସିଏନଜି ଦର କେଜି ପ୍ରତି ୩ଟଙ୍କା ବଢିଥିବା ବେଳେ ସିଏନଜି କିଲୋ ପ୍ରତି ୭୮.୬୧ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି।ଗୁରୁଗ୍ରାମରେ କିଲୋ ପିଛା ୮୬.୯୪ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ନୋଏଡା, ଗ୍ରେଟର ନୋଏଡା, ଗାଜିଆବାଦରେ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୭୮.୬୧ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଦେଶର ରାଜଧାନୀ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଶନିବାର ଦିନ ସିଏନଜି ଏବଂ ପାଇପ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ବଣ୍ଟାଯାଇଥିବା ଘରୋଇ ରନ୍ଧନ ଗ୍ୟାସର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ତିନି ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏଁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଐତିହାସିକ କଟକ ବାଲିଯାତ୍ରା ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ଲଟ ଆବଣ୍ଟନ ପାଇଁ ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ ଶନିବାରଠୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପଇଠ କରିବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି । ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଶେଷ ହେବା ପରେ ନିଲାମ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆଗକୁ ବଢିବ । ମୋଟ୍ ୧୪୦୦ ପ୍ଲଟ୍ ଆବଂଟନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପରିବେଶ, ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଓ ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶର କୁନୋ ଜାତୀୟ ଉଦ୍ୟାନ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଚିତା ପୁନର୍ବାସ ନୀରିକ୍ଷଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଟାସ୍କ ଫୋର୍ସ ଗଠନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବଲିଉଡ଼ ଅଭିନେତା ପଙ୍କଜ ତ୍ରିପାଠୀଙ୍କୁ ନିଜର ଜାତୀୟ ଆଇକନ୍ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି। ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଅଧିକାରୀ ରାଜୀବ କୁମାର ସୋମବାର ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବିଗତ କିଛି ଦିନ ହେଲା ୟୁକ୍ରେନରେ ରୁଷ ସେନାର ବିଫଳତା ପରେ ନିଜର ସେନାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ବଦଳାଇଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ରୁଷ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନ । ଜେନେରାଲ ସର୍ଗଇ ସୁରୋଭିକିନ ୟୁକ୍ରେନରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ରୁଷ ସେନାର ନୂଆ କମାଣ୍ଡର ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ବିହାର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଆଦେଶ ପରେ ମରାଗଲା ମଣିଷଖିଆ ବାଘ। ୬ମାସରେ ୯ଜଣ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଶିକାର କରିଥିବା ଏହି ମଣିଷଖିଆ ବାଘକୁ ଦେଖିବାକ୍ଷଣି ଗୁଳିମାରି ହତ୍ୟା କରିବା ଲାଗି ବିହାର ସରକାର ଆଦେଶ ଜାରି କରିଥିଲେ।	558	Y

2070	07-10-2022	Odia	ଭାରତ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବିଶ୍ବ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଯୋଗଦେବେ ବିଜେଡି ସାଂସଦ ସସ୍ମିତ ପାତ୍ର । ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୧ରୁ ୧୫ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏ ରାଓ୍ୱଣ୍ଡାର କିଗାଲିରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେଉଥିବା ୧୪୫ତମ ଇଣ୍ଟର-ପାର୍ଲାମେଣ୍ଟାରୀ ୟୁନିଅନ ଆସେମ୍ବ୍ଲିରେ ଯୋଗଦେବେ ସାଂସଦ ଡକ୍ଟର ସସ୍ମିତ ପାତ୍ର । ଏହି ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଯୋଗଦେବେ ୧୭୦ଟି ଦେଶର ସଂସଦୀୟ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଯୋଗଦେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ସସ୍ମିତ ମଧ୍ୟ ଗସ୍ତ କରିବେ । ୨୦୨୨ ପାଇଁ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି ସାହିତ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ନୋବେଲ୍‌ ପୁରସ୍କାର । ଫରାସୀ ଲେଖିକା ଆନ୍ନି ଏର୍ନାକ୍ସ ସାହିତ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗରେ ନେବୋଲ୍‌ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବାକୁ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ୨୦୨୩ ଜୁନ୍‌ ୩ ତାରିଖରେ ରାଜା ତୃତୀୟ ଚାର୍ଲସ୍‌ଙ୍କ ଅଭି‌ଷେକ ଉତ୍ସବ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ରିପୋର୍ଟରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡ୍‌ର ଏକ ସମ୍ବାଦପତ୍ରରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧୃତ କରି ‘ପେଜ୍‌ ସିକ୍ସ’ କହିଛି ଯେ, ୱେଷ୍ଟ୍‌ମିନ୍‌ଷ୍ଟର୍‌ ଆବିରେ ଅଭିଷେକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯିବ। ଥାଇଲାଣ୍ଡ୍‌ର ଉତ୍ତରପୂର୍ବ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ନଙ୍ଗ୍‌ ବୁଆ ଲାମ୍ଫୁରେ ଥିବା ଗୋଟାଏ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ‘ଡେ-କେୟାର୍‌ ସେଣ୍ଟର୍‌’ ବା ‘ନର୍ସରି’ରେ ଗୁଳିବର୍ଷଣ ହେବାରୁ ଅନ୍ୟୂନ ୩୪ଜଣ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିବା କଥା ଜଣେ ପୁଲିସ ମୁଖପାତ୍ର କହିଛନ୍ତି। ମେକ୍ସିକୀୟ ନଗରୀ ସାନ୍‌ ମିଗୁଏଲ୍‌ ତୋତୋଲାପାନ୍‌ରେ ବନ୍ଧୁକଧାରୀମାନେ ଗୁଳି ଚଳାଇବାରୁ ଜଣେ ମେୟର୍‌ ଏବଂ କେତେଜଣ ପୁଲିସ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ସମେତ ୧୮ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିବା ‘ବିଏନ୍‌ଓ’ ନିଉଜ୍‌ ରିପୋର୍ଟ କରିଛି। ଉତ୍ତର କୋରିଆ ଜାପାନ ଦିଗରେ ଥିବା ସମୁଦ୍ର ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ୨ଟି ସ୍ବଳ୍ପଦୂରଗାମୀ ବାଲିଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରିଥିବା କଥା ଉତ୍ତର କୋରିଆର ‘ଜଏଣ୍ଟ୍‌ ଚିଫ୍‌ସ୍‌ ଅଫ୍‌ ଷ୍ଟାଫ୍‌’ ଓ ଜାପାନୀ ସରକାର ରିପୋର୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରୟାଲ ସ୍ବିଡିସ ଏକାଡେମୀ ଅଫ ସାଇନ୍ସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବୁଧବାରଦିନ ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପାଇଁ ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଘୋଷିତ ହୋଇଛି । ଏବର୍ଷ ୩ ଜଣ ଏହି ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବେ । ସେମାନେ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି କାରୋଲିନ ଆର.ବେରଟୋଜି, ମୋର୍ଟେନ ମେଲଡାଲ ଓ କେ.ବ୍ୟାରେ ସାର୍ପଲେସ ବିଶ୍ବର ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକମାନେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନ ଧରି ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଗ୍ରହରେ ଜୀବନର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଖୋଜୁଥିଲେ। ଏହି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ, ଏକ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନକାରୀ ଦଳ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଗ୍ରହର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ମେରୁରେ ବରଫ ଆସ୍ତରଣ ତଳେ ଜଳର ସନ୍ଧାନ ପାଇଛନ୍ତି । ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ରେ ଭାରତର ବିକାଶ ଅନୁମାନ ୭.୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଥିଲା। ତେବେ ବିଶ୍ୱବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଏହାକୁ ୬.୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହୋଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ଆକଳନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ନୌସେନାର ସହୟତାରେ ଏକ ମିଳିତ ଅଭିଯାନରେ କୋଚି ଉପକୂଳକୁ ଇରାନର ଏକ ନୌକାରୁ ୨୦୦ କେଜି ସନ୍ଦିଗ୍ଧ ହେରୋଇନ ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏନସିବି ଅନୁସାରେ ନୌକାରେ ଥିବା ୬ ଜଣ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ହେପାଜତକୁ ନିଆଯାଇଛି । ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କୁ ଭିସା ଇଣ୍ଟରଭ୍ୟୁ ପାଇଁ ଆମେରିକା ଦୂତାବାସ ୮୦୦ ଦିନ ଯାଏଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରାଉଛି । ଫଳରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଆମେରିକା ଯିବା ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ଅସମ୍ଭବ ହୋଇପଡୁଛି । ବିଧାୟକ ବିଜୟ ରଞ୍ଜନ ସିଂ ବରିହାଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପରେ ଖାଲି ପଡ଼ିଛି ପଦ୍ମପୁର ବିଧାନସଭା ଆସନ। ଏନେଇ ବିଧାନସଭା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନଙ୍କୁ ଅବଗତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ବିଧାନସଭା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି । ଆପ୍ ଗୁଜରାଟ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ୪୧ଜଣ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରି ସାରିଛି। ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିଜେପି ଏବଂ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ, ତେଣୁ ଆପ୍ ଏଥିରେ ଆଗୁଆ ରହିଛି। ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ସଂସ୍କାର ପାଇଁ ଭାରତର ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିସନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଏ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବେ ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଆଇନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କିରେନ ରିଜିଜୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି । କମିସନ ଦେଇଥିବା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଅନୁସାରେ ଆଦର୍ଶ ଆଚରଣ ବିଧିରେ କେତେକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯିବ । ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୋଟଦାନ ଅଧିକାର, ଅନଲାଇନ ଭୋଟିଂ, ଓପିନିଅନ ଓ ଏକଜିଟ ପୋଲ ପାଇଁ ନିୟମ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି। ମୁମ୍ବାଇରୁ ଗାନ୍ଧୀନଗର ଯାଉଥିବା ବନ୍ଦେ ଭାରତ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ ମଇଁଷି ପଲ ସହ ମାଡ଼ ହୋଇଥିବା ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ବନ୍ଦେ ଭାରତ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସର ସାମ୍ନା ଭାଗ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ଭାରତରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଲିଜେଣ୍ଡ୍‌ସ ଲିଗ୍ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍‌ରେ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ୍ସ ବିଜୟ ମୁକୁଟ ପିନ୍ଧିଛି । ଜୟପୁରର ସୱାଇ ମାନ୍ ସିଂହ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଖେଳାଯାଇଥିବା ଏକ ଚିତାକର୍ଷକ ଫାଇନାଲରେ ଗୌତମ ଗମ୍ଭୀରଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱାଧୀନ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ୍ସ ଭିଲ୍‌ୱାରା କିଙ୍ଗ୍‌ସକୁ ୧୦୪ ରନ୍‌ରେ ପରାଜିତ କରି ଟ୍ରଫି ହାସଲ କରିଛି । ଜେମିନି ଏଡିବଲ୍‌ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ଫ୍ୟାଟ୍‌ସ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ (ଜିଇଏଫ୍‌) ଅଧିନରେ ଥିବା ଫ୍ରୀଡମ୍‌ ରିଫାଇନ୍‌ଡ ସନ୍‌ଫ୍ଲାୱାର ଅଏଲ୍‌ ଲଗାତାର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ବର୍ଷ ଅର୍ଥାତ ୨୦୨୨ ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ଲୋବାଲ୍‌ ଆୱାର୍ଡରେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ହୋଇଛି । ଏହି ଆୱାର୍ଡ ଖାଇବା ତେଲ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଭଲ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଥିବା ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗକୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥାଏ । ନେପାଳ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍ ଟିମ୍‌ର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅଧିନାୟକ ତଥା ଆଇପିଏଲ୍ ଖେଳାଳି ସନ୍ଦୀପ ଲାମିଛାନେ ଗିରଫ । ଜଣେ ନାବାଳିକାକୁ ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମ କରିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ସନ୍ଦୀପ ଲାମିଛାନେଙ୍କୁ ପୋଲିସ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି । ତେବେ ସନ୍ଦୀପ ନିଜ ଦେଶକୁ ଫେରିବା ପରେ ଗୁରୁବାର ସକାଳୁ ପୋଲିସ ତାଙ୍କୁ ତ୍ରିଭୁବନ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ଏୟାରପୋର୍ଟରୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି । ଆମେରିକାର କାଲିଫର୍ଣ୍ଣିଆରେ ରହୁଥିବା ଏକ ଭାରତୀୟ ବଂଶୋଦ୍ଭବର ଗୋଟିଏ ପରିବାର ୪ ଜଣ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ହତ୍ଯା କରାଯଇଛି। ଉକ୍ତ ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ଅପହରଣ ପରେ ହତ୍ୟା କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। ମୃତକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜଣେ ୮ ମାସର ଶିଶୁ ଅଛି। ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା କୁଚିଣ୍ଡା ବାମରା ବଡ଼ରମା ରେଞ୍ଜ ତିଲେଇମାଲ ପତ୍ରା ଜଙ୍ଗଲରେ ୨ଟି ହାତୀ ମୃତଦେହ ଠାବ ହୋଇଛି । ଗୋଟିଏ ମାଈ ହାତୀର ମୃତଦେହ ଠାବ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟ ହାତୀଟି ଦନ୍ତାହାତୀ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି ।	512	Y
