2078	03-10-2022	Odia	କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଶୁଳ୍କ ବୋର୍ଡ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ମାସ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆମଦାନୀ ଶୁଳ୍କରେ ରିହାତି ପ୍ରଦାନର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିଛି। ଆଉ ୬ ମାସ ରିହାତି ଆମଦାନୀ ଶୁଳ୍କ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ବଜାରରେ ଖାଇବା ତେଲ ଦର ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇବ। ବିଶ୍ୱ ବଜାରର ଦର ତୁଳନାରେ କମ୍‍ ଆମଦାନୀ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଭାରତୀୟ ଖାଉଟୀ ବଜାରରେ ଖାଇବା ତେଲ ଦର ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି। ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ, ଉପରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଜଗଦୀପ ଧନଖଡ ଓ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ରାଜଘାଟରେ ମହାତ୍ମା ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କ ସମାଧି ପୀଠରେ ପୁଷ୍ପଗୁଚ୍ଛ ଦେଇ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ଗୌରବ ବଲ୍ଲଭ, ଦୀପେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଏସ ହୁଡ୍ଡା ଓ ସୈୟଦ ନସୀର ହୁସୈନ ଦଳର ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ମୁଖପାତ୍ର ପଦରୁ ରବିବାର ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଖଡ଼ଗେଙ୍କ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପ୍ରଚାର ପାଇଁ ସେ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଇଣ୍ଡୋନେସିଆରେ ଫୁଟବଲ୍‌ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ ଚାଲିଥିବା ବେଲେ ପ୍ରଶଂସକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମାରପିଟ୍‌ । ଏହି ଘଟଣାରେ ୨ ଜଣ ପୁଲିସ କର୍ମୀଙ୍କ ସମେତ ୧୨୭ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି । ୧୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ବିନିମୟରେ ଖରିଦ କରିଥିବା ଗୋଟାଏ ‘ଫୋକ୍ସ୍‌ୱାଗେନ୍‌ ପୋଲୋ’ କାର୍‌ ମରାମତି କରିବାକୁ ୨୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଗୋଟାଏ ‘ସର୍ଭିସ୍‌ ସେଣ୍ଟର୍‌’ ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁର ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ‘ଏଷ୍ଟିମେଟ୍‌’ (ଅଟକଳ) ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଆଗାମୀ ୪ରୁ ୫ ବର୍ଷରେ ଭାରତରେ ୮୦ଟି ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର ନିର୍ମିତ ହେବ। ଏଭିଏସନ ରେଗ୍ୟୁଲେଟର ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରମାନଙ୍କରେ ସଞ୍ଚାଳନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କିଛି ଜରୁରି ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଏବେ ପୂରଣ କରିବେ। ଗତ ୮ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶରେ ବିମାନ ବନ୍ଦର ସଂଖ୍ୟା ବଢିଛି। ଦେଶରେ ୭୪ଟି ବିମାନ ବନ୍ଦର ଥିଲା ଏବେ ୧୪୧କୁ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ବେସାମରିକ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟଙ୍କ ଅନୁସାରେ ଏହି ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ୨୨୦କୁ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ। ରୁଷ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନଙ୍କୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଶେଷ କରିବା ଏବଂ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଜେଲେନସ୍କିଙ୍କୁ ଶାନ୍ତି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦିଗରେ ଆଗକୁ ବଢିବାକୁ ଅପିଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ରବିବାର ସେଣ୍ଟ ପିଟର ସ୍କ୍ୱାୟରରେ ଏଞ୍ଜେଲସ ପ୍ରେୟର ସମୟରେ ପୋପ ପ୍ରାନସିସ୍ ନିଜ ଭାଷଣରେ ଏହି ଅପିଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଡଚ୍ ଚିତ୍ରଶିଳ୍ପୀ ଅତି ସୁନ୍ଦର ଭାବେ ନିଜର ସବୁ ଅଙ୍ଗରେ ବ୍ରଶ ଧରି ଛଅଟି ଫଟୋଚିତ୍ର ଆଙ୍କୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ମହିଳା ଚିତ୍ରଶିଳ୍ପୀଙ୍କ ନାଁ ରାଜାଚେନା । ସେ ନେଦରଲାଣ୍ଡର ରୋଟେରଡମର ନବାସୀ ।ଦୁଇ ହାତ ସହ ଦୁଇ ଗୋଡରେ ବ୍ରଶ ଧରି ଆଙ୍କୁଛନ୍ତି ଚିତ୍ର । ଦୁଇ ହାତ ଏବଂ ଦୁଇ ଗୋଡ ସାହାଯ୍ୟରେ ଏକା ସମୟରେ ଏକାଧିକ ଚିତ୍ର ଆଙ୍କୁଛନ୍ତି । ସୁଜଲନ ଏନର୍ଜୀ କମ୍ପନୀର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠତା ତଥା ଭାରତ ୱିଣ୍ଡ୍ ମ୍ୟାନ୍ ଭାବେ ପରିଚିତ ତୁଲ୍‌ସୀ ତନ୍ତିଙ୍କର ପରଲୋକ ହୋଇଛି। ଶନିବାର ହୃଦ୍‌ଘାତରେ ତାଙ୍କର ପରଲୋକ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ୧୯୯୫ରେ କପଡ଼ା ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ଭାବେ ପରିଚିତ ଥିବା ତୁଲସୀ ଉର୍ଜା ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଦିଗରେ କାମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ। ୨୦୨୦ରେ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ଓ ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡର ସଂଖ୍ୟାଧିକ ମହିଳା ୨୧ ବର୍ଷ ବା ତା’ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବିବାହ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଜମ୍ମୁ-କାଶ୍ମୀରରେ ଏହି ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୧୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ବି କମ୍। ସେହିପରି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ୧୭ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ମହିଳା ୨୧ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବିବାହ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ମହିଳା ୨୧ ବର୍ଷ ବା ତା’ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବିବାହ କରିଥିବା ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ସରକାରୀ ତଥ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। କ୍ରମାଗତଭାବେ ଷଷ୍ଠ ଥର ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛତମ ସହରର ମାନ୍ୟତା ପାଇଛି ଇନ୍ଦୋର। ଦୈନିକ ଏହି ସହରରୁ ୧,୯୦୦ ଟନ୍ ଆବର୍ଜନା ବାହାରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହି ଆବର୍ଜନାକୁ ବିନିଯୋଗ କରି ନଗରପାଳିକା କୋଟି କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆୟ କରୁଛି। ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ବ୍ରିଗେଡିୟର ବି ଡି ମିଶ୍ର ମେଘାଳୟର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଦାୟିତ୍ବ ତୁଲାଇବେ। ଶନିବାର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ମେଘାଳୟର ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ସତ୍ୟପାଲ ମଲିକଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି (ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୩)ରେ ଶେଷ ହେବ। କଟକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସମବାୟ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପରିଚାଳନା ପରିଷଦକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ବନ୍ଦ୍ବରେ ଦଖଲ କରି ନେଇଛି ବିଜେଡି। ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପରିଚାଳନାମଣ୍ଡଳୀର ୧୫ରୁ ୧୫ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ପଦ ବିନା ପ୍ରତିଦ୍ବନ୍ଦ୍ବିତାରେ ହାତେଇ ନେଇଛି। ଚଳିତ ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାରେ ରବିବାର (ତୃତୀୟ ଦିନ) ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ୫ ପଦକ ମିଳିଛି। ଏଥିରେ ୨ ଲେଖାଏଁ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ରୌପ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଗୋଟିଏ କାଂସ୍ୟ ରହିଛି। ଜିମ୍ନାଷ୍ଟ ର‌ାକେଶ ପାତ୍ର ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଥମ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଜିତିଥିଲା ବେଳେ ରୋଇଂରେ ୩ ପଦକ (୧ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ, ୨ ରୌପ୍ୟ) ମିଳିଥିଲା। ଏକ ମାତ୍ର କାଂସ୍ୟଟି ଅସିଚାଳନା ପୁରୁଷ ଫଏଲ ଦଳ ପାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ୫ ପଦକ ସହ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ମୋଟ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୯ (୩ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ, ୨ ରୌପ୍ୟ, ୪ କାଂସ୍ୟ)ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଜିଓ ଏକ ସୁଲଭ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ଲାପ୍‌ଟପ୍ ବିକାଶ କରିବା ଉପରେ କାମ କରୁଛି ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ଏକ ୪ଜି ସିମ୍‌ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିବ। ଗ୍ରାହକମାନେ ସେହି ଲାପ୍‌ଟପ୍‌କୁ ୧୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାରୁ କମ୍ ଦାମ୍‌ରେ ପାଇପାରିବେ।	523	Y

2080	02-10-2022	Odia	ବାଲଟିକ୍ ସାଗରରୁ ପ୍ରତି ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ନିର୍ଗତ ହେଉଛି ୨୩ ହଜାର କିଲୋ ମିଥେନ, ଚିନ୍ତା ପ୍ରକଟ କଲା ମିଳିତ ଜାତିସଂଘଳିତ ଜାତିସଂଘର ପରିବେଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ (ୟୁଏନଇପି) କହିଛି, ବାଲଟିକ୍ ସାଗର ତଳେ ନର୍ଡ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରିମ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ଗ୍ୟାସ ପାଇପଲାଇନ ସିଷ୍ଟମ ଭାଙ୍ଗିବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ପରିବେଶ ପାଇଁ କ୍ଷତିକାରକ ମିଥେନ ଲିକର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ଘଟଣା ହେବାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ରହିଛି । ଏବେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ପଲ୍ୟୁସନ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ୍ ନଥିବା ଗାଡି ଗୁଡିକୁ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ-ଡିଜେଲ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସରକାର ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣକୁ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ୱିଣ୍ଟର ଆକ୍ସନ ପ୍ଲାନ ଲାଗୁ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହା ଅନୁସାରେ ଯଦି ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଫଲ୍ୟୁସନ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ ନାହିଁ ତେବେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଇନ୍ଧନ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଆସନ୍ତା ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨୫ରୁ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଦେଶରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ୨୦୨୨ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ଟେଲିକମ୍ ସର୍ଭିସ ସହ ଭାରତ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହି ଦେଶ ତାଲିକାରେ ଯୋଡିହେଲା, ଯେଉଁଠି 5G ସେବା ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେଉଥିଲା । ରୁଷ୍‌କୁ ପୁଣି ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଚେତାବନୀ । ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନ୍‌ ଓ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗକୁ ନେଇ ବଡ଼ ବୟାନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଜୋ ବାଇଡେନ୍‌ । ଆମେ ଆମ ପଡୋଶୀଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଛିଡ଼ା ହୋଇଛୁ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ବାଇଡେନ। ପେଟ୍ରୋଲିୟମ କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡିକ ଘରୋଇ ଏଲପିଜି ଠାରୁ ବ୍ୟବସାୟିକ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନୂଆ ଦର ଲାଗୁ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ନୂଆ ରେଟ୍ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଆଜିଠାରୁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଏଲପିଜି ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ୨୫.୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା, କୋଲକାତାରେ ୩୬.୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ମୁମ୍ବାଇରେ ୩୫.୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଶସ୍ତା ହୋଇଛି । ବାସ୍ତବରେ ଏହି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ୧୯ କିଲୋ କମର୍ସିଆଲ୍ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରରେ ଘଟିଛି । ପୁଣି ଥରେ ରୁଷ୍‌ ବିରୋଧରେ ଭୋଟିଂରୁ ବିରତ ରହିଲା ଭାରତ । ଜାତିସଂଘ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦରେ ରୁଷ ବିରୋଧରେ ଭୋଟିଂରୁ ବିରତ ରହିଲା ଭାରତ। ମାତ୍ର ୧୦ଟି ଦେଶ ନିନ୍ଦା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଥିଲେ। ପୂର୍ବ ଉପକୂଳ ସମୁଦ୍ର ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ଉତ୍ତର କୋରିଆ ଦୁଇଟି ସ୍ବଳ୍ପ ଦୂରଗାମୀ ବାଲିଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରିଥିବା କଥା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ କୋରିଆ ସେନା କହିଛି। ଏହାକୁ ମିଶାଇ ଚଳିତ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ଉତ୍ତର କୋରିଆ ସମୁଦାୟ ୪ଥର କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ପରୀକ୍ଷା କଲାଣି ୟୁନେସ୍କୋ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଭାରତର ୪୭ଟି ଅନନ୍ୟ ଓ ଐତିହ୍ୟ ସଂପନ୍ନ ବୟନ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଛି. ଏହି ତାଲିକାରେ ଉତ୍ତର ଭାରତର ୧୧ଟି, ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଭାରତର ୧୧ଟି, ପୂର୍ବ ଭାରତର ୧୦ଟି ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଭାରତର ୧୧ଟି ଏବଂ ଉତ୍ତର ପୂର୍ବ ଭାରତର ୪ ଟି ଐତିହ୍ୟ ବୟନ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛି। ପୂର୍ବ ଭାରତର ୧୦ଟି ତାଲିକା ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୫, ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର ୩ ଓ ବିହାରର ୨ଟି ବୟନ ସ୍ଥାନପାଇଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୫ଟି ଐତିହ୍ୟ ବୟନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛି ବାନ୍ଧ-ଟାଇ-ଡାଇ ୱେଭିଂ, ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଓ ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର ପାଟ (ଫୋଡ଼ା କୁମ୍ଭ), ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଧଳାପଥର ପର୍ଦା, କନ୍ଧମାଳର ଡଙ୍ଗରିଆ କନ୍ଧ ବୟନ ଓ କେନ୍ଦୁଲି ପାଟ କାଲିଗ୍ରାଫିକ୍‌ ୱେଭିଂ। ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବୟନର ଇତିହାସ ଏବଂ କିମ୍ବଦନ୍ତୀ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ରହିଛି। ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁସେନାର ଶ୍ରୀନଗରଭିତ୍ତିକ ନମ୍ବର ୫୧ ସ୍କ୍ବାର୍ଡନ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ଅବ୍ୟାହତି ନେଇଛି। ଦେଶରେ ମିଗ୍‌-୨୧ ଲଢ଼ୁଆ ବିମାନକୁ ନେଇ ଯେଉଁ ୪ଟି ସ୍କ୍ବାର୍ଡନ ରହିଥିଲା ସେଥିରୁ ନମ୍ବର ୫୧ ସ୍କ୍ବାର୍ଡନ ଅନ୍ୟତମ। ତେବେ କାଶ୍ମୀରରେ ଏହା ଏକମାତ୍ର ଲଢ଼ୁଆ ସ୍କ୍ବାର୍ଡନ ରହିଥିଲା। ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ଭବନରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଜାତୀୟ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ ଉତ୍ସବରେ ଖ୍ୟାତନାମା ଅଭିନେତ୍ରୀ ଆଶା ପାରେଖ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଭାରତର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ସମ୍ମାନ ‘ଦାଦାସହେବ ଫାଲକେ ପୁରସ୍କାର’ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ନାମିବ୍ୟାରୁ ଅଣାଯାଇଥିବା ୮ ଚିତା ବାଘଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଚିତା ‘ଆଶା’ ଏବେ ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ଯାହାକୁ ନେଇ ଚିତା ବଂଶବିସ୍ତାର ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରୁଥିବା ଟିମ୍‌ ଭିତରେ ଖୁସିର ମାହୋଲ ଭରି ଯାଇଛି। ସାତ ଦଶନ୍ଧି ପରେ ଦେଶରେ ଚିତାବାଘର ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଦିଗରେ ଏହା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବରେ ଏକ ନୂଆ ଆଶ ସଞ୍ଚାର କରିଛି। ମାଗଣା ଟିକାକରଣ ପାଇଁ ଡେଡଲାଇନ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୩୦ ଥିଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହାକୁ ଆଗକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜାରି ରଖିବେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର । ଯେହେତୁ ମାଗଣା ଟିକାକରଣ ବନ୍ଦ ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୌଣସି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଆସିନାହିଁ ତେଣୁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଯେତିକି ଟିକା ମହଜୁଦ ଅଛି ତାହା ଶେଷ ନହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମାଗଣା ଟିକାକରଣ ଜାରି ରହିବ ବୋଲି ପରିବାର କଲ୍ୟାଣ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ବିଜୟ ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ହିତାଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଉ ତିନି ମାସ ପାଇଁ ମାସିକ ମୁଣ୍ଡପିଛା ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ୫ କେ.ଜି ଚାଉଳ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବାକୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ୨.୯୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ପରିବାରର ୯.୦୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ଉପକାର ପାଇବେ । ଅକ୍ଟୋବର, ନଭେମ୍ବର ଓ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ଏହି ତିନି ମାସ ପାଇଁ ହିତାଧିକାରୀମାନେ ମୁଣ୍ଡପିଛା ମାସକୁ ୫ କେ.ଜି ଲେଖାଏ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଚାଉଳ ମାଗଣାରେ ପାଇପାରିବେ । ଭାରତରେ ବ୍ୟାନ ହେଲା ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଟ୍ୱିଟର ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ । ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ବିରୋଧରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ବଡ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ । ଦେଶ ବିରୋଧି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପକୁ ରୋକିବା ଦିଗରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି। ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ସେବା କର ବା ଜିଏସ୍‌ଟି ଆଦାୟ ଗତ ମାସ ଅର୍ଥାତ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ୱର ୨୦୨୨ରେ ରେକର୍ଡ ସ୍ତରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି । ଜିଏସ୍‌ଟି ଆଦାୟରେ ୨୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଛି । ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ (ଆରବିଆଇ)ଙ୍କ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଅନୁସାରେ ଯଦି ଭୁଲରେ ଭୁଲ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟକୁ ପଇସା ଚାଲିଯାଏ ୪୮ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପଇସା ରିଫଣ୍ଡ ନେଇ ପାରିବେ। ତେବେ ୟୁପିଆଇ ଅଥବା ନେଟବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ ପରେ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଫୋନରେ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ମ୍ୟାସେଜ୍ କୁ ଡିଲିଟ କରନ୍ତୁନି। ରେପୋ ରେଟ୍ ହେଉଛି ଆର୍‌ବିଆଇ କମର୍ସିଆଲ୍‌ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ୍‌କୁ ଦେଇଥିବା ଋଣ ଉପରେ ସୁଧ ।ପୁଣି ରେପୋ ରେଟ୍ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ । ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ୫୦ ବେସିସ୍‌ ପଏଣ୍ଟରେ(BPS) ବଢିବା ପରେ ରେପୋ ରେଟ୍ ୫.୯ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହୋଇଛି। ଘରୋଇ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ସଂଖ୍ୟାକୁ ନେଇ ନିୟମ ବଦଳି ଯାଇଛି। ଏବେ ଘରୋଇ ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ବାର୍ଷିକ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଫିକ୍ସ କରାଯାଇଛି। ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଅନୁସାରେ ଗ୍ରାହକ ବର୍ଷକରେ ଅତି ବେଶିରେ ୧୫ଟି ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ନେଇ ପାରିବେ। ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍‌ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ୪୦% ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ପିଏନ୍‌ଜି ଓ ସିଏନ୍‌ଜି ଦାମ୍‌ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବ।	554	Y
